Chapters Sombra’s Reformation (or an attempt at one)
The Proposal; I Think... .
Author's Note
In the beginning of this chapter I said “creatures”. Reason is because there’s ponies, and one dragon. That’s all :D
The Proposal; I Think... .
The three creatures were stunned as to seeing who returned.... . And also how he managed to get into the castle and such. Flurry Heart is thinking as to why he’s here, and why did her aunt Celestia bring him here. Spike is thinking of the same thing too, but mostly gems since he’s hungry. As for Twilight; she’s furious.
But before any of them could say something; King Sombra putted a shadowhand to Twilight’s mouth, and then says; “look kid; I don’t like you; you don’t like me. But hey; if your sorry excuse of a teacher wanted you to help me be labeled as; “non villainous...” then I really don’t see how you’re gonna help.” After that he smirked and thumped Twilight on the nose. But before she could get angry and beat him to a pulp; (with blood and such); Flurry Heart began crying for no reason at all. Sighing; since he already knew why she’s crying; Spike went to pick up Flurry Heart, and says; “that’s what you get for not eating. Cmon kid. Let’s get you something to eat.” With that; Spike left with the cranky Flurry Heart, and left the two archenemies to sort things out. But before that could happen; there was a knock at the door. So with that; Spike sighed, and went to answer it.
Twilight and Sombra are currently arguing in the living room portion of the castle. And oh boy was it heated... .
“You animal!” Twilight shouted. “How could you say that about my brother?!” Sombra laughs, and then says; “it’s true isn’t it? He’s a pansy! Period!”
However; before the two could trade blows; a yellow aura surrounded the two, and levitated them high into the air. Not knowing who; they both looked to see who’s doing this, and immediately saw who it was that was holding them. It was Princess Celestia.
Shocked and dumbfounded; Twilight began to say; “p-p-Princess celestia? W-w-w-what’re you doing here?” Sombra wriggled in her magic aura, and says; “yeah? What gives Princess? I was doing fine until you showed up! What the hell?!” Before Celestia could speak; she dropped the two on the ground; (which didn’t hurt them much by the way), and then began to say; “so... I take it that you got the news Twilight?” Angry; Twlight shouted out; “news?! What news?! That didn’t count as fucking news! You serious?!” Smirking; Celestia said; “as sure as I’m not Granny Smith’s concubine!” Sombra turned to look at her confused, and asked; “wait, what was that?” Blushing; Celestia said; “nothing!” and moved away a bit.
After some thinking; Twilight said; “and are you sure that this is a good idea?” Sombra added in; “yeah... . What if Twilight were to hurt me for not being reformed yet?” With that, a fight broke out. Sighing and facehoofing; Princess Celestia says to herself; “I sure hope that this doesn’t end bad... . I’ve really had my hopes on this... .”
“*whoosh*, *choo choo*, here comes the airplane.” Spike said as he was currently entertaining Flurry Heart. She couldn’t help but giggle as Spike is doing this. Despite being at least four years old; (give or take); Flurry Heart still enjoys being treated like a foal at times, and occasionally uses her diaper whenever she feels like it; (or is too lazy to actually go to the bathroom at all). So with that out of the way; Flurry Heart is being fed by Spike because she’s very hungry, and she learned not to skip her meals like that again. Unfortunately; this kind of stuff happens a lot. So I’d say that this lesson she learned won’t stick to her completely, but possibly up to an hour or so; (give or take).
After Flurry Heart was fed; she burped, blushed, apologized, and then raised her hooves up so she could be taken out of her highchair; (despite being four years old as mentioned earlier). And with that; Flurry Heart is carried out of her highchair, and was being carried to where Spike wanted to go. However; what she doesn’t know is how bad things are gonna get from here... .
After trading blows with each other; Twilight and Sombra are out of breath. And also battered and bruised up as well. Surprisingly; they didn’t use their magic at all. But knowing that Princess Celestia is here; they knew better than that... .
