Goodness! I didn't expect more than 10 views in one day! Wow!

I'm more than happy to give you Chapter 2!

I hope the cliche-ness of the plot doesn't bore you or anything! =(

I'll try my best to make this the most interesting fic you've read in a while! It's absolutely my goal to deliver

the best I can for you all!

After a few minutes of learning how to "walk" a bit better on my four legs, I look at my sleeping bag, and saddlebag, which once use to be my backpack.

I look inside my saddle back, finding my plushie.

I gasp with excitement and hug it.

"Oh my gosh! Thank goodness I still have you..."

I place it back in my saddlebag, and take my sleeping bag aswell, just incase I can't find somewhere to stay.

"Well, time to find some town I guess."

I swing the saddlebag to my back, and roll up my sleeping bag. I tried tying it to my back with my mouth. That took a good 5 minutes....

"I have to get use to having hooves..." I said to myself.

I look down at my hooves one last time, to make sure i'm not dreaming. I still can't believe i'm here, in Equestria...

Just, wow....for like the 10th time already.

I would never, ever imagine waking up in a completely different world. Not only that, but its Equestria.

I have so, so, sooo many questions...I didn't even know Equestria was real...

I find a dirt path in just a few steps ahead of me, and start following it, to see where it would lead me to. Hopefully it won't get me even more lost..

After 9 painstaking hours of walking, finding nothing but more dirt to walk on, or....trotting I should call it, I just drop down to the ground, and close my eyes.

"Ahh....I'm....so...tired..." I let out a sore moan and almost fall asleep, but then...I hear...someone...no...somepony.

I chuckled a little. I never thought I'd use that word in my life.

With my eyes still closed, my ears perk up, following the sound. It sounds like...

"Humming?...somepony is humming?...or, maybe singing."

I wasn't sure. As tired as I was, I got up, and quietly moved behind tree by tree, getting closer to the sound.

After a few minutes of sneaking around, well....not really "sneaking". I snapped and crunched a lot of twigs and leaves as I made my way through.

I still have to get use to these hooves....

I finally get close enough to the sound. It was humming.

"I finally found somepony....thank goodness. Maybe I can get directions?" I said quietly to myself.

I very slowly look over, peeking from the side of the tree, and see....a bright yellow colored mare, holding a basket of cherries with her mouth....she's a pegasus aswell, just about 10 feet away from me.

"Oh my gosh." I said in a silent, yet excited tone.

"An actual....pegasus?"

Well, I am one, but its different seeing another one. That pretty much proves it....i'm in Equestria, and am not paranoid, or hallucinating!

I take another moment to take in all the information. I'm in Equestria, in the form of a pegasus, as a stallion. As simple as it is, this is still a lot for me to take in...Both exciting, and unbelievable...

..As I mindlessly grow excited over all these facts, I unintentionally step on another twig, causing it to snap.

Curse these hooves, they've been a pain to get use to...

I smack myself on the forehead.

The yellow pegasus must've noticed the sound of the twig snap, because she quickly looked around, almost in a fearful way, putting down the basket of berries she was carrying.

"H-hello? Oh gosh, u-um, anypony here?"

She said.

I start to feel my heart rate rise.

Should I...go confront this pony?

I slowly move towards her, stepping onto the very same cobblestone road she was on, and she turns right around, looking at me straight in the eyes.

I gasp, as everything around me feels like it stopped moving.

....

She sighs with relief.

"Oh gosh, I thought you were a t-timber wolf or something...P-please don't scare me like that again..." she said in a quiet tone.

I take a good look at her...

I stand in complete....not shock, but...surprise.

I know her face very well, more than any other pony....

"Oh...i'm sorry...did I scare you?..." she asked, lowering her head, covering her face a bit with her mane.

I was almost binded in complete disbelief...

I looked at her even more carefully..

Her light pink hair.

Her shy light cyan eyes.

Her light golden coat.

Is...that...

"F-....Fluttershy?..." I asked in an almost inaudible voice.

