Fallout Equestria: Wasteland Guardian

The Grand Pony Enclave learned the location of Purple, Rocky, Paladin Sapphire, Critical, Starry, and Flared Blizzard. Under the orders of Midnight Twister, he wants them all to pay even his baby sister who did nothing but loved him and was there for him after he broke free from being a slave.

Some town guards on the northern wall saw them and told them that their kind isn't allowed because of the fact that they always want to fight or take over settlements who want to be independent and don't have a choice in the matter.

The town doesn't know how outnumbered they are by a ratio of one hundred to three the defenders have a better lay of the land. But one advantage the attackers have is that they're outside of artillery range that the Wasteland Guardians have to rain down artillery fire. But the town does have a ton and they have four hundred and fifty military portable radio transceivers and walkie-talkies in pristine and mint condition sitting in boxes.

When Flared Blizzard's mom found out that they sent one hundred and twenty Grand Pony Enclave soldiers to go to the west side of town, she knew what they were doing. She knew that they're going to do a flanking maneuver until she was told that they're going to the east side as well. She knew now it was a double pincer move.

Like Stable 190, Stable 199 was filled with Equestrian soldiers who earned high ranking medals like the Medal of honor. Not adding Purple's six-time Great granddad Aurora he was chosen to be the Overstallion of Stable 199 but turned it down to be with his girlfriend later turned wife Lieutenant Commander Sapphire Heart Love.

Stable 199 also taught and educated colts and fillies military teachings and passed down until they got an all cleared message from Stable-Tec.

The colts and fillies were taught about a Delay tactic that they can slow down a superior force with ambushes, Overwhelming firepower, Regimental Combat Teams, Concentrated FIre Plans to concentrate fire of different artillery guns synchronized to give better and greater damage to be inflicted. Combined Arms infantry, and support units working together in well oiled organized teams to be more effective than the same forces that are separately, and Tactical Control with officers familiar with combined arms operations in forwarding positions. Not adding Shock and Awe tactic to do a massive concentration of firepower to overwhelm the enemy.

The defenders were better prepared and better defended but the town had a militia who went out to hunt down enemies. Even though they wear leather armor that is dark, leather armor reinforced with the latter darker than regular leather armor. But for some reason, the mare version has shoulder pads once used by sports teams to protect their upper frontal legs.

But the militia is armed with basic ballistic weapons such as Pipe weapons which haven't blown up in their faces yet or typical home defense weapons mostly 10mm pistols, double-barreled shotguns, pump-action shotguns, lever-action shotguns, and the rare bolt-action shotgun.

When Purple went to go find somewhere to help in the fight he found an opened journal that said, "As the war continues. The Cutie Mark system of job assignment has been abandoned in all but name. How do you categorize ponies with bottle caps, flowers, or musical notes when you line workers, welders or front line soldiers?" It was written by Ministry Twilight Sparkle during the early few years of the war.

There was a rare wartime-made poster from Fluttershy with her on it and it said, "How about we try talking to them instead of fighting?"

Purple didn't like it because he's a firm believer in 'if you want peace prepare for war' and doesn't like Fluttershy for giving the Zebra's a megaspell only for them to reverse-engineered it to make the Balefire Bombs. That's what they have today. But Purple couldn't go back in time and change the past. If he could he would warn Fluttershy about what would happen and show proof.

Purple, Rocky, and Starry went to the west to defend the truss bridge. Critical Shot stayed with Eagle Eye to provide sniper support, and Paladin Sapphire stayed with their adopted filly to protect her.

When Critical Shot started to shoot he said, "Is it weird I'm getting an hard on?"

Eagle Eye replied, "It's normal if you have a boner due to all of this power you have and all that."

Critical Shot replied, "I didn't mean to phrase it like that. I don't have an erection."