“So... . Wanna begin my reformation?” Sombra said whilst panting heavily due to being worn out from his fight. Twilight; also breathing heavily as well due to her fight with Sombra; nods nonchalantly, and passes out on the ground. With that; Celestia teleported away, and King Sombra passed out on the ground as well. Something tells Twilight that this reformation process for him is gonna take a miracle; if King Sombra doesn’t screw up that is... .

The Beginning of the End; (For Sombra)
Twilight, Sombra, Spike, Flurry Heart, and Princess Celestia are in a supposed; “friendship circle.” Created by yours truly; Twilight Sparkle.
“Well...” Twilight began. “Shall we get started?” With that; Spike said; “on what? We haven’t even been told as to what we’re supposed to be doing here... .” Sombra then sighs heavily before saying; “I think that she’s trying to bore us on how I’m supposed to be reformed.” He then chuckled by saying; “like that’s gonna happen. Hahaha.” Flurry Heart got red in the face with slight anger; mainly because she still hates Sombra obviously... . But eventually decided to keep her cool and took a deep breath to calm herself down. After that; she whined, and began; “I’m bowred. What aw we supposed to do auntie?” Sighing heavily also; Twilight began; “we’re supposed to be reforming King Sombra. That’s what we’re supposed to be doing... . However; since I have no idea on what I’m supposed to be doing... I’m just waiting for someone else to get this circle started. Any takers?... .” Taking the bait; Sombra sighs, and then says; “I’ll get started...” and stood up. “Now... . Who here wants me to tell y’all a little story on how I got into a bar fight, and won?... .” With sheer excitement; surprisingly; Flurry Heart stood up and raised one of her hooves. With a shocked look; King Sombra said; “you serious?... .” Flurry Heart nodded, and sat back down on her pillow. Sombra then said; “alright”, and sat back down. “Wait a minute... . Why’re you wearing a diaper?” Flurry Heart whined a little, then said; “me no potty twained yet... .” Scoffing; Spike said; “that’s not true... . You wanted to wear diapers again just so you could use them again for when you feel like going. That, and you’re lazy too. That’s all.” Flurry Heart whimpered, swiped at Spike and clearly missed, then says; “shut up...” before sitting back down again with a sad pout. Sighing; King Sombra said; “let’s get this train wreck over with...” and cleared his throat to begin his story... .
“So; when I was in Ponyville; I’ve decided to visit a bar, and then went to order a drink. However; before I could; I got shoved into the ground, and then the pony that pushed me said; “my bad...” in a mocking tone, and sat on the stool that I was gonna sit on... .” Sombra was about to continue, but got interrupted by Celestia who said; “wait a minute... . How’d you get into Ponyville?... . And also; how’d you not get noticed before you went in?” Sombra cleared his throat, and said; “simple. There weren’t many ponies outside because it was getting dark... . That, and there weren’t any defenses put up around the village... . I mean after all; it’s a village; not a base; right?” Celestia sighed, then said; “right...” before sitting back down and gesturing King Sombra to continue his story.... . “Alright...” he began again. “Let’s continue... .”
“Now.... I was on the ground, and in pain from falling after being shoved. However.... before I got up; one of the patrons held me up, patted me on the shoulder, and turned around to swing a mighty punch to the guy that shoved me. Why?... . I honestly don’t know to say the least... . I think either he was one of the ponies I brainwashed back at the Crystal Empire... . Or that he knew the guy, and decided to nail the dude that shoved me; just because he deserved it. And.. just like that... it was an all out bar fight!” Flurry Heart nodded, but then felt uncomfortable and starts shifting in her seat. Sombra asked; “what’s the matter?” and waited for a response... . Before he could; Flurry Heart raised her hooves up, and started whimpering... . Knowing what that meant somehow; King Sombra sighed, and said; “alright kid, but just this once.” With that; Flurry Heart teleported to King Sombra. And then he sat her down on his lap.
However... before he could continue his story; Flurry Heart grunted and pushed, and then farted really big and loudly. After that; she sighed with relief, and giggled. Laughing hysterically; King Sombra began; “wow...” and laughed some more. “Feeling better now huh?... .” Flurry Heart laughs also, then says; “yup. Feeling better now; hahaha.” Snickering; King Sombra said; “I bet you are”, and tickles her belly; causing Flurry Heart to burst out with laughter. Trying to keep their composure from trying hard not to laugh; Twilight and Celestia try to tell Sombra that what he did was wrong, and that he should’ve asked first.... . Yet sadly they didn’t; because they suddenly lost it and bursted out laughing; Spike included.
