Blind Love

Knuckles say at his desk in Sparks agency, the whole team was there waiting for Hazel who had told them that she found a lead to where Lily Shade was. Lily shade had been missing for four years, and her younger sister Cherry Blossom had begun using illegal drugs. Knuckles was doing to his best to keep from losing her as well.
Hazel burst through the door out of breath. "I found Lily Shade! She's running with Silver-Bullet, that Mafia Boss Clyde Mentioned. I saw her there myself at his warehouse, he's not just selling drugs but he is also selling military weapons and he's also in the sex trafficking business. Final note, Cherry was a few blocks away looking stoned."
The team geared up and called Hades to bring back up. Knuckles and Sparks realized that shit could go down in flames. There factors in play they never could've predicted, as they loaded their assault rifles Knuckles saw that dark colored unicorn with the purple-highlighted mane again, the same one who was present at his grandparents' funerals and when they died. The team had noticed her as well but only one spoke up.
"I fucking hate it when Obsidian shows up, that usually means a pony will be dying soon. If you see her you can bet that her daughter Nightshade is close by." Knuckles looked over at Greenfield and asked a question.
"You know them? Also, how do you know them?"

"They're from Ponyville, and they showed when my mom died." Knuckles had a bad hurt feeling and his dream was coming back again.

[Sweet Treat]

They crept up to the warehouse and we're passing by a donut shop when Makita and Greenfield suddenly paused by one of its dumpsters, they heard a small cry. Looking in they found a scared filly and her mane was covered in sprinkles and icing............or was just them or was she born with a mane like that. Makita pulled her out and the little thing didn't wanna leave Makita; Makita never had a foal not be afraid of her. With Makita leaving the mission to get the filly someplace safe Makita called in his uncle Shining Armor to help him out. They saw Silver-Bullet's car but he wasn't there. Hades showed up and they went in guns blazing. To their frustration the warehouse had been emptied and all the crates were empty decoys. Hades was Moe than pissed off at the idea of a traitor in his precinct.
The only good thing that came out of a botched night was finding the filly, the latter Makita named, "Sweet Treat". Makita and Greenfield wanted to adopt the little thing.........who seemed that she could match Pinkie Pie in sugar consumption.

[A Rare Pony]

Knuckles and Makita were stuck doing patrol and Greenfield was tending to Sweet Treat. Over their car cb radio a call came through, but very distorted.
"Help, I'm in an old village in the Everfree Forest........." Followed by a set of coordinates. They pulled up to the location and saw the ruins of a village. In the distance they heard the sounds of gun shots and the twanging of arrows, they ran toward the sounds and saw a band of rogue griffins trying to shoot a pony who had hidden themselves in an old radio building. They opened fire and the griffins bit the dust and never rise again. Walking up to the now passed out pony they saw she had moth-like wings.

The creature was in really bad physical shape, her horn was broken and her left wing was shredded. Her face had the marks where some-creature had clawed her face. Her abodmen had the scar where an object had impaled her. Her newest mark was where a griffin had his talons penetrate her flesh. She was showing signs that her life was slipping away; Knuckles and Makita rushed her to the hospital and we able to stabilize her.

[Silver-Bullet]

They had found the mole on the precinct and jailed him, now they were going for a bigger fish, Silver-Bullet himself. They rolled up to his new base of operations and they saw Lily Shade with him and she looked defiant, but her body language said that she was a broken mare. Knuckles almost lost it when he saw Cherry Blossom limping after Lily and Silver.
"Come on sis! I need more! Look how jittery I am with out your product? I know I owe a lot but please I'll do anything."
Lily who ha become annoyed with her little sister rushed her and slammed her into the wall. "When I say no more of our products until you pay............I mean it."
Cherry Blossom just nodded. Silver-Bullet stepped up, he was a large unicorn and he levitated her to eye level. "Anything my dear?"
"Yes sir" replied Cherry having a bad gut feeling this turn out.
Hurled to the ground Knuckles saw Silver-Bullet begin to fuck her as rough as he could go. Before Knuckles could move in he had to Hades in position. And hour later, Hades was in position with a sniper rifle. They closed in and by this time every stallion in that warehouse had raped Cherry Blossom. Silver-Bullet spun around and he still had Cherry pinned down beneath him facing up at him with his cock in her pussy. He pointed a gun at her head.
"Let her go!" Knuckles ordered but he only laughed at him Lily stepped up holding a shotgun in her hooves and glared daggers at her dad.
Over the comms Sky Eye and Hades told him that SWAT had shown up. Silver used his magic to pin Lily to his torso. The team stood frozen when two blurs appeared from from nowhere. One tackled Lily Shade and they slid until they were behind some crates. That second blur went straight for silver-Bullet. Silver whipped up the shotgun and fired as the blur made contact. Sliding to a stop, Silver-Bullet bolted. SWAT burst in guns blazing. Knuckles and Sparks had the team take cover. Cherry began to run for cover but wasn't gonna make it; that is until a white and purple blur tackled her and covered her body and took the shots. Hades was able to get the SWAT team to stand down and Knuckles had to rush Lily Shade and he found out that the pony who Silver-Bullet shot was Staccato. The third pony that had tackled Lily was to his surprise was that pony he and Makita found a few weeks ago.

