Hey guys I'm sorry for the long wait I been having trouble writing out this chapter wondering what I should write in it but after many re-reads and fixing of typos I was finally able to finish this chapter so I hope you guys enjoy

Robot attack and truth revealed part 1

(Unknown location)

In an unknown location of equestria lays a massive abandoned scientific facility with vegetations growing around it but despite the facility looking abandoned the power of the facility seemed to still be working and in a section of the facility there were three pods of some kind two of which that are filled while the third was empty.

One of the pods there was a panel that was glowing brightly with a bright green glow before a robotic voice rang out in the room the pods were in. "Recovery status a hundred percent complete now opening stasis pod!" As the pods opened cold steam started spreading throughout the room as a shadowy figure stepped out from the pods.

Once the steam clears the figure that came out the pod was a blue female robot, in a black robotic rob that seemed to look like a form of hedgehog, and after stepping out from the pod they were in they scanned their surroundings with their robotic eyes before looking down at their robotic hands.

"All systems functional, no signs of damage from the battle can be seen anymore." As the robot examines themselves the second pod starts to open as another figure steps out from it.

"Ugh my head, why does it hurt so much?" The second figure, a young human girl wearing a red lab coat and glasses, asks before taking a look around the room before spotting the female robot hedgehog. "Oh hello Neo I see you woken up before me."

"Affirmative." The figure known as Neo says, nodding to their companion.

"You know just because you became a robot doesn't mean you have to act like one I told you that before sis."

"Negative Omelette I may still be your sister but I'm no longer an organic like you and our group leader."

"Wait, speaking of her, is she here, was she able to return to base and enter her stasis healing pod?" The figure known as Omelette asks.

"Negative the facility records shows no sign of anyone else coming back and entering the pods except us."

"Damn it those blasted rulers must've imprisoned her after she bought us time to escape." Omelette says before coming to a realization. "Wait, how long have we been asleep?" She asks.

"Unsure, haven't checked the system for that yet."

"Well lets not waste time and head to the control room to find out." Omelette says before heading out the room and towards the control room with Neo following behind.

When the two walked through the halls of the facility they noticed some of the vegetation that was growing inside the facility. "Okay now I know we were asleep a lot longer than we were meant to because all this plant life wasn't here before." As Omelette says that they arrived at the control room as they started reactivating anything that was deactivated. "Computer tell us how long have we been asleep in stasis?"

"A-A-A-ALL SYSTEMS SHOWS YOU H-H-H-HAVE BEEN ASLEEP IN STASIS FOR 1000 YEARS."

After hearing they been asleep for 1000 years, shocked both Omelette and Neo. "We have been in stasis sleep for 1000 fucking years how can that be I made sure the pods keeps us asleep until we recovered not fucking put us in a deep slumber for a 1000 fucking years! Computer tell us what happened with the pods and if there is any sign of the phantom ruby?"

All the screens on the computer went black for a moment before turning back on. "SCANNERS INDICATES THAT AN UNKNOWN ANOMALY OCCURRED THAT CAUSED THE STASIS PODS TO KEEP YOU IN STASIS LONGER THAN INTENDED."

"Do you know what this anomaly was?" Omelette asks.

"NEGATIVE SCANNERS WERE UNABLE TO ANALYZE WHAT THE ANOMALY WAS."

"Damn it what about the phantom ruby signature were you able to detect it?"

"SCANNERS HAS PICKED UP TWO POSSIBLE PHANTOM RUBY EXACT SIGNATURE." THE COMPUTER SCREENS CHANGED INTO THAT OF EQUESTRIA MAP AS TWO RED DOTS APPEARED ON THE MAP.

"Interesting how are there two Phantom Rubies but in different locations?" Neo asks as they see the two locations the red dots were at.

"I'm not sure but one seem to be at this mountain range and the other is located at this other location not too far from the mountain." Omelette says as she looked at the map. "Computer send some badniks to those too location and spy drone with them so we can see how much this pathetic land has changed."

