Celestia's School For The Sexually Gifted
Goodbye Again
Previous ChapterNext ChapterTwilight shifted uncomfortably in her seat, the mare watching as her two companions chatted with another newcomer. Normally this little song and dance didn't bother her too much, but the great hall had recently become crowded. Hundreds, if not thousands of creatures of various sizes had filed in, their mere presence causing the room to grow.
Long tables, along with their accompanying chairs appeared out of nowhere while the walls expanded to contain it all. The magic was so fluid and so seamless that it was difficult to even spot this occurring. One minute there were a couple of people looking around, searching for a spot to sit while all were occupied and the next they had found it.
It was enough to spark Twilight's curiosity, though she restrained the urge to inspect the spell work herself. It was rude for one, there was also likely some form of security measure in place, and Twilight was only tempted because she had nothing better to do. Thankfully that changed only a minute later, as Cadence politely dismissed the recent gaggle of girls that had gathered around her for a gander.
“Sorry about that Twilight,” Cadence apologized.
“I know, I know. Your the most popular pony in school, so it's to be expected,” Twilight dismissed.
“Still. I wish they had a bit more respect for my free time,” Cadence murmured.
“It is an unfortunate reality that the well-intentioned and curious are difficult to weed out from amongst the sycophants,” Shining Armor deadpanned.
Cadence winced. “That is a rather harsh way of putting it though you are not wrong dear.”
“So,” Twilight began. “What courses are you taking? You must have a busy schedule given that it's your final year.”
“Well I did manage to get most of what I wanted already so my schedule isn't that cluttered,” Cadence replied, tapping a hoof on the table. “But that just means I can spend more of my time on the truly fun ones.”
Twilight's eyes widened and she leaned forward. “Oh? Like what?”
Cadence moved in close. “Well, you see. After you complete AP sexual domination you can take some really intriguing courses like taming pit fiends and how to keep a sex plant.”
“Do go on,” Twilight urged, a pen and paper having appeared out of nowhere.
“Well…”
“And that's all the courses Celestia told me about,” Cadence concluded, only to shrug. “Most take little more than a month to finish though, so they aren't worth a lot credit-wise.”
“But I must know,” Twilight gushed. “Like seducing a fifth-dimensional being. That sounds fascinating.”
“It's a real brainbuster. I think you’ll like it,” Cadence exclaimed.
Twilight nodded and opened her mouth to speak only for the sound of a large bell to stop the mare before she could utter a sound. Then she turned, along with everyone else in the room, to the source of the sudden noise. Where they found that a short white-furred mare with a black mane stood at the front of the room, a clipboard in hoof.
Standing just barely taller than the average student, the pony wore only a pair of thick black-rimmed glasses and a tie. Save for those two articles of clothing, she was nude, allowing everyone to see her cutie mark. Which was of a simple inkwell and quill, indicating to all that she was indeed Celestia’s personal assistant, Raven Inkwell.
The pony was also completely unbothered by the thousands of eyes now on her and loudly cleared her throat.
“Welcome to another year of Celestia’s school for the gifted,” Raven began, her enchanted voice carrying over the crowd in a way that made it seem she was only a few feet away and speaking calmly. “From here on out you must remain seated until your name is called, and you may select the house of your choosing. Before we can get to that point our founders would like to say a few words, starting with Princess Celestia.”
The mare then stepped back and gestured to the four thrones expectantly. For a moment nothing happened, and then Celestia appeared upon her seat with a bright, golden flash. The instant this happened the temperature of the room rose ever so slightly, and Twilight couldn't help but gawk.
The pony sitting before her was everything the young unicorn hoped to become and more. Tall, well-muscled, wider than most stallions, and with a truly mammoth cock contained within a silk sock. Embroidered by the most expert craftsponies of the land, the alicorn’s artificial sheethe was a work of art.
Twilight couldn't help but stare in wonder at the monstrous, turgid tool that lay against the princesses’ belly. Reclining as she was, Celestia gave all in attendance a good view of her maleness, as well as the watermelon-sized balls. Which were themselves dwarfed by her titanic teets that were so large that they almost wrapped all the way around the futa mare’s cock.
The princesses’ outfit was otherwise quite minimal, with the pony wearing only a quartet of golden shoes, her royal torque, and the crown that marked her as the current master of the school. Though minimal when compared to most ponies in attendance, the alicorn’s choice of clothing captured the eye of all. Be it her incredible girth, her pillowy teets, or her overall regal bearing, it was hard for anyone to tear their eyes from her person.
