*Tails’ POV*

Welp, we’re at the port as Midnight looked in the distance with Star Platinum’s eyesight.

Midnight spoke "Right on schedule, the ship is getting here without a problem. 20 minutes away no less."

Koichi asks "So as far as you know, Mr. Joestar’s the only passenger on board?"

Midnight spoke "Uh-huh. Everyone else on there are Speedwagon Foundation crew members. But still, Chili Pepper will try to get across the water and onto the ship, even though he’s confined to electricity. If he gets to Joseph and kills him, he wins."

Danyelle teleported with Izzy in her neck fluff onto the ship.

Danyelle spoke "Hello Joseph."

*Back with us…*

Okuyasu spoke "Hey Midnight! We checked the boat over and it’s good to go!"

Josuke spoke "We also checked the battery, there’s no sign of him in here. We’re ready to set out whenever you give the word."

Midnight spoke "Actually, only Okuyasu, myself and half of the group will head over to Joseph on the boat."

Twilight spoke "No offense Midnight but you are the heaviest of this group."

Midnight spoke "None taken. Anyway, I want Josuke, Koichi and the other half to hold down the fort here at the port."

Koichi asks "Stay here? But you guys’ll need backup, won’t you?"

Josuke spoke "Yeah, he’s right.

Midnight: Guys, Chili Pepper’s User is in the port, spying on us, didn’t you think of that? He’s hiding and keeping his scent covered, waiting for us to make our move that’ll reveal the ship. And he won’t be in a boat. He’ll be using a battery and a vehicle faster than the motorboat. After putting them together, he’ll use Chili Pepper to fly to the ship."

Koichi asks "Wait a second, are you thinking he’s gonna take to the sky?"

Midnight spoke "Exactly, and no less, he’ll probably use a RC plane for that."

Huh, I did think of that possibility.

Koichi spoke "That thought haven’t even occurred to me! But it’s possible! Once they pick up speed, model airplanes can fly over a hundred kilometers per hour! Faster than the motorboat’s top speed! And because Chili Pepper will be in control of it, he can fly the plane as far and as high as the battery will take him! He doesn’t need a remote control signal!"

Midnight asks "Josuke, if you or anyone else see anything airborne, look for the User. Koichi’s Reverb has a range of 50 meters, which is why he’ll help too. If that plane gets to the ship before the boat does and slips past Danyelle, Joseph’s a goner. You’re to watch and protect Josuke’s by land on the harbor. You get it, Josuke?"

Josuke spoke "Yeah, from here on out, we don’t have a single second to spare. Joestar’s life is on the line."

Twilight spoke "Danyelle has Chaos Barrier though, no stand can break it."

Midnight spoke "We can’t underestimate Chili Pepper though, he could get through without breaking it."

Later, Okuyasu, Opaline, Pearl, Twilight and Flash Sentry were in the boat as Midnight was in the water.

Koichi spoke "Best of luck, Okuyasu."

Okuyasu spoke "Same to you, guys."

Midnight and the motorboat took off.

*With Danyelle…*

The Speedwagon Foundation Boat Captain spoke "*Brings in two of Joseph’s suitcases* In about 20 minutes, we’ll finally be arriving at the port of Morioh, Mr. Joestar."

Joseph asks "Is that right?"

Danyelle spoke "*eyes shimmer* Hold on a moment Captain, some of my friends are coming to pick Joseph up."

Joseph asks "Eh…. I seem to have misplaced my cane. *Prosthetic left hand creaking* Have you seen it?"

The Speedwagon Foundation Boat Captain asks "Uh… Isn’t that right in front of you, sir?"

Joseph spoke "Ah. *Grabs cane before placing his hands on the handle*"

Danyelle has Kazegami put up a hurricane barrier around the ship in case Chili Pepper got past Josuke's group.

*Back with us...*

Josuke asks "So he's my father, huh?"

Koichi asks "Josuke? Are you alright?"