I was still in somewhat of a trance. I can't believe it...

"E-...excuse me? Did you say something?" she asked quietly.

I blushed a little bit, from both embarrassment, and shyness..

"I-...uh...I'm sorry, that I....startled you...Forgive me." I said shyly.

I looked away a little, trying to not make eye contact.

"Oh, nono please, I should be the one to apologize!" Said replied in a slightly less-shy tone.

"No, i-its ok, really..." I stuttered.

I hear her hoovesteps coming closer, and I turn my head facing forward again, finding her in front of me, looking right at me.

Eye to eye at the same level, I notice we're basically the same height.

"I-...I don't believe i've seen you around here before?" she asked, tilting her head curiously, keeping the shy face.

My gosh, she.....is really right in front of me...

...Fluttershy.

I feel my cheeks burn furiously, my face turning into a tomato red shade.

...I have never been so nervous in my life....

I just barely make out the words and say to her very quietly.

"I-i'm...not really...er...from around h-here..."

"Oh, you poor thing, did you get lost?" She suddenly broke from her shell.

I simply nodded.

I guess I am lost. I mean, i'm not on...Earth...thats for sure..

"Oh, come with me please, let me make you some tea? You can stay if you'd like to aswell? I mean, if you'd like to?... Its the least I could do." She asked.

I look at her, a bit confused....But at the same time, admiring her sweet personality...

..It makes me feel warm inside...unlike...

...the coldness I usually feel...

I blink a few times, thinking of what to say.

"Oh u-um... Thats very nice of you to offer, thank you.." I said, giving her a shy smile.

...My gosh, she actually...made me smile?

She brightens up, and smiles back.

"Oh good! Follow me, my cottage is just a few steps this way."

As she's about to pick up her basket, I quickly pick it up for her.

"Nono, let me carry it for you. Its the least I can do to repay you for this." I said.

She reacts with a shy smile.

"Oh, thank you!"

I follow her by her side, looking at her face from the corner of my eye...

She has such an adorable expression on her face, I could almost just hug her right now...

Of course, that'd be odd...We just met.

In literally just a half a minute, I see a bright, beautiful cottage, brought to life by the animals that live around it.

"Okay, make yourself at home." She said, giving me a very warm smile. She opened the door to her cottage and waited for me to get in.

I automatically smile back, and it warmed my heart yet again.

I walked inside, sat down on her sofa, and observed all of the animals that lived inside her house.

"Oh, wow!" I said excitedly.

She closes the door and looks at me

"Oh, um, I hope you don't mind...animals?" she hung her head slightly.

Her hospitality and kindness was all so much for me to absorb, along with the fact that i'm still trying to process how this is all even possible..

I was so locked in my thought-crowded mind, that I almost forget to answer her.

"Oh! No not at all, I love animals." I tried assuring her with a smile afterwards.

Incredible...In less than 5 minutes, she has me smiling like a little child. Something that I couldn't even make myself do in years.

"Oh, thats wonderful! Its hard to find other ponies that like animals as much as I do!"

Her face absolutely brightened up, but then quickly turning into a face of slight concern.

"Although, you look really tired? If you'd like, I can prepare the tea right now?" She asked.

Tea sounded really good right now...specially after the long walk I had today..

"Oh, yes please. That'd be very lovely. Thank you." I tried to reply as politely as I could.

She quickly flew into her kitchen, and began to prepare the tea.

Usually, I am very shy when it comes to socializing, or simply just talking to someone...

But she greeted me in a very new way...

With open arms, rather than crossed arms.

For some reason, I felt more comfortable like that.

Eventually, the thoughts return again, making me ponder as to how this is all possible..

I...can't believe i'm in Fluttershy's cottage. This is something I would've simply daydreamed about yesterday...not only that, but i'm a pony myself. A pegasus.

..In Equestria itself.

I'm utterly, absolutely perplexed..

This is all too good to be true.

Just one day ago, I would've been crying just to simply be with these ponies.

...Now, she's here, preparing me tea....

