The Fallen Archangel
A dark secret: Chapter 8

This is one of my most dark chapters for this story.
God had grandchildren not only by Amenadiel, but also Lucifer and Kalaziel.
A dark secret: Chapter 8
Kalaziel dreamt of being back in Heaven. His home.
As he looked around, he felt an energy he knew was long gone.
"Samantha? Baby girl? Is that you?" The girl had been made intentionally ill by God. Once his father had found out what he and Samael did, he made the girl unwell on purpose.
The girl had died hours later.
Since then, the Spark Of Life had not been used after what had happened many millenia ago.
Whenever Kalaziel dreamt of her, the memories would come back, bringing back the pain and misery he felt when she had died.
Lucifer had used his ability which everyone had nicknamed, "The Spark Of Life" to give his brother a gift.
Samantha had been her Earth name. Her angel name was Sarathiel. Her name meant "Grandchild of God" and was something that was once written in the angel's mystical language of Enoch.
Her angel name and Enoch both were erased from existence.
God had used Azrael's blade of death to erase her soul from existence.
Ever since then, Kalaziel held a burning hatred for his father.

Celestia had a burning question on her mind and decided to ask it.
"Did you have any other relatives apart from your siblings and parents?" The question reminded him of his daughter. The one being in the universe who he loved dearly.
Kalaziel froze at that question. His muscles tense.
She was his child, his little girl.
And yet his father had taken her from him.
Not that God would admit it to him, his siblings and his new friends. He wouldn't be able to. Because of his ego.
None of his elder or younger siblings knew of what had happened to Sarathiel.
God would never tell any of his siblings out of fear of them turning against him. Only his mother, Lucifer and Amenadiel had known. Their mother didn't care.
"Once. A very long time ago, Celestia. But she's not around anymore." He answered the question, barely able to hold himself together emotionally.
Celestia had another question on her mind she wanted to ask.
"What happened to her? And who was she?" The question was innocent, curious and with a hint of sadness.
Kalaziel felt tears flow down his cheeks, remembering what his father had done to Sarathiel.
Avenging her was partly a reason for Lucifer's rebellion and banishment. God had killed Lucifer's son Damael as well.
Kalaziel would have willingly rebelled alongside Lucifer so they could both avenge their deceased children. Both were fathers and desired to tear apart the heavens for their kids.
None of the other archangels knew of what God had done to both his and Lucifer's children.
Mostly, if not a few of their siblings were accepting of him and Lucifer as parents. The only ones who had been so accepting and had helped to raise Damael and Sarathiel were Amenadiel, Zadkiel, Remiel and Jophiel. Even Ezekiel and Raphael were willing to support them both.
God had found out and had made both Damael and Sarathiel purposefully unwell, the sickness God had given them caused them to die mere hours later.
He and Lucifer had grieved for their children, deciding to start a rebellion against their father. Kalaziel had decided to back out in the end as he was afraid of his father's wrath.
"My father killed her. Not only her but my other big brother Lucifer's son Damael. He made them both unwell and they died mere hours later. I could never forgive him for what he had done to me and my big brother."
Kalaziel turned himself to face his father as he looked God in the eyes.
"You killed my little girl. Of course Lucifer rebelled. There isn't a parent alive who wouldn't tear down the Heavens to avenge their child."
God could only sigh as everyone's eyes were on him. He had no explanation to give them. What he did was wrong. He'd come to that realization a few millenia after Samael was banished. If he could turn back time and revive both Damael and Sarathiel perhaps Kalaziel and Samael would be able to forgive him.
"You...killed our niece and nephew?" Remiel spoke up, tears dripping down her cheeks as she clenched her fists in anger. She wasn't the only one who was furious. So was Jophiel and Amenadiel.
"I understand now that what I did many millenia ago was wrong. Kalaziel, I am truly sorry, my son. If I could turn back time and undo what I did I would. Only you and Amenadiel can turn back time, pause it or forward it. I just hope you can forgive me for what I did to your daughter and Samael's son."
Kalaziel was furious, he hated his father for taking Sarathiel away from him. He wanted to yell and to scream at his father. He could never forgive him for his actions. Parental grief overtaking him.
"Dad, how could you? Would you do that to Charlie?! Take him from me?!" Amenadiel roared, he glanced over at Kalaziel and saw his expression and body language. Parental grief. Once their father was back in Heaven, he would comfort his brother and help him grieve her properly.
"I would never do that to Charlie. Ever! I realized my mistake and I won't ever do that to your son." God felt bile burn in the back of his throat as his eldest son asked him that question. Sure, he had done that to Damael and Sarathiel but he soon understood just what he had done.
The old God sighed and placed a hand on Kalaziel's shoulder, wanting to comfort his son.
"If it helps you at all, my son, Azrael, Raphael and Zadkiel are working on a gift for you and Samael."

Michael, Raphael, Zadkiel and Azrael stood at the entrance to a room that all angels were banned from entering.
Michael looked to Raphael with a serious look.
"Can you do this?" Michael wanted to help his twin brother, but also Kalaziel. He had known about what his father had done to Damael and Sarathiel, his niece and nephew.
"I can do it." Raphael nodded, his eyes fierce and determined.
"Absolutely." Azrael nodded, she wanted to help her big brothers so they could all reconcile and maybe have them come back to Heaven. Their home.
Michael took a deep breath and looked at them both.
"I can." He said resolutely. "I know I can now. Let's begin."
The four archangels got to work with undoing what their father had done many millenia ago.
They were going to attempt the impossible.
Bring back Damael and Sarathiel.