After their laughing spell; Sombra cleared his throat, and starts to continue reading his story.... .
“Anywho... . A fight broke out, and I joined in. Why? It’s mainly because this guy fought that jerk... and I can’t just leave him alone like that... . That’d be awful if I did... . So... when I got back up; I grabbed an empty mug, and swung it at the jerk that was now beating my new bar buddy... . Afterwards; the Canterlot Guards came in, broke the fight, and sent me and my friend to prison.... . The end.” Surprisingly; the others all applauded his story... . However; after that; Twlight paused, and asked; “wait a minute... . I thought you said that you were in Canterlot, and got arrested for trespassing?... .” Celestia sighs, and then says; “to be honest; yes... . But that’s only because Ponyville jail was full... . So he was transferred... . Get it now?” With a look of understanding; Twilight said; “ooohhhhh.... .” and then sat back down to wait for something else to happen... .
Few hours have passed, and it seems that the entire group were starting to get along with each other... . Well... . Only Flurry Heart and Sombra were getting along... . The others... . Not so much.... . Why? Here’s why... .

The Fight that No One Expected
Twilight, Spike, and Celestia are surprisingly arguing with each other, and apparently Sombra and Flurry Heart don’t know why... . Flurry Heart babbled something to King Sombra; thinking that she knows what the problem was... . However; King Sombra told her that that wasn’t the problem at all... . And that it probably had to do with something else in the matter... . After that; Flurry Heart looked down with a sad look on her face and whined; feeling like that she’s wrong, and that she isn’t smart... .
After a few more hours; (or few more minutes again), King Sombra whistled, and shouted; “alright that’s enough!” Soon after he did; the others piped down, and looked at King Sombra.
Breathing heavily to calm himself down; King Sombra looked towards the three, and asks; “now then..... tell me... . What is wrong with y’all, and why’re y’all fighting?!” Now; the reason he didn’t use the word; “fuck”, or whatever... is mainly because Flurry Heart is still a child..... and that the world doesn’t need another potty mouth.... . That’s all... .
After a few minutes of collective breathing because they were angry; Twilight cleared her throat, and began; “well... it seemed rather silly; really.... hehe..... . You see?..... we were fighting about how we’re gonna reform you... you know?... .” Sombra nodded, then said; “I guess... . But hey; if y’all are gonna fight about it, then at least do it outside?... . Wouldn’t want you trashing your own home; am I right?... .” Twilight then said; “right... exactly... hehe... . My bad.... .” Sombra cleared his throat as if to make a point, and said; “alright then... . That’s good.... .”
Flurry Heart eventually leaned against King Sombra, and nuzzled him. Seeing this; Sombra then proceeded to sit her down on his lap again so she wouldn’t lean away from him and fall, and then proceeded to tickle her tummy again; causing her to laugh hysterically, and flail her hooves.”
Seeing how King Sombra is interacting with her niece; Celestia has an idea, and is looking to Twilight for approval... . However; she shook her head to decline, and says; “but what if he were to make her evil like him?... . I can’t let that happen! Not in a million years!... .” Hearing this; King Sombra cleared his throat again, and said; “if I were to turn Flurry Heart evil again, then I would’ve done it already; am I right?... .” Flurry Heart nodded, and leaned up against King Sombra again. Chuckling; King Sombra sat her down on his lap again to keep her still, and then starts petting her belly... . With that; she grunted, pushed, and farted again as loud as she could. Hearing and feeling that; Sombra laughed, and then asks; “sheesh kid; what have you been eating?” Flurry Heart giggled, and said; “mashed peas; hahaha.” Snickering and smirking; Spike asked; “and here I thought you hated mashed peas; hahaha... .” Flurry Heart nodded, and said; “me stiww do... . But I woke it when it made me do that. It funny! Teehee... .” After laughing; the group all calmed down, and looked at each other... .
