It was a stressful day for the princesses, they were both sitting down on their glorious thrones in the Canterlot throne room with the company of six little ponies and a dragon. They felt like it would be a good idea to stop by and greet their fellow princesses, also known as, friends now. Unfortunately, they didn't get much talk with the princesses as they kept on getting distracted by ponies coming to them as part of their royal duties.

There was a white unicorn stallion that came inside the throne room to ask some questions. There were two ponies that Spike found familiar about when he was taking over Twilight's princess duties so she could get some rest. Rainbow Dash pulled out her eyelids in frustration, hoping that this would end.

Fortunately, it did and the princesses released a sigh of relief. They turned to the six ponies and dragon that was standing by their side for almost an hour. Twilight and Applejack shared a look until Twilight broke their contact by stepping forth. She chuckled nervously before she began.

''Wow,'' she uttered in a sarcastic tone. ''You weren't kidding about how many royal duties you have.''

Luna sighed in despondence. ''Yes, it does get rather frustrating but other than that, we are more than relieved to have you seven accompanying us with our royal duties today.''

''You are welcome,'' Fluttershy said quietly.

''No problem, darling,'' said Rarity in a posh tone.

''It was our pleasure!'' Pinkie Pie chimed in.

Celestia smiled at their kindness and noticed that Twilight and Applejack were biting their lips nervously in response, whereas Rainbow Dash was stretching out her wings and eyelids. She turned to her sister, who had also noticed them. They both raised an eyebrow in response.

''Is anything the matter, Princess Twilight Sparkle?'' Celestia inquired.

Twilight's ears perked up. ''Me? Oh, I am fine! Actually, I am not fine. Although, you do look exhausted so maybe you could use a break from all of this hard work you have been doing.''

''What thou hast do you speakest of?'' asked Luna. ''Are thou saying you are calling us old?''

Twilight's eyes widened and she panicked. She did not want them to take that too seriously and in that way. Luckily for her, Applejack placed a hoof on her shoulder in comfort and stepped forth. Twilight sighed of relief.

''What she means is that,'' the cowgirl said, ''ya have been workin' so hard today, or probably for a thousand years, so maybe ya could take a break from all of these royal duties?''

Rarity's eyes twinkled in excitement. ''You could take a trip to the Ponyville spa!''

''That does sound like a promising idea!'' Pinkie Pie said with a joyful bounce.

''I do suppose we have been working really hard on our royal duties,'' said Luna. ''Alright then, but who will look after Canterlot? I know that the last time with you all in charge, it didn't go quite well.''

Rainbow Dash chuckled. ''Yeah.''

A lightbulb struck above Twilight's head as she thought of something. She whispered into Spike's ear to get out a note board and quill. He hastily wrote down everything on the paper to whatever Twilight was saying.

''You could take a trip to the Ponyville spa,'' she explained, ''whereas, my friends and I will do everything as you tell us to do. Last time, I was too confident that I thought we could do everything by ourselves that later I found out that your royal duties are much more stressful compared to mine. So we will do everything by whatever you will tell us to do this time.''

''Really?!'' Celestia pranced. ''Oh, thank you so much, Twilight! I always knew I could count on you.''

''Her only?'' Rainbow Dash muttered.

Outside of the Canterlot Castle, the princesses were wearing hideous robes as they were going to the spa. Rarity thought they looked ridiculous in those but she shook it off. However, they were talking to them about whatever royal duties they will be having today.

Spike's eyes widened in shock at the long piece of parchment the princesses had given to him. He was underneath them until he shoved them all off of him. He sighed in exasperation and thought that not even Twilight's lists are this long. How do the princesses manage to keep the schedule on all these royal duties? Probably because they have lived for over a thousand years.

''Now, I know you always go wrong with handling the swans because those swans are aggressive, even to us, but still go over every detail on the parchment I have given you,'' Celestia explained. ''It will really help you all through a lot.''

Twilight stood tall. ''Princess Celestia, you can count on us-''

''Oh, and make sure to feed Philomena five times a day,'' she quickly added. ''That poor bird has a large appetite.''

Rarity stepped forward and rolled the parchment into a tube with her magic. ''Darling, don't worry because I am pretty sure we have learned from our mistakes from the last time we had to look after the castle. So it will be a breeze and nothing to worry about so you two can go ahead and enjoy your relaxing day at the spa.''

