I awake with the feeling of dread and the number 0 echoing across my mind. It's dawn. I check on Fluttershy and she seems to be fine so I go back to bed. When I awake, the house is quiet. I stretch my body, flexing my paws before heading into ponyville. The town is bustling as usual, ponies talking to each other, smiling, laughing. A really nice day today. I need to visit twilight to ask her something but something in the corner of my eye catches my attention. There's a figure that seems to disappear in the alleyways. I caught a quick glimpse at their LV, it was 10. I go into the alleyway to pursue them but find nothing. "Maybe I was seeing things..." I turn to leave and SLASH.

I wake up on the couch again. I get it now. This isn't good. I'm DETERMINED to stop this. After a few minutes of thinking, I teleport back to the alley where I saw something only to find it empty. This is going to drive me insane, I just know it. I sniff the air hoping my heightened sense would tell me something. They didn't. Since this didn't work I headed straight for twilights tree and barged in. Twilight, Applejack, and Celestia looked my way. "I can't explain right now but it's VERY important. Have you seen any weird beings on your way here? Bipedal?" They all shook their heads. I'm soon to relive my worst nightmare. I'm filled with FEAR. I open my eyes to help me see more clearly. My irises are flashing pink.

"Is something wrong?" Celestia asked.

"Yes. We are about to face extinction unless we can stop them."

"Aren't you being a bit over dramatic?" Twilight asked.

"No. The one that gave me this wound, that killed everyone in my world, that's the one that's arrived here. If we want this world to survive, we must gather together."

"Alright. Then tell us what to d-" SLASH

I made a difference at 306. I figured out how to awaken the true power of FEAR.
I summon my soul and watch it with curiosity. It's turned dark pink. With this, I might be able to save them. A smirk crossed my face. I decided to get started early and search around for the kid. Didn't take long. They're just standing there in a crowd of ponies... Has something about them changed...? No, they must be up to something. "Heya kid. Whatcha up to?" That got their attention real fast. Instead of panicking or showing that creepy grin, they waved. Maybe something is different. But, there was a creepy feeling that crawled down my back and my reflexes made me dodge to the left. I was under some kind of trance. Nothing has changed. To think, I almost believed in them. The fight was short. Their determination didn't stand a chance against me. I paried their slash and began my own assault, non stop slices at them. They tripped and I raised my scythe with a smile and brought it down but stopped just inches away from twilights face. "Twilight. Get the hell out of the way."

"No, what you're doing here is wrong! Why are you trying to kill them?"

"You don't understand...please move. They don't deserve mercy." The rest of her friends arrived and took her side.

"So who gave YOU the right to say that, hm?" Rainbowdash asked.

I keep my gaze on the kid, "The amount of times we've died to this monster, the amount of times we tried mercy and failed. They kill because they think it's fun, because they can't they have to. This isn't a creature worth showing mercy. Have a look." I show all of my memories of us trying to reason with the human, which only led to our deaths, and the number of times it was tried. They seem shocked.

"But still, that doesn't mean we can't try. Maybe their just confused and scared, we can try and help them. I believe they can change."

This made me break my gaze as it stung, reminding me of my brother. Her kindness is similar to his... "Listen Ceri, I told you before, the human can't be reasoned with. Now please go back home."

"Who's Ceri?" Fluttershy asked.

By the time I realized I had looked away, the human rushed Infront and slashed me across my wound. Cough. "See? This wasn't self defense. It was a planned strike. Mercy isn't an option. Not against a creature so rotten." I manage to get up and prepare my next attack, but they flee. I fall but Fluttershy catches me. Barely. I watch the sky while Fluttershy gently ran her hoof over my head and twilight began trying healing magic. I started tearing up. "That...monster... It killed my brother Ceri... It killed him without a second thought. He tried to help with them, and in return, he was brutally murdered... Even in his dying moments, Ceri believed in them..."

"Don't talk." Twilight said.

I hold out my cracking soul to Fluttershy, "this is my soul, take it, and you will get amazing powers, and with those, you must defeat the human. Please, for the sake of the whole universe, take it." She was hesitant at first but as soon as she reached for it, it shattered.