(Ponyville Lillian P.O.V.)

Today was a nice and relaxing day in ponyville as me and Sapphire were in our home relaxing a lot has happened in a couple of days like fluttershy talking down to a full grown dragon that was living in a mountain near ponyville and causing clouds of smoke to cover all of ponyville making it hard to breath and making them leave, clearing up a misunderstanding with a Zebra named Zecora that was living in the Everfree forest.

Then saving the town from nearly being destroyed from a swarm of little creatures called parasprites and also helping with wrapping up winter so many fun, weird and crazy things has happened in ponyville but I'm happy things has settle down so Sapphire and I decided to relax and scroll through Mathew app store looking to see what he had for sale we had bought a few things from him before like an infinite warp ring bag that I used last time during Sapphire and my prank war the bag has an infinite amount of warp rings so we never run out.

And another thing we bought before was a drill wisp and drill wispon the drill wisp I named digger for obvious reasons and he's been a great help around the house along with our other wisp friends and as for the drill wispon we use it for training incase we ever get into a pickle but Sapphire mostly uses it to help Rarity dig up for gems to use in her dresses.

After things had settled down we decided to see what Mayhew got. "Oh hey Lill's check this out Mathew has something called the avatar designer kit and from its description we can use it to change how we look."

"Yeah I see it too but I don't I'll get I'm fine with how I look thank you." I tell my sister.

"Well I'm getting it because even though I'm wearing this pinkish rainbow fish scale suit I feel like I've been walking around naked."

I just checked after hearing that. "That's why I told you before we became our characters that only having that scale suit on just makes your character look like they're naked and that you needed to add more clothing then just the suit."

"Yeah, yeah I get your right." Sapphire says before buying the kit and after doing so we received a knock at the door so sue got up the couch she was sitting on top receive her package before heading upstairs with it while I was still scrolling before I spotted something that caught my eye.

The item I saw was called Lillian mic entrancer and when I saw it's description my eyes widen from what I saw the microphone I was looking at was a magical microphone I made for my character for their backstory to become a singer.

Lillian's mic entrancer, a magical microphone said to have the power to entrance enemies, of it's user, who listen to its owners singing keeping them stunned for 10 minutes allowing it's wilder to attack them with a wave of harmonious music the mic is also used to help the singer it chooses achieve their goals of musical careers.

"How did Mathew know about this? Did he read into my character's backstory or something?" I asked both confused and surprised. "Either way I'm not passing up this chance." I clicked the item and pressed buy and a minute later I received my package and pulled out the mic from the box.

"What do you got there Lillian?" Sapphire asks.

When I turned to see her I saw she had changed instead of being a pink scaled cat she was now a light blue cat with a light pink muzzle and the outfit she was another variant of Amy dress from sonic forces that was blue instead of red or pink like mine.

"Oh an item that Mathew had on sale it's my character magical microphone."

"Really you mean that magical microphone your character finds while trying to become a famous singer like Mina mongoose?"

"Yup."

"That's cool I always did wondered how good you'll sound singing."

"Well keep wondering because you know i don't sing in front of others."

"Oh come on Lillian please."

"No."

"Please." Sapphire says trying to give me her best impression at a cute cat begging for something.

"I said no."

BOOM

As Sapphire kept trying to have me sing for her a sudden loud boom can be heard from outside. "What was that?" Sapphire asked worriedly.

"I don't know but lets go check it out." Sapphire nodded before we ran out the door and towards ponyville and when we got there we were both shocked at what we saw.

"No way Lillian are those what I think they are?" Sapphire asks pointing the robots attacking ponyville.

"Yeah they are, those are badniks but what are they doing here and how are they here?"

"I don't know but we have to stop them before anyone gets hurt." Sapphire says before charging in knocking down a badniks that was about to attack a mother and her baby.

