The Meeting

As i stand outside those big oak doors to the conference room the secret service escort walk away further into the white house. I open the door and at first I see the president but then i seen her white unicorn-no an alicorn talking to the president. Then it hits me like a ton of bricks, i remember seeing her somewhere she looks so, so familiar. I remember now i took my little sister to toys r us before i left for my SEAL training and i saw a toy that looks just like her. But this doesn't add up that was a toy but she was standing there talking to the president.

"Ah john, please come in your just in time for the meeting." said the president

I sat across the white alicorn and addressed myself

"Hello my name is John McNeal." I said.

She looked I'm my direction and said

"I'm princess Celestia and you will be performing a mission for me that will be of the up-most importance.”

"Ok so what’s the objective that you want me to perform for you?" i asked.

she began to explain "my sister and myself had a fallout and i was forced to send her away to the moon for one-thousand years, i want you to come to my planet of Equestria, their you will be frozen in a statue like form, then and only then after a thousand years you will be released by one of the elements of harmony that uses the element of magi-”

"Wait, hold on a minute. Another planet, a thousand years, this has to be a prank right!?" i said in an alarmed voice.

"I'm sorry john but this is not a prank this is a serious matter that i need your help attending to." Celestia stated while stomping her hoof.

"Sorry your majesty please continue what you were saying." i stated to Celestia, who was by this time was staring at me.

"Thank you john, but back to the current task at hand. When you are released from the statue form you are to proceed to watch my sister on her return. If things go smoothly on her return, don’t kill her. But if the situation gets out of hand you must kill her." she said in a depressed tone.

"It’s sad that it has come down to this but if I kill her myself i risk starting a political uproar for killing my fellow princess, but the public wouldn't suspect you." she stated in a lifted tone.

"ok princess i have a question about this whole situation on my end, if the mission doesn't require me killing your sister, then what will happen to me?" i asked.

A look of concern went across the president and Celestia's face.

"Well, i was going to ask if you wanted to stay in Equestria for a permanent job. I don’t see the point of you returning to your home-world. You will be gone one-thousand years, everyone you will know and love will be long gone. Plus what i have to offer will make this worth It." she said giving me an uneasy smile.

I began to stare off, i began to think to myself "what about my family?, my friends, my dreams, this is a once in a lifetime chance. but is it worth it. then i began to think about the life i had. being hated, horrible family life, used by friends for money, every relationship i ever had ended horribly. so the question went from what dont i want to lose, to what do i have to lose. i came back from my thought session and i looked at both of them and said

"What are we waiting for lets do this"
