Chancellor Neighsay leaves the EEA and commits suicide after having a mental breakdown.

After being thwarted by Celestia when Twilight reopened her Friendship School, Neighsay begins to regret what he has done during his term as Chancellor in the EEA. Without warning, he has nightmares and flashes of his past actions. Unable to escape the terror, he resigns from his position. What will he do?
