My Little Pokémon: Grander World
The BlueLight Sisters
Previous ChapterNext ChapterKalos. Nebel Plateau. Late Afternoon.
As the attack commenced, the Arcane Institute's students unleashed their giant Pokémon upon the Nebel Plateau. The sheer size of these creatures was overwhelming, and the devastation they caused was immediate. The ground trembled, and the mountains shook as the Pokémon stomped around, destroying everything in their path.
That's when the Three Sisters, Flawless BlueLight, Phantasia, and Violet, made their grand entrance, their smug grins and confident postures a stark contrast to the destruction around them. They taunted the opposing group, their eyes gleaming with a malicious glint.
Rainbow Dash, Applejack, and Rarity knew they had to do something to stop the sisters and their giant Pokémon from causing any more destruction. But how?
"I'll make the first move. Step aside!" Phantasia moved forward. "Delphox! Fire Blast!"
The Delphox unleashed a powerful blast of fire that tore through the plateau. The flames burned everything in their path, leaving nothing but ash and ruin.
"Lucario! Use Aura Sphere!" Flawless commanded her Pokémon, who immediately complied. A massive sphere of energy formed in front of Lucario, and with a mighty roar, it shot it towards the defenders. The three of them gasped as Rarity promptly used her magic to form a shield that would block the attack. The impact was felt, causing them to flinch as their hooves dug into the dirt, trying to keep their ground.
"Zoroark, use Night Slash!" Violet ordered her Pokémon, who leaped forward with its claws extended, ready to strike.
"Zoro!" Zoroark would aggressively slash at the barrier, breaking through and attacking the mares. They would gasp, shutting their eyes as they waited to feel the slash hit them. But instead, with enough time and a swift movement, Rainbow Dash was able to throw another Poke Ball out, just in time.
"Go, Mienshao! High Jump Kick!"
"Mien!" Emerging from the Poke Ball was Mienshao, who immediately kicked Zoroark in its chest, knocking it back. "Mien!" With enough time, the Mienshao would grab ahold of the mares and leap away from the attack. "Shao!" She would drop them off to the side and then go back, fighting Zoroark with High Jump Kick.
"Well, that was a nice try, girls~" Phantasia giggled, amused by the whole thing as the Mienshao and Zoroark fought each other. "But your Poke Balls are still with us, so, like, you won't be able to call on your other Pokemon. Delphox! Flamethrower!"
"Del!" The fox would unleash a powerful blast of fire that would head right towards the fighting Pokemon. Mienshao leaped away as the ground was scorched and heated by the attack, leaving the area burning.
"We've still got everyone else! Golurk!" Applejack would promptly bring out Golurk for assistance.
"Appear, Milotic!" All the while, Rarity summoned Milotic into the fray. Both of the Pokemon would stand alongside Mienshao, who was ready to take on the threat.
"Hmph." Flawless scoffed at this before promptly throwing their previous Poke Balls into the ocean, which caused Applejack, Rainbow Dash and Rarity's eyes to widen in shock. "And there's nothing you can do to stop us." She taunted, knowing full well that they could have more Pokemon with them.
"Our Pokemon!" Rainbow Dash cried out.
"Milotic! Go after them!" Rarity exclaimed.
"Milotic!" The Tender Pokemon would dive into the water, swimming as fast as it could. But then, an Ice Beam would come from the depths, freezing over the water. This would trap Milotic in the ice.
"What?! No!" Rarity cried out.
Flawless turned to the Rhyperior. "Aw, poor thing. You know what to do, Rhyperior."
"RHY!" The Gyarados that unleashed the Ice Beam was not the same one from before, but another one that had appeared, alongside more Rhyperior. The Rhyperior would pick up a rock and throw it towards Milotic, aiming for its head.
Applejack gasped. "Golurk, block it!" But before the attack could land, Golurk would quickly fly in, blocking the hit with its massive body.
"Gol!" After blocking it, Golurk would then grab the rock right away. And with all of his might, he threw it against the water in an attempt to break the ice, freeing Milotic.
"Milotic, hurry and get those Poke Balls!" Rarity exclaimed. The Milotic would break through the ice, emerging from the water. She continued on her way, flowing towards the drifting Poke Balls. At the same time, she threw another Poke Ball out, summoning one of her Leavanny as assistance.
"Leavanny!"
"Whatever." Violet scoffed as she and her sister weren't worried about that. "Zoroark, use Dark Pulse!"
"Crush them, Lucario! Bone Rush!"
"Rrr!" Lucario manifested energy bones out of thin air, gripping both of them before merging them as one, making a staff. Then it'd run towards Golurk with the staff, slamming it down on Golurk's shoulder.
"Golurk, use Dynamic Punch!"
"Lurk!" Golurk staggered but managed to withstand the Bone Rush. Clenching its hand into a fist, Golurk would unleash a powerful punch directly to Lucario's body. The Fighting-type blocked it with the bones, a rippling shockwave moving across the ground.