I-...I don't know how this all happened...

I should just stop thinking about it. It's actually giving me a bit of a headache now..

She comes back with the tea, and fills a cup, handing it to me.

"Here you go sweetie." she said.

Sweetie...

It made my heart jump in joy when she called me that.

I smiled and gently took the cup out of her hands, saying "Thank you" and sipped the hot tea.

I immediately winced, feeling the hot tea almost burning my toungue.

It caused me to accidently spill the tea allover her floor, and I gasped.

"Oh my gosh, i'm so sorry! Please, forgive me-"

She interrupted my sentence.

"Oh nono, please, don't worry! Here, I'll clean it up, it was my fault! I forgot to tell you it was hot!-"

I then interrupted her.

"No! It was my fault, really! Forgive me..."

I looked at the ground with guilt...

Suddenly, I felt her hug me.

"Please don't feel bad, I know you didn't mean it." She said.

I blushed from the sudden hug, but then immediately hugged her back, and sighed contentfully.

I felt a tear roll down my cheek..

I never thought that I would actually get to hug her...

At this point, I feel like i'm completely dreaming now..

Fluttershy then looks at me.

"W-....whats wrong?" she asked me.

She wipes my tear off my cheek, and gives me a concerned look.

Her maternal gesture made me react with a bit of a surprised look.

My mom never did that when I cried....

Never.

"I- um...i'm fine, really."

"Oh, ok. As long as your fine." She smiles and sits down besides me.

"If you want, I can take all that stuff off your back, and take it to the guest room? Oh I mean, if your ok with it?...." she went back to her shy tone.

So....Adorable...

"Oh, thank you." I replied with a gentle smile.

I took my stuff off and she quickly picked it all up, taking it all upstairs to the guest room, and floated back down.

"Thank you again, for taking care of me...Really, I appreciate it very much." I said with a truly sincere tone.

"Oh, not a problem at all! Don't you worry about it." she replies softly.

The yellow mare then curiously looks at me.

"Oh! If-...if you don't mind. Can I get your name? I've yet to ask that."

My what?...

Oh! Right, my name...

Wow...I've been so focused on trying to process all of whats happening, I almost forgot my own name...

..Well, I could use my regular name...but...I don't know...

It seems out of the ordinary for a pony name.

Might aswell try and see?..

"Oh...my name is uh..."

She looks at me, still waiting for me to finish.

"..G-...George."

I shyly looked at her face, to see her reaction.

She simply gives me a big smile and says

"Oh how original! I love it!"

Her compliment made me smile, and I blushed slightly.

I looked at the ground, gently kicking it, trying to stop blushing. But I couldn't help resisting to smile, it just crept onto me.

She giggled adorably, and says

"Nice to meet you George.... I'm Fluttershy." she smiled.

I hug her once more, to show her my appreciation for everything, and say.

"Thank you, Fluttershy. This all means alot to me."

She smiles, and hugs back, replying in her hushed tone.

"Not a problem at all."

I close my eyes, enjoying her soft warm hug..

This is a dream come true...literally.

I don't know who, or what to thank for it, and still don't know how this is all possible, but you know what?

I'm not going to fight it anymore..

I mentally nodded to myself, finally accepting that this is reality.

"I'm sorry, but...would you mind if I take a nap? I've had a very long day.." I said, letting out a tiresome yawn afterwards.

"Not at all George. Here, why don't I take you to the guest room?" She said, giving me her heartwarming smile once again.

"Thank you, Fluttershy..-" I was cutoff by another immense yawn.

"I'm terribly sorry for having to leave you so early...i'm absolutely tired to the bone..."

I looked down to the floor abashedly..

"Oh, its completely understandable!" She replied.

The yellow mare then looks at the floor for a moment, with a face of thought...

She then pulls her head up, and asks

"Sorry to bother you with this same question...but....Are you sure your alright?

I just want to make sure.."

"Yes, i'm very fine. Thank you for asking." I said smiling.