After what seemed like five minutes; King Sombra began; “so... do we have a deal?... .” A bit reluctant at first, but also agreeing with her former mentor, and Spike; Twilight nodded her head in agreement, and said; “deal”, before holding out her hoof to King Sombra. With that; he shook her hoof, and the deal was made... .

While Twilight and Sombra go over the details of what there is to be done; Spike is slightly worried about what’ll happen if King Sombra were to do this... . Flurry Heart however; pays either of them no mind; as she’s currently trying to poop her pants this time. After succeeding, she breathes a sigh of relief, and then goes to play with her toys.
“So... we clear on what there is to do here?” Twilight said to Sombra. Thinking about what Twilight just said; Sombra thinks for a minute, and then nods; “I think so... maybe.... . I don’t think so.” With that in mind; Twilight facehoofed, clears her throat, and then retells Sombra the directions so he wouldn’t forget.
After five minutes of explaining things; King Sombra nodded his head, and said; “ooh. I think I get it now... . But wait; what am I supposed to do if things go south?” A scroll was then tossed onto Sombra’s lap, and then Twilight explained; “just use that scroll there, and then I’ll return and help you out; okay?” Sombra said; “okay,” but pauses. “Wait a second; where are you going?” Celestia sighs, stands up, and then says; “we have to go to a training seminar to prepare Twilight on becoming royalty; okay?” Sombra nodded, and then said; “go on...”. Clearing her throat, Celestia replied; “and since you’re babysitting Flurry Heart; Spike will be there to assist you.”
Hearing this in dismay; Spike whined slightly and said; “aw cmon; really? I have a game of ogres and ogliets with the guys this night! Can’t it wait?!” Twilight magically shoved Spike next to Sombra, and says; “no because these ponies that’re training me are really old fashioned... . As in; we hate dragons kind of old.” Realizing this; Spike said; “oh”, and started to look sheepishly. “Sorry if I asked.”
After getting things ready, and changing Flurry Heart for the last time for now; Twilight turned to Sombra, and asks; “so; are you sure you know what you’re doing?” Sombra nodded, then Twilight said; “good. Cuz if I find out that something bad happens to her, or that you did something bad to her, then I will make you regret it! Got it?!” Sighing out of annoyance; King Sombra nonchalantly saluted, and gave Twilight some distance for just in case... .
Spike was trying to hold onto Flurry Heart, but failed, and fell to the floor. Luckily for Flurry Heart; she landed right on top of Spike’s head. And with that; she giggles, and blows a raspberry with her tongue.
After getting out of who knows where with her stuff; Celestia bid the three farewell, and flew with Twilight to their destination. However; before they could leave; King Sombra was about to ask them something, but couldn’t as he was too late. So; knowing that they won’t be back for a while; King Sombra picks up Flurry Heart, and starts carrying her. “So”; he said in slight confusion. “What do we do now?” Flurry Heart sneezed, and then her tummy starts growling. “Let’s feed her”, Spike said. With that; both of them went to the kitchen with Flurry Heart, and began looking for something for her to eat.

Sombra and Spike are circling back and forth due to being stressed. Thing is; even though Sombra can’t be stressed; (due to him being a villain and all); that doesn’t change the fact that Flurry Heart is still missing. And that his archenemy; Twilight Sparkle; will show no mercy this time when it comes to punishing him. And as for Spike; he just doesn’t wanna disappoint his only guardian/sibling; nothing more.
“Spike...” Sombra said through clenched teeth in nervousness. “What’re we gonna do?!” Thinking of a proper solution; Spike just shrugged, and said; “I have no idea... .” Just then; a cry can be heard, and then the guys went to see who was crying... .
Once they’ve located where the crying was coming from; they soon discovered out that Flurry Heart is okay; albeit not looking too good... .