Josuke spoke "...I'm just processing. Never met this guy in my life, yet I'm supposed to accept he's my father. I dunno, it's... *Sigh* But, the only thing that matters right now is that his life is in danger. If I didn't even lift a finger to help, I'd always regret it. Besides, my mom would fall apart if the guy croaked."

Ichigo spoke "Danyelle's doing what she can to protect him."

A voice growls "Grr! Curse that Midnight! If he left you mouth breathers behind to sniff out my user, that means he completely saw through my remote controlled plane trick!"

Ichigo growls "You don't scare us Chili Pepper!"

A sewer grate sparked before Chili Pepper emerged, holding an RC plane.

Josuke spoke "There you are, Chili Pepper!"

The Stand flew around on it as we saw a male amped Toxtricity Poke-Mobian with long wavy purple hair, having a lightning-bolt-shaped tattoo crosses the left of his face vertically, from his forehead over his left eye to his jaw. "I'll give this to Midnight Storm, the guy's sharp as a tack. He's the last person I want finding me, he'd just kill my vibe. Speaking of killing, this remote-controlled spitfire plan can reach Joseph Joestar's boat in a mere five minutes, a dinged up old motorboat on the other hand, would take about eight to ten. Meaning if I could put you all down for a dirt nap in three minutes, it'll give me time to catch up and pass him."

Josuke asks "Wait, are you trying to tell me you're Chili Pepper's user?"

The male spoke "You're looking at Akira Otoishi, age 19. Oh, and don't let the chest guitar strings throw you off. *Strums like a pro* One day, I wanna be a rocking guitarist, the likes of Jimi Hendrix and Jeff Beck. One day the masses will look up from their mundane lives, and they'll be lining up for miles to let my music knock off their feet. People around the world will know my name, oh yeah."

I didn't expect this, and I can tell everyone else here wasn't either.

Koichi spoke "This isn't good! I never thought a Stand User would come out of hiding! Which means there's no doubt in his mind that he can slaughter all of us here without much trouble!"

Chili Pepper spoke "*As Akira chuckled while strumming* It's time for my round 2 with Shining Diamond, but I'll only use my little pinky, just like I did with Okuyasu."

Josuke spoke "You all should get back, everyone. He's only after me right now."

I growl as the others and I back off.

Rainbow covers Shizue's eyes.

Ichigo growls "I'll help you Josuke."

Josuke spoke "Fine."

Akira spoke "It's game on, Josuke Higashikata!"

Josuke spoke "Just a minute."

Akira asks "Huh?"

Josuke spoke "If you're planning to use only your pinky in this showdown, then I've got a couple of rules of my own."

Akira spoke "You can take your rules and shove 'em, fool! *Sends a small spark as Josuke and Ichigo easily dodge it* Rules are wasted on a punk kid like you!"

But then Josuke and Ichigo punched Akira right on his left hand's pinky, making it bend backwards and him yell in pain.

Akira asks "What the-How dare you?!"

Josuke taunts "Well, you did say that rules are wasted on me. You also said something about bringing me down with your pinky finger. So what's the wannabe rocker Otoishi gonna do now?"

Sparks of fire swirl around Ichigo as she snarls.

Akira spoke "I’ll kill you…!"

Josuke asks "You already said that! Don’t you have any new material, fool?"

Akira spoke "The pain in my finger is unbearable… I have to redirect to something! This gnawing rage… I have to vent to someone…"

Akira groaned before he snapped his left pinky back into place before he strummed his guitar strings loudly, then doing a solo.

Koichi spoke "*Shocked* Awesome!"

We were pretty much surprised at the performance.

Akiraspoke "Ah, that was pure ecstasy, my heart is free again! There’s no greater euphoria than letting your blistering rage fly!"

Josuke spoke "*As he and Ichigo summoned their Stands* Let’s test that theory, Otoishi!"

The two were about to attack him when they suddenly flipped around, thinking Otoishi teleported.

