Universe 11.Appleloosa. Rift Factory. Nightfall

During the mission to bring down one of the biggest Rift Factories, Applejack's first-ever Golett evolved in a dire situation, emerging as Golurk. With this, the tables quickly turned as Applejack's group was about to make a comeback, but not without Second Wind's tenacity pushing through to ensure victory.

"Now's our chance! Let's go!" Applejack exclaimed as she got on Golurk's back, quickly returning Sceptile and all the Golett to their Poke Balls. Golurk would fly towards the Rift Pool, their goal now within reach.

All the Wonderbolts had already gathered around the Rift Pool, waiting for Applejack to jump in there.

"Quick! Get in there and bring it all down!" Spitfire exclaimed as this was their golden chance.

Right behind Golurk, he was hit by both Second Wind's magic and a Hidden Power, knocking him out of the air. Applejack would be sent flying from Golurk's back, landing on the ground with a thud.

"Oof!" Applejack grunted as she hit the ground hard, her body aching from the impact. She looked up to see Second Wind hovering above her, her eyes blazing with fury.

"You're not going anywhere!" Second Wind snarled as she unleashed a barrage of Hidden Power attacks at Applejack, forcing her to roll out of the way.

"Golurk!" Golurk cried out as he tried to get up, only to be knocked back down by another Hidden Power attack from Second Wind.

"I won't let you ruin everything I've worked for!" Second Wind exclaimed as she unleashed another barrage of Hidden Power attacks at Applejack and Golurk, her eyes blazing with fury and desperation.

"Seriously?!" Spitfire shouted upon seeing Second Wind approaching along with more soldiers that have shown up at the factory. "All of you! Give Applejack the time she needs to get in that pool!" She addressed the Wonderbolts.

"Yes ma'am!" They all replied in unison as they would charge towards Second Wind and her soldiers with their Pokemon. Spitfire sent out her Scizor, who was ready to fight alongside his trainer.

"Scizor!" He exclaimed as he flew towards Second Wind, his eyes blazing with determination.

"You won't stop me!" Second Wind snarled as she unleashed a barrage of Hidden Power attacks at Scizor and the other Wonderbolts, her eyes blazing with fury and desperation.

"Scizor! Use Bullet Punch!" Spitfire commanded as Scizor would use his speed to his advantage, dodging Second Wind's attacks and approaching her. The Unown formed in front of Second Wind to protect her. After shielding Second Wind, the barrage of Hidden Power would fall upon the opposing Pokemon, attempting to stop Applejack from entering the Rift Pool.

In the distance, all the workers in the factory had gotten away safely as things were getting hectic. But while they did so, they also spectated this conflict, witnessing the sight before them And to their surprise, they were seeing some pushback against their factory.

"They took down the central machine..." One pony said in awe as he looked up to see the factory's central machine being destroyed. "They're really going for it!"

The workers realized what this meant. They've never seen someone push back against the Solar Empire before and not in such an effective way. This looked to be their chance at freedom once again. And because of that, smiles began forming on their face as they saw hope at last. Thus, they started cheering for Applejack's group.

The sound of cheers filled the air, bolstering Applejack's resolve as she felt their support. She could feel the power of their words, the determination and conviction in their voices. It gave her strength, giving her the determination to keep going.

"Huh?!" Second Wind heard these voices, her eyes widening in shock as she saw all the workers cheering for Applejack's group. "Those turn tails...!"

"Most of them don't wanna be here, I bet." Spitfire spoke with a smirk. "Working for Daybreaker isn't all that it's cracked up to be but you wouldn't know. You're too power-hungry for that."

With the workers cheering, they were hoping for the downfall of this factory so that they could finally rest after so long. Second Wind snarled at this, realizing that her benefits of Rift Energy were slowly slipping away. The last bastion of it was the Rift Pool itself, so she had to make sure it remained in her possession.