“Welcome, students,” Celestia began, her voice carrying over the vast expanse of the hall without any magical assistance. “Before I say a few words I would like to invite to the stage my sister Luna and our allies, Sombra and Chrysalis.”
As if on cue, the many shadows which dotted the hall converged on the throne to Celestia’s right. Each one flowed like water, before finally gathering and solidifying into the general shape of a pony. It then swiftly gained definition, becoming a monochrome copy of the dark alicorn in question.
This shell of darkness split, peeling away to reveal the mare who was nearly as well revered as Celestia herself. Unlike her sister, the princess of the night wore a long, flowing, yet curve-hugging black dress that fell spilled out before her. She too wore a piece of jewelry on her head, though it was merely an obsidian tiara topped by three shining pearls.
Other than that she also sported two slim silver earrings in the shape of teardrops, and a choker that bore the image of a waning moon. All of which was Twilight only barely even noticed, as her gaze inevitably fell down to the salacious alicorn’s crotch. There Twilight saw a pair of bountiful teets that although not as large as Celestia’s, were still quite impressive.
Where Celestia’s appearance demanded to be seen and appreciated, Luna beguiled the eye, drawing it inward. Enticing the viewer to gaze into the ever-shifting darkness, where they occasionally caught a glimpse of the futa mare’s semi-hard cock. Blue, and mottled with white speckles, there was something beautiful about it that made Twilight's mouth grow moist.
Though difficult, Twilight shook off the sudden bout of hypnosis just in time to see Sombra’s arrival. Which was difficult to miss given that he had all but kicked down the doors to the hall and was marching down the aisle towards the thrones. Almost as tall as even Celestia, the dark stallion radiated raw power, commanding all to gaze upon him in awe.
He had an aura similar to Celestia’s though where the alicorn had an air of unspoken politeness, Sombra had only naked aggression. This was most apparent by the way he sneered out over the crowd, making everyone know that he viewed them as lesser. There were few exceptions to this, but for the most part, Twilight got the impression that Sombra didn't think much of the student body.
His sense of style was also a bit more grandiose, as he wore a long red cape rimmed with white fur and speckled with black. Though this flowing piece of cloth hung down to the ground, it did not hide his turgid erection from view. The sheer proportions of which made Twilight wonder if it was even possible for a normal pony to take the king as a lover.
So long was the beastly appendage that it nearly hit the back of its owner's forelegs when he walked. It also sported a black ring around its base, one so dark that it seemed to pull the light from the air. That wasn't the set of garments the king wore, as he wore a quartet of greeves and a series of plates that covered his neck and front. One step away from true armor, the set was one part fashion statement, one part actual protection.
In the end, he finished his long trot up to the throne, where he sat straight and tall within its confines. The imperious stallion barely even glanced at his fellow rulers, giving only Celestia a small nod before passing right over Luna. Who in turn, rolled her eyes at the stallion while Celestia merely smiled back.
Chrysalis made her presence known a moment after Sombra was seated, effectively stealing his spotlight. The changeling did this by stepping through a flaming portal in front of the four thrones and trotting out towards the crowd. She then flashed the student body a lecherous grin before seating herself alongside Sombra, a smirk coming to her face.
Unlike the other ponies who had graced the stage, Chrysalis had abandoned all clothing save for her dark crown. Other than that, she wore only her trademark smile, the silent challenge adorning her sleek features perfectly. She also didn't have any teets, or cock to speak of, only a narrow opening lined with four strange clawed fingers.
Twilight knew that like all changelings, Chrysalis could alter her body on a whim, including their sexual organs. Which made the young unicorn wonder why the usually proud queen would choose to have only a soft, and squishy pussy on display. That line of thinking was quickly pushed out of Twilight's mind, though she couldn't look away quite yet.
The changelings' incredibly long curves made supermodels green with envy and even the tallest mares feel inadequate. Not only did her general appearance invite onlookers to gaze upon her, but her every movement did the same. Each twist of her legs urged the watcher to keep their eyes traveling up and down her body, lost within her endless curves.
It took a firm shake of Twilight's head for her to banish the effect.
“Now that my fellow rulers have arrived I can properly greet our students,” Celestia proclaimed, rising from her throne, and stepping up to the forefront of the raised section. “And I do so with great pride as I see on your faces not only a desire to learn but the will to succeed.”
