Fallout Equestria: Wasteland Guardian

"Alright we have Raiders, Slavers, and Evil GPE Soldiers & Officers," said Purple. "We take out Arsen and bring him out of the war. Then we can focus on those psychopaths and all that of whatever you call them. We're going to be outgunned and outmatched. We can do it."

The remaining of the Wasteland Guardians weren't up to a monumental task; there were only seventy remaining not adding Sentinel Glace and his team. They had essential clothing and primary home defense weapons against ponies in body armor and power armor.

One Wasteland Guardian Pegasus told Purple that even with help they're outnumbered by a ratio of two to one.

Purple knew that but he also knew that one final breeze and they'll blow away into the wasteland. A Wasteland Guardian did say that if they took the time to nurse their wounds and had open recruitment of ten bottlecaps a week for service then they would get more.

Purple replied, "The longer we wait. The worst it'll be. If we wait a week to get more soldiers by the time we'd have enough for a surprise attack they'll have double if not triple our amount. By the time we get to one thousand, my brother Arsen will have three thousand new recruits."

A mare replied, "Oooh rah Purple. Let's kick them while they're down and spread out."

It was Colonel Honey Cake and she pulled Purple off to the side.

"I only can support five V-4 and three V-5 Gunship Vertibucks and some artillery fire," said Colonel Honey Cake. "But the rest of my forces have to stay behind to provide security for the rest of my forces and make sure nopony finds our secret hideout."

Purple replied, "You'd don't have to support in this battle you've done enough so far. Also, I'd think you should stay off of your hooves while you're pregnant."

Colonel Honey Cake replied, "No it's my fault for allowing Arsen into the Grand Pegasus Enclave. Ok, Arsen is a stupid name it sounds like Arson. I'd see why he changed his name to three long-deceased Baseball players. I'm going to play a part in this battle like it or not. Just say when and where and we'll be there."

Purple told Colonel Honey Cake that it'll be tomorrow morning between eight and three. But Honey Cake told Purple that her forces would raid convoys heading to him due to the fewer supplies they have the better.

Honey Cake even gave Purple a kiss for a charm of good luck to support and they can't believe not too long ago the two hated each other. Now they fight side by side somewhat not adding she's happily carrying Purple's foal even though he's a typical 'Wastelander.'

Honey Cake even hasn't told anypony yet but she has a huge crush on Purple not caring that he's a crossbred alicorn with 53% Unicorn DNA in his blood and 47% Pegasus DNA in his blood. She likes him for being a good pony at heart and hasn't succumbed to the vices of the Wasteland. Honey Cake has seen GPE soldiers go AWOL to get laid by a wastelander or sneak drugs and alcohol onto military bases.

Honey Cake decided to tell Purple that during her apprentice days as an officer she was in charge of a small team to find missing Grand Pegasus Enclave soldiers and that's the way she learned how to find him.

Purple told her that is creepy. He had a gut feeling that she'll be the type of mother that'll keep track of their daughter or son, not letting them do anything and can find them anywhere.

Honey Cake left to go back to the hidden base she and her forces have.

Colonel Spring Charm promised support as well as recon that her pegasi are trained in and do sabotage missions as well if they can or mark targets for Honey Cake's artillery or cloudship to attack. But she also told Purple that the soldiers that Arsen has are battle-hardened and Veteran Grand Pegasus Enclave soldiers and officers who know how to fight.

Purple took that into consideration due to Base being a slippery and intelligent bastard. He's always taking to his advantage not adding the Grand Pegasus Enclave that's helping them that aren't with Honey Cake or Spring Charm are going to keep the Steel Rangers occupied and hope they don't break through to reinforce Base.

Purple got pulled off to the side by his mother who came out of the Stable to talk to him. Overmare Harp Love Harmonica and Condor Albatross Soaring told Purple that she's giving him permission to take Base down.

They didn't mean to beat him up, they meant Purple can kill him so Base can't make the worst of others when he takes over. Purple has free rein due to he'll do what is best for others not make them into glorified sex ponies and won't turn mares into breeders.

The next day.

Tomorrow morning at eight-thirty in the morning.

Several miles outside of Fort Base Icey Flier.