"Golurk!" Golurk would grab Applejack whilst being protected by all the Wonderbolts' Pokemon. This was his chance to get Applejack into the Rift Pool and end this. However, Second Wind had the same idea.

"It's mine alone! Unown! Launch me!"

"You're not getting there first!" Applejack declared with defiance. "Now, Golurk!"

"Go-Gol!" Golurk cried out, pulling his arm back with all of his might. The Unown would launch Second Wind right at the Rift Pool, and she would try to fall in it while Applejack and Golurk would try to do the same. At full force, Golurk would launch Applejack, her body speeding towards the large Rift Pool.

Second Wind reached the Rift Pool first, but Applejack managed to grab her hoof with her own hoof. Both made quite a splash upon hitting the Rift Pool, their bodies immediately submerged.

The pool's contents were unlike anything Applejack had ever experienced. It was like falling through a never-ending vortex of swirling colours and sensations. She could feel her mind and body being stretched and pulled in a thousand different directions all at once, her senses overloading with overwhelming input.

But she couldn't think about that now. Now when Second Wind shoved her with great force. "Inferior Earth Pony! I will not be robbed of my destiny!"

Applejack quickly recovered, swimming through the Rift Pool as fast as she could. She could see Second Wind swimming through the Rift Pool as well, her eyes blazing with fury as she tried to catch up to her. Second Wind flapped her wings to utilize her magic, attempting to strike Applejack.

Applejack was soon pushed back by the pressure, her body hurling out of the Rift Pool. Her body slammed against the wall of this pool, causing her to grunt in pain. She looked up to see Second Wind hovering above her, pushing her hoof against her and pinning the Earth Pony against the wall. "Ngh!"

"Ever since you and your meddling friends arrived at Pegalysium, I've been nothing but a laughing stock. All of my plans have gone down in flames. Because of you and your friends!" Second Wind snarled, her eyes blazing with fury. "I'm not going to let you ruin everything I've worked for! I'm going to make you pay!"

Second Wind grabbed Applejack by the neck with her magic, lifting her up into the air. She tightened her grip, choking the life out of the Earth Pony. "A-Ahh!"

"No one can save you now. Not your friends. Not your Pokemon. And not even your precious princesses." Second Wind sneered. "I'll make sure that you pay for what you've done, you insolent fool. I'll wipe you from history!"

"The only history that's gonna get wiped is yours...You were never meant to be Queen....!" Applejack growled as her body started glowing with an azure colour as well as her eyes. She was generating her Aura, letting it flow. With her Aura emerging, the Rift Energy was already beginning to react to its natural weakness, the Cosinc Energy fluctuating as Applejack's Aura clashed with Second Wind's Magic.

But this reaction also did something to the surrounding area. All this Rift Energy and the machines that once surrounded it were meant to open gateways. But even with the machine gone, the sheer power coming from within the Rift Pool and how wild the Rift Energy was acting did just that. The broken machines nearby could barely function anymore, but this reaction managed to kickstart some of them a bit.

And from that, appearing in an aggressive flash and outburst was a gateway, stunning everyone. Not just one gateway, but another. And another. And another.

Gateways all around were showing up as they were opened without any machine functioning. It was all a result of the Rift Pool's energy reacting to Applejack's Aura.

"Uh, what's going on?!" Spitfire exclaimed in shock, seeing these gateways appearing one after another. All these gateways went to other universes, other planets. It was like an explosion of portals that came from the Rift Pool's reaction.

"All these portals!" One Wonderbolt said as they had no idea what to do.

"How is this possible?! Is it from the Rift Pool?!" Another Wonderbolt asked as this was a first. All Spitfire did was turn her attention back to the Rift Pool.

And in there, Applejack's Aura continued to grow and grow, gradually overpowering Second Wind's magic. The Grand Queen gasped as she struggled to hold her own, her magic being overwhelmed by Applejack's aura.

"My power...is being drained...!" Second Wind grunted as she felt her magic weakening. Applejack could feel the pressure against her neck weaken as she used the opportunity to push Second Wind away from her. Her eyes flashed with a beautiful blue light that eclipsed her and the entire Rift Pool.

