My Little Pony: The Draconic Sister - Reboot

"Never would I have thought things would come to this of all things..." Starlight's voice was heard, even if her lips weren't moving. In Starlight's vision, the infamous Wildson Mandoli alias "The Wildman" was battling with Spike in his Spikezilla form and was holding his own. "Honestly, if you had asked me two days ago if I would be seeing someone take on Spike's godzilla-isk form without much issue, I'd probably laugh in your face. No joke. The idea would've seemed too outrageous to become reality." Starlight said as Spike suddenly grabbed something off the neck of The Wildman. "Then again, that became my reality today. But let's rewind here and take you back two days..." Starlight said.

Two days earlier, Starlight's P.O.V.

"Your being invited to the summer sun festival at the village you took over?" Twilight asked me.

"Yeah. They apparently want me there." I answered. "Not sure exactly why yet..."

"Well, I'm sure whatever it is, it'll be fine." Twilight said.

"I hope your right..." I said back.

I did ask Trixie if she'd be willing to take me there, and she agreed to do so. The travel wouldn't take long; we'd be there pretty quickly. Though she would need some time to get her old wagon ready for travel, which would take the entire day.

I did have a bit of nightmare that night, but thankfully Luna comforted me. Ponies are growing to appreciate her dream walking abilities.

Regardless, the next day, Trixie & I set out for Our Town; no joke, those ponies didn't bother to change the name.

Sadly, I got way too nervous when the townsfolk wanted me to lead the sunset festival. I just...I just chicked out. Mostly because I didn't think I was ready yet.

On the way back, I decided to take a nap as it was getting pretty late. However, the dream I had was odd. Seems Luna was trying to warn me about something that was taking her and the other ponies.

Turns out, it had been Queen Chrysalis and her changelings again. They had been secretly stealing away ponies and assuming their identities way under the radar.

Together with Trixie, Discord, and Thorax; a changeling who The Wildman had been going out of his way to protect; Discord warped us to nearby the changeling hive, though it turned out, Queen Chrysalis had created a throne made of crystals that nullified all non-changeling magic. Great...that's just great...

Trixie and Discord got captured as we tried to infiltrate the changeling hive; this lead to me having to tell Thorax to just give his love to Chrysalis, which metamorphed him.

Third person P.O.V.

Once Starlight had done that, she encouraged the other changelings to do the same. Most did, admittedly. This resulted in Chrysalis being thrown into her throne which destroyed it and the back wall behind it. Chrysalis would emerge from the rubble though, hissing but was obviously outmatched.

"I feel the presence of despair..." Suddenly out of nowhere, Zanth appeared. "Which is good. I've been needing a good canidate my recent void experiment." Zanth said.

"Wh-what?!" Starlight said.

Zanth suddenly summoned forth a dark cloud of swirling darkness. "I'm sure Princess Luna over there would recognize this: This is the darkness that existed in her heart when she was Nightmare Moon. And it has just been begging for a new host." Zanth said. "And you, Chrysalsis, are going to be that host." He added.

However, out of nowhere, the darkness exploded, sending Chrysalis back towards the group that had converged on her, and Zanth was sent flying.

And as the smoke cleared, a familiar face was seen.

It was The Wildman!

"I have to hand it to you, Chrysalis...you hid the new location of this hive well. But I knew that following along Starlight and her little group would lead me right to you." Wildman said.

"Your still going to kill her, aren't you? You haven't gotten past that?" Starlight asked.

"I have orders this time. If Chrysalis isn't killed, the Grand Council of Changelings wants this entire hive culled." Wildson said.

"Culled? What do you mean culled?" Starlight asked.

"...He means the entire hive will be killed off." Thorax said.

"I was able to convince them to spare this hive, and let me kill Chrysalis for being the rogue changeling who took over from her tyrant parents. The ones who killed Thorax's parents." Wildson said.

"...Your not calling her queen because of that, are you?" Twilight asked.

"What?" Thorax was suddenly confused.

"It all makes sense...why would Thorax have those antlers as part of his new changeling form if he wasn't royalty?" Twilight said.

"Wow. I didn't even need to spell that out for you. Yes, this means Thorax is the true heir to the seat of power of this hive. But before he can take over, I need to kill the traitor. And this time, you ponies can't get involved with stopping me. For the grand council was very clear: If any ponies get involved, then this entire hive gets culled." Wildson said.

"Just to confirm: They did say specifically ponies, right?" Spike asked.

"That's correct. Now, if I may be so kind..." Wildson said, but Spike soon got in his way. "...What?!"

"Spike, what are you doing?!" Twilight exclaimed.

"Chrysalis's specific crimes have been towards Equestria." Spike said. "Therefor, it should be by our system Chrysalis's fate should be decided. You should convince the grand council of that."