Purple gave the Wasteland Guardians an order of battle and Colonel Honey Cake started the divisionary distraction which as expected sent a majority of them away and got pelted from above by pegasi and artillery she had.

The Steel Rangers are being bogged down by the Grand Pegasus Enclave. Honey Cake's few gunship vertibucks began the assault and softened the way for Purple and them to lead the charge.

It was useful because the rockets destroyed the cover and walls the Grand Pony Enclave can't effectively cover. The vertibucks didn't stay overhead above them but moved around making it hard for the Grand Pony Enclave ballistic and energy rounds to hit them.

"Critical," said Purple. "You and your fiance' go find the high ground. You and her sniper rifles are great in urban areas. Yeah, snipers are deadly due to ruble and the high ground will keep them looking everywhere!"

Critical Shot and his girlfriend went to find a tall place within the side fortress which had a tower and the two counter-sniped the Grand Pony Enclave snipers not adding a majority of them were inexperienced or poorly trained.

"They make this too easy," said Moonshadow Spirit. "A foal can do better than them! A FOAL! I've been shooting since I was weaned when I was three. Heck, my father is the deadliest sniper the Grand Pegasus Enclave has at their disposal with his EMW Sniper with 7.62mm FMJ, 7.62mm Match Grade, 7.62mm Frangible, and 7.62mm Hollow-Point. Oh, FMJ bullets can pierce armor, Match Grade is high-grade ammo made for snipers, Frangible are bullets made to disintegrate leaving a mark when hitting their target, and Hollow-point expands causing more lethal hits without penetrating further than necessary. I've been learning about this stuff since the day I came out of my mother's womb. I lived in Grand Pegasus Enclave Base Raven. Near Seaddle. My mother wanted me to be a doctor, or a GPE Lawyer, or a cook. But at GPE Base Raven? The doctors there were hornier than college frat brothers or your average teenager. But my mother still talks to me."

Critical replied, "Too much information. But thanks. I haven't seen my mother in years. Wish she was still alive though."

Moonshadow Spirit replied, "Have you ever thought lewd things about your mother?"

Critical replied, "No... Not in the past decade... Once when I was thirteen I'd visualized my mother, not as my mother, and had sex with her and during that dream, I did touch myself. But it was only once honest!"

Moonshadow Spirit believed him.

"Your secret is safe with me," said Moonshadow Spirit.

Purple shanked a Grand Pony Enclave several times with a bayonet, a rusty one. He fired his 7.62mm battle rifle and shot at some Grand Pony Enclave officers and the three officers fired their Novasurge pistols at Purple and somehow missed only for Purple's shots to be dead right on the money.

The gunship vertibucks left to go rearm and refuel at the GPE secret base but they had a 'little' surprise coming. It was the Typhoon coming to provide support and drop off reinforcements from the main GPE force.

"Purple," said Rainy Night. "The Typhoon is on the way with some reinforcements. They should be arriving in a few moments."

There was the sound of several vertibucks that landed and dropped off a company of Grand Pegasus Enclave elite soldiers and half company GPE Marines and they reported to Purple due to the fact that they were ordered two.

"Alright Captain," said Purple. "Take your soldiers and go left. Captain take your marines and go right,"

The two captains took their respective companies and did what Purple told them to do. It was a good idea with Purple and the Wasteland Guardians going up the center. The Grand Pegasus Enclave Marines taking their right guard and the Grand Pegasus Enclave Army on the left could support each other if any of them got bogged down or needed the support.

The GPE Soldiers and Captain were upset due to the GPE Marines and Wasteland Guardians having better armaments such as automatic Novasurge rifles for the GPE Marines. The Wasteland Guardians have every type of ballistic weapon known to a pony that can be carried with magic or in a battle saddle.

The bullets, explosive, and energy rounds flew but they had an element of surprise and a group of Stable 190 mares joined them. They were arranged by Overmare Harp and Albatross to get payback on Base for taking advantage of them for his own personal gains. But they came armed, loaded, and with the advanced body armor that Stable-Tec could provide before the Balefire bombs went and blew up.

The remaining outer guards of the Grand Pony Enclave retreated inside the fortress and they hastily gave chase until the main gate was locked so they couldn't get in. The Typhoon did that with a laser cannon and it blew a hole by heating up the metal not adding there were some explosives on the other side as a failsafe if they broke in.

