On the days following the marriage of Princess Mi Amore Cadenza and Captain Shining Armor and the assault on Canterlot of the Changelings, an order regarding said invaders was issued to all members of the Royal Guard.

You are to, if you are able to, bring the changeling in for questioning and interrogation in order to prevent future invasions. You not authorized, however, to attack before giving the changeling a chance to respond, and must state your intentions before doing anything. If they cooperate, they are not to be harmed.