"Boy, you should stand down. Now. I won't hesitate to kill you, dragon." Wildson said; the venamous tone in his voice was evident.

"No. I won't let you hurt anyone. Not today. Not ever." Spike said. "Because that's just who I am."

"Very well then, don't say I didn't warn you, whelp!" Wildson said as a battle suddenly broke out.

But that's when Wildson suddenly broke out into a song.

"Did...did he just..." Twilight questioned.

Spike was struggling a bit to keep up with Wildson after that.

"He did..." Starlight said. "He just hearthsonged himself."

"Sure. Why not at this rate?!" Twilight exclaimed.

"Surrender while you still can, dragon; your not my target. Not today at least." Wildson said.

"Not going to give up." Spike said before his eyes went reptilian. "Spike...PROTECT!" Spike said before going Spikezilla.

"Whoa what the heck?!" One changeling suddenly said.

"How the heck did Spike manage to go Godzilla?!" Thorax exclaimed.

"What is this?! Your able to control that form?!" Wildson said as Spike was now tying in power with wildson. "How are you able to tame the beast within?!" Wildson said.

"Spike protect!" Spike grumbled as he kept fighting.

"...If you had asked me two days ago if someone could go up against Spike's Spikezilla form, I would've laughed in your face. No really, I would have. The thought would've just been to ridiculous to be real." Starlight said.

"Ah don't think anyone would blame you." Applejack said.

Suddenly Spike grabbed a necklace off Wildson, and then crushed it. "You lose." Spike grummaced.

"No! You fool! Don't you realize what you've done?!" Wildson said as he clutched his head. Suddenly something began to happen to him, as he dropped to the ground. He began to drool. Excessively.

"Wh-what's happening?!" Thorax exclaimed.

"I-I don't know..." Fluttershy said. "But I'm sensing bloodlust."

"What's bloodlust?" Twilight asked.

"...Something that can turn any creature...into a monster..." Fluttershy said as Wildson's eyes became eclipsed by the color red.

And with a roar from Wildson, a splash screen occured

The Beast Within
Feral Wildson Mandoli

All sense of rational seemed to leave Wildson as he began to move and attack in such an errotic and feral mannor, it made fighting back much more difficult. Worst part was, nothing was safe; Feral Wildson was attacking everyone and anyone in sight.

"He's lost all sense of himself. There's simply no reasoning with him." Fluttershy said.

"There might be one thing..." Twilight said. "It'll be draining but, it might be the only thing that can save Wildson from himself."

"You mean the elements? You think they'll help normalize Wildson?" Celestia asked.

"I know it's a long shot, but it's worth a try." Twilight said.

"We'll cover you." Thorax said.

The changelings and the rest of the ponies who weren't the main six covered the main six as they began to call upon the elements of Harmony. Eventually though, the charge up was complete, and the element's power was unleased onto Wildson.

He was knocked over, but he seemed to be back to normal. "It-it worked..." Twilight said.

"Ugh..." Wildson said.

"Hey, his voice is all normal now." Trixie said. "That's a good thing though. The constant horse voice was getting on my--"

Just then, Wildson's body began to age a little. "Uh...oh..." Twilight said.

"...Looks like you did too good of a job this time..." Wildson said. "Sure...you normalized me. But you had no idea what that truely meant did you?"

"...You became agless from the dragon fire...and now that your normalized...your going to turn to dust at a rapid pace..." Twilight said.

"Seems that way." Wildson said. "But there's one thing I just gotta do first." He said before suddenly he latched onto Chrysalis who was trying to get away.

"Wildson, what do you think your doing?!" Twilight exclaimed.

"The right thing of course." Wildson said. "Going to use what little magic I still got to split the difference between me and Chrysalis." He said.

"But if you do that, you'll both die!" Starlight said.

"...I should've already died...a long time ago." Wildson said.

"By all accounts I should've died a long time ago in that car when the dragon burned it to a crisp." Wildson said. "But I have to make sure Chryaslis dies, or this whole hive gets culled." Wildson said.

"But there has to be another way; another way for everything." Twilight said. "You were robbed of a normal life, you deserved better then this."

Suddenly tears streamed down Wildson's face. "...That has to be the nicest thing anyone has ever said to me." Wildson said. "My only regret...is that I don't think I'll ever see you again, Twilight Sparkle." He said. "You'd make for one hell of a mother..." Wildson said as he and Chryaslis suddenly turned to dust which blew away in the wind.

Wildson's claws suddenly hit the ground, and then turned to rust colored dust and scattered to the wind.

"...Goodbye...Wildson Mandoli..." Twilight said.

No one said a thing for the longest time.

What could they even say?
