Ray sat with Chrysalis. "So…" She started. "You left home because you were tired of being popular?"

"More like I was tired of the scheduling. I barely had time to rest." He explained.

To her credit the changeling nodded understandably. "I can relate. As queen, there were times I wanted a break."

"Is that why you…"

"Partly. But mostly for the food." She sighed. "Had I known about your line of work. I might have tried a different approach." She paused seeing him stretch and yawn. "You're tired. Sleep."

"I can go a few more hours." Ray countered.

"No. If you don't get the proper sleep, then your emotions get mixed up. And I'd rather avoid that. Now sleep." She insisted.

"But I…" He started before getting hit by a sleeping spell.

"Why do ponies insist on arguing with royalty?" She huffed, after a few moments of adjusting Ray's body.

Back in Ponyville

Discord appeared with Big Mac across from Spike at a table as the young dragon looked over a pile of scrolls. "Spike?" Discord said nervously. "Is something wrong?"

"Wrong? Why should anything be wrong?" Spike countered. "It's not like I got a scroll from the princess about a couples event the girls are invited to, and I'm hiding it because they're single, and I'm trying to find them dates, while worrying about that new stallion you poofed to who knows where. Why do you ask?"

The two look at each other before turning back to the dragon. "Don't you think you're moving a bit fast Spike?" Big Mac asked. "Didn't he just arrive in town?"

"Yeah. But… Pinkie got a twitch. And didn't tell me who it was about." Spike explained.

"Do you really want to help hook the girls up?" Discord asked with a grin.

This time Spike and Big Mac shared a glance before they looked at Discord. "What are you thinking?" Spike asked.

"Let's just say I have a few ideas. But if you insist on asking. You may find out some games you don't want to play. " He explained turning to the reader. "Ideas will be in the author notes."

At the Ponyville lake

Rainbow Dash managed to get Pinkie Pie to sit with her at the lake. "Ok ok… first off. How much did you hear?"

"Just that, you think somepony has a cute flank." She replied.

Rainbow facehoofed. "And let me guess. You know who it is."

"Yeap."

"Of course you do. Let me guess. Twitch?" Rainbow asked to which Pinkie nodded.

"I don't blame you. I get sooooooooo many twitches when…" She froze and bit her lips with a tense smile.

"Wow. Too much info, Pinks…" Rainbow said as she held back a blush. A moment later she rubbed her chin. "I wonder… How many of our friends do you think are into him?" At that a slow large smile grew on Pinkie's face.

Meanwhile

Twilight and Fluttershy sat and sighed. "I contacted my brother about what Discord did." Twilight explained. "He's going to check the forest. Let's just hope he comes back with good news."

In the EverfreeForest

Shining Armor approached the Castle of the Two Sisters. "From what Twily wrote. This would be…" He froze at the sight of a dark finger casting a spell on a stallion. "I never thought I'd say this. But I'm glad this place is full of holes." Charging in, he jumped through the hole.

"Hello dear." The figure said calmly. "Shall we talk or are you just going to start shouting?" A smirk came to her face as he charged and ran face first into a shield. "Nice to see you too Shiny." She teased.

"What have you done to him?" Shining demanded.

"Oh. Like you'd believe me." She huffed. "But if you must know. The only spells I used were to help him sleep and keep him from waking at the sound of you yelling."

"I haven't yelled yet…" He countered as a realization dawned. "And don't call me that. Release him at once, or suffer."

"Please. I may not be anywhere as strong as I used to be. But even I know… you wouldn't take him against his will."

"If it means away from you and your mind games. Then I'll do what I must." He huffed.

"And deny me the only pony, how'd willingly keep me from starvation? Caption! Or is it prince? That's not very nice of you."

"Your mind games won't work anymore. I know you're faking it. You don't need him. Just like you didn't need me."

Chrysalis blinked a few times. "Wait… did you just…"

"I won't let you use another pony." He shouted before freezing as a clump of dirt hit him.

"Hold on… you… did you just say what I think you said?"

"What? That I thought you were stronger? Because apparently I was wrong about that."

"True, but no. I meant that part about us… how… did you really want to be with me?"

Shining Armor froze at the realization of his words. "Ok… so I talked to my wife a few times about bringing a changeling into our sex… but…"

"Nope." Chrysalis got up and started for the other room. "I'm out. Just give him time to rest. And don't let his heart break."

Shining Armor sat there confused. "Did… did I just win somehow?"

Crystal Empire

A white stallion walked down the halls of the castle. The gaurds that saw him noticed how he seemed to know where he was going, but was confused about something.

An orange coated pegasus gaurd stopped him. "Are you alright?" He asked.

"Captain Flash. Just the stallion I was looking for. Would you mind joining me for a chat with the princess?" The white stallion said happily.

"Is something wrong?"

"Let's hope not." He muttered, before smiling. "Not at all. There's just something I need to talk to her about."

"And why do you need me there for?"

"Oh… right…" He muttered to himself, tapping his chin. "What time period is it again… oh right." Smiling at him the stallion explained. "Because you'll most likely be involved soon."

"Ok Discord. What ideas did you have?"

"Oh you know. A dating gameshow, dropping the potential couples into a game of O&O, or maybe just a lock the couples in a building."

"You have some real problems. You know that?"

"Yes. But now let's see what the readers think. If they're still reading or care to have a say."
