The Human World. Camp Everfree. Late Afternoon.

Gaea Everfree had fallen due to everyone working together. Gaea's eyes whited out as her body started diminishing, forming into what appeared to be a seed as it fell, looking at it and knowing this was it. The seed would soon drop to the ground, falling into a deep ravine before it vanished into a black vortex.

As Ash, Red and their Pokemon would leave, the barrier protecting the tree would finally vanish. Once it did, Daybreaker descended with a bright light.

Everyone soon gathered around Gaea's Tree, with Gaea having become a Seed. As Gaea was on the ground, Gaea's consciousness was trapped within this seed that she turned into. This would be her ultimate outcome.

Gloriosa had passed out, her connection to Gaea Everfree fully ending and she would fall unconscious on the ground. While unconscious, all the Rift Energy that had been given to her was removed and instead placed within the Shift Stone, as that was the only safe place to put it. The seed floated before everyone else and was going to be sealed away by their Demonic Magic to seal the Rift.

"Ugh..." Timber regained his senses as the dust finally died down from the aftermath of Gaea's tree burning down to cinders and ash, having fallen over as he woke up in a daze. He slowly sat up, gazing around as the area with a bit of a blurry vision. All the Pokemon had fainted as well, so they were also in the same boat. "Wha...What happened?"

"Well, that's that. Gloriosa will be out for a while, but she'll be awake soon." Luna assured everyone here. And with all of this done, everyone's Demon Forms would start fading away and go back to their normal appearances. They would change back to their normal pony forms, returning to a pony body.

"Whew..." Sci-Twi's body relaxed and so did everyone else's. Their wings were retracted back into their bodies, no longer present, as the tails, the ears and all the fur went away as their horns also disappeared, allowing them to look more like themselves. Sci-Twi put her hand to her chest. "That took a lot out of us. But we did it." She said.

"Well done, everyone." Principal Celestia said as she returned to normal, the last of Daybreaker's flames leaving her hair. "My, so that's what it feels like to use magic. It feels...intriguing."

"Thank you! Thank you so much for your help! And...we're terribly sorry for how this turned out!" The Camp Counsellors said to everyone else who showed up to save the day.

"It's alright. To be honest, we're used to these surprising events happening by now." Celestia explained to them. "Students. Would you like to head home now? Or are some of you willing to stay behind for the rest of camp?"

Surprisingly, no one agreed to head home at all even after what has happened. None felt afraid or intimidated by this since they succeeded in stopping a potential massive takeover. In fact, this was the first time all of them have come together to do this, so they were feeling good about themselves.

Thus, they all decided to stay for the long run, wanting to see the rest of camp through. Celestia nodded in understanding. "Very well then. Let's have a good rest of the week and the next camp."

"I'll get her to a bed." Luna would pick up Gloriosa Daisy, carrying her over her shoulder as they approached one of the buildings. With everything calming down, the students could all continue their Summer Camp experience.

"Man. That was insane. What a way to start off camp. I'm ready to sleep now." Rainbow Dash yawned.

"Yeah, I can see why." Sunset yawned too, rubbing her eyes a little. "It's reaching night now, isn't it?"

"I've gotta get some beauty sleep. Being a demon was exhausting!" Pinkie Pie was about to fall over if Applejack hadn't caught her, holding her close.

Everyone yawned, exhausting themselves after today's event, even the camp counsellors were the same way. As such, everyone was going to get their rest for tomorrow and the days following. Ash smiled at this sight, seeing the group of students finally coming together, something he felt happy to see.

"..." Red looked back at him, giving a thumbs-up to his counterpart.

"So, Ash. I'm guessing pretty soon you'll be heading off to do your own thing as always?" Sci-Twi said to him, and Ash nodded in agreement.

"Pretty soon. I gotta turn back to how I am after all. So, yeah. Plus, I bet it feels pretty weird seeing me this old, huh?" Ash chuckled and so did Sci-Twi, albeit lightly.

"I think you look both cool and awesome, no matter what age." Sci-Twi admitted. "You look mature, that's for sure. I don't mind this look, even if you're way taller."

"I'll say. Not too shabby." Celestia patted him on the back, seeing how he was slightly taller than her. "And as always, we're grateful for you helping us out, Ash. I'm surprised you never get tired doing this. Eventually, our world may become a boiling point for these scenarios. Now that I think about it...perhaps some contingencies will have to be made."

"Contingencies?" Sci-Twi repeated.

"Even though our world is far more regular than the one next door, with how many magical threats have been popping up as of recently, perhaps a force will need to be created to protect our world in the event of another threat. We'll have to really embrace the magic we have within us. If anything, it'll be a good thing to have around. And maybe...I'm willing to give it a try." Celestia said, ready to embrace magic instead of standing on the sidelines.

"Agreed. And besides, these threats get in the way of valuable learning and school activities." Luna added.

