Fallout Equestria: Wasteland Guardian

Onboard a Vertibuck. Rainy Night asked Purple that she overheard his conversation with Snow Blue about him having a dream and she would like to hear about it.

"I don't know where to start." said Purple, "Well it was like how the books in my Stable would describe the pre-war days. It was a nice day with no chance of death by raiders, slavers, artificial alicorns, no hellhounds, no radscorpions, and no other wasteland horrors. Well, the town was a small town. Well when I went to go eat breakfast I found out that my wife... she was Lieutenant Honey Cake wearing a pink rose dress."

In Purple's dream last night.

Purple was in a room sitting at a desk writing where he smelled something cooking so the moderate purple alicorn got up and went into the kitchen to see Honey Cake wearing a pink rose dress making pancakes.

"Mornin' Honey," said Purple warmingly, "How are you?"

Honey Cake replied, "Morning honey. I'm fine and the colts and fillies are out playing. I made your favorite. Chocolate chip pancakes. Have a seat, honey. I'll get you a plate and a cup of coffee."

He gave her a smooch on the cheek and got his own plate of food.

Honey Cake walked off to go fetch the morning newspaper and she said when she came back to the table, "I'm glad we're not at war. Not with the Zebra's, not with the Dragons, not with the Diamond Dogs, nopony. Just peace and harmony. Oh Purple. I know it's a stupid question. But can you give me another foal? After you get home from work."

Purple replied, "Anything for my "Honey" If you want another foal you'll get one even though we already have seven daughters and three sons. We multiply like rabbits."

Purple finished his breakfast, gave Honey Cake a smooch on her mouth, and left the house. It was a nice spring day with the sun shining, nice breeze not and hot

"Morning Purple," said Rocky Road while walking down the sidewalk

Purple replied, "Morning Rocky. How are you?"

Rocky replied friendly, "I'm fine. Just headed into work."

Rocky Road then left to go to work.

"Another beautiful day in Crimson," Purple said out loudly, "No storms, no hail. Nothing just another peaceful day."

Soon Purple ran into his old marefriend Azure Blue Sapphire in a police uniform.

"Nice day. Isn't it Purple?" she asked

Purple replied friendly, "It is a lovely day. Well, I'll let you go back on patrol Blue Sapphire. We don't want ponies like my brother to ruin this stepford town."

Purple just walked on the concrete sidewalk to work and just passed his companions in the real world either out walking around or going to work. Purple just let the sun hit his short fur.

Purple then went to work where he drew and sketched his heart's content which was only for eight hours. Then he headed home to his loving and caring wife and their colts and fillies.

We have a lot of kids, Purple thought, But if she wants another she'll get another. I'm not going to argue with her.

"Hey Honey," said Purple, "How was your day?"

Honey Cake replied, "My day been fine. Baked a cake and a few pies earlier. Did the laundry and made the beds. Besides that just listened to the radio. And took care of our one-month-old thought of our one-day newborn of her or his name when he or she is born. How was your day?"

Purple replied friendly, "Fine. I'm going to go and make dinner."

Purple then walked into the kitchen and mac and cheese. When it was done he called his wife and their colts and fillies to dinner where after dinner Purple and Honey Cake went into their bedroom so he could give her another foal.

"Give it to me Purple," said Honey Cake, "You're the best stud there is! I'm glad I married you and started a family with you!"

Purple replied, "Anything for you. You're my loving and caring wife even though we got on the wrong hoof but if somepony said that we would be together back then we wouldn't believe them. But look at us happily married and have a lot of foals."

Purple then wrapped Honey Cake within his wings and the two had sex and Honey Cake enjoyed it. After it, Honey Cake went to bed because having sex tires her out more not adding she's on her hooves all day cooking, cleaning, and all that.

Purple just went outside and spent some time with their foals throwing a baseball around with them. He had a grand old time being happy spending time with their foals and being a good father to them.

Purple's alarm went off on his Pipbuck 3000 which he got up. Not adding Snow Blue.

Still in the Vertibuck

"Interesting dream," said Rainy Night, "I thought you two hated each other?"

Purple replied, "We did. But I'd say we're somewhat allies. I know she can have me and my Wasteland Guardians killed and wiped off the face of this planet. But she also knows my forces can bombard her Forward Observation Bases and the old Equestrian Anti-Air weapons I copied and restored can tear the Cloudships and Vertibucks apart. Now the Typhoon is a modified Raptor class with side weapons instead of the ones on top. Now the "ThunderHead" will be an easy target to shoot at."