She returned the smile, and showed me the way to the guest room upstairs.

"Here you are. If there is anything you need, anything, just let me know, ok?" She said as I lay down onto the bed.

I simply nod.

"Wait, Fluttershy?" I quickly asked before she left.

"Oh, um. Yes?" She looks at me, waiting for what I have to say.

"....Not that its a bad thing but...

...Why are you so kind?"

At first, it was a small moment of silence...

But then she just giggles, which confused me a little bit.

"Well, um. I figure its better to make a friend, than to leave him as a stranger, right?" She gave me her shy smile again.

At this rate, my melting heart won't make it by morning.

I simply giggle as well, and reply

"Oh, of course, who doesn't like friends?" I return her the smile, but then realized what she just said...

...Wait....a friend?....

I finally have a ...friend?

And....Its someone....

..I mean...

...Somepony...I never would've expected...

...Fluttershy.

"Goodnight." She said smiling gently, and blows out the candle.

"Goodnight" I reply, returning the smile.

She gently closes the door, and I hear her light hoovesteps fade into her room, followed by the sound of her door closing.

My cheeks hurts from smiling so much....heheh.

I rub my cheeks gently, and try to sleep...

...But shortly after, I start fidgeting around, trying to get into a comfortable position.

After a few minutes, I give up, and lay down on my back, still uncomfortable. I then sigh, irritated as to why I can't find a comfortable position...

..I then look down at my body to see that my legs and forelegs are pretty much sticking in the air, halfbent, like how when you put a dog on its back to scratch its belly.

I silently chuckle and say to myself

"Oh, heheh...right....i'm a pony."

I'm...still having a hard time adjusting to the fact that i'm now a pony.

Not that its bad! Its just...hard to get use to.

I lay onto my side, feeling much more comfortable than before.

"Ahh, thats much better..."

I yawn, and close my eyes.

Without moist, tear filled eyes, for the first time in a while...

I fell asleep..

I suddenly wake up from my deep sleep, interrupted by a knocking noise from downstairs in the middle of the night.

Who could be knocking at this time, of all the people....

I'm a bit cranky, being waked after such a physically, and mentally exhausting long day....

Even more groggy as I was than the last time I woke up, I lazily slid off the bed, catching myself with my rear legs.

..The clop is going to take some time to get use to..

I slowly make my way downstairs from the guest room, making sure not to wake up Fluttershy.

I peer through the window by the door, making sure I wouldn't be seen from the outside. I see a dark blue pony that's clearly taller than average, with a big, yet slender body standing in a solid, yet elegantly gentle pose, but thats all I can really see through the small space of the curtains.

I open the door slightly....

....and my mind is blown yet again, because of who stands in front of me...

I open the door completely, and see that my eyes weren't decieving me afterall.

"P-princess Luna?!" I almost shouted but managed to cover my mouth with my hooves, making sure I didn't wake up Fluttershy by looking up the staircase.

I look back at the princess and almost forgot to bow down to her.

"Oh gees, where are my manners?- Princess Luna, i'm terribly sorry. Please forgive me!"

I looked down at the ground, and I simply heard a giggle from her.

..I look up, confused.

"Please, you need not to bow. I simply came to explain."

"E-....Explain? Explain what?" I stuttered, still really surprised from her sudden visit.

She gives me a bit of a puzzled look.

"Your not curious as to how you arrived to Equestria?" She asked.

Oh, Right! I almost forgot that i'm in Equestria!

Gees, I know this is all real, but....it's just all so sudden, I can't really think straight-

Hold on...

...What?... How'd she know I came from somewhere else?

I look at her, and ask her right away

"How.... How'd you know that i'm...not from around?"

Luna simply giggles again.

"Oh come on, do you not remember? Your wish?"

It took me a while to get what she ment....then I silently gasped....

"L-.....Luna?...Y-you actually heard....me??"

I asked in complete amazement.

"Of course I did silly!" she giggles.

...Of all the-....She actually heard me.