Celestia took a sigh of relief. ''Thank you, Rarity. I really needed that and I know that I could always count on you, six girls.''

Her mane was suddenly pulled. She looked down to notice a purple baby dragon clearing up his throat. She chuckled and patted him on the head apologetically.

''Right,'' she said, ''and you too, Spike. Are you ready to go, my dear sister?''

Luna nodded her head swiftly and excitedly turned to her sister. She bounced up and down and didn't notice that ponies were staring at her. They all trotted away from her. Celestia rolled out her eyes and waved her hoof at the six ponies and dragon standing by at the gate. She trotted away with her sister.

''Now, where shall we get started?'' asked Twilight, looking directly at Spike.

Spike skimmed through the parchment hastily and chuckled nervously as he glanced back at the violet alicorn. She raised an eyebrow in confusion. Pinkie Pie snatched the parchment from his hands and quickly skimmed through it.

''Uh-huh, I see, that makes sense, we can do that, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh, uh-huh...wow.''

''What?'' Applejack uttered.

Pinkie Pie bit her lip in response and scratched her head. ''It said we have to battle cake monsters.''

Rainbow Dash was drinking a cup of delicious apple cider until she spat it out once she heard the pink pony.

Spike laughed. ''I always knew Princess Celestia had a thing for cakes.''

Twilight nudged him in the side and glared at him as he shrunk down to the ground. She used her magic to grab the parchment for herself and skimmed down to where Pinkie Pie had seen that. Her eyes widened. She wasn't kidding. However, she shook it off and rolled the parchment into a tube again. She took a deep breath before facing her friends with a respective smile.

''Let's find the perfect ponies for the job to handle these royal duties, whereas we can check on the princesses if they are having the best and relaxing day ever at the spa!''

''Isn't that called eavesdroppin'?'' Applejack muttered. ''And shouldn't we let them have their alone and quiet time bondin' with their sisters? Because it is not every day they do that.''

She noticed that her violet alicorn friend was already wearing goggles and gear, whereas Pinkie Pie and Spike were wearing night visioning goggles and mustaches.

''Well, I don't know about you but,'' said Rarity, ''I actually want to help the princesses out so I will take care of the royal duties along with some help from Fluttershy, Rainbow Dash, and Applejack.''

''What?'' Rainbow Dash yelled. ''No way! I want to see how this will all go because let's face it: the princesses will probably argue during their spa treatments.''

''I will probably tag along too to see if y'all aren't causin' any distractions for the princesses,'' the cowgirl said.

''Are you excited for some sister bonding time at the Ponyville spa, sister?'' Luna asked. ''Because it's not every day we get to do this. This was very nice for Twilight to give us a relaxing treatment.''

They both had reached the Ponyville spa and the spa ponies were pleased to see them here. They zoomed towards them to greet them with a bow for respect. Celestia waved it off and turned to her sister.

''Yes, I most certainly agree, dear sister. Although we should have gone to the Crystal Empire spa as the mud bath there is very relaxing due to what Cadence had told me.''

''Well, it was Rarity's idea to pick this place out for us to relax together after an exhausting day.''

''We didn't have to go to the exact place she had told us,'' Celestia argued. ''We could have gone somewhere else.''

''True,'' Luna agreed. ''But we don't want to disappoint them and sound rude, do we?''

''No, I suppose not.''

Lotus Blossom, who was standing in front of them awkwardly the entire time during their argument, rubbed her arm nervously. She said, ''are you ready to get your spa treatment, your highness?''

''Please, no need for that,'' said Celestia. ''We are just normal ponies taking a day off from our royal duties. We want this day to be the most relaxing day ever so book us any treatments that are relaxing to you.''

Lotus Blossom nodded in response and led the two alicorns to a room. Meanwhile, there was a violet alicorn hiding behind a potted plant with a pink pony, an orange pony, and a purple dragon. They all sighed with relief.

''What did Rainbow Dash tell you?'' Spike whispered. ''Those princesses will argue during their spa treatments and they haven't even started yet!''

''Hey!'' Pinkie Pie called. ''Where is Dashie?''