Rainy Night replied, "But there's hundreds of thousands of Grand Pegasus Enclave soldiers. And only a hundred something of the Wasteland Guardians. But you got fire and determination. And your not like that Colonel. You care for your soldiers where Autumn Leaf does not. Not adding we just use Novasurge rifles. I've mostly seen them use Novasurge rifles. Your forces got almost every type of weapon from a 10mm pistol to missile and rocket launchers. Not adding some energy weapons."

Purple replied chuckling, "And that's why every faction from Raiders, Slavers, Mercenaries, Steel Rangers, The Grand Pegasus Enclave, and my brother's Grand Pony Enclave. Not adding the Steel Rangers Onyx Rangers. We got our hooves filled not adding the nightmares out here."

Soon Rainy Night extracted the landing gear and landed the Vertibuck where she then turned off the Vertibuck and equipped the suppressed submachine gun battle saddle even though there's one saddle, not two.

In the old military training city of Empire.

"Had to land on a roof," said Purple, "At least we can fly up here to get back up here. To get back to it."

The two got off the building and walked down it which was a long walk to get down to the street.

"I think they know that we're here." said Purple, "After all a Vertibuck isn't the most stealthful vehicle. And they're on the other side of this wall."

"Wait should we wait for backup?" asked Rainy Night, "Who knows on how many raiders are on the other side of there."

Purple replied, "Their Raiders not the guards of Fort Knabstruper."

"Fort Knabstruper?" asked Rainy Night, "Never heard of it?"

"Fort Knabstruper was home to the Equestrian Gold Reserve. About 261,500,000 troy or that's 17,931,428.57 pounds. A lot of gold. But that's somewhere in Central Equestria." Purple explained

Purple then lockpicked the door and they saw raiders looking the other way and Purple kept Rainy Night out where he snuck up on a Raider, placed a fragmentation grenade on the raider, and shoved him into a group of Raiders just standing there and the raider blew up when the grenade went off.

A block away.

"Sounds like Purple is kicking ass!" said Midnight Twister, "Sounds like he beat us to it."

Paladin Sapphire replied, "Well he does have a Vertibuck. Or an Fleet of them so he'll get around a lot quicker."

Midnight replied, "No one asked you."

Rocky replied, "You don't have to be so rude to her all the time."

In the Raider's camp Purple hid behind a thin metal wall where a Raider is trying to bake him alive with a Flamethrower but the only reason he isn't burnt is that he's smart enough to take cover and not be against it.

Rainy Night shot at the raiders helping Purple so he can fight back.

Purple thought about it. He thought about using his last remaining fragmentation grenade or not. He chose not to and wanted to save the grenade for something else.

With the raiders distracted by Rainy Night, Purple didn't hesitate to pop out of cover and shot them with the 25mm Grenade Launcher APW he has still and his .45 Auto Pistol.

Soon Rocky Road, Midnight Twister, Paladin Sapphire, and Starry soon joined the fight.

All but Paladin Sapphire got scared when fire from the flamethrowers that the fire came to them. All of them used Paladin Sapphire as a mobile shield where she fired her Novasurge rifle shooting the Raiders as nothing.

For a bunch of drug dealing, sadistic, & anarchic raiders did their best to take cover even though some of them had pool cues and the ones with pool cues got either killed instantly or the pool cues broke against Paladin Sapphire's power armor.

Paladin Sapphire only did it once & she used her magic to pick up an Earth Pony raider and threw him as hard she could into a brick wall face first. It wasn't a painless death.

Purple unintentionally fired a 25mm grenade at Paladin Sapphire where it ricochet off of her power armor and blew up on another surface killing a few Raiders behind a wooden cover. It leads Paladin Sapphire to say "I guess you can say we're a tag team. Purple has the guns and I have the armor so bullets and grenades will ricochet off of me. I need to stop reading pre-war books about how once ponies once did tag teams."

Midnight replied, "Shut the fuck up Sapphire! And keep fighting!"

