“No! Stay!” Begged Kyo as she and Honey were keeping Dull in bed.

“Sorry Dull but I want to make it up to you after breaking your heart by leaving you!” She yelled as she pulled Dull towards her cleavage. Dull turned his head out of the cleavage.

“I already forgive you! I mean you two made me forgive you 6 times! I don’t have infinite stamina!” He yelled as Madam Vizin came in.

“Girls… I know you love him, but I want his help before you both drain him to death.” She said as she ordered both Kyo and Honey to let Dull go as he quickly got dressed as Vizin escorted him out. “How do you manage those 2, I’ll never know?” She wondered.

“I… rather not talk about it. It was mostly anything that doesn’t involve friendship.” He said as Vizin placed her hand on his shoulder.

“Good thing. The talk about friendship is about as polluted as toxic waste.” She said as she turned to Dull “Tell me Friendship’s Bane. How did you manage to survive through the ordeal of hell?” She asked.

“I… managed to gather some allies and some friends I know and trust.” He said as he refuses to say only friends. “We’re using my friend’s custom Warehouse/Greenhouse as our base. I can create some weapons, armor, tools, defenses, and walls. I even created a Motor Caravan with some carts from turning wrecked Motor Caravans into materials for my work.” He explained as Vizin nodded.

“Hmmm…” She showed her weapon & shield as she started to show some weakened durability. “Can you fix this up?” She asked as Dull pulled out his mallet and tapped it as it was instantly restored. “Damn! You picked a good card.”

“Well… it didn’t have stars, but I think it’s one of a kind.” He said as he looked at Vizin “What was yours?”

“A High Knight, 4 stars. We were as shocked as you as well.” She said, “We witnessed some monsters after the death of Honey’s deadbeat father and the man he tried to sell her off to a rich dick.” Explained Vizin as Dull turned to her.

“Yes… but they tried but failed and it cost them their lives.” Said Vizin. “We tried to find survivors but couldn’t. Corpses and people going mad in this hell made it impossible to find some who haven’t gone mad and are willing to join us.” She said as she crossed her arms. “Tell me Dull, how many of those who are willing to be saved without praying on the hopes of Magic of Friendship to save them?” She asked.

“Not many, only a few; adults, teens and a child.” Explained Dull. “Some are willing to fight to live as some want to protect their loved ones.” He said as he turned to Vizin. “I believe I can unlock more abilities without leveling up, but I need some help because I’m only one man.” He said as Vizin placed her hand on his shoulder.

“Very well. We’ll help but not now. You need some rest, especially after what your future wives did to you.” She said as Dull groaned.

“Don’t remind me. Why did they do that anyway?” He wondered.

“Maybe to have some part of you they both can carry.” Said Vizin as Dull turned red.

“Oh… But I’m not dropping dead. I fought against an army of Goblins and took out the boss of the area. We can leave this area to go to another part of the city. I don’t know what’s ahead but that orc I fought was a bit tougher than I thought. I would have died but if it wasn’t for those sabretooth tigers, I would have been dead.” He said as Vizin smirked.

“Those are Honey’s kitties.” She said as Dull looked at her “Apparently her job is a ‘Summoner’. She can summon these creatures that can fight or aid us in battle.” I’ll let you know about them in the morning.” She said as she waved farewell to Dull “See ya later, come back here in daytime. Avoid the Wyverns.” She said as Dull headed back to the base as Vizin sighed “I hope those in his base can be trusted.” She said quietly as Cookie came with Vizin.

“I hope they have some medical supplies and food.” She said as Vizin placed her arm around Cookie.

“It’s alright baby. He’s smarter than we think.” She said as she got Cookie to look at her. “Plus, he isn’t against romances.” Said Vizin as Cookie kissed her on the lips as they went back inside the club.

Dull made it back to the base as he met with an angry Bloody. “Shit.” He said as Bloody pulled him in and slammed the door.

“You have better explained how it took you 3 hours to make an escape path?!” She yelled at him as Dull groaned.

“I found some survivors that we can gain as allies.” He said as Bloody still looked pissed. “It’s Honey and Kyo.” He said as Bloody looked surprised and happy.