“What’s wrong?” Sombra asked. With that, Flurry Heart whimpered, and began saying; “me feew sweepy... .” However; before Sombra could help her fall asleep; he took a moment to look around to see what she did while she was away from them. Unsurprisingly; he founded out that Flurry Heart basically trashed the entire room... (as it was twilight’s room after all)... . So with that; he sighs, picks up Flurry Heart, and then starts rocking her to sleep; while Spike sighs also... and began cleaning up the mess.
Meanwhile; at the front door of the castle... .
“Oooh... . I really hope that they’re alright...” Twilight said in nervousness. Celestia giggled, then said; “oh I’m sure that they’ll be alright. No worries; okay? I’m sure they’re fine.” Twilight whimpered a little due to pure nervousness... but then sighs; says; “okay then... “ and began to brace herself while opening the front doors. However; once they’re heading inside, they’ve eventually founded out that everything’s not fine... .
Shocked and in awe; Twilight made a shocked noise; (or whatever it’s called), and then says; “what.. did those guys do?!... .” Celestia then cleared her throat, and then says; “I think Flurry Heart was a little too rough on them... .” With that; Twilight responded; “you think?... .” Celestia made a sour expression; to which Twilight said; “my bad...” and continued onward to assess the damage... .
Soon after Twilight cleaned up the place a bit; she and Celestia soon founded out that one of the doors was slightly ajar. With that, Twilight gestures for Celestia to get near, and opens the door quickly and quietly; (to supposedly mame the two babysitters if they fucked up)... . However; what they saw next was totally unexpected... .
There; lying in Twilight’s bedroom; was her niece, and her babysitters. With that; Twilight dawwed at the sight, magically wrapped a blanket around them, kissed them goodnight, and quietly left the room... .
Once the two princesses were out of the room; Twilight turned to Celestia, and asked; “do you think we should tell them what we’ve found? Or... .” However; before Twilight could finish; Celestia puts a hoof to Twilight’s mouth, and then quietly says; “let’s let them rest... . They’ve earned it.” Twilight smiled, and then nodded.
With that, Twilight and Celestia went to go to the library in Twilight’s castle, and decided to read a book together to pass the time... .

Sombra’s Reformation (or an attempt at one)
King Sombra; having been released from prison, is being escorted by two Canterlot guards to Twilight’s castle. Not so surprisingly; everyone and everypony that saw the dreaded shadow king booed and hissed at him while also throwing random stuff at him; some of it actually hitting his head, and causing a big bruise to form as well. With the guards being unicorns; the injuries were healed, and then the rest of the escort was defended whilst the crowd were being pushed back for the prisoner’s safety. As much as the guards would want Sombra to get hurt; they can’t. Reason is because of a code: to never allow any harm to any prisoner; common criminal or otherwise. With that; the escort was on its way.
Meanwhile.... in Twilight’s castle.
*growls*. “I cannot stand this! I really don’t like him! Why is Celestia sending him here?!” Twilight Sparkle said in slight annoyance, and anger. Spike; whom is a little winded from his playtime with Flurry Heart, asks; “what’re you so mad about?” The reason Spike is winded is because Flurry Heart’s still a little filly after all, but is also prone to magical outbursts that could potentially revert her back to her normal age; i.e back into either a toddler, or a baby during playtime. (Either way; we’ll leave that up for you to decide).
Sooner or later; Flurry Heart flew towards Spike, and says; “Sombra is coming back? I hate him! He’s a big meanie butt!” Spike smiles; having been proud of Flurry Heart not saying any more bad words; (ever since she’s heard them before from her aunt), and says; “hey... you’re not saying bad words anymore. Good for you.” Flurry Heart blew a raspberry at Spike with her tongue, and says; “me no care,” and pouts. Spike then asked; “geez; what got you so worked up?” Twilight then said; “because Sombra is coming back, and I really don’t want him here... . He’s just too cruel; even for the other villains even... . Who knew?... .”
Sombra unexpectedly says; “not really; just discord.” Flurry Heart, Twilight, and Spike all stopped to look at King Sombra with horror, and concern; wondering as to how he got here, and how he’s even inside the castle. Not to mention as to what’s he’s gonna do next as well.