Don't know why Midnight hates me, Paladin Sapphire thought, I didn't do anything wrong to him. Not that I can remember

The Raiders weren't that well-armed nor weren't well armored to go against them where most of them either had melee weapons like pool sticks, baseball bats or knives but some had machetes. Others had flamethrowers which are terrible to go against Purple, Rainy Night, and Paladin Sapphire and they're also armed with .32 Pistols.

"I'm going to flash them!" yelled Rainy Night

Starry replied, "No one wants to see you butt naked!"

Purple replied, "She's going to use a flashbang not literally flash them. I don't think she's literally going to flash them."

Rainy Night used the only flashbang grenade she had since last night while assaulting the Grand Pegasus Enclave Gala and the flashbang stunned the remaining raiders also Midnight at the same time.

With them stunned they were quickly put down and killed.

They all joined Purple and they followed Purple and Rainy up to the Vertibuck where Purple cast a spell on them allowing them to enter the Vertibuck.

They flew back to the Dry Lighting where during the flight Paladin Sapphire took off her helmet and laid her head on Purple with a smile on her face knowing she was safe and sound.

"Different than last time," said Rocky, "At least we didn't fall through the previous Vertibuck but this one is different."

Rainy Night replied while flying, "Because they're two versions of the V-4. This one and commonly used by the Grand Pegasus Enclave is made of cloud material. The ones that "The Bitch" captured all of you were the pre-war Equestrian Airforce or Marines Vertibuck made of sheet metal, aluminum, and titanium. This is the former not the latter."

Midnight replied, "Yeah Honey Cake is a bitch. Paladin Sapphire is "Queen Bitch". Yeah I said it!"

Purple replied, "Midnight leave her alone. She didn't do anything to you."

It wasn't long until they returned back to the ThunderHead class Dry Lighting and Purple then Rainy Night showed them around.

"It's huge!" said Starry

Rocky replied, "Could've phrased that better."

Starry replied, "Oops! Sorry. I didn't mean to phrase it like that,"

They soon entered the bridge.

"Purple," said Snow Blue, "If you want to give your brother a huge kick in the groin. The old Equestrian defense factories. He brought those old factories to produce stuff for his army. I'd say attacking and destroying those will hurt him very well. Well, the wasteland has no rules and I'd say we follow those."

Purple replied, "Agreed. But I've been thinking about taking them for ourselves. Imagine using the presses in them to make our own ammo and our own equipment such as combat armor. At least we won't be dependent on traders and scavenging."

Snow Blue replied, "Good point. Especially with stuff like armor, weapons, aid, and ammo being expensive. I've been to a wastelander market. They were selling a Healing Potion for thirty bottlecaps. There was a .45 Auto Submachine Gun somepony was selling for three hundred bottlecaps. I mean damn I know that they got to put food on the table for families. But price gouging? Going to cost a leg and a hoof for something."

Purple replied, "Let's go Guardians. We got work to do."

Back on the same Vertibuck

Purple fell asleep again.

In Purple's dream.

Purple was in the town's clinic sitting in a chair where Honey Cake is on a bed laying on her back where the doctor told her to push which she let out a scream and pushed as hard she could.

Honey Cake kept pushing as hard as she could as the mare doctor kept telling her to push.

It was only a few minutes where soon they heard crying where soon they both held their newborn daughter where Purple said "Harp."

Honey Cake replied, "Harp is a lovely name. Do you want to name our daughter after your mother? Alright, I'm down with it."

They name their newborn daughter "Harp Love" after Purple's mother "Harp Love".

The two then shared a kiss.

Back in reality the dream was cut short when Midnight hit Purple in the gut with the stock of his shotgun which hurt.

"Damn it Midnight!" said Purple, "What the Hell did you do that for!?"

Midnight replied, "I don't know what you're talking about?"

Rocky Road hit him and said, "We're about to land."

The vertibuck then landed.

Outside of the Vertibuck.

"Ante Up," said Purple, "Let's give them a surprise they'll never forget anytime soon."

Midnight replied, "I think I've heard that before. I think I've heard "Ante Up" before. Can't remember where."

Purple replied, "Well, "Ante Up" does mean to raise the cost or price of something. Or increase the risk or possible harm that could result from something."

Purple then led them to the closest factory.

We're outside of artillery range so we can't rely on them, Purple thought, But we can get the drop on them. Looks like they're bored, tired, and DEFINITELY NOT ORGANIZED! This should be hard. I like to say the opposite so I don't jink myself.