“Really!? This is great! I can’t believe that…” She paused, “Wait a minute… Did you-”

“THEY… showed how much they missed me.” He said as Bloody was flabbergasted.

“I know how much they both love you but that explains why you took that long.” She said, “Are they the only survivors?” Asked Bloody as Dull shook his head.

“No… their boss and co-workers are alive as well.” He said as Bloody smacked her forehead.

“Oh shit… I hope they’re wearing appropriate clothing.” She said as Dull turned to her.

“Look around. You can get any kind of clothes without paying now that money is worthless in the apocalypse. No… having space is what we must deal with. We have beds and food but even though the base is a warehouse, it doesn’t have unlimited space.” He said as Bloody looked around for something to use as space.

“I could but we have to make the area close to us and enough metal to make defenses for them, so the monsters don’t kill them. I refuse to use people as living bait. I have a heart and common sense.” He said as Bloody tried to put some thought into it and realized something.

“Wait a moment! I believe I know an area that’s perfect for a survivor’s camp.” She said but let out a yawn “But first. Some sleep.” She said as Dull followed her inside to sleep.

Dull was sleeping longer as Bloody managed to talk with her husband, Max, Specter, and the survivors they saved about the group Dull had found. “I’m happy that Dull was thinking of an escape route but…” Paused Green as he turned to Tony. “Can some of them keep their… business to themselves?” He said as Miss Preps hugged her son.

“I don’t want to refuse their aid because of what they do but we need to make some ground rules.” She said Tony didn’t understand.

“Mommy? Are they bad people?” He asked as everyone shook her head.

“No.” Said Max “They… have some things that adults do. Boring things you can’t understand until you're 21.” She explained as Tony understood that as he went to play with his monsters.

“Uh… so… they’re strippers.” Said Simply as Tricky hit his arm.

“We know that but there is a kid here and we don’t know if they’ll be appropriate for them to be near the kid.” She explained as Bloody got their attention.

“Don’t worry, I have a plan for it. I told Dull about a recycling plant around the warehouse where not only he can get his materials for weapons and tools but maybe some other creations that he could make. Maybe plastic and glass he can create.” She said as others think about it and nodded the use for glass and plastic can be used for.

“Alright.” Said Max “But if they dare to rape and try to kill us for our base, we have the right to defend ourselves.” She said as she and her husband gripped their staff tightly.

“Okay… but I doubt there are those who are dumb enough to do that. I mean there are those flying monsters they must deal with.” Said Bloody as she told her husband where to go. “I’m taking Dull to a location for more resources but some of us should stay. Simply, can you make some acorns? I have some ideas, but we’ll need some wood plus with my husband’s help could speed the process.” She said as Simply clutched his hand into a fist and created 5 acorns.

“I can do it but… this is all I can create for the day.” Said Simply as Green planted them in places apart from each other as he raised his staff as the acorns began to grow quickly from becoming sprouts to saplings to fully grown trees. Green nearly fell on his knees as it nearly took all his MP to grow them.

“That was exhausting.” Said Green.

“Don’t be reckless.” Said a voice as they turned to see Dull who was a little groggy. “We can’t have anyone personally killing themselves for others.” He said as Bloody helped him feel stable.

“Just a little tired.” He said “Listen, after my exploration for an escape route. I met a new monster other than goblins, an orc.” He said that some were surprised, and some were confused.

“What’s an orc?” Asked Tony.

“A big pig that walks on 2 legs.” Explained Bloody.

“And it is tough with and without a big ax.” He said. “That pig may be walking bacon but with a strong sense of smell that will find you even if you’re hiding.” Explained Dull as they looked a bit worried. “I’ll head out for that location, Bloody told me after we bring the Kyo, Honey, Lady Vizin & their survivors.” He said as they looked at him.

“You okay?” Asked Tricky. “I mean you can still sleep for a bit longer.” She asked as Dull nodded.

“I’m fine. I’ll take a nap as Green or Bloody drives there.” He said as he let out a yawn.

“Besides, if I have some ideas for enforcing our Motor Caravan with some new metal and maybe add a cannon or assault weapons to pierce some enemies.” He said as Tony looked scared. “You don’t have to come if you don’t want Tony.” He said as Mrs. Preps hugged her son, but he shook his head.