Josuke spoke "What the heck? How’d he… I know Stands can move at incredible speeds, but… this is different. It’s like he found a way to teleport behind us."

Koichi spoke "No, Josuke, that’s not what happened! We were able to see everything back there! Otoishi didn’t take a single step. You and Ichigo were the ones who changed position! Something moved you two!"

Ichigo asks "Huh?!"

Josuke asks "Say what?"

“Chili Pepper popped up, rotating Shining Diamond and Bast around a full 180 without either of you noticing that! The sea’s in your line of sight, right?” I pointed out as the two realized I was right.

Josuke spoke "Chili Pepper did that? Where is he now, guys? I don’t see that sparkly punk."

Koichi spoke "He’s hiding underground. He’s using the storm drains to come and go! He popped halfway out of the drain to turn you both around! There must be underground electrical lines running all over the place!"

Shizue screams "MOMMY!!!!!!"

A powerful magic surge from Shizue had melted all of the storm drains, stopping Chili Pepper in its tracks.

But then Akira and Chili Pepper smirked.

Akira spoke "A little soul searching always gives me the boost I need to bring the pain."

Chili Pepper suddenly attacked Josuke and Ichigo faster than the eye could see.

Akira spoke "Here in the harbor, you don’t have the luxury of digging up asphalt and severing all the wires, Josuke Higashikata. And thanks to that kid, the bigger openings she made…"

Chili Pepper spoke "*Attacks Shining Diamond and Bast* Has made it easier to surface from below and knock your lights out!"

Koichi spoke "Guys! He’s on your right! No, in front! Behind you! No wait, he’s…! This is like a game of whack-a-mole on steroids! I can’t follow his movements at all when he’s going that fast!"

Rainbow Dash spoke "I can, but it’s not like I can predict where he’ll pop up next!"

Shining Diamond attacked the ground, failing to hit Chili Pepper.

Chili taunts "What’s the matter, Josuke? Can’t keep your eye on the birdie? *Attacks Josuke and Ichigo*"

Koichi spoke "Josuke! Ichigo! No!"

Keicho spoke "This isn’t good…"

Akira spoke "Well, look at that. Two minutes to spare. That gives me plenty of time to finish this."

Josuke spoke "Hey guys, keep track of Chili Pepper’s location and call it out to me. At this range, he’s moving too fast for our eyes to follow."

Koichi spoke "But if you can’t follow him, how are we supposed to? As soon as we find him, he disappears!"

Josuke spoke "Then you have to look harder, guys. We’re about to win this, and by now, you should know what I’m thinking."

Koichi asks "We should?"

But then we noticed tar around and on the melted drains. Josuke turned the asphalt he attacked back to the primary stuff! A storm drain started sparking with a tar bubble inflating.

“Behind you on the left!” Those of us watching shouted as Chili Pepper appeared before Shining Diamond and Bast delivered a flurry of blows on him, dealing damage to Akira’s face.

Koichi spoke "Oh yeah! Right in the kisser!"

Rainbow spoke "Just goes to show! YOU DON'T MESS WITH A JOESTAR!"

Josuke spoke "*Smile* Well, that’s great. Our strategy worked like a charm. Guess Ichigo and I are the superstars now, ‘cause we’re gonna rock this loser’s world."

*At the motorboat*

Okuyasu spoke"Huh? A whirlwind? Wait, it’s the boat! It’s inside that thing! She’s dead ahead, everyone! See? We’re almost there!"

Midnight spoke "*Swimming* It ain’t over yet."

Okuyasu spoke "Huh? *Looks behind, seeing a bright light from the harbor* Whoa! What the hell’s happenin’ over there? Josuke! Koichi! Big bro! Guys!"

*Back with us…*

We were covering our eyes from a blinding light.

Koichi asks "What’s that light?"

Rainbow shielded her eyes from the light.

