Author's Note

I honestly wasn't expecting to finish doing my basic editing for this chapter but I somehow manged to have just enough free time to finish up the basic editing process. So before anyone calls my blog a lie, just know that I originally was not expecting to have this chapter finished with the basic editing process until tomorrow; tonight at the earliest. But somehow, I've found myself with more time then I know what to do with, so after this, I will finish up my "Ship Placement" blogs so I can focus purely on this movie. This part isn't all that long though so that's probably why it didn't take long for me to finish the basic editing I do for each one of these chapters (double spacing the story, making small grammitcal changes, etc.)

Movie: Flashlight VS. The Dark Master - Part 5.5

"Time Eater...I wonder what the thing looks like." Celestia said.

"I've checked every book I can; there's nothing." Twilight said.

"You managed to read all your books in nearly three hours?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"I helped." Flash Sentry said.

"I did too. There were just too many books for just one person." Cozy Glow said.

"I did notice you are able to use some magic; a pegasus being able to use magic like you do, Cozy Glow, is rare." Twilight said.

"Well, I may appear to be just your run of the mill, every day pegsus, but the truth is I've got changeling blood in me." Cozy Glow said. "My father was the changeling. My mother was a pony." She added.

"But you don't look like you've got any changeling traits on you." Thorax said.

"Just because she's got Changeling blood doesn't mean she would have full on changeling traits. Her changeling DNA is what's giving her access to small amounts of unicorn based magics, even though she's just a pegasus." Flash Sentry said.

"That's...a good point." Pharynx said.

There's still some doubt there with Flash Sentry. I've got plans to build his confidence in being just as much of a leader as Twilight, but for now, I have to put them on the back burner. Cozy Glow said.

"What'cha thinking about Cozy Glow?" Applejack asked the pegasus, wondering why Cozy Glow was staring at Flash Sentry.

Why her? Cozy Glow asked.

"Applejack, chill. I'm sure whatever Cozy Glow is thinking about can wait for another time." Twilight said.

"She's right you know; we kind of have to start making a plan for this Dark Core thing." Cozy Glow said. "Which brings me to Fluttershy." She added.

"Hmm? What about me?" Fluttershy said.

"I think she means you can be quite easily scared by just about everything." Rainbow Dash said.

"But what is her greatest fear?" Cozy Glow asked.

"Now that you mention it...I don't think she's ever told us anything of the sort." Applejack said.

"A lot of things are scary to me, but...what I'm the most scared of you girls already know even if I put in the effort that one year..." Fluttershy said.

"Nightmare Night? That's your greatest fear?" Cozy Glow asked. "Listen up, because I got some news for you regarding a version of you I met in that other world: Once she got a few years older, she actually decided that she was going to conquer that fear of hers regarding the holiday. And so, that year, no one even knew that she was in the festivities. Mostly because she was in disguise that one time. And let me tell you, no one recognized her. Well...outside of me but I decided to keep that to myself. I had a feeling she was doing this for her. And I like to think that because I chose to keep the fact I saw through her disguise to myself, she had confidence of going out to more outings like that. By the time Nightmare Night came around the next year, many believed that once again, that that version of you would stay out again. But they were wrong. Dead wrong. She had asked Discord for a favor and as such, she had become Flutterbat for Nightmare Night. And she had fun." Cozy Glow said.

"Flutterbat?" Starlight asked.

"Something a ways back that happened." Twilight said. "Somehow my magic accidently turned Fluttershy into a cross between a pony and a vampire fruit bat that we called Flutterbat." She added.

"I was not even fully aware of what I was doing at the time..." Fluttershy said.

"Still, can Discord even do something like that?" Celestia asked. Cozy Glow and everyone else just looked at her. This caused the sun ruler to face hoof. "Right. Forgot who we were talking about." Celestia said.
