The Beginning Of The End Rewrite

Starlight knocks on the door. “Twi you in here since the school is empty I didn’t think anypony would-“ Starlight began before getting hit by a list.

“So much to do, not enough time.” Twilight said worried.

“Help we’re at a my plan needs a plan stage of a total Twilight meltdown.” Spike begged.

“Oh gotcha.” Starlight winked before walking up to Twilight.

“Hey Twilight how is it going?” Starlight asked comfortingly.

“Well not so good I just got told I was becoming the heir to the throne, so I’m kinda nervous.” Twilight said suddenly calmer around Starlight.

“Well I have faith in you Twilight, you can do this.” Starlight said embracing Twilight.

“Thank you Starlight I needed that.” Twilight admitted returning the hug.

Spike saw both mares blushing and put two and two together and smiled.

Once the two stopped hugging Twilght then spoke with Starlight.

“Well Starlight you have grown into a kind, strong, independent mare and I can’t think of anypony else to be the new Headmare for the school so what do you think?” Twilight asked.

“Well Twilight I’d be honored.” Starlight said happily.

Spike then smirked walking off letting the two have their moment.

Sombra then attacks the Crystal Empire, mind controlling some of them and having Shining Armor, Cadence, and Flurry Heart imprisoned.

Luckily Cadence sent a letter to Twilight just in time.

Twilight then had the girls, Spike, and Discord show up.

“Thank you for coming.” Twilight said frantically.

“Sure thing but you might wanna write a bit better, Sombra has returned, Cadence and Shining Armor are in danger and need help.” Discord said using his reading glasses.

“Yes I need you all to help me with Sombra.” Twilight said.

“Count us in darling.” Rarity said in a happy tone.

“Yeah I’ll come too.” Starlight said “You’ll probably need backup.”

“Well I plan on using the Elements Of Harmony with those we can defeat anypony even Sombra.” Twilight said happily.

“Oh nonono you didn’t need the elements last time you defeated Sombra, you need to resolve this situation on your own.” Discord said taking a bath in a rip between reality.

“My family is in danger I’m not taking any risks.” Twilight angrily countered.

“Fine.” Discord relented “I’m terrified of Sombra anyway.”

The Mane 8(yes Starlight counts) then go and defeat Sombra with the elements of harmony.

They were now at the Tree Of Harmony putting the elements back.

“Man that was way too easy.” Pinkie Pie said happily.

“Yeah a bit too easy.” Twilight said nervously.

They then saw a blast of smoke manifest and a Crystal rock smashed through the Tree Of Harmony.

King Sombra then showed up maniacally laughing at the Mane 8.