Akira spoke "I underestimated you and your friend, Josuke Higashikata. I was too focused on my presentation and should’ve just gone in for the kill. But I’ve learned my lesson, the juvenile me is no more, I’m reborn as a killing machine! And for my first act of anarchy, I’ll focus all of Morioh’s electricity into Chili Pepper!"

Chili Pepper spoke "This is my last resort, using this technique means temporarily knocking out power all over town, why I’m forced to draw on for my lifeblood! But none of that matters now! After I’ve done away with you cretins, I’ll bolt over to the RC plane battery, then I’ll fly over to Joseph and slit his throat!"

The light got brighter.

Koichi spoke "What the?! I can’t see a thing!"

Josuke spoke "You little…!"

Chili Pepper was suddenly to the right as he clashed with Shining Diamond and Bast before landing a blow on them, sending the two flying.

Koichi spoke "I don’t believe it! Chili Pepper got the best of Josuke and Ichigo!"

Chili Pepper landed two more blows on each of them, sending the duo crashing into the tractor.

Koichi spoke "Guys!"

Chili Pepper spoke "Is it sinking in yet? This entire town’s electrical power is at my disposal."

Akira spoke "And to really drive the point home, I’ll be sure to charge the electric bill for the month to your addresses! *Chuckles*"

Chili Pepper spoke "It’s lights out, Josuke and Ichigo!"

But then tire fragments flew towards Chili Pepper.

Akira asks "Is that a tire?"

Chili Pepper was getting captured within the tire.

Ichigo spoke "Wow, you really are stupid.

The tire was soon fully repaired and refilled, courtesy of Shining Diamond’s power.

Akira spoke "Now I understand! You blew up the tire on purpose! It was all part of your plan to entomb my Stand in rubber!"

Soarin spoke "Nice! Rubber’s an insulator, so it’s immune to electricity, leaving no way out of there."

Koichi spoke "Alright! We just have to wait for Midnight now!"

*With Midnight's group*

A green faced Twilight groans " Ugh.... Seasickness and morning sickness DO not mix well...."

Flash spoke "Oh boy…

*Back with us…*

Akira spoke "Just kidding. A good idea, but it’s not gonna work on me. Heh! Your plan might’ve succeeded if the rubber had been a meter thick, but this flimsy excuse for a trap doesn’t even register as a threat! So let me show you some real power, *As Chili Pepper broke free with a single punch* idiot! *Catches us watching completely off guard as Akira laughed* You’ve lost this battle, Josuke and Ichigo! *Keeps laughing*"

But for some reason, Josuke and Ichigo were still cool like cucumbers.

Josuke spoke "Just great. Like Ichigo said, you really are as stupid as you look. Having your Stand break through the tire was the dumbest thing you could’ve done."

Chili Pepper asks Huh?"

The tire suddenly went flying with Chili Pepper still inside as the Stand yelled. “I forgot about the air in the tire!”

Koichi spoke "The pressure release launched him like a rocket!

The tire then landed in the ocean as it floated with Chili Pepper sparking and screaming. “NOOOOOO!!! Not the ocean! Anything but the ocean!”

Koichi spoke "Oh! Yeah, that’s right!

Hehe, talk about ironic. Electric types are stronger against water types, but it looks like Chili Pepper’s weak to water.

Chili Pepper spoke "I’m sorry I tried to kill you! *Starts splitting apart* Please! Just get me outta here!

Josuke spoke "Didn’t you say something about getting rid of your juvenile self a while back? Sorry, that’s impossible for a low-life like you."

Chili Pepper spoke "I’m… dissolving…!"

Chili Pepper melted away, fading with a spark.

Koichi spoke "His Stand’s been completely defused, which means Akira is…!"

Akira was unconscious while standing, hunched over with his right hand on his chest guitar strings and his hair hanging over his head.

Koichi asks "Is… Is he dead?"

*At the boat*

Midnight and his group got onto the boat as Twilight was puking into a trash can with Flash Sentry consoling her.

