A deadly virus has mutated and Equestria is in its fourth epidemic year. Ponies that show any signs of infection are required to be tested and if infected, are set to quarantine zones.
Flash Sentry, a royal guard of the Crystal Empire with a rare immunity, due to the fact he was infected with the virus, is in a relationship with Princess Twilight Sparkle, whose lockdown prohibits them from physical contact.

When Twilight is believed to have been infected, Flash looks for a way to save her before she is taken away or worse.
