Author's Note

I know this isn't a one page fanfiction scene, but a remake to one of my scenes I posted in my blog a while back. This is an alternate ending to Overpowered, to which involves Zephyr asking Victoria to go to the mall with him instead of Rainbow Dash.

I hope you enjoy though! (Side note: The episode belongs to Hasbro. Also, that I was originally going to post it on my blogs, but I guess not. Also, don't worry I know this is one page fanfictions, not long stories, so I'll be posting it!)

Alternate Scene To Overpowered

Sounds of agreements filled the room for a second, until they heard a sudden knock on the door. The group turned their heads to see Fluttershy’s brother, Zephyr Breeze, at the entrance of the music room. His eyes were looking upon Victoria, seeing her light brown hair within the light, while her dark blue violet eyes gave a sparkle by the same beam.

Victoria had her eyes locked upon her boyfriend’s, she couldn’t help but form a grin. The feeling of her heart began to flutter, and her cheeks became warm within seconds.

Rainbow glanced her eyes at Zephyr, then at Victoria. She turned her head away as she put her hand beside her mouth, her tongue then stuck out as she gave a small gag sound. Her friend Applejack saw, then she gave her arm a petite slap, making the athlete glare at her.

Zephyr had a smile on his lips, his brows were curved, and he leaned against the door and did a little finger gun towards his girlfriend. “Hey, m’lady,” he said, in a loud tone of voice. “there you are, do you wanna go to the mall with me?”

Victoria’s eyes slightly grew, and her mouth slightly agape. She couldn’t help, but fastly jumped off the second stair, then she ran towards him. “Yes,” she cried out happily, to which her body met his as she wrapped her arms around him.

A small grunt came from the male, then immediately he looked down at her. She saw that her head was between his chest and torso, he felt the soft, curly hair upon his blue skin while she gave him a small nuzzle. A smile formed on his lips, his heart fluttered from her acceptance and the hug he got. He couldn’t help but give out a hearty chuckle, while his cheeks began to turn warm.

Steadily, he wrapped his arms around her bottom. A gasp came from Victoria’s mouth, then in surprise, Zephyr began to lift her up and her arms were removed from him. “Woah!” she squeaked.

“Impressed,” he asked, within his vision he met her eyes again.

Victoria’s cheeks increasingly felt warmer than before. She met his velvet eyes once more, seeing his warm smile on her face while his eyes slightly gave a sparkling light; making it seem something magical and beautiful. Victoria slowly wrapped her arms around his neck, her legs doing the same.

“Yeah,” she said. “I’ve never realized you’re that strong, Zephyr.”

He gave another chuckle. “well, for the past month I have been trying to work out. I’ve been running around the tracks, lifting weights, drinking some of that,” he glanced his eyes away, his lips forming a small loosen frown then he gave a silent wince. “those, um, unusual tastes of protein shakes.”

Rainbow Dash rolled her eyes, her lips slightly frowned. She knew that it was both a lie, and the truth. Within her times within the break room of Canterlot, she’d barely see Zephyr do anything. Whenever he tried to do a push up, he couldn’t lift himself up. Whenever he tries to go on the treadmill for not even two minutes, he’s out of breath. And whenever he tries to at least pick up a weight, he started to complain on how heavy it was, even though there’re other varieties of dumb bells to lift.

She had encounters where she saw him, trying to drink either an energy or protein drink. Which caused him to automatically spat out in a nearby trash can by how chunky the texture felt or how the flavors tasted.

But the bright side from it, he’d try doing around ten jumping jacks or only one or two laps around the track.

“Well, I need to ask? Is this your belief on your supposed calling?” she asked. Zephyr’s eyes turned to Victoria’s again, he slightly nodded.

“Yeah! Maybe? Well, you don’t know it would be. I could at least show off some muscle.” he said, he used his left arm to hold her girlfriend so that she wouldn’t tumble off his grip. Her eyes looked upon Zephyr’s right arm, he lifted up. He began to flex his arm, within her view she saw nothing but just a thin muscle.

Pinkie pie began to snickered whilst the others winced. Victoria, instead, giggled gleefully.