All of them stored the inner fortress with a platoon of the Grand Pegasus Enclave Army Soldiers and stayed outside to keep any Grand Pony Enclave soldiers' reinforcements away or keep an area open for Vertibucks opened for reinforcements and supplies coming in and out.

In the fortress. The Soldiers went straight down the center, the GPE Marines went to the left while the Wasteland Guardians cleared the right. But unknown to them the Grand Pony Enclave unleashed captured Hellhounds.

It wasn't long until Rocky, Double Tap, and Paladin Sapphire Heart came in with the latter in her power armor. Critical Shot also joined them.

"The gang's all here," said Purple. "Alright we're doing a kill or capture order on Arsen. "

Rocky Road replied, "If we see Midnight. That cocksucker is all mine. Going to make him wish he didn't backstab us! Sorry to interrupt Lavender. Also Purple, Lavender is such a beautiful name you should stick to your first name over one of your middle names."

Purple decided to be called by his first name now but doesn't care if somepony called him Purple.

"Oh Lavender," said Rocky. "Thank you."

Lavender replied, "You're welcome that I didn't sell you, Crimson, and Harmony to that mercenary prick. I could've sold all three of you for three hundred bottle caps. But I place my morals above anything else. I see ponies as ponies, even monsters as who they are. Even if you Double Tap you may be a Raider but you're on the road to reforming."

Paladin Sapphire replied, "I agree that ponies who place their morals over anything else. So sad a lot would rather turn a blind eye, kill, rape, pillage, murder, or sell their friends in a heartbeat or in a blink of an eye if they think they can survive. They'd sell their own mother, father, and own kids for their own survival."

Rocky replied, "Oh Sapphire. I'm glad that you're here with us. Honored to have you here with us."

Rocky and Paladin Sapphire started to warm up to each other which made Lavender and all of them happy since they all been arguing and bickering since they met but now they're getting better and acting as friends over enemies.

Lavender found a piece of paper with a drawing and another piece of paper on the bottom of it with evacuation orders if they become overwhelmed and it was written in Calligraphy and Purple knows who's hoof writing it is and it belongs to Arsen Walnut Nimrod.

Lavender told them that in the Stable well in Stable 190 that all ponies coming at the puberty age they're taught Calligraphy and Arsen was taught it as well.

"I think your brother had other ideas," said Rocky

Lavender replied, "Yeah he sure had his head in other ideas. If you don't count as the towel pony and center fielder. One time he smelled like he slept with a ton of sweaty stallions because they threw their smelly towels on him. He mostly washed, dried the towels and folded them. But yeah he would've preferred to put his stallion area in a mare's mare area."

Paladin Sapphire replied, "At least your parents raised you right over him."

Lavender replied, "Yeah but they tried their most damnest to send him down the straight and narrow but he kept going off. But once he turned seventeen he was no longer their problem. Let's go."

Soon Sentinel Glance and both of his teams arrived. They were a squad of power-armored Wasteland Guardians or ex-Steel Rangers and they were the best of the best that the contingent from Bucklyn Cross before sending them out here had to offer.

The Hellhounds came and they may be terrifying but the Grand Pegasus Enclave, and Wasteland Guardians were strong and held their ground and poured enough lead, explosive, magical energy, and Novasurge energy rounds down killing them all.

They pushed on and two Wasteland Guardian soldiers tried to force open a door only for bullets to come out killing them. Lavender and the Alicorn ex-Steel Ranger combined their magic and created an impenetrable shield which the bullets bounced off.

"Eat lead nightmares!" roared a Grand Pony Enclave officer.

He fired all twelve rounds of his ten-millimeter pistol and he looked scared.

"I guess that shield eats lead," said the Grand Pony Enclave officer.

Lavender used his wing and threw a throwing knife placing the knife right between the eyes of the Grand Pony Enclave officer.

Lavender found a letter from Arsen and it more or less says that Arsen is glad to have as a Lavender brother and honored to have him as an opponent and loves him deep down in his heart. But he'll be in the Frozen North.

The note was happy to Lavender at least he now knows he doesn't have to fight his brother. He knows sooner or later he'll come back or he'll have to come to him. But that was a story for another day.