Out of the pool, an eruption of Aura shot up, becoming a massive pillar of blue energy that pierced the heavens. It was a powerful display of strength that caused the very foundation of the Rift Pool to quake and shake. The entire factory began to tremble as the power of Applejack's aura reached new heights, the very air around her crackling with power and intensity.

All the Rift Energy from the Rift Pool would soon be erased but not before Second Wind fell deep into the bottom of this area, screaming out with anguish. She couldn't believe this was happening, having her plan ruined right in front of her eyes.

The Aura pillar would subside, and Applejack would emerge from the Rift Pool, floating up in the air within her own body. Silence filled the area of the Rift Factory as they all watched in awe. The light of the Aura could be seen from great distances, even all the way from Ponyville and Canterlot.

Applejack would then close her eyes, exhausting herself from using so much Aura. Her body would stop floating as she started falling, only for Golurk to catch her. He would lower to the ground, allowing Applejack to get some rest.

"Thanks, Golurk..." She weakly said, unable to do much anymore. She needed to recover, and Golurk was more than happy to watch over her. The other Wonderbolts would return to her side, relieved that she was alright.

"You did it!" Spitfire exclaimed in joy as all the Wonderbolts cheered. "Way to go, Applejack! That was some great sabotaging!"

"We did it." Applejack corrected her. "Don't forget that...heh...I'm not sure if I can get back up right now..." She chuckled as she closed her eyes, trying to rest for now.

"You can rest easy now. We've got things handled from here." Spitfire descended towards her. "If you were a pegasus, you'd make a great Wonderbolt. Believe that."

Just then, all the workers here would approach her, smiling at Applejack's work. Among them was Fluttershy, who had reappeared to see them. Fluttershy didn't fully believe they could pull it off but they did. Now she would be able to spend time with her friends again.

"You did it! You did it!" All the workers would start cheering. "Thank you!"

"We're free!" Another shouted. "You're our heroes!"

"Thank you! Thank you so much!"

"I didn't think you'd do it but...I guess I have a lot of hope now." Fluttershy's smile would finally return to her face after all these years. Her eyes would water as she sniffed a little. "You all are amazing. I wish I could've helped more..."

"You got us here in the first place and showed us the centre." Spitfire addressed Fluttershy. "That's more than enough in my eyes."

"So...is the same thing happening across the world right now?" A worker asked.

"It's happening in our world too. Right now, if I had to guess, everyone back home's doing all they can to stop Daybreaker. And over at Canterlot, the same thing's going on. We're all gonna stop Necrozma and I guess by extension, the Solar Empire." Spitfire revealed to them all. "We've got another factory in Manehattan to bring down, don't we?"

"Yeah, but Applejack's out of commission right now." Fleetfoot answered. "Without her, I don't think we can get rid of the next Rift Pool."

"Maybe if we just have her Delta Lucario do it. I mean, he's got a lot of Aura too, right?" High Winds questioned.

"We can help!" One of the workers spoke up. "Now that you've done this, we can tell this to the other workers at Manehattan and beyond. If we all band together, we can bring down that Rift Pool as well. It's output is just as large as the one that was here."

"And once it's gone, then Daybreaker's forces in Manehattan will be at an advantage." Spitfire nodded her head in agreement. "Okay, it's a deal then."

"Alright! We won't let you down!" All the workers cheered.

"Uh, that's cool and all but what about that problem?" One Wonderbolt brought up the obvious glaring issue of the many gateways in the air. They have yet to disappear and weren't going anywhere anytime soon.

"Right...what are we going to do about those?" Another asked.

"I...don't know. This isn't what I expected to happen." Spitfire admitted as she looked up at these gateways. She had no idea why they even appeared or what was on the other side.

"Well...it looks like something is coming through." Fleetfoot pointed out as some of the gateways would reveal a familiar face emerging. Specifically, a face that appeared on multiple individuals. Everypony here gasped upon seeing these faces appear as it was quite the shock.

