Set two years after humanity won "The First Contact War" with the ponies of the alien 'pocket Dimension' Equestria. Once the barrier had fallen humanity had suffered casualties in numbers not seen since World War 1; but eventually human forces penetrated deep enough to threaten Canterlot with nuclear attack. The Princesses had surrendered and been imprisoned, they had been replaced with Princess Cadence and Prince Shining Armour.