The alicorn paused, her smile taking on a gentler edge to it. “I won't lie to you, students. This school will test you, and those who lack the necessary drive will be cast aside. But, for those who are not found wanting I promise you a future where you can grasp the heavens themselves.”
Her smile widened still. “And to those with a powerful desire to learn, and master their chosen craft I say this. Join my house, ascend the marble steps and join your brothers and sisters in glory. Within these hallowed halls, you may find brief companionship, but under my wing, you will find brotherhood and unity.”
The alicorn’s gaze swept out over the crowd. “So when your name gets called, and it's your turn to choose, I implore you. Do what you know is the smart decision and join me. That is all.”
Celestia then turned and sat back down upon her throne.
“Not as long as last year,” Shining Armor whispered. “She must be confident.”
Luna stood up and stood where her sister had only moments earlier.
“Allow me to welcome you all to our school,” Luna began, her voice low, yet powerful all the same. “This wonderful establishment has stood for centuries as the beating heart of Equestria itself. Here the greatest minds in history have studied, sharpening their intuition and honing their focus.”
“Until their being has been reforged into something greater than before,” Luna continued, raising a hoof above her head. “But that is not the fate of all who grace these halls. No, some would be cast aside as outsiders for predilections and curiosities some may shun.”
“Not I, dear students, not I,” Luna continued. “Within my house, all are accepted, and none are turned away. As you wait for your name to be called, think hard on this fact young ones. For beneath the night sky, all are equal and all are loved. Thank you.”
Before Luna even had a chance to sit down, Sombra had stepped up and cleared his throat.
“I will not waste my breath,” he began, his powerful voice carrying easily across the room. “If you join me you shall be tested, and if you fail, you shall be broken. The weak will be discarded like chafe, and the strong will be elevated. That is the law of the universe, and it is the law of the crystal house.”
The stallion scowled, the purple smoke around his eyes bubbling with barely contained rage. “If you think you are strong enough to join the ranks of the worthy then you are either a fool or a true equal. We will find out one way or the other soon enough.”
The stallion then trotted back to his throne and sat back down without another word.
“I’m always amazed he has such a following,” Twilight whispered.
“Sombra does have a… unique charm,” Cadence somewhat reluctantly admitted.
“Though brutish, he is the only king. Thus he attracts what few masculine males there are,” Shining Armor remarked somewhat flippantly.
“Makes sense,” Twilight admitted.
The room was quiet as everyone waited for Chrysalis to speak. The changeling in question seemed disinterested however and had turned her attention elsewhere. Namely to the demure young stallion trotting hastily to her side, panting profusely and sweating just as badly.
His mane was a long mix of teal, and electric blue, the slightly tangled mess falling down one side of his face. His fur was nearly black, and he wore a green saddle upon his back, marking him as part of Chrysalis’ harem. So girly was the stallion that if it wasn't for the gilded cage around his dick and the brief look at his back end Twilight wouldn't be certain of his gender.
Upon reaching Chrysalis’ throne, the stallion stopped and whispered something before stepping aside. He did not leave the stage, however, and with a tug, Chrysalis pulled him closer before kissing him forcefully. The embrace was a dispassionate display of dominance, one that the stallion only returned after a moment’s hesitation. It lasted several seconds, just long enough for everyone to realize what was going on but not so long as the interruption was worth noting.
When it ended, Chrysalis wiped her lip, and pushed the shaky stallion away, allowing her to step up.
“For centuries this school has been run by a single mare,” Chrysalis began. “Some say it will continue to be for many years to come, but they are wrong. This is the year that things change, and a new status quo is established.”
The changeling walked boldly up to the lip of the stage, flashing the student body a sharp, toothy grin. “Soon my hive shall stand astride the world like a colossus. Indestructible, all-powerful, and utterly dominant. Now is your one chance to join the winning side. Don't waste it.”
With that, Chrysalis turned and walked back to her throne. There she sat with the same cocky smirk, a hoof petting the head of her concubine who had seated himself on the floor.
For a moment Raven didn't seem to know what to do, but a gesture from Celestia gave her the conviction to step back onto the stage. Only this time she carried with her a large book, one which she dropped upon a table produced by a pair of stone assistants.
“Ahem,” began the assistant. “When you hear your name get called please go to the table marked with the house of your choice.”