“Like what you see?” he confidently asked.

“Wow,” her giggling stopped, to which she playfully said. “that gun sure is something, Zeph.”

He stopped flexing his arm, as it continued to hold her again. “Really?” he asked, his eyes turning to her as he curved his right brow.

She nodded, her eyes continuing to stare into his. “But I do admit, I can kind of see a bit of growth. I’m so proud of you for this, doing fitness for you're health.”

A small “hm” came from his mouth, his smile grew more. “M'lady, thank you so much. But, perhaps I could show you more than just my bulkiness.”

“Huh,” she said, immediately her brow lifted. “and what’s that?”

“This.” Slowly his nose leaned against her’s. Her cheeks began to become more warm. Instantly, she rolled her eyes, and her nose leaned towards his. They began to nuzzle, as they continually felt the touch of their skin, and the love as their hearts continued to beat. The two slowly closed their eyes, as they embraced.

Victoria’s friends continued to watch the moment, which led them either slightly giggling to themselves or looking away. Rainbow gave another gag, to which once again Applejack noticed, giving her another petite slap on her arm. “Do you mind not doing that?!” Rainbow grunted through her clenched teeth, the young farmer nodded.

“Well, you shouldn’t be rude. At least be respectful, even if you can't, try to be.” She whispered back, her head turning away from her’s. Fluttershy gave a small sigh, her cheeks began to turn hot while her eyes glanced upon the ground. Slowly, she couldn’t help but softly place a hand to her face.

Ten seconds later, the two stopped their nuzzling. The touch of their noses pulled away, their eyes slightly opened, meeting each other’s gaze. Zephyr gave her a little peck on her forehead, causing her to titter. "Ready to go?" he asked.

Victoria gave a nod. “Yeah,” she said. “luckily I did bring my wallet today.”

One more chuckle came from the male, then he started to walk out of the entrance. Victoria’s eyes glanced at her friends, then she said, her hand waving at them as it visibly started to disappear from their vision. “See you later girls, I’ll tell you what happens!” Then slowly, the couple walked away within the halls as the sounds of Zephyr’s footsteps slowly faded.

The room fell silent, the girls began to glance at each other. At first, they didn’t know what to say, as the entrance felt a bit unexpected. But from the experience they saw with their friend, they couldn’t help giving out “aw” then began to laugh. But the two girls who didn't laugh, were Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy.

“Why are you guys laughing, seriously didn’t you guys find that,” Rainbow winced. “uncomfortable?”

Pinkie Pie shook her head, then gave a grin towards her friend. “Oh come on Dashie, I thought that little moment was cute!”

“Y'all thought that was cute? I thought every single word that Zephyr came out of his yapper, made about much sense then a solar powered flashlight." Applejack said.

“At least Victoria laughed from it.” Sunset said.

“True darling, but, if my boyfriend did that to me, I would’ve just rolled my eyes,” Rarity said. “but we do have to be supportive of her. Especially if she’s dating Fluttershy’s brother.”

Once again, the girls agreed in unison until another tiny sigh emerged within the room. The six girls looked down at her, to see Fluttershy’s hand on her face. Twilight gave her a brow, as she adjusted her glasses. “What’s wrong Fluttershy?” she asked.

Fluttershy slightly glanced up at her friends, to which then she continued to put her hand on her face. “Oh, well. I’m feeling a bit,” she then got cut off by Rainbow.

“Embarrassed?” Rainbow added.

The pink haired girl nodded. “Yeah. I should tell him to tell me first before he comes in with an entrance like that.” she gave another sigh.

“That is understandable, I mean. It was unexpected.” Sunset said, placing a hand on her back.

“Yeah, and to me,” Rainbow gave a groan. “it was just bad. No offense Fluttershy.” Rainbow said, her tongue sticking out a bit.

“That’s alright Rainbow Dash,” she said, to which she lifted her hand from her face. She gave a small groan. Then her lips gave a semi-smile to each of her friends. “but I do admit. Even though my brother is embarrassing at times, and does his weird ego thing. I’m just gonna say that I am proud of him. For finding someone he can be with and cherish his love with, while she respects him for who he is.”
