The city of Canterlot was preparing for the wedding of Princess Cadence and Captain Shining Armor.

Right now the changelings were attacking. When changeling queen Chrysalis defeated Princess Celestia, a banishment spell wore off.

A certain kitty started making its way to the energy signature of a certain princess.

Chrysalis looked at her prisoners with a smile. The elements of harmony, Princess Celestia, Princess Cadance and Captain Shining Armor were her prisoners. Soon she would take over Equestria and take all the love. Never again will her subjects go hungry.

"My Queen!", a drone shouted as he entered the room with a look of fear on his face.
"What is it drone?", she asked a bit annoyed. She was so close to victory but something had to come and ruin the moment.
"A metal golem is heading here! We can't sto-"

The door to the hall burst open as a panzer II Ausf. C entered. It looked like any other except for the multiple cameras fitted on top of the turret in a dome and sensors around the hull. All the occupants of the room looked at with shock, confusion or fear. The tank then made an attempt to speak but all that came out was garbled speech.

Error: Speaker malfunction.

Attention: Hive mind in range. Reconnecting...

Chrysalis observed the golem from where she stood. It looked decently armored and could be a difficult enemy to take on. 'Perhaps an Equestrian defense but Equestria has rejected most technological developments made so-',Chrysalis thought but was cut off.

"I...DEN...TI...FY.", it said in a loud, garbled and monotone voice.

"wha?", the drone almost whispered.

"IDENT...IFY... YOUR...SELVES.", it clarified. Chrysalis was astonished. All golems she had encountered in her 100 year lifespan weren't remotely like this. It did not resemble any of them, it was much more intelligent and didn't have any magical symbols drawn on it. In fact she could sense almost no magic from it.

NO magic. That was a problem. All the golems she had encountered used magic to fuel themselves. This one had no magic that meant it would be harder to destroy and she had no idea of its capabilities. She had to be careful now.

"I am Quee-"

"Help us please!", Twilight Sparkle shouted. "Free the Princess!", she continued as she motioned at Celestia in her cocoon with her eyes. For her the golem seemed intelligent which meant it could perhaps help them. Chrysalis was annoyed.

Meanwhile the panzer's cameras focused on to the weird green thing hanging from the ceiling it had paid no attention to. A life form was in there and it had a faint energy signature very hard to focus on. The rules embedded into its' software kicked in.

-Protect the innocent.

It's 20 mm autocannon or to the others' perspective, it's nose raised itself and pointed at the cocoon. Before Chrysalis could react, one round had already been fired at the base of the cocoon. To the occupants of the room, it breathed fire for a second and caused a very loud bang.

For Celestia, it was very much different. She saw from her place at the ceiling that one of her oldest and most ruthless enemies had entered the wedding hall and then aimed straight for her. She expected herself to be obliterated by the tank but was surprised when she was suddenly falling down to the floor headfirst. It was short lived as she was knocked out when her head impacted the floor.

To the ponies, this was seen as a very embarrassing mistake made by a potential ally. To the changelings, this was seen as a failed attempt to get rid of them but the panzer had different feelings.

The machine felt anger and hatred at her sight.

Shining Armor felt a pit grow in his stomach as he observed the scene. The golem's nose or weapon was now pointed at Princess Celestia. The look on Cadance's face didn't help either.

"YOU ARE AN ENEMY. YOU WILL DIE.", it said as the gun pointed at her.

"Don't hurt her please!", Cadance shouted.

"...WHY?", it asked in the same voice but with hatred.

"Please don't! Think about all the creatures that would die if she could no longer move the sun!", she answered hoping it wouldn't hurt her. Now the machine was feeling double the hate and a new emotion.

Disgust.

Even the changelings in the room were alarmed by how much hate this golem was feeling towards the monarch. The flapping of wings could suddenly be heard and suddenly Luna, wearing full armor, was charging at the golem with a midnight blue, long sword in her magical grip. The sword hit the back of the turret but did not impale. The shockwave however pushed everyone who was not stuck in the room back a few feet.

"YOU ARE A... FOOL TO UNDER...ESTIMATE THE INTELLIGENCE OF MY CREATORS.", the panzer said as its turret swiveled to point at Luna.

"YOU THOUGHT THAT YOU COULD REMOVE MY CREATORS FROM THEIR WORLD.", it said as the panzer aimed for her head.

"THOU AR-", Luna said in her royal canterlot voice but was cut off as her suddenly broke into pieces. She could not even scream as more rounds were discharged from the 20mm cannon. Her left wing, left foreleg and hindleg were shot. The panzer felt a new emotion.

Happiness.

Before more damage could be done a pink barrier rapidly expanded kicking the changeling and the panzer out of canterlot and to the badlands south of Equestria.