Danyelle spoke "I have a feeling that Josuke's group finally defeated Chili Pepper and its user."

Reverb (Act 1) showed up. “Guys! I have some great news! It wasn’t easy, but we managed to defeat Chili Pepper’s user!”

Midnight: Good work, we can now relax a bit."

Danyelle: *Dispelling wind barrier* Agreed."

*Meanwhile in a room on a ship*

Twilight entered said room with Flash Sentry while clutching her stomach and her face still a bit green.

Twilight spoke "Maybe I should've stayed on the harbor..."

Flash spoke "It’s okay, Twily."

Okuyasu spoke "So this old geezer is Josuke’s dad, huh? He’s kinda buff, but at the same time it looks like he’s got one foot in the grave."

Danyelle spoke "But it still doesn't explain the whole beastman thing..."

Joseph spoke "You, I don’t believe we’ve met. Don’t just stand there, introduce yourselves."

Danyelle spoke "Oh right, I'm Danyelle Hikari and my Stand is Celestial Gods. The Mew in my neck fluff is my youngest daughter, Izzy. The eleven tailed furball is Midnight Storm, his stand is Star Platinum. The alicorns are Opaline, Twilight and Flash. The eleven tailed foxcat-alicorn hybrid is Pearl Rose, her stand is Stone Ocean."

Okuyasu spoke "And I’m Okuyasu, sir."

Joseph asks "Oh?"

Okuyasu spoke "I live in Josuke’s neighborhood, and I’m also a Stand User."

Joseph asks "*Lifts hand to ear* Hmm?"

Okuyasu spoke "I’m a Stand User!"

Joseph asks "Eh?"

Okuyasu spoke "I said I’m a Stand User!"

Joseph asks "Eh, you’re a second-hand computer?"

Danyelle giggles a bit at what Joseph said.

Okuyasu spoke "*In front of Joseph* I’m a Stand User!"

Joseph spoke "Oh, a Stand User? You young folk should really learn to speak up and quit mumbling. By the way, Osomatsu, I can’t seem to find my cane. You wouldn’t happen to know where I left it, would you? *As Okuyasu groaned* Oops, silly me! I’m holding the thing right here in my hand."

Okuyasu thinks "*Mentally to himself* Has he lost his marbles?"

Danyelle spoke via telepathy "{Old age can do that to a guy though Okuyasu.}"

Pearl giggles.

The door opened as a male amped Toxitricity Speedwagon Foundation member arrived. "Mr. Joestar, I've come to pick up your luggage, sir."

Joseph asks "If it would be too much trouble, would you mind answering a question? Has Josuke ever mentioned me to you, the man who went sixteen years without knowing he had a son out there who needed him? Has he said anything about me at all?"

Okuyasu spoke "Hmm... I hate to say it, but no, he hasn't said much about you."

Joseph spoke "Is that so? I guess it's to be expected."

*Back with us...*

The boat arrived as Koichi waved. "Alright! They're finally here! Look, Josuke, do you see 'em?"

Josuke spoke "Yeah... Cool, I guess."

Koichi asks "Huh?"

Josuke spoke "If I'm being honest, I kinda wish he'd just go home and leave us in peace."

Koichi spoke "Josuke..."

Josuke asks "It's the truth. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad Otoishi didn't kill him. Now we can go back to our lives, well some of us. Never laid eyes on the guy before. How am I supposed to think of him as my dad? He's barely a stranger. Just watch, it's gonna be awkward for us both. It's not like I hate him or anything, but I have to think about my mom's wellbeing too. You get where I'm coming from, right guys?"

Koichi and I had dreadful expressions. "N-No way..."

Koichi spoke "No... It can't be... Everyone, look over there! His body's gone!"

The rest of our group saw that as Reverb Act 1 sent out the alert. "Midnight, we've got trouble! Akira Otoishi's body's disappeared! He's still alive! What are we gonna do?!"

