A Sparlight Wedding

Spike went to knock on the door to Sweet Apple Acres, he was thrilled to see Big Mac answering it.

“Hey Spike what’s going on?” Big Mac asked curiously.

“Well I finally proposed to Starlight and she said yes, we’re getting married.” Spike squealed our happily.

“Well that’s great Spike, I’m really happy for ya.” Big Mac said happily.

“Yeah but here’s the thing I’m preparing for the wedding and I just gotta ask, can you be my best man?” Spike asked happily.

“Spike I’d be honored so eeyup.” Big Mac said happily.

“Ha ha great ah I’m so excited.” Spike said in bliss.

“Why can’t I be the best man?” Discord asked annoyed appearing out of nowhere.

“Discord the best man is meant to be my most trusted friend and no offense but I trust Big Mac a lot more than you.” Spike said in a calm tone.

“Ugh fine I guess that makes sense.” Discord pouted.

“But I would love it if you were one of my groomsmen.” Spike said happily.

Discord then brightened up and put on a party hat and a noisemaker and began partying out.

After he stopped he then cleared his throat.

“Of course I’ll be a groomsmen Spike.” Discoed said calmly.

“Thanks guys and Big Mac, Discord, can I let you in on something?” Spike asked happily.

“Sure Spike.” Big Mac answered.

“Go ahead.” Discord encourages.

“It’s always been my dream to find somepony who truly loves me for who I am, after I got rejected by Rarity I felt that probably would not happen until Starlight and I started dating, and it was the happiest year of my life. I really love Starlight y’know.” Spike admitted with a blush.

“Sorry I know you probably didn’t wanna hear all that mushy stuff.” Spike apologized before he saw Discord sniffling tears and Big Mac nodding in approval.

“Discord are you crying?” Spike asked curiously.

“No this is liquid pride surely you heard of it.” Discord said with defiance.

“Sure it is.” Spike said snickering.

“We’ll Spike we’re proud of you for how far you’ve gone.” Big Mac said happily.

“Thanks guys, you’re such great friends.” Spike said embracing the two.