"Alright it's two stallions." said Starry, "Easy peasy."

"Your "Easy peasy" my flank," said Midnight, "What about others? More on the inside with guns."

Starry charged ahead where Rocky was going to get her only for her own brother to hold her down and told her it's a lost cause.

Starry shot the two with her overpowered shotgun blowing them into bits and pieces and she got shot which made her run back to where they were.

A few more evil guards ponies came a trotting and they were quickly gunned down by Purple, Rocky, Midnight, Paladin Sapphire, & Starry.

"That was easy," said Starry

Soon there was a gunshot sound and a bullet hit Paladin Sapphire's helmet and hit Rocky Road in the side of the neck.

"Right now would be a great time for Critical!" said Midnight, "That's right he's on a personal vendetta."

Purple got down to his stomach and crawled over to Rocky and accessed his medical kit.

"Stay still Rocky let Doctor Purple fix you," said Purple

While Purple reformed combat triage on Rocky to save her while Midnight, Paladin Sapphire, and Starry charged ahead leaving Purple and Rocky alone.

Inside by a door

"They won't get through us." said a Grand Pony Enclave soldier, "Nothing going to get through if they don't like it or not."

Soon the thin metal door busted right open with the door crushing them. Paladin Sapphire weighs fourteen hundred pounds and her modified power armor weighs 114.5 pounds for a total weight of 1514 pounds.

"You're a fat mare," said Midnight, "If you can break down a door like nothing."

Paladin Sapphire replied offended, "I'm not fat. I'm skinny. I can still beat your ass in a race with this suit on and without this suit."

Midnight replied, "If you want to go bitch we'll go!"

Both Paladin Sapphire Heart and Midnight Twister ran around the factory with Paladin Sapphire being the winner.

"Ready for round two?" asked Paladin Sapphire

Midnight replied pissed off, "I'm going to beat you this time without your fancy armor."

They had another race where Paladin Sapphire got out of her power armor. But Midnight cheated and had a thirty-second headstart. But Paladin Sapphire caught up real quick like nothing and still beat him.

"How could I lose to such a fat mare!" said Midnight, "I'm lighter than you!"

Paladin Sapphire replied, "Because back before and during the war my family were race unicorns. So don't be sad you lost to a "overweight" mare. Also jackass from a medical book I read it says the average pony should weigh between eight hundred and sixteen hundred pounds."

Midnight replied, "Did Purple tell you that while you were sucking his cock?"

Paladin Sapphire replied, "Nope. I may have a crush on Purple and accepted his marriage proposal. I learned myself. I use to sneak off as an Initiate and a Knight to old hospitals in Bucklyn and took the old pre-war medical books."

Paladin Sapphire then re-entered her power armor not paying attention to the gunfire of Rocky and Starry already firing and killing Base's Grand Pony Enclave. Just like Purple and Lieutenant Honey Cake, they're also wondering why Base just kept "Grand Pegasus Enclave" but dropped "Pegasus" and replaced it with "Pony".

Doesn't help a majority of his forces were Grand Pegasus Enclave soldiers and officers before he got into their heads to leave them and join him. Not adding their power armor is the same as the Grand Pegasus Enclave with a small hoof actually modifying it so they don't get mistaken for Grand Pegasus Enclave soldiers.

"I wonder why they would join Purple's sexist, patriarchal, misogynistic brother?" said Starry, "If they think they're creating a "better future" then they're mistaken. I mean I'm a mare but I'm not going to be inside all day bearing foals, and cooking. There's probably mares out there that want to do that. But I'm not one of them."

Rocky went back to the Vertibuck to be safe in it and Purple rejoined the fight.

Well they cover their wings with armor, Purple thought, But their snouts are still unarmored. Smaller target but still easier to kill.

As the bullets, shotgun shells and dark orange Novasurge energy rounds flew. Purple decided to flank them. But he decided to go up to the second floor.

Purple was jumped by the sniper who shot Paladin Sapphire only for the bullet to ricochet and hit Rocky. He hit Purple hard and soon Purple got the upper hoof where Purple repeatedly stuck him until he was close to a ledge where the sniper pulled out a dagger and tried to stab Purple only for him to twist his wing to make the enemy sniper.

"You'll be seeing your friends real soon!" said Purple, "And you'll be seeing me in Hell!"

