Harmony's Guardian Angel

I left the meeting room to be met with the security escort, they knew to lead me to the exclusive armory located under the white house. We walked to a pair of guarded stairs leading to the armory, at the bottom of the stairs was a giant armor door. One of the guards punched in a code and the giant door slid into the wall and we proceeded into the armory. I stopped and stared at the walls upon walls of assault rifles, snipers, pistols, shotguns, and a few LMG's. One of the guards looked at me and said for me to take whatever i want. I looked at him and gave him a look of impression, never in my life have i seen so many weapons in one place and have a choice of which one I wanted. I named off guns that i wanted i wanted an Sr-25 with a 9x40 zoom scope, mp7, an ACR with holographic sights and a for-grip and a urban digital BDU (Battle Dress Uniform) and a 3-day expedition bag. After gathering my guns and gear i wanted to use a phone to call home, to say goodbye to my family.

Ring-ring.....ring-ring.......

"Hello you've reached the McNeal residence, sorry we missed your call please leave your name and number and we'll call ya back, thank you." *Beep*

"Hey mom, dad its john..... ummm....... i have something to tell you guys, I'm going away on a mission and i may not come back, i love you guys and i couldn't have asked for a better childhood. You guys made me into the man I am today and if it wasn't for the both of you i would probably be some bum or a drug addict, but you guys kept me on track. And tell Maggie about the big brother that she had and give her a hug for me every night and tell her that her brother's keeping her safe from the boogie-man, i love you guys, bye. *click*

I hung up the phone and walked away from it and i thought of Maggie, she’s only 2 years old, I hope she will remember me in the future. I met Celestia in the white house to prepare for the journey and the last time I’ll ever be on this planet.
