My Little Pony: Unfinished Business

Cozy Glow started to do what she does best: Put forth herself to understand what drives others and use that to her advantage.

In this case, she found out that no one was happy under the new mayor, and all worried that eventually, they would be sent out by the Mayor. This allowed Cozy Glow to gather all those uncorrupted by the mayor to a gathering.

"Citizens of Paradise, like you all, I too am an Exile. And I understand that you have had it with your current mayor." Cozy Glow said.

"Yeah!" "We hate that bastard!" "We want our freedom back!" Came various chants from the crowd of ponies.

"Well if Freedom is what you want, then look no further, because I; Cozy Glow; want the same thing you do: The dethronement of that corrupt and evil mayor!" Cozy Glow said.

"Woo!" "You say it like it is!" "Cozy Glow is the best!" The Crowd shouted out.

"So what do you all say we march onto the mayor's office first thing in the morning?" Cozy Glow asked the crowd.

"Cozy Glow Rocks!" "We love you Cozy!" "Lead us to freedom!" The Crowd said and then dispersed. Veritas Revelare soon joined Cozy Glow up on the podium.

"I have to admit, you really know how to rally other ponies." Veritas Revelare said.

"The Mayor can't banish everyone at once even if he tried. And any laws he passes to try and stop this are pointless. And he knows it." Cozy Glow said.

"I have to admit Cozy Glow, your good." Veritas Revelare said.

The obvious mayor soon punched a wall, causing property damage.

"Sir...should we get rid of her?" The Unicorn Stallion of the threesome said.

"No. You can't. She's backed me into a corner. If I pass a law to stop her, it'll only fuel the fire that she's sprung on the citizens. And because of my own laws, hurting female ponies; no matter their age; is illegal. And removing or even changing that law just to make it so you can do your jobs will only result in the same situation as creating a new one." The Mayor said. "Unbelievable. How can one little filly have so much hold over others?" He added.

"I thought you said that females can't beat males." The Earth Pony Stallion said.

"I never expected some filly to rally this entire place against me. Brace yourselves for tomorrow boys; because the final stand awaits." The Mayor said.

The Creator was watching from high in the sky that night, and smiled. He couldn't wait for tomorrow.

"CHARGE!" Cozy Glow ordered. Everyone but the three corrupt stallions suddenly charged forward on the Mayor's office, where outside the three corrupt stallions stood to try and stop the mob but were quickly overpowered. Soon the entire mob was inside the office of the mayor, who was shocked to see his three goons defeated so easily.

"This...this is impossible...isn't this...basically everyone in town?!" The Mayor exclaimed.

"It is, and it's best if you surrender now." Cozy Glow said. "After all, there's no move you can make that won't end up with your removal one way or another." She added with a smirk.

"You never had to throw a single punch to defeat the likes of me..." The Mayor said.

"Guilty as charged. In fact, you never had a chance against somebody like me. I'm a high level chess player, and I'm afraid this is checkmate!" Cozy Glow said. The Mayor gulped as he was taken into custody by the mob.

"So now that the mayor's gone, what happens now?" Veritas Revelare asked.

"About that..." One of the ponies from the mob said. "I think we have an idea, Miss Cozy Glow." He added. "We want you to lead the place." The Stallion finished.

"...He's right. I can think of no one but you whose fit for the position." Veritas Revelare said.

"It'll be a three week trip, but to confirm the one who freed Cozy Glow is there, it'll be worth it." Princess Twilight said.

"Are you sure you should be coming with us, Sugarcube?" Applejack asked.

"No worries, while I'm gone, Flash will be in charge." Princess Twilight said. "And he knows what I would do to keep Equestria running while I'm away." She added.

"Not gonna lie, Twi; but you make a fair point." Rainbow Dash said. "One last rodeo, let's do it!" She added. And off went the Main 6.