Purple then shoved the pegasus over the ledge into a vat of molten steel. Purple then used his pistol to shoot at the enemies from above. But he then picked up the sniper rifle.

Purple looked at the rifle which on the stock it's engraved with "BELONGS TO SHINING SPARKLY- WASTELAND DEFENDER/ WASTELAND GUARDIAN"

Purple also broke the battle saddle where he removed the rifle and used his magic to fire it.

"Sorry for breaking your rifle Shining." said Purple, "I'll do my best to fix it."

Purple just sniped and shot the Grand Pony Enclave. But like Honey Cake, he's wondering why she recruited Base into the Grand Pegasus Enclave knowing he isn't a good pony where Base will lie, cheat, even manipulate others for his own gains which Honey Cake learned the hard way like other ponies Base used. Not adding he opposes the Grand Pegasus Enclave view of population control and how many foals families can have so they don't overpopulate.

The bullets still flew. But Paladin Sapphire released all of her anger against her parents, siblings, and Midnight against the Grand Pony Enclave. SHe gave them painful ways to go out as an officer she grabbed with her magic and based his head into a steel pole or threw some into vats of molten steel.

That made all of them look away in horror even Midnight. But hearing the ones in the molten steel scream was nightmare fuel for them.

Note to self don't piss off Sapphire Heart, All but Midnight thought, If she can do this to a group of enemies I would hate to see what she can do to a single pony.

Paladin Sapphire then dropped the officer who was badly beaten and face caved in and all bloody where he fell down. He picked up a Novasurge rifle and fired it where it missed where Paladin Sapphire got out of her power armor, got on top of the badly injured Grand Pony Enclave officer, and beat him to death with a big pile of blood on her hoof, chest, and face. What scared them all was that Paladin Sapphire had a sinister smile on her face where she enjoyed caving his face in.

Paladin Sapphire then re-entered her power armor where she looked at them confused and asked what they were looking at.

Purple said, "Um. You. It's you. You bashed his face painfully then you did the same again where all that blood. I think you're entering the stages of being a raider."

Paladin Sapphire then looked at all the blood on her snout and face and she was in shock because she has never beaten a pony to death before.

"Um, hey Purple!" yelled Starry, "Over here! It's Pearly Love and Twyla! They're alive!"

Purple, Paladin Sapphire, and Midnight Twister ran over to Starry and saw that Twyla and Pearly were still alive and Purple thought they were killed.

Purple then broke them free.

Twyla said, "I thought the next friendly face I would've seen would have a harp and wings. Where's Critical?"

Midnight replied, "He's on his own vendetta. Where's Opel?"

Pearly replied, "Captured. Purple's brother's forces injured her and captured her. Probably taken to one of his Base's. That's not a pun."

Both Pearly and Twyla coughed violently where Purple got between them, placed his wings around them, and took them to the Vertibuck.

"It's going to be alright," said Purple, "We get back to Crimson we're going to get you patched up."

Pearly replied sickly, "Thanks Purple,"

Twyla replied finishing Pearly's sentence, "Your a lifesaver."

Purple then placed them down and gave them some painkillers he has in his medkit so they won't feel pain for some time and the only Sparkle Cola bottle he has. He also gave them both a little kiss on the forehead.

"Why did you do that?" asked Twyla

Purple replied, "Because my mother and grandmother when I got sick or hurt they would always kiss me on the forehead. Yeah, it's possible to get sick in a Stable but it's extremely rare."

Pearly said, "Sorry for not protecting Opel and letting her get captured."

Purple replied, "I do believe we can make this work to our advantage."

They don't know what he means by that. But they just waited by the Vertibuck until the rest returned.

Unknown to them the other factories under Base's controls got word that Purple and they attacked his places. He even now going to send a counterstrike against them.

Soon Purple, Twyla, and Pearly heard gunfire in the distance so Purple trotted as fast as he could against the dry wasteland soil to see that Midnight, Paladin Sapphire, and Starry are fighting Hellhounds which were sent by Base because like the Grand Pegasus Enclave he's using captured Hellhounds and using mind control to control them for his own gains.

The great news for them is that the steel walls of the factory is protecting them from the Hellhound pack until they're either dead or the wall breaks and they get torn to bloody shreds.