King Sombra and Spike are currently fuming quietly as they were not happy. Flurry Heart however; was basically having the time of her life. Throwing food all over the place. Bouncing in her highchair. And also trying to poop her pants again, but with no success. She did however decide to throw the bowl of mashed peas that she was fed against the wall and shatter it; which unfortunately was a success. So with that; Flurry Heart is happy, and the other two are not. So with that; here’s the story... .
“Grrr. I hate this! I’m supposed to be playing Ogres and Ogliets with the guys tonight! But now I’m stuck with babysitting with a villain like you!” Spike said in bitter anger. King Sombra then lashed out; “oh boo fucking hoo! You think that I don’t want this to happen?! I don’t! So there you have it lizard skin!” Having taken a hit to his pride; Spike shouted; “I’ll kill you!” and lashed out at King Sombra.
Flurry Heart soon gotten bored of being mischievous in the kitchen, and decided to cause some mischief in the castle. With that; she used her magic to teleport herself out of the highchair, and starts to fly around; looking for a random room to barge into.
After five minutes of fighting; King Sombra and Spike were covered in bruises, and scratches. No blood was drawn obviously. But unfortunately; a lot of bad words, and bruising happened.
“So...” Spike began. “What do you wanna do now?... .” Sombra thinks for a minute before asking; “do you wanna go and read some of Twilight’s fanfics?” Snickering; Spike nodded, and went with Sombra to Twilight’s library.
Meanwhile; Flurry Heart was basically having the time of her life again. Tearing open pages of so many of Starlight’s books. Throwing everything onto the floor. And lastly drinking a random bottle in her room, threw it up, repeated the process until the bottle was empty, and then using her magic to blast a hole in the door so she won’t have to open it to leave.
After five minutes; Spike and Sombra were speechless.
“So...” Sombra began. “Let’s not speak of what we just read to anyone... . Understand?” Nodding; Spike said; “agreed”, and continued staring off ahead.
However; just before they could think of doing something else to get their minds off of what they just read; Flurry Heart began crying. With that; Sombra began; “ready?” Spike nodded and said; “let’s go help her...” and went off with Sombra to calm down Flurry Heart.

Spike and Sombra went to go find Flurry Heart since she was crying. After a few minutes; they gave up and sat down on the ground. “Where is she?” Spike asked. “I don’t know...” Sombra replied. “But we gotta find her; fast. Otherwise Twilight will kill us.” Looking confused; Spike turned to Sombra, and asked; “us? What do you mean; us?” Sighing; Sombra replied; “I mean that if we don’t find her, then Twilight will cream us! After all; she did task you with helping me with this.... . Right?” Sighing in defeat; Spike nodded, and said; “either way; we need to find her; fast. Who knows as to what trouble she’s in.... . They’ll kill us!”
Meanwhile; at the train station... .
“Wow...” Twilight said. “I didn’t know that those diplomats were “that” old fashioned... . Guess I’m glad that I made Spike stay behind huh?” Nodding in agreement; Celestia then said; “I think I have to agree with you on that one... . Those ponies sure do know how to remind us of our old ways; huh Twilight?” Twilight nodded, but then paused and asked; “hmm... . You think that the boys are having a hard time with babysitting??? I mean; I know that Spike has helped me babysit before... . But.... . I m not so sure about how he felt with King Sombra helping him... . You know?... .” Sighing; Celestia responded; “yeah... . And I also think that maybe that was too hard of a reformation tactic for Sombra; huh Twilight?” Sighing also; Twilight nodded in agreement, and said; “yeah... maybe... . But hey.... as long as they both got things under control.... I’m sure that I won’t have to cream them... right?... .” Nodding softly; Celestia said; “indeed.... . Otherwise it’s back to the dungeons with Sombra, and back to the Dragonlands for Spike; huh Twilight?” Twilight nodded, and said; “indeed... .”
With that; the train has arrived, and whistled its whistle. “Well; don’t wanna be late.” Before Twilight could get on; Celestia stopped her, and asked; “you’re not actually gonna cream them are you?” Scoffing it off; Twilight said; “I won’t!” and got on the train. She then continued; “however if they can’t handle it, then there’d be Tartarus to pay... .”