"Hey Sapphire, hold up." I charged into ponyville and spin dashing through one of the badniks destroying it before using my fire emblem spell thunder on another. "Thank you Twilight and Grima these spells are coming in handy." I say to myself before charging at another badniks.

(Unknown location)

"It can't be! Mobians!" Omelette says shocked when she sees Lillian and Sapphire arrive into the town through the eyes of her spy bot as the town her robots were attacking had the one of the phantom ruby signature.

"This world didn't have mobians when the three of us arrived 1000 years ago." Neo says as she looks at the screens too. "And last I checked mobians never used spells from fire emblem."

"You're right, which means they must be like us they must've been brought here by that creep of a merchant." Omelette says angrily. "But the real question is who are they and how long have they been here?"

(Back in ponyville)

Lillian and Sapphire were doing what they could to protect ponyville and it's residence from the badniks attacks but no matter how many they destroyed more seemed to come. "Damn it how many of these things are there it's like there's no end to them." Lillian says while driving her drill wispon through a badnik.

"I don't know but the real question is where did they even come from and why are they here?" Sapphire asks while using hex to slow the movements of some of the badniks before destroying them with her lightning wispon.

As the two sisters fought off the badniks another explosion went off at another part of town. "Damn it, they're attacking the other side of town."

"Lillian, you deal with the ones here I'll take care of the ones here while I take care of the ones at the other side of town."

"Got it but just in case take the phantom ruby I want to try out this mic I got." Lillian says tossing the phantom ruby to Sapphire.

"Thanks Lilly's." Sapphire says thanking her sister before running off towards the other side of town while Lillian destroys more badniks with her burst wispon.

(Unknown location)

"Hold on computer rewind that what was that, that bird tossed over to that feline?" Omelette asks as the computer rewinded the footage before stopping at a frame with lillian tossing an object to Sapphire but the object was a bit blurred. "Computer enhance that image."

The computer did as it commanded enhancing the image of the object being tossed until it wasn't blurred anymore.

"It seems we now know why the computer picked up a phantom ruby signature in that town. It's because those two had a phantom Ruby." Neo stated seeing the phantom ruby.

"If that's so then what of the one at that mountain range? Computer switch to the spy bot at the mountains also have all badniks at that town go after that blue cat."

(Lillian P.O.V.)

Damn it how many fucking badniks are there no matter how many I destroyed more just come but not only that but Sapphire is right where did those badniks come from and why are they here?

As I was thinking to myself I spotted some of the badniks heading towards the other side of town that Sapphire went to. "Oh no you fuckers don't your not going to give my sister more trouble you're staying here!" I yelled out a I pulled out my mic. "Let's hope this actually works like I intended it too when I made this." I say before taking a deep breath and start to sing through the mic.

After my singing I saw every badnik around me frozen in place. "No fucking way it actually worked awesome." I start celebrating to myself before remembering I had ten minutes before they all unfreeze. "Alright time to send my listeners off with an encore." I stated before I started singing through the mic for a second time.

As I sang, a wave of musical numbers started to spread out around me making contact with the badniks frozen in place before each one exploded on contact with the notes. "Sweet I think I can get used to this." I say before remembering Sapphire was fighting more badniks on the other side of Ponyville. "Shit Sapphire I nearly forgot she went to face the badniks near that explosion and since no more badniks are coming around here anymore I can go and help her."

I start running off towards where the explosion happened earlier and was surprised to see Sapphire standing one a pile of destroyed badniks. "Woe Sapphire what happened here?"

"Huh oh hey Lillian when i got here I spotted Rainbow, Applejack, Pinkie, Twilight and Rarity trying to fight off the badniks over here but we're having trouble so I used the phantom ruby to help them out but more and more kept on coming but then the strangest thing happened me and everyone heard what we swore was singing and before we knew it the robots froze in place giving us the chance to finally take them all out."

"Oh really singing you don't say." I say with a nervous chuckle.

"Yeah it got me thinking who in their right mind would be singing during a robot attack."

"Yeah who indeed."

