"So, Moondancer decided to come by and visit Ponyville, with Twilight wanting me and Smolder to spend some time with you guys." Spike said. Earlier that day, Moondancer had come by to visit. She and Twilight had been actually pen pals for a while now, and the surprise visit caught even Twilight off guard.

"That's great. We were actually about to go over to my place for the day." Button Mash said.

"By the way, did you hear? There's a planned show for the Shadowbolts tomorrow right here in Ponyville." Scootaloo said.

"It'll be Rainbow Dash's first Shadowbolt performance." Rumble said.

"...Why does it feel like something should've happened with Rainbow Dash at the upcoming Wonderbolts Canterlot show?" White Flame asked.

"Beats me. Let's just head over to my house." Button Mash said.

"Now remember Button Mash, try not to stay up too too late tonight with your friends playing your new system and some new games. I did my best to gather as many of the multiplayer games as I could, but a few just aren't being released for another few months, and I didn't want you to wait." Cream Heart said.

"That's fine. Me and my friends will just take turns with the solo games if we completely run out of things to play otherwise." Button Mash said.

"That's...honestly something I never thought I'd hear you say..." Cream Heart said.

"Hanging out with my friends did that to me I think." Button Mash said as he and his friends headed upstairs to get the console set up.

"Err...are you sure you don't need my help?" Cream Heart asked.

"You forget, I was once much older than I am." White Flame said.

"Right..." Cream Heart said. Even she could not get behind how a grown-up mind could be in such a little colt's body, but then again, by White Flame's own admission: Strange powers were at work here to begin with, powers that went above even Princess Celestia's head. Besides, the Princesses themselves did not seem that concerned with White Flame's old life leaking into Equestria.

"So, the first game I can see that is multi-player is...Pony Kart 64?" Sweetie Belle read off.

"I also see something called Pony Party." Rumble stated.

"Welp, I spy a single player game called Super Pony 64." Scootaloo said.

"Hey, what's this one?" Apple Bloom asked.

"Wait...no way. That's The Legend of Adlez: Flute of Time!" Button Mash exclaimed. "I heard that Ponies were expecting that to become one of the greatest games of all time." He added.

White Flame just said nothing. Instead, running the names in his head. Pony Kart 64? Pony Party? The Legend of Adlez?! By the Fates, I think I know what these are... White Flame said.

"Well then, even if it's Single Player, let's check it out!" Scootaloo said.

"Yeah, let's see if the hype is worth it." Rumble agreed.

"Sure, why not?" Sweetie Belle asked.

"Even if we all take turns, we'll get to see the game for our own eyes." Apple Bloom said.

Cream Heart was heading up stairs, when she heard the foals talking.

"Watch out, Giant Bubble!" Sweetie Belle was heard saying.

"Yikes! Compared to the one from the Forest Temple, that one was huge!" Button Mash was heard saying.

"No kidding. But seriously, can the text load a little faster?" Scootaloo asked.

"Not going to lie, that is a little annoying." Rumble said. Cream Heart was in the room now.

"Oh my. What exactly are you kids playing up here? This looks a little too mature if you ask me." Cream Heart said. She spotted an opened box. "...Oh. It's one of Button Mash's Legend of Adlez games. Is this in 3D?" She asked.

"Yeah. We all wanted to check out together. It's yet another remixed version of Alternate Equestria." Button Mash said.

"You mean the setting from the other Legend of Adlez games?" Cream Heart asked.

"Yeah. But I have to wonder why Princess Adlez is a unicorn in this game and not an Alicorn like she is in the first two. I know she was a Unicorn in 'A Link to the Past', but seeing as that game seemed in a pre-history part of time, I ignored it." Button Mash said.

"Maybe this game is the same way then? Another look into the past? I mean, so far this sounds like the Sealing War that was mentioned in 'A Link to the Past' just with the details mixed a little. But those sorts of details would change over time." Sweetie Belle said.

"She's got a point. Who knows how far back in time this game takes place from 'A Link to the Past'." Scootaloo said.

"True. But the time travel mechanic with magic seems really advanced." Button Mash said.

"Meh. It's a video game. Probably best not to think too hard on what is and isn't realistic. This is an Alternate Equestria after all." White Flame said, but in his mind, he didn't have the heart to discuss with them the full Zelda timeline, which this series was obviously based on. Besides, it's best I table this discussion for later, when more games come out. White Flame thought to himself.

"Well, you kids should pause. It's lunch time." Cream Heart said.

"Oh wow. We should get something to eat." Button Mash said.

By dinner time, the group had managed to make it to the Shadow Temple, but had to stop after due to bedtime.

"Tomorrow, after the Shadowbolt Show, we should totally finish that game." Scootaloo said.

"Yeah. I can't wait to see where Princess Adlez was the whole time." Rumble said.

White Flame rolled his eyes. It's funny, I know exactly where she is, and yet, I don't want to derrive my friends of the massive plot twist. At least I can say it's a good plot twist. White Flame thought to himself before everyone drifted off to sleep.

Copy-right neutral chapter here. Also, I am going to give you guys a heads up that I have to outright skip the next three episodes on the episode list. These episodes are "Do Princesses Dream of Magic Sheep?", "Canterlot Boutique", and "Rarity Investigates". At least there's a very good reason why "Rarity Investigates" is being skipped: In this universe, because Rainbow Dash is not gunning for a Wonderbolt spot & Soarin left the Wonderbolts, and both are now part of Luna's Shadowbolts, the entire plot of that episode would just not happen. However...that's not to say there won't be a Wonderbolt check-up at the end of the next planned chapter for this story, which would be a background chapter for "Made in Manehatten" which would thus make it the background for "Brotherhooves Social" by default since those two episodes happen simultaneously. That also gives me an excuse to not include Apple Bloom or White Flame in the next chapter since White Flame would arrive with Apple Bloom late to the events of the next chapter.