That seemed to be the signal as a quartet of banners rolled down the long tables, startling those who had not been paying attention. Celestia’s color was gold, while Luna’s was a dark blue, contrasting Sombra’s scarlet, and Chrysalis’ emerald.
“Until then I ask that you rise, and await the chance to be seated,” Raven continued, her speech briefly interrupted by hundreds of students standing up from their chairs. “Good, now we will begin with Sapphire Stars, Dry Bones, Dastardly Deals, Pink Diamond-”
Twilight frowned. “You would think that they would go alphabetically.”
“It's some ancient tradition,” Shining Armor dismissed. “This was apparently how they did it way back when in order to create the illusion that their political enemies were in the minority.”
“Though a bit antiquated, it allows people to politic right up until the end,” Cadence murmured, her voice carrying the weight of experience. “Though now it's completely random.”
“What a needless waste of time,” muttered Twilight.
“Cozy Glow,” Raven shouted over the crowd.
That made Twilight perk up, and turn to where the diminutive, yet imposing young mare was trotting across the room. Her fur was a soft pink, her light, two-toned teal mane and tail curled expertly. The mare’s dark orange eyes glared balefully over the crowd, a smirk plastered firmly on the pegasus’ face.
Most eye-catching of all was her cutie mark, which was of an orange rook the same shade as her eyes. The majority of those who had such a mark were expert manipulators, politicians, or leaders of industry. Prized highly by all sides to varying degrees, Chrysalis was the only leader who openly coveted these duplicitous individuals.
So it was no surprise that the young pony trotted over to the changeling’s sparsely populated table. There she took the furthest seat, one which lay directly before and left to Chrysalis herself. A choice which the queen seemed to agree with, as she nodded down at the grinning young pony approvingly.
“Woah,” Twilight muttered. “Do you think Cozy Glow is Chrysalis’ new chosen?”
Cadence immediately shook her head. “That seat is reserved for high ranking members or those who have curried considerable favor with the queen, not her chosen.”
“Oh yeah. I guess I was just so shocked that a pony would join Chrysalis that I forgot about that,” Twilight murmured.
“Many ponies join the hive,” Shining Armor began. “In fact, you would be surprised how many of her followers are non-changelings.”
“I guess we’ll see,” Twilight agreed, pulling a book from her bag. “Let me know when it's my turn.”
“You should pay close attention to who takes those seats at the front of the table,” Cadence whispered, pointing back to the stage. “If you do get selected as one of Celestia’s students you’ll be expected to know more about your potential rivals.”
Twilight rolled her eyes. “I appreciate all the support, but she is full upon students right now. Meaning someone would have to leave, and who would do that?”
Cadence shrugged. “Stranger things have happened Twilight.”
“Think of it as practice,” Shining Armor offered. “This way you will have some experience.”
“I suppose,” Twilight reluctantly agreed.
The unicorn put away her book, and placed her saddlebags between her legs. She then turned her attention back to the stage and listened as Raven continued to list off names in rapid succession.
Around her dozens of creatures of various origin stood up, and moved to the table of their choice. Nearly every changeling called joined the hive, while the ponies flocked mostly to Celestia’s banner. From there they split between the lunar and crystal houses, with more of them pledging themselves to the dark alicorn.
As for those creatures who were neither a changeling nor a pony, they were split over all four houses. The yaks mostly fell in with Sombra, while the zebra tended to align with Luna, as did those rare batponies who attended the school. Crystal ponies predictably chose Sombra for the majority, though a good number of them sat at Celestia’s table.
Griffons avoided Chrysalis and Luna, while not favoring Celestia or Sombra over the other. The only true wild cards were the Kirin, and the dragons, who were spread over all four houses almost perfectly evenly. Which made sense in Twilight's mind as their cultures favored individualism, unlike most equine races.
“Rarity Belle,” called Raven.
Upon hearing that particular name, Twilight sat up and watched as the pony called trotted confidently over to Luna’s table. She then seated herself to the dark alicorn’s right, exchanging only a brief smile and nod with the lunar princess. This didn't seem to catch many by surprise, though eager discussion was heard throughout the great hall.
“Shocker,” Twilight deadpanned. “Who would have seen that one coming.”
“It was no secret that Luna was looking for a younger chosen, though I am a bit surprised it was Rarity,” Cadence murmured. “Luna tends to select from amongst the bat pony population.”
“This one has the unscrupulous mark that Luna favors,” Shining Armor added.