"Hehe I know it was obviously you Lillian since you said you were going to try your mic out and I know you didn't use it as a lightsaber or anything like that even though I would find that funny."

"Yeah you're right it was me but besides my singing I'm happy to see your okay Sapph." I tell my sister before hugging her as she hugged back

"I'm happy to see you're okay too Lill's."

After our hug we went to a pile of destroyed badniks. "Now onto serious topics where did these badniks come from?"

"Yeah and why did they come here of all places?" Sapphire asks examining the badniks.

"But most importantly if these badniks are here is he here too and if so how?" I added thinking on how Eggman is somehow in equestria.

"Probably chaos control, it's not like he hasn't been to a different world before because of it since it happened in Sonic X."

"Yeah, good point." I say in agreement but just then we spotted our friends running towards us with worried expressions. "Girls what is it?"

(Unknown location)

"God fucking damn it despite us sending so many badniks they were destroyed by an oversized chicken and fureball." Omelette says out loud banging her hands in anger on the computer panel.

"Whoever these two organics are they seem to not only posses a phantom ruby but use strange powers like fire emblem spells and a microphone that not only stuns enemies but sends a wave of music to destroy the enemy." Neo stated as she examines the footage of the ponyville attack.

"Yeah but not only that but the badniks we sent to the mountains were apparently the new castle location for those blasted royal sisters; however we did get a great deal of information from all this."

"Indeed the phantom ruby we were originally looking for is there along with her."

"Yes and she still seem to be alive in that prison of hers but I find it detesting that they used her as a fucking garden decoration." Omelette states as she and Neo looked at the computer screen that shows a statue of a anthro female jackal wielding a sword pointing it forward as if she is pointing it at someone.

"We'll free her, I'm sure of it Omelette."

"Heh so you can still talk normally." Omelette says with a smirk. "Well you're right we will free her after all she helped us when we needed it so I think it's about time we returned the favor." She says as they looked back at the footage.

(Canterlot castle)

Celestia was pasting back and forth in front of a window mural thinking with a worried expressions. "I can't believe they're back after all this time the last time we faced them Luna and I were barely able to defeat them. We were lucky enough to catch them off guard on that day we imprisoned their leader so what have those two been up to all these years for them to finally make a move." As Celestia was lost in her train of thought she didn't hear a set of hooves approach her.

"Sister, are thou alright?" Celestia heard breaking her outbid her train of thought a she looked up to see her younger sister Luna.

"Oh yes I am fine Luna thank you for your concern but tell me were you able to take care of the enemy machines on the other side of canterlot?"

"Yes and like the last time thou faced them they were hard to defeat." Luna informed as she looks up a the mural her sister was looking at as it depicted robots terrorizing ponies and above them three figures stood over everything watching the robots attack.

"Indeed it was the same on my end but speaking of which tell me have you been watching over the dreams of those two to see if they have any connection with them?" Celestia asks, remembering the day Lillian and Sapphire arrived.

(Flashback to after the summer sun celebration)

As Celestia and her sister ride the carriage back to the castle Celestia was in deep thought about something. "Luna."

"Yes sister?"

"Luna I want you to watch over the dreams of our two new visitors that helped Twilight and her friends because they seem to wield the same powers as those three we faced so long ago and I fear they might be connected to them in some way and might actually be working for them."

"Are thou sure sister thy cat and bird did help Twilight Sparkle and her friends save thee."

"Yes I'm sure Luna, I just want to make sure our little ponies are safe and to see if they mean any harm to us or not."

"Very well sister we will look into their dreams to see if thy cat and bird are a danger to us or not."

"Thank you Luna also we need to get you to stop talking like that no one here talks like anymore." Celestia says with a chuckle.

(End of flashback)

"Yes we have sister and we found no relation or connection to those three with those two."

"I see thank you Luna." Celestia says thanking her younger sister. "I think it's time I have a talk with those two personally." She says turning away from the mural and starts heading down the hall and towards the throne room.