The two made a perfect sniper spotter team. But every now and again Eagle Eye would tell Critical to accommodate for the wind and to aim higher when a target is farther to give the bullet a chance to hit the target due to after a while the bullet is going to drop or point down and he needs to use that as his advantage.

Critical didn't know about bullet drop or to account for wind. He guessed that education in Stable's actually helps and teaches them how to use firearms and accounted for everything that the average wastelander doesn't know. But unknown to Critical that Eagle Eye's six times great grandparents were the coldest deadliest snipers in the Equestrian military who hunted down Zebra's not to kill but for sport. Eagle Eye even knew that.

He mentioned to Critical Shot that his great-great-great-great-great-great-granddad and great-great-great-great-great-great grandmom were the coldest snipers. They remembered who they killed but they didn't kill the Zebras, only shot them to critically injure them. Not adding the Zebra's put a bounty out on the two and every best Zebra sniper sent to kill them never came back.

Purple had an idea that he went to go to talk to Flared Blizzard's mother who was making preparations for a better defense and the town has werewolves. They're the town's non-citizens and who make up a huge number of the town armed with basic and some better weapons.

Purple politely asked if he could borrow one of the military radios to walkie-talkie for help. She didn't want to but her gut said she should and her parents told her to follow her gut feeling.

In Stable 199 in a storage room.

Flared Blizzard's mother asked Purple for his knife. At first he thought she meant something else only for him to take the knife out of the sheath and hoofed it over only to take it back.

"Don't cut yourself," said Purple before giving the knife over.

Flared Blizzard's mother replied, "Thank you handsome."

Did a thirty-something if not a forty-something-year-old mare call me handsome? Purple thought, Nope, nope, nope, nope, fuck no I'm not turning into Arsen. Don't know why I thought she was referring to my three-and-a-half-inch dick over the Combat knife I hoofed over.

Flared Blizzard's mother cut the scotch tape and opened it and gave Purple a portable radio transceiver. He put it on his back and went to Critical Shot and Eagle Eye's area for an almost unobstructive view and set the radio to the right frequency and called the town of Crimson.

On the east side of the town at the truss bridge.

Rocky and Starry helped place sandbags at both ends with the rear end they set up an air-cooled .30 caliber machine gun and a box of old Equestrian fragmentation anti-personnel landmines which they got and placed them out.

The two town guard's knew the river was deep enough to cross by walking. The bridge is the only way in from the east but they have a fail safe and that is to blow up the bridge if anypony whose a warring faction takes it.

Rocky pointed out the plastic explosives on the bridge with demolition wires connected to a plunger. A guard told her that it's a failsafe and if she doesn't like it she can leave and not come back.

The southern bridge was overwhelmed by the Grand Pony Enclave but there was a huge explosion. They demolished the southern bridge to prevent the Grand Pony Enclave making them go east towards the hydroelectric dam and west to the bridge, even north to the bridge.

For some reason the North bridge was easy to take for the Grand Pony Enclave until that was blown sky high.

On the radio while with Critical and Eagle Eye's.

"Sorry Commander Purple," said a Wasteland Guardian. "It's raining here. Artillery delay is unknown. The mud is making us push it almost impossible. Sorry Commander Purple."

Rainy Night scame over Purple's Pipbuck and she said, "Laffy-Taffy. The enemy is moving to the east to reinforce the assault. But going to take the Lunar Church and go into the trees that are northwest of the town near the river. My guess is as a distraction force to take some of the pressure or defense away from the dam."

Purple replied, annoyed, "Ugh you got to be kidding me!"

Purple took the portable radio and went to Flared Blizzard's mother and told him about the enemy was going to reinforce the assault on the dam. But they're going to have a force to take the church and the small wooded area near the river as a distraction.

Flared Blizzard's mother picked up a walkie-talkie and said, "Reinforce the dam. I repeat reinforce the dam."

A majority of the guards and 'Non-citizens' went over to the Dam to reinforce it while some of the guards have the Equestrian Storm Rifle which was a response to the Zebra Assault Carbine but has a better muzzle velocity of 2247 feet a second with five hundred to six hundred rounds per minute not adding they hit like a pain train.