"Well, before I leave to get myself back to normal, I'm still gonna stick around and help you out, Twilight Just like I promised." said Ash, clutching the Shift Stone to transform himself into his true appearance for the time being.

"Thank you, Ash." Sci-Twi was happy. She didn't want him to go so quickly. After all, he was her first crush, even if he was older now, she wouldn't mind spending more time with him. Thus, they would head off to get some rest until tomorrow morning.

Later the next morning, Gloriosa grunted, her eyes fluttering as her body slowly got up. She had her consciousness back and her own body. The Rift Energy was gone. Gaea was no longer inside her and she was no longer being controlled by her. Gloriosa found herself in the room, laying down on a bed and she looked around. Her eyes gazed at the ceiling, her mouth opened and closed, taking in the air, breathing and trying to figure out how she got here.

Just then, she heard sounds outside. She got up from the bed, slowly getting to her feet and walking over to the window, peeking her head out, seeing the students running and playing with each other. She saw all of them partaking in camp activities, having a good time and being happy.

She couldn't help but smile as her eyes softened. A part of her was expecting all of this to just be an illusion. But it wasn't. Everything was real and she was truly free. It didn't feel real at all. Tears welled in her eyes, her legs shaking.

"I'm...I'm not dreaming, am I?" Gloriosa asked herself, rubbing her eyes with her arm.

"Gloriosa!" She heard Timber's voice call to her. "Hey, you're up. That's good. Do you need anything?" He asked her.

Gloriosa smiled, wiping her eyes. "No...This sight is more than enough. But... a part of me wishes things could have gone differently with me and Gaea Everfree. But I guess, this was for the best. Maybe it's best that I'm free."

Accepting this outcome, with a smile, Gloriosa exited the cabin and headed down to the field, being met by the rest of the camp counselors and students as she was ready to do her job as Camp Director and get them all through this Summer Camp. Very soon, the camp was back to its regular activities, free from any conflict, and the campers were participating.

The students played sports, participated in activities, had a bonfire, bonded with their Pokemon some more and so much more, with their bonds getting even stronger, as shown when their eyes started glowing. The magic within the Shift Stone was strong, and so, it was a sign that these new bonds were forming and they were even closer than before.

At night, the students were asleep, resting on their own sleeping bags. Some even had slumber parties, telling each other stories, enjoying themselves as they slept in peace.

During the middle of the night, the students all had nightmares, but those nightmares soon faded, with them having no effect. Because, the moment they were having a nightmare, the Nightmare Forces would be affected. They were being repelled and driven out.

As for the Pokemon, some would encounter a Snubbul, a Drowzee and a Numel in this camp, meeting and interacting with them, with the Pokemon not having any hostile intent.

One particular group, consisting of Ash, Pikachu, the Main 6, Principal Celestia and Luna would soon find themselves confronted by a trio of Mightyena. One would growl at them, with the group unsure of what to do. Ash stepped forward, holding his hand out to show he meant no harm. "Hey, hey, relax. You guys want something to eat?"

The Pokemon were a little cautious, but eventually, the Mightyena would approach and accept food. Ash would pull out a bunch of treats and food, with the Pokemon being fed and accepting them with the students feeling happy.

Soon, they'd have their first Pokemon battles.

With Ash being their mentor, helping them through it with his knowledge. He was able to train the students on how to be proper Trainers. The battles they had with each other would be quite exciting and enjoyable for all of them.

And eventually, the students were prepared. They would all battle Ash and his Pokemon in a grand finale battle, showcasing the progress they made in such a short amount of time.

Soon, Ash would find the time to finally leave just to get himself back to normal, standing before Sci-Twi and the others, ready to bid his farewell for a little while.

"Well, I'll be going now. Gotta get back to normal. I'll be back for the last two weeks, I promise. Until then, take care, everyone. Have a fun rest of your Summer!" Ash gave his goodbye, getting a round of farewells as well as Sci-Twi giving a small smile.

"See you then, Ash." Sci-Twi would watch the young adult, seeing his figure becoming further and further away as he was on the move once more.

"Hm. Wish we got to see him like this for way longer." Fiery pouted, wanting to be around this older-looking Ash much longer. This seemed to be her type.

"Yeah..." Sci-Twi pouted as she and Fiery collectively sighed. But that pout soon turned into a smile for Sci-Twi. Yet again, Ash has helped her once more and she never gets tired of it.

She also had to wonder what life would be like if Ash never showed up. In fact, with this Prisma problem lurking in the background, Sci-Twi was hoping for the best for Ash. He's looked out for her so many times, it's the least she can do.

She hoped his adventure was going to be an eventful one and wished him luck, no matter what was coming his way. And deep within her, the soul of Twilight Luminaria would faintly glow, letting out a quiet grunt of discomfort, but largely unable to act at the moment as the journey continues.