I simply looked at her in complete disbelief, with my jaw hanging. But this only makes her try to hold in her laughter even more.

I realized after a moment the face I had on, and shook my head from the distraction, blushing from embarrassment.

"W-wow...Luna, you have...NO idea how much I appreciate this...." I said to her with the most thankful eyes I can ever look at her with.

"-and lots more to come." she said, adding on to my sentence.

This just left me with an even more curious face.

"Back when I heard you actually talking directly to me, I heard you call my name out, so I started observing you, and saw your life...from start to present....and honestly, I felt heartbroken...

So when you made that wish, I was more than happy to fulfill your wish...with the help of Celestia of course, I figured all you would like, is to come here to be with us pony folk yourself."

She gave me a wink, and smiled.

I looked at her with huge admiration..

"Princess...I....wow...." All I could do was hug her tightly...and I whispered

"Thank you Luna....so very....very much. Is there any way at all that I can repay you?"

She hugged back, gently smiling, and whispers back

"Its your present, George. No need to do so.."

I was left simply speechless...

"Oh, um, George? Whats going on?" I hear Fluttershy behind me, yawning.

"Oh, everything's alright Fluttershy, just having a nice talk with the Princess here." I quickly replied.

She see's Princess Luna and almost jumps from surprise, instantly bowing down

"T-Terribly sorry your highness! I didn't see you there! Please forgive me-" she was cut off by Princess Luna waving a hoof in dismissal. Luna then places her hoof down and replies

"Its alright Fluttershy, we're friends remember? Or do you prefer the royal voice of Canterlot?" Luna looks serious at first. But then she smiles jokingly, and gives a lighthearted giggle.

Fluttershy looks at her embarrassedly, and says

"Oh,..sorry Princess." Fluttershy laughs nervously.

I chuckle lightly, and smile.

"

Luna smiles, but after a few moments, she clears her throat and asks

"Fluttershy, take a seat please? I have ... quite alot of things to explain. You can do the same if you wish George."

We all sit down on the sofa, both Fluttershy and I confused in what she ment by that.

After a very long hour....

Luna explained everything to Fluttershy.

How I was raised, my life everyday.

The beatings...

Everything from where I was, who I was, to how I ended up here.

Everything....

As soon as Luna finished speaking, I was half sobbing, trying hold back my tears, from all those horrible memories...

Princess Luna herself had a few tears welled up in her eyes, and Fluttershy was almost crying aswell with a few tears rolling down her cheek..

But she suddenly smiles softly, and says

"George...i-its ok now. You know why?"

I slowly take nervous breathe in..

...Then I ask..

"W-why?.."

"Because you have a friend now..."

She gives me a gentle, calming smile.

Even with the tears in her eyes, that smile still warmed my heart..

"Yeah...I-...I do, don't I?" I said, giving a big genuine smile through my tears.

After the heartwarming moment passed by, Luna then clears her throat once more, and says

"Fluttershy, would you like me to take George off your hooves now? You've been quite a big help, and that is most appreciated."

"Oh, I have no problem at all with him staying if he chooses to do so Princess." She said, giving me a smile.

I couldn't help but beam a smile, and looked at Luna with hopeful eyes.

"Princess Luna, may I stay with Fluttershy then?"

She smiles and nods.

"Of course, George. It's entirely your decision. And since Fluttershy agrees to have you as her guest, then who am I to oppose?"

I look at Fluttershy, and hug her firmly.

"Thank you, for the millionth time Fluttershy..." I said with a slight giggle.

She giggles aswell, and holds me firmly.

"It's my pleasure George."

...A dream come true, becuase of you Luna...

I looked at her with eyes of true genuine happiness....

I smile once more, and she nods, returning the smile, almost as if she read my mind.

In just a few minutes, Fluttershy was asleep, with her head on my shoulder..

I pick her up, carrying her on my back, going up the staircase into her room, and gently put her in her bed, tucking her in with the blanket

"Goodnight Fluttershy." I whispered quietly.