“You can say that again,” Twilight muttered. “Rarity rarely if ever showed up to class yet she got straight A’s all highschool. The very second she turned eighteen that mare had half the teachers wrapped around either her hoof, or her dick.”
Cadence chuckled darkly. “Oh she’ll fit nicely in with Luna’s little cult then.”
“Hmmph,” Twilight snorted. “They must have a lot of arrogant bullies then.”
“Your not wrong. Though you would be incorrect to assume that's a problem with the lunar house alone,” Shining Armor pointed out.
Twilight hummed thoughtfully, though her line of thinking was soon interrupted when she heard two names called in short succession. Each one alone would have been enough to spark Twilight's curiosity, though together they captivated it.
“Pinkimena Diane Pie, Applejack,” Raven called.
A hush went over the crowd, and everyone looked up to the front of the stage to find that the two mares were making their way in the same direction. Which happened to be Sombra’s table, and more specifically, the two tall crimson backed chairs which sat at his right. There they sat, but not before bowing low to Sombra, paying their respects to the dread lord of the crystal empire. After which they briefly stared down the other before taking a seat, signalling to all who Sombra had chosen.
“Both earth ponies this year. That's rare,” Cadence remarked.
“I would have expected Sombra to choose at least one unicorn so as to better test the other,” Shinin Armor added.
“It's barbaric,” Twilight exclaimed. “I know its ancient history at this point but Sombra should not have been given the ability to select two chosen. Pitting them against like that is just cruel.”
“You cannot deny its effectiveness though,” Shining Armor quickly pointed out. “Sombra’s chosen have universally gone onto great things, and even the runner ups have prominent positions in their field.”
“I guess,” Twilight muttered. “I just don't think it's right to do that. Especially to two ponies who were rumoured to be related to one another.”
“That's going to be one awkward hearth’s warming,” Cadence remarked.
“No kidding,” Shining Armor agreed.
Twilight inspected the two recently chosen ponies closely, noting that they were both a mixture of masculine and feminine traits. The pink pony had a rounded, almost flabby build that bellied a hidden strength, the earth pony resembling a strongmare in that way. Though while the poofy maned earth pony appeared to be a stallion with an oddly marelike build, the opposite was true of their counterpart.
Applejack was taller, and wider then Pinkie Pie who wore a stetson on her head, and very stallion like appearance. With a strong, prominent jaw, and bulging muscles, she had very few indicators as to their gender, save for a set of child bearing hips. In a way they were perfect opposites while still being so much alike that they could pass as siblings if they willed it.
The unicorn’s attention drifted soon after, her attention wandering to Rarity, and the cadre of ponies that now sat next to her. Sure enough, all of the designer types Twilight recalled from school were there, along with the odd pegasus in a hoodie. Who sat directly beside Rarity, and shifted constantly in their seat, as if uncomfortable with the attention sent her way.
“Weird,” Twilight muttered.
“Twilight Sparkle,” called Raven.
The mare blinked, and looked over to her two companions.
“I guess I’ll see you over there then,” Twilight exclaimed.
“Err yeah,” Cadence murmured. “Save us a spot.”
Shining Armor nodded, but said nothing. Twilight wanted to inquire as to why they were acting so strangely, but was reminded that time was of the essence. So it was that she picked up her bags, threw them on her back, and then trotted off towards Celestia’s table.
Thankfully Twilight didn't have far to go before she found an open spot at the midway point of the table. After plunking down in her spot, she nodded to her new neighbors before glancing towards the stage. Where her eyes locked briefly with Celestia herself, who smiled at Twilight, and gave the stunned young mare wink.
For a moment Twilight felt her stomach lurch up into her throat, and her face burned hot. Then she looked away, swiftly avoiding the alicorn’s intense, strangely heated gaze. Even after she glanced down, Twilight could feel Celestia staring at her for several more seconds before finally turning her attention.
“Lucky duck,” whispered one of Twilight's new neighbors.
Twilight could only sit there quietly, her face continuing to burn hotly until an entire minute had passed. Thankfully by then everyone’s attention had shifted elsewhere, relieving Twilight of the small spotlight that had been on her. This was a relief for the young mare, who gathered her bearings swiftly, and glanced over to Cadence expectantly.
The alicorn seemed uncomfortable, and shifted in her seat with increasing frequency. Until at long last another familiar name was called, causing her to jerk upwards.
“Shining Armor,” Raven yelled before swiftly belting off another half dozen names.
