My Little Pony generation 4.5: PPRD
PROLOGUE
Load Full StoryNext ChapterIt was a crisp, lustrous September afternoon in Zephyr Heights XR. 1333. Princess Zephyrina was about to disable her ringer and take a nap when a ringtone blared through her cellphone’s speaker. Her friend Sunny Starcout was trying to reach her. The snow-furred pegasus snorted before answering.
“Hey Sunny, you-”
“Zipp, I was about to get groceries when a zebra started following me!” blurted the apricot-furred mare.
The princess was in shock. She had heard stories of a female zebra that worked as a witch doctor centuries ago. No one knew where any other members of her kind dwelled, or even if they still existed at that time. Zipp had to get to the bottom of this.
“Where are you?”
“ Behind Shoe’s Supermarket”
After some time, the princess flew down from her city to return to Terra and get to Maretime Bay. She spotted her friend and a cloaked figure as she approached the market. The zebra was trying to conceal her identity.
“Who are you? Do you come in peace?” Asked Zipp
“I do, and my name is Nina. I am starting to regret traveling this far and putting myself in danger but...I think you guys deserve to know the truth.” answered the zebra.
“About what?” Asked Sunny
“Before I answer that, you must know that it all started when I turned 18 a few days ago. My father unlocked a vault and gave me a glass pyramid for my birthday. It was hard for me to believe him when he was all like “Legend has it that it will shed light for a worthy ancestor on their 18 birthday.” but as soon as my hooves touched the pyramid, it started freezing, and I started having visions of these ponies that were supposed to have died long ago.
“Who were they??” Asked Zipp very intrigued now. The description of the pyramid sounded familiar, but where did she hear of it before?
“The first one was a blue-furred alicorn with a rainbow-colored mane and magenta eyes. Her cutie mark was that of a rainbow lightning shooting down from a cloud...and her eyes were filled with this... peace”
“Wait.. you can't mean Rainbow..!” gasped the princess.
“The one who mastered that aerobatic maneuver??” added Sunny
Nina nodded.
“I also saw four other ponies who you might have recognized by stories as Pinkie Pie, Scootaloo, Applebloom, and Sweetie Belle. The biggest difference that I should mention is that Scootaloo appeared to be a colt for some reason. Finally, I saw a coal-maned alicorn filly with no eyelashes that did not resemble anyone I have ever heard of. Hopefully, you'll get better answers when you-
“So why are you telling us about this before anyone? Asked Zipp
“The visions showed me that you and your friends must connect with the pyramid in order to change…something and to let everyone know that the past is not what anyone thinks it is. Some freaky force somehow altered and replaced any existing information about the real guardians of Equestria. And then they appeared to mess with the memories of everyone alive.
Sunny and Zipp blinked. This was getting weirder by the moment.
“I know that you guys have three other friends that need to help you. This is in your hands now, so take care of it.”
Nina pulled out the plain glass pyramid from her pocket and handed it to Sunny. The zebra decided not to mention that the visions also revealed a 7th pony.
I’ll just let the group find out how that soul came to be. It’ll be too difficult to explain what happened, and the mane 7 wouldn't have appreciated me letting the mane 5 embark on their discoveries with the wrong mindset.

Sunny Starscout, Hitch Trailblazer, Izzy Moonbow, Princess Pipp Petals, and Princess Zephyrina released their hooves from the pyramid. The glass artifact rose in temperature until Pipp yelped from being burned, and everyone got as far away as they could from it.
There was silence for a few moments. Nothing happened...until everyone's cell phone got a notification from Clocked at the same time. The five friends checked their phones. A viral video was being circulated regarding a random tungsten-plated castle appearing out of nowhere in the southern woods.
******************************************************
When the group finally reached the area, The castle was already surrounded by stunned news reporters and anypony who had time to kill. Some hoped to be the first to loot the marvelous sanctuary, but then it became obvious that the whole castle was under some spell that prevented anyone from entering. Sunny attempted to go inside anyway, and she succeeded along with the rest of her friends. Everyone gasped at this, but the group was too excited to pay any more attention to them.
********************************************************
The five friends stepped into the long, spacious hallway, and admired the marble floor and stone walls. The entire castle seemed to be lit by LED lights, and a path of glowing arrows started appearing on the ground.
Hitch couldn't contain his amazement
“WOAH, that is-”
The mares grinned and accompanied their stallion buddy through the trail. The group made their way through the castle while encountering built-in recreationals that were vacant such as pools, a bowling alley, an arcade, restaurants, etc. Whatever family who used to live here had it MADE.
Eventually, the arrow path ended in front of a library. Everyone appreciated that all the shelves were neatly displayed in plain view. Princess Zipp was the first to notice that on one of them, each of the color-coded books had a numbered sticker on its spine so that the order could be identified. She flew towards the first book on the top left corner and dropped it on a square table. It was a grey-colored hardback that had the words “Property of Pinkpoint” written with red marker on the cover.
The rest of the group scrambled towards the table as Zipp flew down to open the book. The paper seemed to not have aged at all since the last time it was written on. The text was written with a quill ink, but the penmanship was neat and bold. On top of the first page read the date of the entry: January 3, XR. 333.
“It’s..already been over a thousand years!” gasped Sunny.
Once upon a time, a curse broke out in the land that ultimately separated...JUST KIDDING It would be ridiculous to document my bloody story in third-person. I don't see the point in weekly detailing every major event but Pinkie begged me to since she saw something in that ugly crystal ball of hers. So my title is apparently now Princess Pinkpoint, and the only one who rules above me is that blasted Queen Rainbow Dash. But I am getting ahead of myself. I am 11 years old and was actually born an alicorn for some reason. Before my parents went to jail, my mother insisted that I be hidden in order to not call attention to her and my father because…”
Before the five friends could continue reading, they all groaned since a sharp pain overtook their heads. The group's vision faded to black and when they could see, it felt like they were actually inside another world.
