Radian Wave didn't exactly make much of an impression back in Canterlot High School. Brilliant, but not big on the social side. He struggled with a troubled home life and disliked school as well, thanks to a certain bully before her reformation. He was always good with electronics though, and could have gone far if he'd continued to stay the course and fade into obscurity. Instead, he takes a chance and tries to achieve his dreams, but with a considerable ace up his sleeve.
He's learned how to harness Equestrian magic through science.

He was also a big fan of one particular trio. The Dazzlings.
It's been years since the Starswirled music festival, and the Dazzlings broke up and faded away due to unknown reasons, rumoured to be creative differences. That hasn't stopped Radian's interest as he seeks her out as his only member he could find, Adagio Dazzle, now alone and 'living life', and not having a good time of it either.
This is their story, as the socially maladjusted scientist and the defeated siren enter a partnership, make some self discoveries, transform and go places they never would have imagined.