Rainbow Dash was resting herself on a chair in a secret room as one of the spa ponies was doing a hooficure on her. She smelled through the fresh air in the room and relaxed while being composed.

She had found it embarrassing for Rarity and Applejack to find out about her secret spa treatments. She still couldn't believe they had told Twilight and practically everypony in Ponyville. Nevertheless, she still tried to keep it a secret from other ponies they haven't told still, because why would an awesome and athletic pegasus like some frou-frou spa treatments? Although, there was a reason for this.

On the other hoof, the princesses were in the other room next door with their spa treatments. Lotus Blossom was filing Celestia's long, white horn, whereas Aloe was trying to do Luna's horn had she not kept on moving.

''Stand still, your highness. This will only take a second and I can promise you, it will be anything but scary.''

Luna jumped off from her seat to back away. Aloe sighed in exasperation and glanced at the white alicorn, who was having a massage now. Celestia opened her eyes slowly and noticed that her sister was out of her seat.

''What is the matter, sister?'' she asked in concern. ''Not enjoying the relaxing treatment?''

''Maybe it is relaxing to you, but for I, would like something more-''

''How about you try one of our greatest crystal mud baths that have been transported from the Crystal Empire itself?'' said Aloe in a casual tone.

Celestia's eyes lit up. ''You mean you actually have them here?''

Lotus Blossom nodded. ''Right this way, your highness.''

Celestia and Luna followed Lotus Blossom and Aloe to the other room that had a crystal green substance as a mud bath. Celestia didn't even hesitate to jump in. Luna rolled out her eyes and simply crawled into the crystal mud bath by the ladder. However, they both didn't feel a violet alicorn with a scuba mask underneath the mud as they were too busy caught up in their relaxing moment.

Since the mud bath was clear, Twilight could see that Celestia's colourful mane was changing colours. It was now a shade of pink alone. Twilight gasped at the horrifying secret being revealed.

'Celestia dyes her mane?' Twilight thought to herself.

However, Applejack, Pinkie Pie, and Spike were hiding behind a potted plant but slowly made their way out of the room and saw that Rainbow Dash was coming out of a room.

Curious, they followed her behind secretly as she went inside into another room with a spa pony. She was dressed in a towel as she entered the steam room. Applejack panicked and noticed there were other towels hanging outside. They all grabbed one each and covered themselves with it as a disguise for her to not recognise them.

They entered inside the steam room as well and took a seat opposite the blue pegasus. Rainbow Dash panicked and glanced around while jogging on the spot hastily.

Since Applejack had a talent for having multiple voices, she started up a conversation.

''What a relaxing treatment this is, don't you think?'' she said in a posh voice.

Rainbow Dash chuckled. ''Yeah, I guess you are right.''

''Do you always come here?'' Pinkie Pie questioned in a deep voice.

''Oh, yeah! Every three days a week to be precise, that is, after my Wonderbolt training.''

''Interesting,'' an intimate voice called from the door.

They all turned towards the source of the voice and noticed a tall white alicorn standing at the doorway with a dark blue alicorn. They entered inside and took a seat beside them. Panicking, Rainbow Dash tried to come up with a plan to say she hates these frou-frou spa treatments.

Celestia smirked. ''I didn't know you had a thing to these lovely frou-frou spa treatments, Rainbow Dash.''

''Oh, I don't. I just come here to refresh myself after Wonderbolt training.''

Applejack, Pinkie Pie and Spike took off their towels. Rainbow Dash widened her eyes in a mix of surprise and shock combined. Rainbow Dash stuttered, trying to find a way to deny all of this.

Applejack laughed. ''There is no need to hide it anymore, RD. Everypony already knows.''

Rainbow Dash rubbed the back of her neck nervously. She bit her lip in response.

Pinkie Pie bounced. ''Ooh! We should spend the rest of the spa day together!''

''I guess I should join along too,'' Twilight said, coming into the stream room with a robe.

''I...I...I guess I shouldn't be lying to my friends anymore and just be honest with you all. Although, there is a reason for this, not because I like them! I don't so don't even try to-''

''Ooh! Ooh!'' the pink pony piped. ''What is the reason? Wait, never mind, we don't need to know because I have overheard your conversation earlier with one of the spa ponies!''

