My Little Pony: The Prince of Friendship

As Twilight began formulating plans with the young six and their leaders, suddenly Rainbow Dash and Spitfire burst into the room.

"We got trouble outside." Rainbow Dash said.

"A whole bunch of these strange black creatures just suddenly showed up. They seemed featureless outside of these big creepy and foreboding looking yellow eyes that glowed even though it's clearly daylight. The Mole is currently slicing through them like butter but there's still too many of them." Spitfire said.

"A tired cliché? Seriously Spitfire?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"Well he does have those humongous claws on him." Spitfire said.

"Point taken." Rainbow Dash said.

"Let's just focus on stopping those things." Twilight said. Outside, everyone could see The Mole and Discord destroying the creatures left and right.

"Okay, what on Equestria are these creatures?" Discord asked The Mole.

"They're known as Darklings." The Mole said.

"Darklings?" Twilight questioned.

"While numerous, these creatures are weaker then cardboard; the cliché of being able to slice through them like butter comes to mind with these guys's one weakness which is that even the weakest physical attack one shots them." The Mole said.

"So numbers is the attempt at making up for that weakness. Well at least there's not much thinking that needs to be done. But we've got to figure out how to stop the flood of them." Twilight said.

"Usually, they are lead by a somewhat stronger version of them called an Elite Darkling. You won't miss it: It's basically just a large size version of these teeny tiny mindless drones." The Mole said.

"I will give you the fact that these things are small as can be." Rarity said.

"But mindless? They seem to have some form of will." Fluttershy said. A dark laugh echoed off.

"How are you enjoying my Darklings so far?" Condescending Consequence said; though he was no where to be seen physically right now.

"You made these things?" Applejack asked.

"But of course I did. I did create them after all. Including their elite variants. But those Elite Variants are nothing like what I've spent the past 10 years making. Allow me to show you what I mean." Condescending Consequence said. Suddenly a large Darkling with the shape and size of Lord Tirek at full power suddenly showed up. "BEHOLD, MY LATEST DARKLING CREATION: A SUPERIOR DARKLING!" Condescending Consequence said. "This kind of darkling is much stronger then even those elite darklings, and it works by completely taking over a host." He boosted.

"Wait...are you meaning to say that...this is Lord Tirek taken over by a Darkling?!" Twilight exclaimed.

"You bet it is. Though if the Superior Darkling is destroyed, the host body dies in the process. It took me ten years just to make the one, but one is all I need considering the acquisition I got from what was essentially a maximum security prison. I cared not for the other creatures inside, my interest was with Lord Tirek specifically." Condescending Consequence said.

"If you have a darkling that can do that sort of thing, why not use it on one of us?" Sunset Shimmer asked.

"Uh...probably not a good idea to be given the bad guy any ideas right now..." Starlight asked.

"Actually I don't mind the question as I was more then prepared to answer it. Though the answer would be disappointing to hear: That wouldn't be any fun to do." Condescending Consequence.

"I...beg your pardon?" Starlight asked.

"Please, while I could've easily used this on one of you folk, that would just be so boring. Besides, while having you fight someone close to you sounds fun on paper, it's just not my style. No, I want to use the one thing I'm great at: Exploiting your greatest fears! And someone there has quite a fear of Lord Tirek. Going so far as to have nightmares about him." Condescending Consequence stated.

"Wait you knew?" Twilight asked. That made everyone look at her. "...The guy destroyed my former home, what did you expect?" Twilight countered.

"You've somehow found a way to deal with that sort of scare. How, I'm not sure. That's why this is so much more fun as I get to discover the how you were able to conquer such trama. So don't be afraid to hold back since this will be your chance for some good old fashioned revenge of your own!" Condescending Consequence said before giving off a dark laugh.

"...No..." Twilight said before she suddenly focused purely on the normal Darklings.

"What?!" Condescending Consequence said while everyone else fought the possessed Lord Tirek.

"I can see what you were going to do, and it's sickening to even think about, but I will not stoop to your level. I am not like you. It's easy now to see why you've become known as The Dark Master. You want to bring everyone to your level of madness and insanity. But you won't be outsmarting me using such tactics. So I refuse to stop to your level." Twilight said.

"Interesting...very interesting..." Condescending Consequence said before he suddenly used his giant hand from the sky to smoosh the possessed Lord Tirek. "Although this got boring, it did give me some intel: Apparently, I'm going to have to play extra smart around the lot of you. So, the kid gloves have just come off. Your about to really see what kind of insanity your in for with the likes of me." Condescending Consequence said before his voice seemingly vanished from the area as did his giant hand form the sky.

"He just turned what remained of Lord Tirek into a giant bloody pancake." Rainbow Dash said as the Darklings all vanished too.

"He was right about one thing: He's not like any villain equestria has faced before." Celestia said.

"Forget Equestria, how about the entire world?" Ember asked.

"Agreed. Condescending Consequence is the purest example of insanity that there is." Gilda said.

Do they not know the true face of that insane being? Well of course they don't, but I sure do. The Mole thought to himself. Couldn't forget the face of the only being to ever pierce my hide... He then grabbed a part of his hide where a scar could be seen as everyone got back in the Castle of Friendship.