Not adding some of them have telescopic sights or taped magazines to allow unicorns to reload faster. None of them were made for the Battle saddles but they were also made for Pegasi to hold & shoot with their wings.

Purple's friends besides Paladin Sapphire went to the northwest to engage the distraction force by using the buildings as cover and fired. But the Grand Pony Enclave doesn't know that Rainy Night and Condor Albatross Soaring are listening to their communications.

The duo wouldn't mind screwing up their orders and maybe try to have them try to attack each other to relieve some pressure from the defenders. But Rainy Night heard a familiar voice and it was Midnight Twister who's giving orders on the fly from a Vertibuck looking with a pair of binoculars.

More Vertibucks came to drop off Grand Pony Enclave soldiers in town only for Purple to go to the police station and opened a locker and he found heavy body armor with a titanium helmet with a visor which he closed with his wing. The body armor chafed him but he opened a locker with his wings and grabbed the 40mm break-action grenade launcher, a tri-barrel minigun, and a 7.62mm General Purpose Machine Gun.

"Let's get this party started!" Purple exclaimed.

Purple walked slowly to the front door and bucked it open and went out fast.

Outside of the old police station.

Purple fired at the Grand Pony Enclave soldiers with the bullets tearing through him while the Novasurge and Magical Energy weapon rounds didn't harm him but made him flinch sometimes.

Purple wasn't trigger happy but did his best to conserve the twenty-five hundred rounds he had before putting the minigun down without damaging it. He switched over to the grenade launcher Purple has eleven 40mm high-explosive grenades and eleven 40mm buckshot grenades.

The Vertibucks that hovered in one spot were easy to hit with the shrapnel and kill the pilot or co-pilot and a majority of them crashed outside of the town. It helped to defend the town as well but some of them landed in the town which was used as a makeshift cover. Not adding some of the town's guards came and either pushed or used their magic to carry pieces and use them as makeshift cover.

Over in an apartment.

Rocky and Starry shot at the Grand Pony Enclave. It felt like their weapons were ineffective. Starry didn't tell anypony that she secretly had a pistol in her bushy tail and it's powerful enough to knock somepony on their ass if they're not a unicorn.

Rocky told Starry to go find some better guns that would actually pack a punch than a rifle that was designed to hunt creatures or varmints not to punch through power armor or pony's skin.

A couple of hours passed and the Grand Pony Enclave dropped off more reinforcements at the dam and on the small beam bridge that connects the east and west side of town. Purple dealt with them personally with the 7.62mm GPMG with a hundred round magazine and seven hundred in reserve.

The rainstorm came to the town. It was really a squall but every now and again the wind would pick up and neither side could see each other and it made it difficult to see.

WIth Critical Shot and Eagle Eye are still on the same roof.

"Come in Commander Purple," said a Wasteland Guardian. "Commander Purple pick up,"

Critical Shot went over to the Portable Radio Transceiver and answered it. It was Yankee-five again an artillery battery but Critical Shot didn't speak military unlike Purple so he just had to say they needed support to help turn the tide of the battle.

"The enemy occupies the church!" exclaimed Critical Shot, "Those fuckers are in the church fire now!"

The artillery crew has a map of the town and saw where the church was and it wasn't long until 105mm rounds landed around the church destroying the Grand Pony Enclave camp they set up around it. But the high explosive shrapnel cut through them leaving bits and pieces and the shocking thing is that the church survived it.

Critical told 'Yankee-Five' to fire on the east side of the dam but not on the dam to prevent the Grand Pony Enclave from overwhelming the Guards and Militia.

The artillery commander replied, "Negative. give us thirty minutes to get the guns a chance to cool off and recalibrate them."

Critical replied annoyed, "Ugh you got to be kidding me! Damn you Purple for teaching them that lingo and all that!"

