Chapter 10: A magical moment

Adam stood in the center of the library,readying himself, still smiling. Twilight passed him magical books to read from and then perform the spells. His amulet glowing and humming intensely as he performed them. Even the most advanced and complicated spells seemed to be achieved with ease. However with a sputter, the amulet turned off and a huge rumble emitted from outside.

the big black rip appeared in the sky, Adam looked at it from a window, horrified. This meant that the amulet was keeping him here somehow. He did not know why or how, but now it stopped working.all his effort in this land would go to waste. He and Twilight stepped outside as all occupants of Ponyville did. He looked at the black hole and began to cry, his time was up.

The huge black rope wrapped itself around him. He was slowly being dragged toward the hole in the sky, he yelled "Twilight!" the pony looked at him, startled. He yelled "I have something to tell you!" she looked at him as tears filled both of their eyes. He yelled "I LOVE YOU TWILIGHT SPARKLE!"

Silence fell over the land, the rope stopped dragging him for a brief moment then pushed him forward to her. He cried "I love you I don't want to live without you." He hugged the purple pony tightly in his arms. However, the rope snaked up next to him and faced him, he knew this was it. He said "Had I have been able to stay, I'd marry you, Twilight sparkle, my heart would pine for you every waking day and night!"

There were three huge pulses that emitted from him, they pushed the rope back and closed the hole. He let go of Twilight, as he did Black and White lightning surrounded him. He hovered inches off the ground, as more of his body was covered. Tears covered his face as his whole body glowed black and white. There was a huge flash and a pile of clothing upon the ground where Adam had stood.

Tears came to Twilight's eyes as storm clouds built up overhead, she looked at the clouds and said "It's not supposed to rain so soon, how could one person, one soul, change so much?" A thundering boom ripped through the silence, white lightning struck Adam's pile of clothing. Another boom followed that then black lightning, his clothes turned into gold dust.

However, the gold dust gathered itself in the air, shaping and forming itself, a hoof , a leg, two legs. Black and white lightning struck the gold and there was another blinding flash. Then in front of Twilight stood a brown pony.

Twilight asked the pony was, hoping and almost expecting the answer. The pony replied "Hello Twilight Sparkle, I'm Adam, I'm surprised you forgot my name." She said "No, I didn't mean to... I just." He hugged her and said "I love you too."

Adam stuck to his promise and made a ring magically, it was pure diamond, he presented the ring to her and said "Will you do me the honor of being my loyally wed."

Twilight sparkle cried with joy and said "I do!"

[This is the end of this story, his transition from Human to Pony perhaps not a painless one, The amulet of Equinox still hung around his neck and he had an Infinity cutie mark.]