All three groups continued to search everywhere even in secret rooms but Midnight Twister got away.

The remaining Grand Pony Enclave either went down fighting, fell into Raider and Slavers groups, or headed Northeast to the Frozen North to be with their leader and command.

"One group down," said Lavender. "Two more to go down."

Fort Base was renamed to Fort Colonel Autumn Leaf because a lot of the GPE soldiers served under Colonel Autumn Leaf. Not adding Lavender allowed it even praised it due to the fact that he may have hated Autumn Leaf and thought he was a pompous ass but didn't tell them no.

The Grand Pegasus Enclave force who allied with the Wasteland Guardians as a bigger place. They opened up recruitment to pegasi in the wasteland and paid them thirty bottlecaps a week as good faith and started to remodel themselves like the Wasteland Guardians even though Lavender didn't pay his soldiers because of what they sell they can keep the caps or if they find any bottlecaps they can keep them for themselves.

Critical Shot knew it was a long shot but he sat down in front of Moonshadow and held his hoof out.

"Moonshadow Spirit?" asked Critical Shot, "Will you marry me?"

Moonshadow Spirit jumped for joy and accepted it.

The two saw that they saw the Grand Pegasus Enclave and the Wasteland Guardians actually applaud for the two to get engaged. Even Honey Cake and Spring Charm got there in time to see the proposal even though he didn't have a ring.

Both Lavender and Colonel Honey Cake both told the duo to take the time off so they can tour the wasteland and be together.

Colonel Honey Cake held Lavender's wing and Paladin Sapphire held Lavender's hoof. But Lavender knew a way they could officially get married and that's back in Stable 190.

Rainy Night showed up eager to get into the fight but she was late.

Overpony's office.

"Do you Ms. Spirit take Mr. Critical to be your husband to love and cherish and take care of until death separates you?" asked Overmare Harp.

Moonlight Spirit replied, "I do."

Overmare Harp replied, "Do you Mr. Critical take Ms. Spirit to be your wife to love and cherish and to take care of until death separates you?"

Critical Shot replied, "Yes I do,"

Overmare Harp replied, "You may now kiss the bride."

The two kissed with Lavender, Rocky Road, Paladin Sapphire Heart, Rainy Night, Albatross Colonel Honey Cake, and Colonel Spring Charm were witnesses to the marriage.

After everypony left besides Overmare Harp.

"Something wrong sweetie?" asked Overmare Harp.

Lavender replied, "No. I still can't believe my six times great-grandma was a Special Forces soldier and so on."

There were photographs of the first overmare to Harp even though Harp's photo said "Overmare: Harp Harmonica," The photos in order said, "Overmare: Sapphire Love, Temp Overmare: Sonata Blues, Overmare: Topaz Turquoise, Overmare: Opal Moonstone, Overmare: Labradorite Tanzanite, Overstallion: Aventurine Zircon, Overmare: Brisk Flyee, Overmare: Harp Harmonica".

"Funny thing," said Lavender. "Everypony besides Sapphire Love is in a Stable Jumpsuit or in a Stable Utility Jumpsuit. Sapphire Love, she's in her Army Service Uniform and Overmare Topaz Turquoise she's in an armored Stable 190 jumpsuit. After all, she and I mean Topaz did make the Stable Scouts go out into the wasteland before she was even the Overmare."

Overmare Harp replied, "Yeah. But I'd think I'd know where Arsen gets his sexist side and all that. It's from Shocking Taser who was a unicorn and well Condor's side of the family is a pegasus and if they found out that one of their mare family members had sex with a pegasus they go bat crazy. Because they hate pegasi. But your grandparents, and uncles hate me, you, Blue, and Arsen because I'd married Condor, and had the three of you."

Overmare Harp went over to Lavender and gave him a small kiss on the cheek. She told Lavender that he and Albatross are the only two important stallions in her life but her father isn't due to the two hating each other and she didn't cry when he died from cardiac arrest.

Lavender and Harp caught up on some time missed in the Stable but it wasn't much. She noticed he has a jet black stripe down the center of his hair and told him that he looks better like that instead of trying to be somepony new which he isn't good at.