Standing together with their white coats, their ethereal multi-coloured manes while having unique regalia of their one was the same pony but different in every other universes. They were all different versions of Princess Celestia.

The alicorns in the air were all from other universes, showing up as a result of the gateways. Even the youngest of them all, Celestia from Universe 20 had arrived. "Hiyah!" She waved at them all, showing up with her camera crew as always, loving the publicity.

"I-It's all of you?" Spitfire jerked back, surprised to see the Celestias from the Universal Alliance. She recognized some of them but Universe 20's Celestia wasn't one of them. It was her first time seeing her anyway.

"Apologies for the intrusion. But we appeared the second we looked through those gateways." A Celestia with purely golden eyes that wouldn't stop glowed forward.

"I thought all of you, well, most of you had your Universes absorbed by Necrozma. I never thought you'd be doing much anymore." Spitfire responded, still taken aback by this. "No offence."

"While it's true our Universe has lost all of its light, we were at least given some energy to continue from your Universe's Celestia once she found all of us." A more serious looking Celestia with a black mane spoke up. "It's not much and we can't restore the light in our Universe, but it's enough to allow us to keep going."

"Right now...Your Celestia and everyone else are against Daybreaker?" Another Celestia asked.

"Yeah. Well, mostly everyone is. Our Celestia took a pretty bad hit and is resting up. But for the most part, they're all trying to stop her and Necrozma. I'd love to get back there and help out but there's just one more thing we gotta do here." Spitfire explained to them.

"I see..." A Celestia with an odd blue colouration nodded her head. "Then we're here to help out. It will be our thanks and gratitude for how she has helped us in our darkest times."

"Wait, are you sure about that? I mean, aren't you all still hurt?" Spitfire raised her eyebrow.

"Yes. But this is what we have to do. And as the Princesses of Equestria, we have to keep on going. That's our job after all." Another Celestia stated with a smile. "So, it's about time we returned the favour and did something for her."

"Besides not all of us lost our Universe to Necrozma." Universe 20's Celestia had a smug grin on her face. "Not that it would happen to me. I mean, if she came to my universe, I'd send her flying in no time."

"We'll do our best." Another Celestia who still had her universe in tact and her magic was the Celestia who came from Empress Twilight's universe after the Empress was defeated. "We'll work from here and then move straight to Universe 1."

Alola.

Equestria and Alola continued their battle with the Solar Empire high in the skies of the Alola region. The Solar Swoord was absolutely hectic and the same could be said for what was going on outside. There was a massive fight happening outside and it was clear that the Solar Empire wasn't backing down anytime soon.

In the air, a massive air force consisting of various aircraft, both conventional and magical were engaged in a fierce battle with their enemies. Down on the ground, in the land near Alola, Twilight was still recovering while everyone else who were still exhausted were getting all the time they need to recover as well, being kept safe from the Solar Empire's eyes. The same goes for Solgaleo, who would have to stay here to avoid being potentially absorbed by Necrozma.

"Alright...I think I'm good to go." Twilight said, feeling a good chunk of her strength returning to her. She was still quite fatigued and had a good bit of fatigue. "I might still need time to recover, but I'll be able to join in for a bit longer."

"Are you sure you want to go right away?" An Alolan asked.

"Yeah. I won't be of any use if I just sit here doing nothing." Twilight stated as she looked up into the sky. "The others are still doing their best out there, so I can't just leave them. This is our last chance and all we have to do is get that Poke Ball away from Daybreaker. As long as Necrozma's away from her and unable to rampage anymore, we should be alright."

Just then, from her saddlebag, she took our her own exclusive Z-Crystal. The Twilightium Z. Twilight had an approach she wished to try. Her Z-Crystal was powerful and she aimed to use that tremendous power against the Solar Sword.

"What's that you have there?" One Alolan asked. "I don't recognize that Z-Crystal..."

