It is Apple Bloom’s birthday. The day is perfect, until she gets into trouble, and her grandmother’s condition ruins the festivities. She finds comfort in the one pony she looks up to the most, and he betrays her trust. The filly learns it is best to tell the truth right away least one lie spiral into many.

One Fell Out of the Apple Tree is a story that doesn’t shy away from the darker problems in life. It focuses on the developing Apple Bloom while she is put through trauma, trails, and tribulations. With painful secrets to keep and changes to her body she doesn’t quite understand, it is only a mystery she is able to hold it all together for so long.

Applejack has been, and forever will be, her pillar to lean on.

Content warning: This story is soft core Dead Dove:Do Not Eat. Graphic depictions of child abuse will be found inside, as well as the abuse being viewed and handled in a realistic light. Body horror, rape, pregnancy, incest, mental disorders, and developing physical conditions will also be included.

There is no big bad wolf. All characters, even the bad ones, will be shown as complex ponies with conflicting desires, and sometimes doing very awful things. So actions have consequences, and ponies will have regrets.
