Fallout Equestria: Wasteland Guardian

While out walking in the wasteland.

Purple and Sunrise Storm were sitting against an old wagon taking a break but they heard some metallic hoofsteps coming and they checked it out to only get shot at so the two alicorns took cover.

They heard the hoof steps get closer and closer only for them to see some ponies in power armor which is made of steel, adhesive, aluminum, and circuitry.

They stood pointing their weapons at each other.

"Well looks like we got an Equestrian standoff." said a pony in a suit of power armor.

"It's just called a "Standoff" no need to put what we are in front of it." said a mare pony in a suit of power armor.

The ponies in power armor mostly pointed their weapons at Sunrise Storm which she is very used to her but not Purple because on their Eyes Forward Sparkle or E.F.S has them both as yellow but alicorns they studied are were usually mares/female, highly aggressive, and evil not adding strong but Sunrise Storm posed no harm to them even though she has a firearm but she doesn't see the reason to use it.

"A male alicorn!" exclaimed the same mare pony, "We never seen one of them before. They must be evolving to procreate! We need our scribes to study him!"

"No pony is going to study me!" said Purple, "I just hated regular check-ups while in Stable 190!"

Purple also asked them if they were friends or foe and they told the two alicorns that they're neutral even though they could've told them that they were friends but Purple is just skeptical of them now.

The ponies in power armor and some in robes but one mare walked by Purple with her power armor helmet off and said with a big smile on her face, "See you around cutie."

Purple then used his Pipbuck and entered STATS to see that the ones in robes were labeled as "STEEL RANGER SCRIBE". a few labeled as "STEEL RANGER SENIOR SCRIBE", some in power armor are labeled as "STEEL RANGER KNIGHT", "STEEL RANGER KIGHT CAPTAIN", "STEEL RANGER PALADIN", and one is labeled as "STEEL RANGER STAR PALADIN".

There are also some in wartime-made Recon Armor which they're called "STEEL RANGER INITIATES".

"I'll get right on it," said Sunrise Storm, "When we get back to the town of Crimson."

Back in the town of Crimson.

"Waters, Anvil, and Cobra!" said Sunrise Storm, "We got a new group of ponies here in the Unknown West. Keep an eye on them from a distance."

The three earth ponies ran to the last known location of the new group of ponies where Purple is skeptical of them where he thinks they're going to cause trouble. The Wasteland Guardians already have their hooves full of keeping the Raiders, Slavers, Alicorns, and the Grand Pegasus Enclave in check.

Purple already has stressed out to figure out why some squads have gone AWOL or desert and who's been killing them with energy weapons. Not adding his rival, Lieutenant Honey Cake has the hots for Purple even though the two don't see eye to eye.

A couple of miles to the southeast on a rocky edge looking down.

"Hey um. Waters?" said Private Anvil, "Is it ok if I date your sister when we get back?"

"Don't ask me to ask her." said Private First Class Waters, "If you were the same age as my daughter then I would probably kill you if you asked me to date her. The only reason is that I feel like I owe them so I signed up to help others."

"Walls are so pre-war times." said Private Cobra, "Probably setting something called a "Forward Observation Base" Whatever that is."

They have seen some ten steel walls be erected on the east, and west sides also including a small steel wall blocking a path in a small valley.

They also saw some 13 feet and 14 inches long and 14 feet wide tin shacks which are acting as makeshift barracks.

They heard some weapons cock and they turned around and were captured by the ponies in power armor.

Down in their base, the three were placed against a wall and the initiates were ordered by the leader and the three Wasteland Guardians were executed by earth pony initiates armed with minigun battle saddles. They were taken away so their base didn't start to stink of there corpses rotting in there "slice of heaven".

In the town of Crimson, Purple personally oversaw the building of the defense of the town of Crimson and he personally built up a bigger building for guards. The smaller one only has several rooms which are Barracks, Kitchen, and Living room/Common Room.

Purple is planning on having supply lines, gunsmiths, procurement teams, shooting range, situation room, canine room, and multiple barracks so they all don't have to share beds or sleeping bags.

"Hey Purple!" said Rocky Road, "Recon Team Alpha 1 isn't radioing back. It could be on our end or not. I'm still new to this radio stuff but I fear that Enclave got them."

Purple told her that they could be hiding and turned it off which got rid of Rocky Road's fear and the beautiful unicorn mare went back to her place on the radio.

Soon Midnight Twister and three other Wasteland Guardian rookies.

"Rocky!" said Midnight Twister, "How have you been?"

"I'm fine big brother." said Rocky Road, "But well Sunrise Storm sent three ponies out into the wasteland to scout something but they haven't radioed back in two hours."

Midnight Twister more or less told his sister what Purple did and told her to give it time and they might radio later or they're trying to reach her now but she isn't there on the radio that Purple repaired.

Midnight Twister was impressed how a small town grew slightly bigger and saw more ponies in pre-war and wartime made police riot armor just walking around or standing at place to keep the town safe.

At night while heading home.

"Excuse me." said a mare, "Are you a member of the "Wasteland Guardians"? If so I need to talk to you."

Purple politely asked how he could help her only for her to tell him that she would like to talk to him in private so she entered his house. She told him about the group she's in called "Steel Rangers" well the contingent she's in are evil and she's the only very kind one.

Purple told her to go on and she couldn't explain but her leader the Star Paladin is leading them because they heard of pre-war treasure that'll whip out all life in the Wasteland and in the Stables besides for them because they want to rule the wastes.

Purple asked what it is and she explained what she could and that well the wartime Equestrian military was working on a superweapon to win the war. It'll something that'll send a bolt of lighting at the targeted enemy and kill them instantly but if targets are nearby it'll cause a chain reaction.

Purple finished it that it was either in the paper stage, prototype stage, or in the experimental stage. But the Last day happened sooner before they could be finished and massed produced to be shipped to the frontlines to fight the Zebras.

She explained that three were being produced in secret locations but before that there orders were to clear out Canterlot. When they entered the Equestrian War Dept HQ and found schematics for the superweapon and of three possible locations where it could be well here they are.

She showed him a map of the unknown west and they're at Fort Nightmare Moon, Fort Constellation, and Airforce Base Luna.

Purple told her that he had been to all three of the places but the problem is the last well she'll be dead by a group of ponies.

Purple then asked for her name so she responded "Sapphire Heart. Paladin Sapphire Heart."

Purple then went to bed only in the morning to find both Paladin Sapphire Heart and Lieutenant Honey Cake in his bed cuddling up to him with the former not in her power armor as she came to the town unarmored. Lieutenant Honey Cake always sleeps "naked".

In the morning Purple asked Lieutenant Honey Cake if she can deploy some Grand Pegasus Enclave members to search for an energy weapon.

"It all depends." Lieutenant Honey Cake said seductively, "But I can't clear it right away it'll take days if not weeks or months for the council to approve or deny it. But anything for you Purple honey. I'll see who I can spare but I'm not making any promises."

"Okay three terrifying superweapons." said Purple, "Well let's get them before your friends do and kill us all. Hope my brother doesn't find them if he does then we're all screwed."

Sapphire Love told them that they better get a move on. The Steel Rangers have a five-hour head start on them. It's 9:00 AM and the Steel Rangers have a small group of three heading to Fort Constellation as they're standing there.

Purple is glad they got technology on their side of having a V-4 Vertibuck which is faster than walking and the three got on and Lieutenant Honey Cake flew it because her step-father is a pilot.

"I hate my mother." said Lieutenant Honey Cake, "Left my father for a pilot. The pegasi in Maintenance are more important than pilots."

They were on there way and hoped they would beat the Steel Rangers to it but they could only hope.