"Neither do I." Another Alolan said. No Alolan has ever seen this Z-Crystal before, witnessing how it had Twilight's Cutie Mark as the symbol.

"Something I made myself." Twilight responded, showing off this crystal. "I call it the Twilightium Z. It's something that I and Arceus created specifically to help me out in my times of need. With it, any of my Pokemon should be able to land a powerful hit. I just need a clear hit."

Meanwhile, over at the Solar Sword, Daybreaker saw how things were escalating to great levels. She was more than ready to go out there and fight everyone. She would look at her Poke Ball containing Necrozma and grin at it. "It's time Necrozma. This is our last assault, so let's make this count."

"Are you sure it's the last one?" Gardevoir asked. "They're persistent and might have more up their sleeve."

"I assure you it is. I'll have Necrozma go wild as much as he wants. Nothing held back at all. The same goes for you. We'll most likely need to become Daybreak-Gardevoir again for this." Daybreaker would get off her throne, looking directly at Zekrom while also knowing that Reshiram was present here as well. "First, I'll deal with Reshiram and Zekrom. They are the biggest threats here at the moment, but for Necrozma, they're food."

By throwing the Poke Ball out, Dawn Wings Necrozma appeared before her, ready to unleash chaos upon the world. There would be no holding back, not that he would anyway. Necrozma was all set and ready to destroy anything that came in his path, especially if they got in the way of absorbing all the light in the world.

The hatch of the Solar Sword opened up from above, allowing Necrozma to fly out. He would immediately be met by the two legendary Dragons, who turned their attention to his arrival. Reshiram had flown out of the Solar Sword to fly beside his brother, the two reuniting in the middle of conflict as always.

"I saw you arriving earlier. Celestia still isn't with you?" Zekrom questioned.

"No...she's resting up after what happened last time." Reshiram shook his head. "She won't be able to help us for a bit but we'll just have to do our best on our own. But she will be back. I know this to be true."

"I see...Sounds more like an ideal to me though." Zekrom looked to the sky, seeing Necrozma looking down upon them, and then looking around. His gaze would soon fall upon the sun, feeling the power of its rays and how it's giving him more energy. "It looks like he's preparing to attack the sun. If he does that, then our fight here will have been for nothing."

"I'm aware of that. But I'd suspect he would try and absorb it rather than attack it. He knows how valuable it is. Far too valuable. If we lose the Sun, then it won't just be the end for us but for all life as we know it."

"Then let's make sure that never happens. Luna." Zekrom said to Luna, grabbing her attention. "Reshiram and I are going to deal with Necrozma. Can you handle Daybreaker?"

"We will do our best. Good luck." Luna wished them luck before flying off with the other ponies of Equestria. Reshiram and Zekrom would look towards the sun, knowing they had to do all they could to prevent Necrozma from absorbing it.

"Well, shall we go?" Reshiram asked as he looked to his brother.

"Right behind you." Zekrom answered as the two would take off towards Necrozma, preparing to battle against him. Necrozma would then turn his attention to them as he growled. His hunger for light was at an all-time high and there was only one thing on his mind.

The two dragons would get close to him, only for Necrozma to prepare a Photon Geyser. They would brace themselves, knowing that this was about to hurt. Necrozma would unleash it upon them, blasting the two Dragons with intense force. The power of the beam was so strong that it blew the air around them, creating a vacuum that sent the two back.

They grunted, feeling the power of the blast as it was sending them far away from the sun. It was like they were nothing to Necrozma, even if they were legendary Pokemon. Zekrom would be the first to recover from the hit, flying towards Necrozma with incredible speed. His body lit up wth lightning, glowing a flaring blue, gathering energy within his body. He would use his Bolt Strike and ram right into Necrozma's chest, pushing him back a little.

Necrozma didn't flinch, barely reacting to the attack. He would attempt to claw Zekrom but the Dragon of Ideals would fly out of the way. Zekrom scoffed, generating electricity from his body and aiming it at Necrozma. He fired a Thunderbolt towards Necrozma but Necrozma would fire his own Thunderbolt.

