The rest of the day the... Stallion? Dragon?... whatever he was. He had spend that time learning about his new body. With Smolder's help he started to understand things easier. However, they both knew it'd still take a few days for him to fully be ready for the outside world.

"Ok. Before we go over what you do know. We need a name for you. Something that combines your soft pony side with your cool Dragon side." Smolder said as she paced in their cave. "Something cool... but kind..." Letting out a groan she looked over at him as he examined his wings. "Silver?" She noted catching his attention. "I just noticed you have silver tipped wings." She said looking him over. "Cool... how about Could Flare?" She suggested with a smile. "Or something like that. I'm not very good with names."

Thinking it over he shrugged. "Better than what I was thinking. Hot Wings?" He laughed. After a moment she joined. "Ya... right? Or FrostBite." After a moment he noticed her smirk. "You want to go with FrostBite. Don't you?" She nodded. With a shrug he stood on his hind legs and wobbled to the stone table.

"Great. Let's eat. The strip of hair down your back looks cool too." She teased.

After dinner they practiced walking on two and four legs as she told him about the dragon lands. "Tomorrow we can talk about Equestria and go over some... basic dragon stuff."

"Don't think I'm ready to fly yet."

"Agreed."

the next morning

FrostBite woke to find Smolder was wrapped in his arms and wings. Gulping he quickly pulled away and quickly stammered to the other side of the cave... room... thing... "damn it brain. Stop picturing her like that." He groaned as he grabbed some jems to munch on as he waited for her to wake up.

To his surprise it wasn't long at all as she rolled over grinning at him. "What were you thinking of me?" She teased, causing him to choke on a jem for a moment before coughing a bit. "Sorry." She sighed as she stretched and got up. "So. You want to tell me what you were thinking about when you were cuddling me?"

"I... ummm... I didn't mean to... that is I..."

"Relax Stipes." She teased. "You looked like you needed something or someone to hold." She shrugged as she joined him eating some jems. "And it wasn't like I was uncomfortable... at least till you took away that floff of yours."

The two shared a laugh before moving onto what he can expect from the ponies and how he can fly there. "Really? Flying is that easy?" He asked.

"Well. Once you understand how to do it. It'll likely come easily." She explained. "But we should work on building your wing strength first."

With a shared nod she walked him through several wing exercises. Even joining him a few times. "Come on FrostBite. Just a few more." She'd cheer as he worked out. Neither of them really noticed time passing as they simply enjoyed their time together.

"By the way. Why was your brother so upset that I drank your milk?" FrostBite asked, causing Smolder to blush.

Meanwhile, Ember took a trip to Canterlot for help with what to do with the newcomer.

Canterlot Great Hall

Ember walked past several nervous guards. Stopping only when she got to the base of the steps leading to the thrones where the princesses sat. "Dragon Lord Ember?" An elegant white alicorn asked with a multi-colored flowing mane. "What brings you here my friend?"

"Normally I'd say, you can save the formality because we're friends. But this is a rather special matter, Celestia. " Ember explained with a nod.

The dark coated alicorn next to Celestia tilted her head. "I would say so. Considering you came all the way over here on your own."

"A new... pony appeared in the dragon lands." Ember explained as all eyes turned to the dark mare. "I thought... Perhaps you would be able to share some insight from his dreams, Luna."

With a sigh Luna shook her head. "I have noticed a newcomer to the realm of dreams. Yet sadly... His is blank." She sighed. "I believe it is likely due to some trauma he has gone through recently."

"That makes sense. According to Smolder he has gone through a lot." Ember agreed, rubbing her chin. "Question is now... what should we do with him?"

"Can't he stay in the dragon lands?" Celestia asked. "The way you talk about him. It sounds like there's a reason he appeared in your lands."

"He's part dragon." Ember explained seeing the looks of shock on the sister's faces. "Ya... I figured that would be your reaction."

After a few minutes of the sister's whispering to each other. They turned to Ember with smiles. "I believe you know what we would suggest my friend." Celestia said with a gentle smile.

Ember nodded and returned the smile. "Ya... and once he's cleared to fly. He'll be sent over."

With a shared nod Ember turned to leave before Luna spoke up. "Must you go so soon? You hardly come over. Perhaps you can stay for tea at least."

Ember thought for a moment before smiling and walking over. "Ya. Why not."

Castle of Friendship

A yong purple dragon let out a belch of fire that turned into a scroll. Taking it he looked it over before fainting. At the sound of the dragon hitting the ground a young purple alicorn galloped into the room. As she was about to check on the dragon, she noticed the scroll and picked it up with her magic. After looking it over she gasped before sitting on her flank. "How is this possible?" She muttered. After a moment a shiver went down her spine. "This could end badly." Looking around she levitated the scroll and dragon into a large room with a round table shrouded by six chairs. After setting the dragon in his seat, she took the one next to it and looked over the note several times. "Or... maybe it will end very well."

Ok. I'm just going to say it. How wants to bet on how soon till Twilight goes all "twinanas"? Or better yet Pinkie plans what party?

Lol look I'm just trying to come up with some interesting stuff here. And seeing what people think.
