The Great and Chaotic Date

Trixie bowed as the audience clapped in the bleachers. She looked back and saw Starlight give her the cue that it was time to go. Trixie smiled and pulled out one of her smoke bombs behind her.

"Thank you, thank you everyone. The great and powerful Trixie really appreciates your support. But, I'm afraid this is the end of this performance. Tune in next week, I'll have a special magical performance waiting for you then. But bye for now."

After Trixie finished her speech, she dropped the smoke bomb on the floor and quickly dashed behind the curtains. Seeing this, Starlight quickly closed the curtains before the smoke faded. And even with the curtains closed, both of them could still hear the audience cheer and clap loudly behind the curtains.

"And there goes another successful performance." Trixie said, proudly.

"And there goes 35 minutes of my break. Hopefully I'll have enough time to get something to eat before I have to go back to work. These performances are really cutting through my break time."

"Don't worry Starlight, I promise the next performance will be a bit shorter." Trixie said.

"That's what you promised the last time and it turned out this performance became longer than the last one…."

"Oh yeah….right….heh…heh.."

Trixie received a look from Starlight that made her stop laughing.

"Okay, you're right! I have made these performances a bit long, so next week you don't have to come in to help me with the performance if you don't want to." Trixie said.

"Oh thanks Trixie, but are you sure you'll be able to do it all by yourself?" Starlight asked.

"Don't worry Starlight, as your great and powerful friend, I'll find a way to still make the performance the best it can be." Trixie said.

Trixie got embraced by Starlight into a heartwarming hug.

"Thank you Trixie, you're the best!"

"Heh, I know I am. Oh also, I have something that you can eat for your break today." Trixie said.

"Oh really what is it?" Starlight asked, intrigued.

Trixie went to her wagon that was behind the stage. She then went inside and came back out with a bag of cinnamon nuts. She walked back on stage and handed it to Starlight.

"Oh, cinnamon nuts. Thanks Trix…..I'll speak to you soon when I get off work."

Starlight waved and then teleported away, leaving Trixie on the stage by herself. Trixie decided that she would wait until all of the ponies from the crowd had left. So, she sat down and started waiting for everyone to clear out.

After a few minutes of waiting though, she started to hear these little sounds. It was like a poofing sound similar to when something or someone teleports. Which made Trixie confused because Starlight had teleported away just a few seconds ago. Had she come back? Trixie got up and was about to open the curtains, but suddenly she could hear multiple poofing sounds. This time however after the poofing sounds stopped, she could hear oinking sounds like there were pigs there. Now Trixie was beyond bewildered. She couldn't believe what she was hearing. Now without any hesitation, she pulled open the curtains to see what was causing the sounds.

There standing with his flying piglets was the Lord of chaos himself, Discord.

"You've got to be kidding me…" Trixie said.