“What are those?” Asked Mrs. Preps

“They’re Sasumatas. A feudal weapon made for capturing enemies unharmed.” He explained as the goblins grabbed them, stood tall and proud. “Okay, I’ll make some weapons for your goblins after we gather our new allies.” He said as Dull walked to the Motor Caravan as they all gathered in to see him upgrade the Motor Caravan.

“I nearly died because of one of them.” He said as they got out of the caravan they pulled out their weapons except for Tony as Dull gave his goblins chains. “Here. Tell your Goblins to wrap an orc up with these chains.” He said as a stat showed what they are.

“Now!” Yelled Dull as Bloody and the rest of the survivors attack the injured orcs. Tony got 3 of his Goblins to wrap the orcs whose weapons got caught in the Tire Shields as Suzie opened a bottle in front of the orcs as they took a whiff of it as they looked a bit groggy. Tony ran to the 2 orcs as he released a blue energy at them as only one of them got a collar as the other snarled.

I don’t know about any of you, but I fear its abilities since we don’t know how strong it is and its army.” He said as they looked worried as well as Dull. “We need to scope the areas and find the wall for the next area, so we know what time we have before the monsters get stronger and deadlier.” He said as they made it to the base to witness a crowd of goblins were being killed by the defenses as Vizin smirked.

“Who is the genius who created those?” She wondered as they witnessed the last goblin was being killed as Dull’s group gained the EXP & Gold.

“I better gather the mana stones, goblin knives and whatever meat I could gather for Tony’s Salamander pet.” Said Bloody as she got out and went to work as the gates opened as they entered the base.

“Green is a [Druid] & Simply is a [Farmer]. When they’re together, we have enough food growing and maybe some wood and herbs as well.” Said Gourd.

“Impressive.” Said Vizin as she turned to the warehouse. “So, this whole building is a greenhouse?”

“Part of it.” Said Green. “It has enough space for many people, but it doesn’t have many rooms for privacy.” He said Dull helped the others by telling them what to do to help. Bloody took the meat to the freezer that Bloody was wise enough to convince Green to add in as she hooked the meat on some hooks hanging on the ceiling as she checked the temperature to make sure the freezer was still in low temperature. Simply and some others harvest the vegetables and fruits, Vizin helped as she harvests the grapes to make some homemade wine as Dull followed Bloody to the recycling plant that was 3 blocks away from their base. Kyo & Honey secretly followed them.

“Where are they going?” Wonder Honey.

“Maybe Bloody is having an affair?” Said Kyo which got her bonked on the head.

“Don’t be stupid Kyo. Bloody is happily married to Green.” She said as they followed them behind. Bloody took Dull to a large Recycling Plant to see no one; monster or humans near or in the plant.

“This is the place. All the resources you need are in there; scrap metal and maybe if you can make something out of plastic. Perhaps you can make us plastic containers, bottles, outdoor furniture and maybe toys for Tony and any other children we save.” Said Bloody as Dull looked at the place.

“Thanks. I’ll come back after I’m done.” He said as Bloody went back to the base and found both Kyo & Honey hiding behind some wrecked cars. “If you both are worried for him, why didn’t you just ask to join us?” She asked as they both looked embarrassed.

“We’re having some trust issues during what’s happening.” Said Kyo as Bloody looked around.

“Do be careful. We don’t know what kind of new monsters are out there?” She said “I’m hoping we find more of those orcs. I want to eat something other than goblin meat.” She said, which disgusted both Kyo & Honey. “Hey, we’re far from cattle, chicken, & fish. We must make do with what we have.” She said as she marched back to the base as Kyo and Honey watched Dull went to work, with one tap of his mallet turned an empty bottle of water into a plastic cube.

“Odd.” He said as he collected it into his storage as he continued to harvest the materials and didn’t notice an orc was sneaking behind him.

*GASP* They both gasp they charged at the orc.

“KITTY!” Yelled Honey as her summon book appeared as 3 of those Sabretooth Tigers came out as they attacked the orc.

“Huh?” Dull turned around to see those same tigers appearing as Kyo was dancing like a professional as she slashed the orc in the next as it died.