Both the electric bolts would collide with each other, creating a massive explosion in the air. The impact was so powerful that it sent out shockwaves through the air, blowing away the clouds in its path. Zekrom would not back down, firing more bolts at Necrozma who did the same. Both their attacks were clashing against one another, the explosion growing larger and larger.

The further they went, the higher they ascended. Reshiram would use Fusion Flare from behind, causing a massive explosion that engulfed Necrozma. The explosion was so large that the clouds nearby were blown away by it. However, Necrozma would be fine as he emerged from the flames, showing no damage whatsoever. He would then fire a Meteor Beam at Reshiram, who would barely dodge it.

The beam would then fly off into the distance, hitting the ground below. It would create a large crater in the land, leaving a huge mark behind. The ponies and Pokemon down below saw the beam heading towards them and managed to get out of the way before it hit them. Luna and the others would watch the beam fly past them, amazed that something so powerful was coming their way.

Reshiram and Zekrom started unifying their attacks, using more of their teamwork to try and defeat Necrozma. Reshiram would unleash another Fusion Flare, only for Necrozma to fire another Meteor Beam. The two would clash in the middle, creating another violent explosion that engulfed the area. The two Dragons would fly around him, combining their strength into one.

They would both unleash a massive Blue Flare and Bolt Strike on Necrozma, covering him in a sphere of electricity and fire. Necrozma would feel the heat and the electricity as he grunted in pain. The power of the two was truly something else as they kept going. Necrozma would try to move but he would be stuck in the air, unable to escape.

The two Dragons would continue their assault, keeping Necrozma in place. Reshiram would fire another Fusion Flare while Zekrom fired a Bolt Strike. The two attacks would merge together, becoming a sphere of electricity and fire, and colliding into Necrozma. The beam was so strong that it created a shockwave, blowing away the clouds in its path.

However, Necrozma hung on. All those Legendaries he's absorbed power from or even absorbed entirely were coming in handy as he used the power of Newtwo and Deoxys within him. By using Prismatic Lasers, a titanic Psychic pulse would push the unified attack back as lasers would soon fly out and blast the two Dragons.

Both Reshiram and Zekrom were bombarded by these lasers, sending them flying away. The beams carried them through the air, sending them higher and higher into the sky. Eventually, after breaking through so many clouds, they found themselves being forced into outer space. They kept on going until they eventually flew out of the planet's atmosphere, now floating in space.

Necrozma was quick to pursue them, accelerating and creating a sonic boom in the process. By moving this fast, he too appeared in outer space rather quickly, reaching Reshiram and Zekrom in no time. The two Dragons would recover, approaching Necrozma with a dual Dragon Claw.

Necrozma would block them both, creating a massive shockwave. He would then use Gravity to alter the gravity around them, making the two feel heavier than normal. With that, he would use his massive claws to slash them both across the chest, sending them flying through the air.

They grunted, feeling the impact of Necrozma's claws. Their gravity was all messed up as they found themselves moving across the starry expanse of space. Eventually, the two of them would reach the Moon.

Both Reshiram and Zekrom would try and get their momentum back, grunting and straining as much as they could, successfully gaining some motion back. However, they ended up crashing onto the Moon in the process, creating an explosion and crater.

On the plus side, landing on the Moon meant that their Gravity had changed, the effects of Necroma's gravity fading in the presence of the Moon's gravity. The two of them would get back up from the crater, standing and rubbing their heads. But they didn't have time to recollect themselves.

Landing on the Moon as well was Necrozma, who was ready to continue on the Moon. Being on the Moon was far too risky as it could easily be destroyed by their battle. And Necrozma knew this, but he also wanted the Moon for power, much like the Sun. Reshiram and Zekrom facd down Necrzoma once more, knowing they had to hold back a bit until they were far away from the Moon. A battle on the Moon was about to begin.

As the journey continues.