Earlier that afternoon, Rainbow Dash entered the spa with her friends to spy on the princesses' visit at the spa. Instead of following them, she made her way over to one of the spa ponies for her usual order.

She was led into a secret room made only for her so no pony could see that she actually enjoy these spa treatments. Her first treatment was having a massage. Lavender Essence was assisting her with her secret spa treatments.

''Do you mind if you tell me why you always want to hide from ponies with these spa treatments?''

''I am not hiding from ponies with them! I just think that why would an awesome pony, like myself, like these frou-frou spa treatments?''

Lavender Essence raised an eyebrow in response. Rainbow Dash let out a long sigh.

''Okay! Fine! But you better not tell anypony and I mean nopony!'' said the pegasus, eyeing at her.

Rainbow Dash took a deep breath. ''The reason why is because I don't want them thinking I am somewhat 'girly' or 'uncool' and maybe it is because I have a slight crush on somepony.’'

''I am sorry but what was that last part?'' said Lavender Essence.

''Don't tell anypony but I have a crush on somepony. Just a teensy crush, nothing more than that!''

''Uh-huh. If it is only a teensy crush then why are you making all of this such a big deal out of it? That shows that you like this pony a lot. And I don't mean to sound nosy but who is this crush of yours?''

''Soarin.'' she shrieked.

Lavender Essence widened her eyes. ''I think he might be the perfect match for you.''

''Really?!''

She nodded. ''You are both Wonderbolts and I see you hanging out with him a lot whenever I am not working here.''

Rainbow Dash blushed. ''Do you think anypony has heard that?''

''Oh, I don't think so.''

''I know so!''

After Pinkie Pie had told them the story, they all looked at Rainbow Dash, who was shaking in her seat and sweating. Her face was as red as a tomato. Applejack took that as her staying in here for too long so they all transported to the next station.

They all found themselves sitting around the crystal mud bath. While Celestia and Luna were relaxing, Pinkie Pie was batting her eyelashes out at the blue pegasus. Twilight, Applejack, and Spike shared a look together and chuckled.

''Who wouldn't have guessed?'' said Applejack. ''You and Soarin.''

''You mean you knew all along that I liked him?'' said Rainbow Dash.

They all nodded in response, except for Pinkie Pie, who just gave a wink at her which had made her blush hard.

''Do you think I will get a chance with him?'' asked Rainbow Dash. ''I mean, Soarin is more than just a normal Wonderbolt. He is a flipping co-captain of the Wonderbolts for crying out loud!''

''Aren't you a co-captain too now?'' Twilight reminded.

She chuckled. ''You are right, I am. And I don't think the real me should be beating myself over for a boy! I mean, I am better than that for Celestia-Luna-EQUESTRIA'S FUCKING SAKE! I should just be my awesome self and ask him out.''

''That is the spirit!'' Pinkie Pie squealed, surprising her by coming up to the surface of the crystal mud bath.

''Speaking of boys,'' said Celestia, ''we should really check on how Canterlot Castle is doing.''

''Wait,'' Luna paused. ''Why are you all here and not helping Rarity and Fluttershy?''

Twilight blinked. ''Yeah, um, about that...''

The violet alicorn froze in place as she saw that all of her friends were pointing their hooves at her accusingly. She was taken aback by this. Celestia and Luna raised an eyebrow at this movement and accusation.

At Canterlot, Rarity was running around the room trying to find the correct fabric for the tables so the swans wouldn't get upset. Fluttershy tried to keep them all under control and not mess up the place but it was no use. They were so aggressive and had already ripped the window curtains and fabrics for the tables Rarity had created just for them.

As Celestia and Luna entered the room, they widened their eyes in horror as well as Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Applejack, and Spike. There was blue paint splattered on the walls and soup spilled on the carpet.

When Rarity had noticed the princesses standing at the doorway, she stopped her scattering around and approached them with a bow. Her hooves were shaking nervously.

''Your Highness,'' said Rarity, ''I would just like to say that we probably still haven't gotten used to handling your royal duties or probably the other reason was that...'' she pointed her hoof at the four ponies and dragon accusingly. ''They all left Fluttershy and me with all this so they could eavesdrop on your relaxing day at the spa!''