"Well if we die," said Rocky, "Well it was an honor of giving those Raiders and Slavers a nightmare from us. After all, we got to make somepony afraid of the dark."

"None of you are going to die. I'll die first to protect all of you from these abominations." Purple replied

It felt like the bullets and shotgun pellets weren't doing any damage to them and some of them would actually bounce off due to the hard skin of the Hellhounds. But they were able to kill one which was nearly impossible not adding they wasted a lot of ammo just trying to kill one.

The Hellhounds kept slashing at the steel wall trying to break it. But they kept shooting at the soft bellies and heads of the two remaining Hellhounds where after a while the two remaining Hellhounds fell over and died.

They all checked and now realized that they were out of ammo.

"Let's go home," said Purple, "I'll send some Wasteland Guardians out here to defend this site."

They all went back to the Vertibuck where Twyla sat on Midnight and Pearly sat on Purple for dear life.

Back in the town of Crimson all but Rainy Night got off where Rainy Night flew back to Dry Lighting and Purple took Twyla and Pearly to the clinic. But a majority of the beds still have injured Grand Pegasus Enclave soldiers in them and that's because Purple agreed to help them even though they got off to the wrong hoof.

Purple placed the two mares down onto a bed and used a few healing potions he has remaining and used it on them to make them feel better. To Purple, the health of his friends and family is a top priority over his health.

Purple then left to the small market that was built by his own guardians so they can have a place to shop not adding the non-combatants are happy for places they can buy and sell stuff. Not adding they rake in bottlecaps from travelers on the road and so.

Purple left the clinic and saw seven ponies walk in town wearing power armor and militarized weapons and they walked up to Purple.

I know their classes due to the pre-war Equestrian military, Purple thought, Well the books say that ponies armed with Bolt-action and semi-automatic rifles were "Rifleponies", ponies armed with Submachine Guns were called "Light Assaulters", Ponies with Automatic Rifles & Assault Rifles were called "Heavy Assaulters", Ponies with sniper rifles were usually called "Scouts" and "Snipers", Ones with machine-guns were called "Machine Gunners" and "Support", Ponies with Missile Launchers, Rocket Launchers and the early months of the war with "Bazookas" were called "Anti-Armor Ponies". I see one with an old medic armband on her uniform so she's a "medic". Medics were usually targeted. Even though that's a violation of the Crystal Empire Convention which happened a few months after the war.

The Bubblegum pink unicorn mare walked up to Purple and she acted as a pre-war hussy which lead Purple to say

"Get to the point or stop wasting my time."

The bubblegum pink mare replied, "I want to strike up an alliance. If that's okay?. After all, we need friends out here if you want to live longer. I didn't mean it that way."

Purple replied, "Let me guess. Raiders? Slavers? Hellhounds? The Grand Pony Enclave? Grand Pegasus Enclave? They attacked your army and withered you down to almost nothing?"

The bubblegum pink mare replied, "Yeah the group named "Grand Pony Enclave" withered us down only just me, my husband, and the remaining five. We've heard how successful and great all of you are from Empire Radio in the city of Empire. But I see you're a busy pony with an all-exclusive group."

Purple replied, "Yeah got every type of pony. Well, almost every type. We got Earth Ponies, Unicorns, Pegasi, Alicorns. We don't have Crystal Ponies, Zebras, Griffons or any other type because we haven't found any yet. Alright, what do you want to talk about? If you want to make a pact or some kind of treaty?"

The bubblegum pink mare nodded in agreement.

Inside Purple's house which is also the command center.

"Neat looking," said the mare, "What are these circle-looking things?"

Purple replied, "Shows what my scouts report back of ally, enemy, and neutral positions. The yellow is Safesville. A whole town of friendly alicorns. A whole town of Artificial Alicorns who won't rip you in half. The Green their my army or lack thereof army of their current passions. The blue ones are allies and my allies are "The Grand Pegasus Enclave" well a small detachment of them. Red that's enemies so Alicorns, Raiders, Slavers, and Grand Pony Enclave and Grand Pegasus Enclave. Let's get down to creating this alliance. Want to tell me about what happened to your army?."

The bubblegum pink mare couldn't explain and didn't know where to start until Purple slid out a chair and told her to sit down where she sat in the chair Purple pulled out and he pushed it in close to the table.