[Loss]

To save Staccato she was needing a new heart and lungs, in addition a ton of blood but there was no organs to be found that matched her blood type. Knuckles saw his wife Redheart trying her best to keep Staccato stable. When Redheart's shift ended, he saw her reflection sitting in a chair behind him somewhere. After 72 hours the scene behind him had changed. Firebrand was hugging everypony and he didn't care about why. His eldest daughter was hanging in the balance and there was nothing he could do.
Firebrand tried to hug him but he had pushed her away. Before she walked off she slid a letter by him and walked away.
Knuckles woke up to hear the heart monitor beeping and his daughter with several stitches, looking at somepony he asked what had happened. They told him that he slept for 48 hours and in that time Staccato had surgery. She was gonna make it. That moth-pony bandaged up looked a nervous and she gestured to the dark unicorn watching the scene.
"Where's Firebrand? I gotta tell her Staccato is gonna be fine." His whole family he then noticed had been crying a ton. Not getting it, his ears picked up the sound of the heart beat in Staccato's chest...........it's rythym was like Firebrand's..........picking up the letter she left him he read it.
"Dear Knuckles,

If you're reading this then I must be dead
I gave my heart and lungs to save your prescious Cherry blossom, also can you take of of my twins they need a good father to raise them. Remember I love you and the whole family..............your grandfather Alamadine ad your grandmother Amathsyt would be so proud of you, Granny Smith would also be very proud, goodbye favorite nephew."
Knuckles broke down, when had she left? That unicorn and her daughter stepped up beside him and he asked the room, "When did this happen?"
"Knuckles Mac Shadow, I'm Obsidian and this is my daughter Nightshade, please let my daughter show you what had transpired that led to this point." All he could do to respond was nod.
He was appalled and angered at himself for pushing Firebrand away. He cried even more that the last memory Firebrand had of him was pushing her away. Snowflake Obsidian and Star Shadow hugged him, their sister was gone and she gave her all to keep their family together in the end. Knuckles looked at the moth-pony get up and walk out. "Wait what is your name?"
The moth-pony responded with, "My name is Mothball and I'll be around, but for now I'm gonna give your family space."
After the funeral a few weeks later, Mothball lived in one of the many rooms in the family mansion. She was quiet stubborn, and defiant of Knuckles and all of the bat ponies in the house. In her life bat ponies were only nice to her when they wanted something from her. Her temper flares and gambling were a problem along with her drinking. She'd have yelling matches with Knuckles about house rules and various of other things. His wives did their best to help calm her down and his fiancé Princess Luna tried alliviate the situation but Mothball was a a mess.

Lily Shade had recovered from her bullet wounds and she was very sore and stiff from being bed ridden for a serval weeks, somehow she managed to have only a relatively small number of bullets hit her body a total of fifteen had hit her. She was lucky to be alive and she had also heard the news about Firebrand and see felt like it was all her fault, she kept blaming herself for months.

Lily Shade one night dreamed about Firebrand. Two ghost like mares were fighting off demon-like creatures who were taunting her."How does it feel bitch know you killed your father's aunt?"

"Lily Shade, the one who almost got her sister killed!" The taunts were hitting her hard and a third mare joined the fight, what was odd was the the fact that the newcomer was a bat pony.

She woke from her nightmare and saw that only one of the dream fighters stood at the foot of her bed with a purple unicorn with a holster on her back leg. "Hello Lily Shade, I'm High Card and my.............friend here is Nightmare, she's a bit odd but she's one of 300 ponies who serve under Luna. Their species are called Shadow-Haze. Nightmare is my personal friend and guardian. She and her sister Vapor are the only two who never got their new bodies which I'm told are pure white. That bat pony you saw was Jolt, you'll meet them all at some point. Rest now, there is gonna be a surprise for you soon."

Lily woke the next morning wondering if she had been dreaming it all up? At the breakfast table sat the two from the night before and the third pony named Jolt had cuddled up to whom she assumed was Vapor.
