My Little Pony: The Draconic Sister - Reboot

The group was heading to Canterlot with Twilight still mad at her BBBFF for the time being. Earlier that day, the group had been notified that Shining Armor was being married to Mi Amore Cadenza.

"Seriously, you'd THINK my brother would learn to keep in touch with me more than THIS of all things." Twilight said before they finally got out of the train after passing through a barrier.

"Wonder what the barrier's about." Fluttershy couldn't help but wonder.

"Sorry about that." Shining Armor said as he approached the group. "Word on the street is that there are changelings out and about lately. We're taking precautions." Shining Armor said.

"Speaking of, how could you NOT tell your little sister that you're getting married. And who is Mi Amore Cadenza anyways?!" Twilight exclaimed.

"Don't you remember? Mi Amore Cadenza is Princess Cadence; your old foal sitter." Shining Armor said.

"You mean Cadence, the best foal sitter ever?!" Twilight exclaimed. "Oh my gosh. Still, to not tell me about this." She added.

"Sorry. We wanted things to be kept under wraps just in case." Shining Armor said as Princess Cadence soon joined them.

"Eeee! Cadence!" Twilight said. "Shine shine, ladybugs awake. Clap your hooves and do a little shake~" Twilgiht sang and did some strange motions but Cadence did not follow.

"Um..." Cadence looked confused.

"...Cadence, do you not remember our greeting?" Twilight asked.

"Sorry Twilight, it's just this whole wedding has got me all rilled up." Cadence said.

"I guess that's understandable. I mean it's not like--" Twilight started.

"Hold up." Smolder said. She was with the group too, as were the CMC, White Flame, Button Mash, and Rumble.

"Something up Smolder?" Rarity asked.

"...Cadence, is it just me, or do you smell funny?" Smolder asked.

"...Wait, did I forget to take a bath this morning? Oh my gosh, I better go take one right away!" Cadence said before rushing off to Luna Knows where.

"...That wasn't the smell of some pony who hasn't taken a bath lately." Smolder said.

"That is concerning, but it's not much to go on. Before I go, I was hoping Twilight if you would be my best mare." Shining Armor said.

"Would I?! The answer's yes of course. But you're not off the hook for not telling me about this. Trust me when I say this: Payback is a bitch." Twilight said.

"Right..." Shining Armor said before leaving. Suddenly Flash Sentry and Soarin showed up.

"Flash, what are you doing here?" Twilight asked.

"Why wouldn't I be? I'm part of Shining's royal guard unit after all. Did I forget to tell you that?" Flash asked.

"It most likely just slipped his mind. But why are you here, Soarin?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"Actually, I asked Spitfire if I could help with security around here what with the changeling threat." Soarin said. "She actually agreed to it, though I doubt she'd know if you'd be here." He added.

"Well I think my friends and I can help with the wedding decorations." Twilight said. Before they could go anywhere however...

"Trust not what your eyes tell you." A strange almost horse like voice said as a robbed figure approuched them. "The Pink Princess is not who she says she is. Go to the caves underneath the castle. Find the real Cadence there." The figure spoke.

"That's suspicious as hell. Who are you?" Flash Sentry asked before the figure suddenly vanished into an intense set of flames.

"Who the buck was that?" Rainbow Dash asked.

"It could've been a changeling." Soarin said.

"I smelt that figure though. Not the same smell as with Cadence though. That smelt more like some pony who hasn't had a bath their entire life." Smolder said.

"...Then maybe he's telling the truth." Twilight said. "Flash, help me search the caves. Every pony else, help with the wedding preparations to buy us some time." She added before going with Flash towards the caves.

"...Are we really going to trust some random stranger?" Applejack asked.

"I think we're trusting Smolder's sense of smell then some stranger." Spike said.

"Yeah. We dragons can smell more then you ponies can, and if that helps us find some imposter changeling? It's more likely going to be Princess Cadence if it IS the real Cadence." Smolder said.

"Good point." Applejack said as the rest of the ponies decided to help out with the wedding preperations.

As it turns out, the stranger was right: Twilight and Flash found the real Princess Cadence down in the Canterlot Mines and soon arrived at the altar with her in tow.

"STOP THE WEDDING! THE ONE UP ON THE ALTAR IS NOT THE REAL CADENCE!" Flash exclaimed before the real Cadence was revealed. "The one at the altar is a changeling in disguise!" Flash said.

"Wha--" Some of the guests said before the 'Cadence' at the altar suddenly tranformed into a changeling.

"Tch. Of all the lousy ponies. How in the name of the Great Mother did you find her?" The Changeling said.

"Some stranger pointed us in her direction." Twilight said. "So, who are you, really?" She asked.

"My name is Queen Chrysalis. Remember it fools, because I'll be taking over soon enough." Chrysalis said.

"As if I'd let you!" Celestia said before fighting Chrysalis before loosing to the Changeling Queen soon enough. But then, the robed figure showed in a pillar of flames.

"So, you've decided to reveal yourself at last. I've been waiting for you to show your true colors, Chrysalis." The Figure said.

"Hey, it's that guy who pointed out Cadence's location." Rainbow Dash noted.

"Who are you?" Chrysalis asked.

The figure suddenly cast off their cloak, revealing a very hairy bipedal being. "Call me The Wildman." He said. Chrysalis suddenly had a look of horror on her face. "...Yes. We've met before Chrysalis. The day I killed your parents in fact. I'm sure you remember me." The Wildman stated.

"He-he killed her parents? In cold blood?!" Fluttershy exclaimed.

"It doesn't matter how much love you've absorbed Chrysalis. Your still nothing to me. Your parents had a lot more love than you do right now, and even they couldn't stop me from killing them. I had hoped to kill you all those years ago, but that one changeling interrupted me before I could kill you in your sleep. It's about time I finished the job..." The Wildman explained as he took out strange metal claws as strange music played and before long, the entire scene went grayscale as something showed up in the corner of it.
