Fallout Equestria: Wasteland Guardian

While walking. Purple looked at his Pipbuck and noticed a new location popped up on the map called Pointy Valley and Purple had heard of the Battle of Pointy Valley during the Zebra-Equestrian war. Zebra soldiers captured an Equestrian battalion, took it back and held out to the last pony.

At their first break stop.

"Where's mommy?" asked Paladin Sapphire, "Where's Mommy Pipp?"

Paladin Sapphire played peek-a-boo with Pipp Eclipse but every time when she would cover her face with her hooves, Pipp would start crying, making Paladin Sapphire uncover her face.

Purple said, "Stop playing Peek-a-boo Sapphire. Pipp apparently doesn't like it."

They ate lunch, which was some apples that Purple bought from somepony in Clearwater Creek. The pony was saying "Buy some apples!"

Purple bought a dozen for twelve bottle caps. But he took his utility knife and cut up an apple into slices for Pipp only for her to want Purple to peel the red off the apple so he did.

They ate the apples and drank some purified water or Sparkle-Cola and they rested for a bit before hitting the road again. They walked peacefully while Purple hummed.

A couple of hours later.

Purple looked at his map on his Pipbuck and it says that there were six and a half square miles from the town and they're coming in from the east. The west has a bay that goes into a river and that leads into the Southern Lunar Ocean.

The town looked like it was in pristine condition as if a Balefire apocalypse never happened. But Purple's and Paladin Sapphire's guts were saying something isn't quite right.

"Critical, go up to that smokestack and see if you can find anypony," ordered Purple. "Rocky, Starry. You two work well together so you two go secure that wagon repair shop and take Double Tap with you. Paladin Sapphire go take Pipp and find somewhere safe to be. I'll be with Critical as a 'Spotter.' My gut says we're walking into a trap."

Rocky and Starry entered the Wagon repair shop and found junk and a register with three hundred Equestrian Bits.

On top of the old smokestack.

Critical saw no one in the town and thought that Purple's gut was wrong. Until he saw somepony dressed as a raider and saw more Raiders come out of town hall. But Critical did what Eagle Eye's taught him and to take into account gravity and wind and shot a Raider who looked like she was giving orders.

Unlike Purple, Rocky Road, Paladin Sapphire, Critical Shot, and Starry don't have problems shooting and killing raiders. Even if they surrender they won't have a problem blasting them away unlike Purple who'll spare Raiders and give them a chance to run away or offer a chance to make a difference in their life by starting a new life.

The trio wanted to go into town only for Purple to come down and stop them. He wanted to come up with a way that didn't involve running and gunning.

Twyla and Opel came out of nowhere and when Rocky asked where they came from, Twyla told her that Rainy Night told them via radio before they left the town of Crimson and asked Purple about his plan.

Purple replied, "It's the Wasteland! We go in there with threats and bribes until we get what we want. If all else fails we beat the living daylights out of everypony."

Double Tap replied, "Spoken like a true raider."

Purple replied, "Well you can say where the Raider's raider. Raiders have no problem killing innocents out here and we have no problem killing raiders. It's like the saying 'What comes around goes around.' if it's still a saying even though the Balefire bombs went off a couple of hundreds of years ago."

Purple went over to the town's map and he placed X's for them and arrows from where he wanted them to go. Rocky, Starry, and Double Tap went through the top left of the town and he wanted Twyla, and Opel to go down to the beach and cause a distraction. But Purple will be with Twyla and Opel and Critical will do overwatch and provide sniper support.

Still on the smokestack.

Critical Shot saw a sign that said, "During those days ponies will seek death, but will not find it; they will long to die, but death will evade them."

Critical didn't know what it meant but probably thought it's nothing or something from the wartime days.

On the beach, the trio saw relics of the past of destroyed Equestrian tanks. They also saw destroyed Zebra armored vehicles with skeletons everywhere in dirty dark olive green army fatigues and stealth cloaks that aren't working due to the users being deceased.

On the smokestack.

"Just squeeze the trigger and the fucker is dead," whispered Critical Shot.

Critical Shot steadied his breath and rifle. He used his rifle to squeeze the trigger before shooting a raider from a far distance and he took into consideration the wind and gravity.

"Quick inside this building!" said Rocky Road.

Rocky, Starry, and Double Tap went inside of the building and sought shelter & a combat position to fight the Raiders. A group of raiders walked right by the building they were in and they dropped them swiftly, deadly and mercilessly.

More Raiders came but more cautiously knowing the trio were in the area. They knew they were there but they kept walking into the ambush.

On the beach.

Twyla and Opel were still on the beach watching the waves coming in and out. Until Purple came and snatched the two by the ears saying they have the fight to get back in.

They went up to the boardwalk Purple lifted the duo up with his wing and cybernetic wing. They had an advantage with the Raiders occupied with Rocky, Starry, and Double Tap so they could go behind them without adding Critical Shot.

The Raiders were ambushed on their own ground and their own territory. But Critical Shot didn't make their retreat any easier as he either shot them in the ass or sometimes the bullet would drop down and shoot them in the crotch. That was incredibly painful for the stallions.

The Raiders ran away into the wasteland even though Critical Shot kept picking them off as sport. He thought it's fun to pick on Raiders due to the Raiders doing the same to ponies who want to be left alone.

More raiders from the other side of town started to come and fight them. They fought them hard but still had the advantage of the buildings for better cover and the Raiders weren't smart enough to use cover but they kept running into their gunfire.

Dumb idiots, Purple thought, Even my deceased friends knew better. Yeah Scrumptious Succulent, Jackpot Inferno, Pupkin Rose Pie, Lucky Star, Diamond Astute Light, Soaring Jet, and Light Trick. They knew what to do. But they went down fighting to defend the Stable when the GPE raided it.

The Raiders kept falling into the same trap over and over until there weren't any more left in the town.

But when the battle were over they decided to walk around the town.

By the ruined town hall.

They saw a campfire with a rotating thing that's used to cook food. But it had a pony on it with a campfire under it cooking the dead pony.

Everyone quickly learned that the raiders they fought were also cannibals as well. It made Purple sick due to him still learning about the wasteland. But the other ones are used to it due to the fact that they grew up and usually saw cannibals in places. Not adding Paladin Sapphire fought some cannibals when she was still a Steel Ranger.

"Alright then," said Purple. "Some Raiders might be held up in town and I don't want any nasty surprises!"

Everyone besides Paladin Sapphire went and searched the whole town for raiders but there weren't any. They took the deceased raiders and threw them into the bay of the town. A giant mutated fish came up and ate the corpses.

I'm not going in there, Everyone thought, Not even if you paid me a billion bottle caps.

They stayed away from the bay not wanting to be a mutated fish's breakfast, lunch, or dinner.