Twilight watched as her brother stood up, and instead of walking towards Twilight, turned around. He then strode over to Chrysalis’ table, and seated himself near the front, taking position between two changelings. The ensuing quiet was so profound that even the unflappable Raven stopped briefly before continuing.
All eyes turned to Cadence, who was starting to sweat under the focus of nearly everyone present. Even Celestia herself seemed confused, and nervous, the alicorn eying her niece closely. Then it happened.
“Mi Amore Cadanza,” called Raven.
The alicorn of love then stood, and after regaining her regal bearing, trotted over to Chrysalis’ table. She then sat on the changeling queen’s right, but not before bowing so low that her nose nearly scraped the ground. Chrysalis waved a dismissive hoof at the alicorn, allowing her to finally take her seat, much to the shock of nearly everyone present.
Even Sombra, and Luna seemed surprised by this, though Luna less so. Most shaken by far was Celestia, who gaped openly at the sudden betrayal. The solar princess soon schooled her expression and hid her astonishment beneath a carefully constructed mask.
That wasn't quick enough though, and a blizzard of whispers could be heard all throughout the hall. Twilight barely heard any of this though, as she was too busy staring at her brother, and his partner. She wouldn't in a million years guess that they would go over to Chrysalis, yet here they were, sitting amongst the highest echelons of the hive.
What felt like hundreds of emotions burned hot in her chest, turning her stomach and causing Twilight to shiver. Anger, confusion, fear, betrayal, were the most prominent sensations, though more still churned within her. The two traitors did nothing to help matters as Cadence avoided Twilight's gaze, and Shining Armor had his back to his sister.
There was only Chrysalis’ smirking face to go by, and she betrayed no emotion other than supreme confidence. It was enough to make Twilight think unsavory thoughts about the changeling, though they were swiftly brushed aside. Instead Twilight occupied herself with trying to think of why her brother and Cadence had betrayed her.
Though she came up with answers that were anywhere close to the realm of possibility, Twilight continued pondering. There had to be some small hint, or clue that they had left her which Twilight simply hadn't noticed. Sure they had been acting a little off, but nothing either of them had said could indicate something so massive.
Time flew by without Twilight's notice, the unicorn completely ignoring the final round of speeches and announcements. It wasn't until the people around her began to stand up and make for the great hall’s exits did Twilight even become aware of her surroundings. By then she had been all but forgotten by the crowd, who trapped her in her seat, and left the unicorn unable to leave the table.
Until nearly everyone else had left, and only a select few people had bothered to stick around. Shining Armor, Cadence, and most of the other rulers of Equestria had departed, leaving only a couple of stragglers as well as Celestia behind. Twilight moved to join those who left, trotting swiftly towards the doors with her bags thrown haphazardly onto her back.
She didn't get far before the sound of powerful wings stopped Twilight dead in her tracks. A second later and a warm hoof touched Twilight's shoulder, causing the unicorn to freeze in fear.
“Relax young one. I merely wish to speak with you,” Celestia whispered in a low tone, the mare leaning close to Twilight's ear. “Come with me to my office so we may converse in privacy.”
“Oh um, of course,” Twilight murmured.
When Celestia began to walk, Twilight robotically followed, trotting alongside the much larger mare at a brisk pace. It was difficult but not impossible for Twilight to keep up, as the young pony had gotten used to Cadence’s much longer legs. What Twilight was not prepared for was the raw heat wafted from the solar alicorn, nor the warmth which soon bloomed in Twilight's loins.
Twilight couldn't help but think about how she was mere inches away from Celestia’s titanic member. Even the dourness of the situation couldn't overwhelm the giddiness that bloomed in Twilight's chest. Though it did stifle the mood somewhat, it couldn't stop Twilight's cock from emerging from its sheathe. She remained hard for the entire rest of the trip, no matter how much Twilight tried to will it to soften.
Even the soft gust of a large door couldn't dissuade the pillar of mare meat resting against her chest. Celestia’s close proximity and low, gentle tones also didn't help matters either.
“Were here. Please, take a seat,” remarked the alicorn.
Twilight looked up to find that they had apparently arrived at Celestia’s personal study. Which was a shock given that Twilight had been paying so little attention that she didn't even know what floor they were on. Regardless of where they were, Celestia was currently glancing expectantly at Twilight, with hoof extended invitingly.
“Right,” Twilight muttered.