She opened her eyes very slightly, and smiled

"Goodnight...George...sweet dreams."

"Sweet dreams." I smiled back.

...I give her one last hug, blew out the candle on her nightstand, and gently close the door.

...If you told me that I was going to be friends with Fluttershy a few days ago, I would never have believed you..

..Yet, here I am now..

I let out a very content sigh.

I go back downstairs, sitting back on the sofa, and look straight at Luna, with so many questions.

"I'm sure you must have questions pondering your mind?" She asks.

...She must be reading my mind...

"Oh...yes, very many." I said.

She then knowingly smiles.

"Ask away."

After a few moments of thinking, I gather my thoughts, and begin to ask

"Ok, the first thing I noticed, is that i'm a stallion...but i'm suppose to be a young colt....I think?"

She tilts her head slightly, and begins to think

"Hmm, well...Our universes are definitely different. In your universe, everything apparently works with natural rules. Our universe purely runs on magic, two different properties. So most likely, you may have aged more as I brought you here? Apparently, it doubled."

I looked at her, astonished to find out that there's more than just one universe.

...Then, I started thinking again....and ask

"If our universes are so distant, how'd you manage to get me here?"

She then raises her head.

"Ah, magic is more magical than you think it is." She said, giving a cocky wink.

I giggle lightly, and smile at the sly Alicorn.

I begin to think of what the next question should be....

Then I look at my wings, and ask

"How come you decided to bring me here as a...pegasus? Oh! Not that I don't like it! I-i'm just, um... I-"

I start stuttering, and blush from embarrassment....

She giggles and replies quickly

"Relax silly filly, I brought you here as a pegasus because I remember hearing you say something along the lines of wanting to dance in the wind. So I immediately thought being a pegasus would suit you just fine. Why? Did you have something else in mind?"

I quickly respond "Oh no! Its perfect Princess, I love being able to fly more than anything else! Oh, I mean, I haven't flied yet, but still, I-....its um, it's still great-...just that e-eh..."

I begin stuttering again, confusing myself.

"You don't know how to fly yet?" She teased, giving me a playful smirk.

"N-....no..." I said, slightly ashamed.

She giggles and pokes me gently in the side, making me jump from the ticklish feeling.

I simply smile and laugh.

She's too fun, haha. I love it..

"I'm sure somepony will teach you George, do not worry!" She said reassuringly.

I simply nod.

"Just...one last question Princess?" I asked.

"All ears." She perks up her ears, and smiles jokingly.

I let out a giggle, and ask

"What made you so much more lighthearted than....before?"

She simply giggles back and says

"Silly pony, have fun, and go make friends. You'll see what I mean."

..What? Wait...I don't understand..

I look at her with a bit of confusion, but then I simply nod.

I suddenly feel her wing wrap around me, and she gives me a soft smile, gently pulling me into her warm body, which made me feel very secure..

"Under my wing, shall no one harm you anymore.."

I look at her with a huge smile, remembering those words that she said last night, and she nuzzles my cheek.

"Thank you....Luna...so very much.." I said, closing my eyes, resting my head onto her body.

After a good 10 minutes of having a nice little chat to end with, she lets me know that she has to get back to her royal duties of watching the night.

"Goodnight George, have a wonderful night."

"Goodnight Luna, thank you for everything...." I hug her one last time.

She smiles and returns the hug.

The Alicorn then walks outside, climbing onto her chariot.

"Wait! Luna?" I quickly asked before they took off.

"Yes?"

"...Will...I get to see you again?" I asked.

"Of course you will George. I'll see you soon." She replied with a warm smile.

As her royal guards lift up the chariot and start flying away, she waves.

I automatically wave back, watching the chariot disappear into the night sky.

I close the door and go back upstairs into the guest room, being very careful not to wake up Fluttershy.

This, has been a very, very long, unbelievable day...

Unbelievable, in a good way of course.

I slip back into the bed, and close my eyes.

In just a matter of seconds, everything fades to black, as I peacefully enjoy my slumber again..