Chivalry may be dead with nobility out here, Purple thought, But I was raised like that. Always put others and definitely put your lover above me. My brother doesn't see it that way he see's it as that mares should open doors for stallions, mares should walk on the outside of sidewalks so wagons can't splash water onto them, and so on. Last year.

At the Wasteland Protectors HQ an old Equestrian Fort.

They got a radio transmission from somewhere from what was Southern Equestria which by it was a three thousand mile walk or a one thousand, and nineteen-hour walk or forty-two day walk. Unlike Purple, Rocky, Midnight, Paladin Sapphire, Critical, and Starry they don't and still don't have a train to rapidly move around. Even though the train that Purple, Rocky, Midnight, Paladin Sapphire, Critical, and Starry had got destroyed.

After a long and excruciating walk of forty-two days walk.

The town of four thousand ponies requested their help against a mercenary group called "The Rocketeers" a mercenary organization with discipline, organization, training, and weapons. But they're hostile and brutal where they're cold-blooded and lethal accepting any job for the right reward. The crimes of "The Rocketeers" are Genocide, Mass murder, destruction, invasion, conquest, pillage, plundering, slavery, and contract killings.

The quickest way to the town is through a pass in the desert with two mountains. But there were two more passes that lead to the same place so they broke up evenly and went through all of them.

The first and third were packed with raiders but the center pass was almost a clean shot just with a few packs of Raiders that were easy to kill. But they made it to the town where they weren't entirely warmly welcomed.

The mayor set them up in the old church and the mayor's own home. The other ones won't be showing up they're a little "pre-occupied" or straight-up dead. Not adding a whole lot of Raiders to the north and "The Rocketeers" to the south, to the east are Hellhounds and to the west are Alicorns.

The Wasteland Defenders did their best to build up the town's defenses before The Rocketeers came and assaulted the town. The bullets, rockets, and Magical Energy Beams flew.

They were outnumbered fifty to one but they held on. They knew it was a one-way trip but a lot didn't know what to do when The Rocketeers breached the wall where they even massacred the citizens even colts, fillies, and foals.

The battle lasted several days. But The Rocketeers were victorious only twenty Wasteland Defenders survived and withdrew from the battle with several regular ponies including some colts, fillies, and foals.

The journey was more treacherous and dangerous where they tried to move fast to get away and back where they came from only for it to turn into a bloody affair by the time they got back home. It took them one year to reach the Undiscovered West.

Back in present-day

Purple knew what it's like to face defeat where they may have defeated Base's forces initially in the old military training city. But with the death of Sunrise because she sacrificed herself to stop the Grand Pegasus Enclave. He then gulped know how it feels to lose especially a somepony that he loves.

"We'll help you go against The Rocketeers." said Purple, "Just nightmares what they did. I mean helpless foals, colts, and fillies also mares & stallions. Ponies out here don't have any sense of morales. Ponies need morality out here not twenty-four-seven being hostile and rude."

Purple then stuck out his hoof and the two shook their hooves then Purple told her that she and her remaining Wasteland Defenders can do shopping where he'll cover it. He only did it out of the kindness of their heart and the remainder of the Wasteland Defenders shopped for medical aid, junk, and ammo even some weapon repair kits.

The Wasteland Defenders took a few days to lick their wounds and took back to the wasteland to go back to their settlement a fortified farm that was still flourishing with some ponies still working as if nothing happened.

Still in his house, Purple decided to clear Route Seventy Nine and Route Thirty-Nine. Unknowing that Route 79 & 39 has Raiders, Slavers, Hellhounds, Grand Pony Enclave, and not adding Giant Ants, Hedgehogs, Radscorpions, Paradores, Hellhounds, Carnivorous Parasprites, Giant Mutant Hedgehogs, Radhogs, Radroaches, and Bloatsprites.

Paladin Sapphire came in with a blue diamond ring where Purple took it with his wing, sat down on the floor, and like what Paladin Sapphire wanted to hear from him for a while.

"Paladin Sapphire Heart. I know that we've only known each other for a couple of months, and I know that you have a crush on me." said Purple, "And I know you nagged me to do this. But Paladin Sapphire Loving Heart will you marry me?"

Paladin Sapphire replied lovingly, "Yes I do. Yes, a million times yes. What's that term when somepony has more than one spouse?"

Purple replied, "Polygamy. Yeah, you and Azure Blue Sapphire."

The two kissed.