Celestia's eyes widened and turned to Twilight accusingly. Twilight let out a nervous chuckle before covering her face with her mane and zooming away from her.

''This wasn't your fault, Rarity, and I appreciate your honesty even though it isn't your element of harmony.''

''It is no worry,'' Luna assured them. ''We can clean this place up in no time.''

She ignited up her horn with magic and flashed the whole room. Before everypony could blink, the whole place was back to normal and the swans were back into their normal positions. Celestia required some help from Twilight, Rainbow Dash, Pinkie Pie, Applejack, and Spike as a punishment for pressuring Rarity and Fluttershy with all of this. For them, Celestia had suggested they take a trip to the Ponyville spa after all of this hard work.

''Now since this is done,'' said Rainbow Dash as she wiped the sweat from her forehead ''Can we go back to the Ponyville spa with Rarity and Fluttershy now?

''No,'' Luna answered, lowering her magazine. ''Get back to cleaning. You are still not done.''

She gestured over to the other side of the room that had cake batter splattered everywhere and sequence spilled on the floor. Everypony moaned in annoyance and started moping the floors again.

At the Ponyville spa, Rarity and Fluttershy were having their usual spa treatments with Lotus Blossom and Aloe. They both got to admit that if it wasn't for their friends pressuring the royal duties on them, they wouldn't have gotten the whole day to spend relaxing, whereas the others only got a few hours to do that.

Rarity was having her horn filed by Lotus Blossom, whereas Aloe was massaging Fluttershy's back. To make this less boring, Rarity started up a conversation by asking her yellow friend a question.

''Do you think they may have given up already on the cleaning?'' she asked with a smirk.

''Oh, I don't think so, I know so,'' Fluttershy replied with a devious smirk.

''It is a good thing that I splattered Zecora's most sticky cake frosting on the walls so it would take ages for them to clean it out. I knew this was about to happen.''

Fluttershy's eyes widened in shock. ''You did what?!''

''Oh, darling, you got to admit that this is the most brilliant plan to get back at them!''

A sly grin appeared on her lips. ''I guess you are right. It is almost too good.''

However, what they didn't know was that in Tartarus there were three most devious villains in all of Equestria who had seen the whole thing from a vision Chrysalis had conjured up with her magic. Of course, there was a magic-proof spell on the bars of the cage so she wouldn't dare use her magic on it to free themselves out of there. Celestia had finally become clever depending on how few brain cells she has since she is so old now.

They were all snickering to themselves as they had finished watching the scene. There was a slightly evil grin forming on the little pegasus filly's lips.

''Can you believe it?'' Cozy inquired. ''Fluttershy as evil?!''

''I will never believe that a shy and wimpy pegasus would be so devious,'' said Tirek.

''It's still pretty surprising and funny,'' Chrysalis informed.

''So what do you think our next plan into taking over Equestria will be?'' Tirek asked. ''Turning Fluttershy and Rarity evil and making them join our side?''

''We will just wait for that to happen but for now,'' Cozy said, ''I think we should spend this eternity living in Tartarus together bonding and learn the magic of friendship!''

Chrysalis grimaced. ''You're being sarcastic, right? Or you're actually wanting to be good again and join Twilight's prissy school, too?''

Cozy cleared her throat. ''Okay. First off, I was never good, to begin with. And second off, who would want to join that crappy friendship school anyway? Besides, friendship is so cheesy and Twilight just annoys me with her friendship speeches.''

She shivered as she even thought about it, whereas Tirek and Chrysalis rolled their eyes out in response.

''You're not any better, Cozy. I still catch you snoring in your sleep, just ask Tirek as my backup,'' said Chrysalis.

Cozy growled. ''I do not snore!''

They all started bickering with one another again. I guess it is safe to say that these three do know the importance of friendship but use it in the wrong way and want to gain power from it to either have revenge on those prissy ponies or to be seen as powerful. Although, if you are still alive and watching this, King Sombra, then I suggest you shall not be evil again if you don't want to end up like these three idiots.

I still think that the princesses are useless and that leadership shouldn't exist in friendship groups. I ship Celestia with Twilight because it is always about Twilight with that alicorn, isn't it? Just ask Luna!
