Raising My Own

Spike and Twilight stood on the steps of his new school, there were other younglings there, Twilight waved to a few other ponies she met a couple of weeks ago, Spike was eying Rarity's figure and he then eyeballed her younger sister. Spike saw a couple of strong-looking colts that he seemed likable enough and then there was a pair of fillies he spotted, a pink filly with a dual-toned pink mane and a pink coat; her companion was silver-toned and had a dual-toned silver mane. The silvery one caught his fancy well enough. The teacher appeared and she was very sweet and her name was Cheerilee. Spike sat in the back left corner, on either side of him sat two colts, one was a scrawny pegasus named Featherweight, and on the other side was a chunky little earth pony named Pipsqueak; the lads were quite nice and Spike liked them pretty well. In front of him sat the fillies from earlier, Diamond Tiara and Silverspoon. Diamond Tiara turned around when Cheerilee had stepped out to apply a switch to a student for profanity. "Hi blank flanks, I heard that the reptile is illegitimate! It was something like his parents didn't want him so now he's a burden to the unicorn that brought him."

"Di, don't be so cruel. But seriously blank flanks why haven't you find your talents yet? Or even got a cutie mark and tried to solve the riddle of what it means?"

Spike was losing his cool and he snapped, "Damn you!" He yelled and threw a book at Diamond Tiara. The book hit her in the muzzle and it started to bleed. Diamond Tiara leaped from her desk and threw a left hook.

"Fuck you too!" As Pip and Featherweight dragged Spike off of Diamond Tiara Silverspoon dragged her friend back to the desk. Silverspoon knew there was gonna be a huge talking to. She felt a little bad about her part but didn't want to confess it. The parents of the offending parties arrived after school Twilight had a very disappointed look on her face. Spike knew he was so grounded, Twilight had taught him not to hit a girl or cuss at them and he had done both.

Punishment

"Spike.............about what happened today, I'm gonna have to punish you. So you're grounded for two weeks, and I can't believe I agreed to this but during the two weeks, you're gonna be Diamond Tiara's butler until you can learn to get along with her. I'll be putting your new Power Pony comic book away as well."

"That's not fair!" Spike whined.

"I have to teach to behave properly and I know this seems severe but if I don't do something to ingrain this lesson in you now then it'll be worse in the future. It's a snowfall effect, Spike, one small action if not dealt with can have a much larger impact in the future." Spike went to his room and brought out the comic book. Had she been too harsh? She asked her mom if she had done the right thing and should she reduce the 2-week grounding.

[Torture]

Spike carried his school stuff and Diamond's pack as well. The filly was barraging him with taunts and almost several times on the way to meet Silverspoon spat on Diamond Tiara. He also began to wonder if what Di had said to him yesterday was true? Was he a bastard and was he a burden to Twilight Sparkle? He hoped that Diamond Tiara doesn't learn that he's bi-sexual. Silverspoon tried to help with his load once and Diamond told her off.

"Silvy dear that P.O.S is under punishment! Don't help him out!" Spike growled and bit his tongue before he swore. He didn't want Twilight to learn that he learned his swear words from the comic book dealer in town where he bought his new comic book. At class, as Diamond Tiara sat at her desk she slapped Spike her tail and it stung against his scales. He got to see Rarity again as she dropped off Sweetie Belle. During the lunch session he and was introduced to Button Mash and Rumble. One colt joined the group named Skew. Skew Spike learned had a foul mouth and his mind was dirty. Button, Rumble, Pip, and Featherweight wanted him to leave but be kept talking about his one obsession.............Diamond Tiara.

Spike at the end of the school day had to walk Diamond Tiara home and he warned her about Skew. Diamond Tiara had Spike clean her room and do her chores. Spike was so glad to be home he plopped on the couch exhausted. "How was your day?"

"Fine! Tiara was a bitch again."

"Spike! Watch your tongue. Where did you learn that kind of talk? It's not appropriate and it's a low class to talk trash like that. So I'm asking again where did you learn the profanity?"

"I don't see any fucking problem every-creature does it."

"Not in this family! Until you tell me you in your room and no desert until further notice." As Spike left the room Twilight Velvet sat beside her young daughter.

"Parenting is rough I know but you're doing a fine job. He'll come around soon enough, by the way, I stopped by that comic book shop that you went to the other day and the vendor was using quite the colorful language and I think that is where Spike learned it. You can ask him but don't tell him tho know where he learned it.........it'll give him a chance, to tell the truth."

"Thanks, mom" Twilight went to talk to Spike and he finally did confess and he still hadn't cleaned up his mouth and Twilight hadn't learned about Skew yet. Diamond was still rude, but Silverspoon behind bet friend's back was rather endearing and kinda sweet but at the same time she was a venomous viper.

Twilight still was doing her best to be the mother Spike needs, it wasn't easy and she knew this was worth more than all of the books in the world, to raise Spike to be a prime citizen of Equestria.