With the West, North, and South sides secured Purple went over to the Dam and helped with the fighting. Critical and Eagle Eye stayed providing deadly sniper support while Starry went over to the dam to aid in the fighting,

Purple led the charge with the 7.62mm GPMG with a mix of armor-piercing, full metal jacket, hollow pointed, and jacketed soft point hoof load round. But he still had some rounds for his grenade launcher both buckshot and explosive.

Making things worse even though it's a machine gun, not a sniper rifle, Purple aimed for the head to put them down for good not to waste a ton of ammo trying to pierce through them.

One Grand Pony Enclave soldier jumped out and was about to try and stab Purple with a bowie knife until there was a bullet where Critical Shot cycled the bolt of his rifle.

"And stay down fucker!" Critical Shot mumbled.

Purple looked towards them and nodded his head before grabbing and holding the 7.62mm GPMG with his wings and pulling the trigger with his magic. The Militia and town's Guards charged ahead pushing them back every inch and completely wiping out the attacking force. But more were hiding waiting to do a nighttime surprise attack.

The wooded area by the river northwest was soon saturated with high explosive fire and the attackers in hiding wouldn't be able to attack anymore.

The town of Clearwater Creek was secured and the town only suffered ten deaths with three Guards and seven Militia members. The Grand Pony Enclave lost everyone besides Midnight Twister who went back to Fort Base Icey Flier to consider another plan. But he left the fortress's southern flank open to an attack with the Western, Eastern, and Northern soldiers & officers couldn't reinforce the southern flank without creating gaps or holes into their lines.

Midnight Twister also thought that Base left at least some reserves behind before he went to the Frozen North.

In a library an hour after the attack.

Rocky Road, Critical Shot, Starry, and Double Tap found Purple reading a magic book. He learned how to carry and use weapons more than one so he can use his .45 Auto Pistol, Police 9mm, 7.62mm Battle Rifle, Super 45 Semi-automatic Combat Shotgun, Automatic Rifle-Carbine, & IF-37 Police Shotgun at once.

They thought he was reading how he could use his magic to read minds or zap ponies' brains with his dark cobalt blue magic aurora.

When Purple decided to stop reading he went to go check on Paladin Sapphire Heart she's fine and so is the filly she's a bit shaken up. But she'll be fine and won't come off of Paladin Sapphire on how scared she is.

Paladin Sapphire thought about it and she thought about staying here in town, getting a job and raising the filly. What shocked them was that the filly finally spoke and she called Paladin Sapphire 'Mommy,' Purple 'Daddy,' Rocky as 'Aunt Rocky,' Starry as 'Aunt Starry,' Critical Shot as 'Uncle Critical,' and Double Tap as 'Aunt Double.'

"What's your name sweetie?" asked both Purple and Paladin Sapphire Heart.

The filly replied, "Pipp. Pipp Eclipse."

Purple replied, "Pipp is a wonderful name."

Purple gave her a small smooch on the forehead. Paladin Sapphire didn't know what to do. She wants to travel with Purple, bringing Pipp with them. But she also wants to stay and raise her as a child.

In Flared Blizzard's mother's office.

Flared Blizzard told her mother that he's with the group of the Wasteland Guardians. She's lucky that the group can open up trade with them and they can stay independent or join them and can have more protection.

Flared Blizzard's mother was reluctant to join at first but she knew that trade is good but alliances are better because she knows the world is changing. She knew that their enemies are making alliances. Even raiders groups were making alliances with each other to be powerful but she knew that Raider alliances don't typically last too long usually several weeks maybe a couple of months.

Flared Blizzard's mother agreed to have an alliance and a caravan from the town of Clearwater Creek would go to the town of Crimson and so on and so forth. But they'll have Guards with them to protect them.

Paladin Sapphire decided to stick with the group but when any combat starts she'll take Pipp and put her in cover to keep the little filly safe.