Akira's wet clothes were on the boat as the Speedwagon Fountain boat captain came into the room. "Red alert! We've been boarded by the enemy! Akira Otoishi is somehow still alive!"

Danyelle, Flash Sentry and Twilight gasp "What?!"

The Speedwagon Foundation Boat Captain spoke "Take Mr. Jos-"

Akira asks "Who're you?"

Okuyasu asks"Hey, did you say somethin'?"

The Speedwagon Foundation Boat Captain spoke "No, he-uh..."

Akira spoke "I'm the one who said it! I was trying to tell you that he's not from the Speedwagon Foundation!"

The Speedwagon Foundation Boat Captain spoke "What the heck are you talking about?! He's the enemy!"

Okuyasu spoke"So you're the guy I have to kill!"

The Speedwagon Foundation Boat Captain spoke "Wait, I'm on your side here! I'm the one who told you about the enemy in the first place! Would the real enemy do something like that? He's the one you wanna beat up!"

Okuyasu spoke "Yeah! That makes sense!"

Akira spoke "Surely, you haven't forgotten I'm the one who pointed out the enemy? This poser came here to throw you off your guard! Don't fall for it!

Okuyasu asks "Wait, you're making sense too! Then the question is, who's the user?"

Akira and the Speedwagon Foundation Boat Captain spoke "*Pointing at each other* He's the user!"

But then Chili Pepper appeared out of the light above and behind Joseph.

Okuyasu spoke "It's Chili Pepper! That's not good!"

Joseph spoke "Eh? You said you got me a smelly sweater? No thanks."

Okuyasu was really struggling to make a choice before he clenched his fist. "I've figured it out! The Stand User... has to be you!"

Okuyasu punched Akira in the face, making him bounce off the wall and onto the floor, making Chili Pepper scream in pain before he glitched and faded away.

Okuyasu spoke "Nobody fools me twice! Don't ever forget that, you idiot!"

Akira asks "You... figured out I was the User? How?"

Okuyasu spoke "It was easy."

Akira spoke "Tell me already."

Okuyasu spoke "I was gonna beat you both up and sort it out later. That deduction stuff is for the birds."

The group there was dumbfounded at that reason.

Danyelle snarls "You got some NERVE attacking us when our guard was down!"

Later, Otoishi was arrested as my group waited outside as Joseph walked out, holding his broken cane. Joseph saw Josuke and tried to walk towards him before Josuke caught him, causing the old man to drop his cane.

Josuke spoke "You should be careful. One misstep and you’ll be going for an unwanted swim."

Joseph spoke "Right. Sorry, I… If I had my cane I could manage myself, but it broke a few moments ago. It was the strangest thing."

Josuke spoke "Then, I don’t have much of a choice. Here, you can hold onto me."

Josuke blushed in embarrassment, making Ichigo giggle before he took Joseph’s hand before they walked off.

Okuyasu spoke "Hey, I just had a great idea! Josuke should have his Shining Diamond fix the cane-"

Koichi spoke "Do you even hear yourself, Okuyasu? Sometimes, it’s like you don’t have a brain."

Keicho spoke "I thought that myself at times."

Okuyasu asks "It is? But why?"

Koichi spoke "Come on, isn’t it obvious? Just this once, it’s better to leave it broken."

Okuyasu asks "But why? Seriously?"

Midnight spoke "Now, if we can retrieve the bow and arrow, this nightmare will end, and the town will be safe once more."

Ichigo spoke "Not to mention, it just got a lot harder for me to hide the truth about Shizue."

Rainbow Dash gave a suspicious glare at Ichigo.

Ichigo spoke "she looks like a mini version of my dad due to the black hair and brown eyes."

*3rd Person’s POV*

At an unknown house, a female hand wearing a ring laid poking out behind the curtains on the rims of a bathtub in the shower as someone stopped the water before an unknown male picked up the hand, revealed to have been severed as it dropped a single dew of blood onto the bathtub floor. It would seem that it’s the calm before the storm…
