The Cycle has come to an end. Commander Jonathan Shepard, Spectre of the Citadel Council, Captain of the Normandy SR3, has returned to service, nine months after the activation of the Crucible and the banshiment of the Reapers.

After reforming his ship's crew and squad, Shepard's vessel is tasked by Admiral Hackett to investigate a mysterious anomaly on the edge of Citadel Space, near an inactive Mass Relay. Told to expect anything and everything, the Normandy's crew has accounted for every probable outcome.

In reality, it was the improbable that awaited them. The Normandy, and by extension, the Citadel Council and Systems Alliance, discover the fantastical inhabitants of the world of Equis, from the Equestrian ponies to the Dragons, Minotaurs, and Griffons, among many others.

As it would happen, shortly before their arrival, during a multinational summit in Canterlot, a Prothean Beacon was uncovered and subsequently activated by the recently-coronated Equestrian Princess of Magic, Twilight Sparkle.

Nothing is as it seems, as the arrival of the Alliance brings many changes to Equis, and not everyone is keen on seeing them come to pass...

Set in an AU of Mass Effect 3, this story features an original ending in which the Reapers are banished by the Crucible to the very end of the universe, thus halting their current Cycle for many more to come.