Going in for another blow, Golurk would swing, clashing with Lucario's Bone Rush once more. The two clashed repeatedly, their strikes ringing out in the air. The force of their clash caused the ground beneath them to shake. The air crackled with energy as each blow grew more intense. Lucario and Golurk locked in a battle of strength, neither giving an inch. With a mighty crash, their fists and weapons connected, sending shockwaves through the air. The ground shook and cracked beneath them as they battled, each blow growing more intense.
"Oho. Not too shabby. You're not so bad, farmgirl." Flawless taunted Applejack. "You'd make a good addition to the Institute if you weren't, like, a defender."
"Ya ain't gonna be so cocky when ya realize that Ah ain't goin' nowhere." She replied, keeping her eyes on the battle. Golurk and Lucario were in the middle of their clash, both of them giving it their all. As their battle continued, the surrounding area was being torn apart. The ground was cracked, and chunks of earth flew up in the air as their blows collided.
"Zoroark! Use Night Slash!"
"Delphox, Psychic!"
"Del...!" Aiming its wand at Leavanny, Delphox's eyes glowed blue, glowing the same color on the Leavanny, trapping the Nurturing Pokemon in its psychic grasp. Leavanny would try to break free, but the psychic energy was too strong.
"L-Lea!"
"Don't worry! I got your back! Castform, use Hurricane!"
"Cast!" Flying out of Rainbow Dash's saddlebag was Castform, who ascended and intercepted the Zoroark. Using its ability to create clouds, it summoned a powerful gust of wind that would send Zoroark flying. "Form!" The Zoroark was thrown off-balance, tumbling through the air as the Hurricane tore through the area.
"Leav!" Leavanny was able to break free, landing gracefully on the ground before rushing to her Trainer's side.
"Now, Leavanny! X-Scissor!"
"Mienshao! Use Aura Sphere! Castform, use Energy Ball!"
Leavanny would use her arms to form an X, charging right at the Zoroark. Mienshao, meanwhile, gathered energy into a sphere and unleashed it, the blast of energy flying at the Zoroark. Castform would gather energy in the form of a ball of green energy, shooting it towards the Zoroark. All of the attacks would hit their mark, causing an explosion that sent the Zoroark tumbling to the ground.
"Delphox! Flamethrower!"
Delphox released a powerful stream of fire, the heat of the flames washing over Leavanny, Mienshao and Castform as they were caught in the blast. The three Pokemon cried out in pain, feeling the intense heat as the flames engulfed them.
"Ngh!" Rainbow Dash groaned in the presence of this heat, feeling every bit of it. So did Rarity and Applejack.
"We're wasting precious time like this, dealing with these nobodies." Phantasia scoffed. "I say we wrap it right away."
"That calls for our personal favourite trick in the book." Flawless smiled. The three sisters had something in store that they were more than eager to use, as three of them had devious smiles form on their faces. Violet and Phantasia would look to their sister, waiting for her command.
"Do it." Flawless ordered.
Both of them smirked and nodded. "Right." They said in unison. The Three Sisters had their horns light up with a rather familiar blue energy, one that was related to Lucario's aura. "Prepare to be defeated, losers!"
The Three Sisters would fire off three powerful beams of Aura at their own Pokemon. Lucario, Delphox and Zoroark were engulfed in the blue energy, causing them to glow brightly, their strength rising. The atmosphere felt a drastic change as Applejack felt a great surge of Aura manifesting.
"W-What's all this Aura?!" Applejack groaned being the most sensitive to the Power of Aura, outside of Ash, of course. There was something different about how this Aura felt. It wasn't pure, or good at all. It felt very much evil, and that's what concerned Applejack the most. This Aura was different, altered by a power that she didn't recognize
"This Aura is so...erratic. What is it?" Rarity asked, looking around at the energy radiating from the sisters.
Rainbow Dash glared at the Three Sisters. "What are you three doing?!" She demanded.
"Oh, that? That's, like, our own Unique Aura." Violet explained. "Our own, like, fabulous power that we totally use to make our Pokemon, like, super strong and then some!"
"Unique...Aura?" Rainbow Dash repeated.
"Correct." Flawless confirmed. "Prisma was known for having amazing Aura. Perfect Aura even. So, we were trained to deal with that kind of Aura when the time comes. By creating our own Aura, we can effectively cancel out his Aura." Flawless BlueLight said, smirking at Rainbow Dash and her friends. "Now, my sisters and I have our own Aura, and we call it, Flawless Aura. Named after me, naturally. It's, like, super powerful. And, like, the best part? It makes all your weak Pokemon, like, totally powerless."
"Flawless Aura?" Rarity said in disbelief.
“You should, like, totally be honoured,” Phantasia drawled, a sly smile on her face. “You’re, like, the first ones to see this technique. We’ve been, you know, holding onto this power for, like, forever. But, you know, now seemed like the perfect time to, like, unleash it. So, like, thanks for that, or whatever.”
"Flawless Aura is, like, the only Aura you'll need in this battle. Your Aura, like, totally pales in comparison." Flawless BlueLight boasted, her smug grin never leaving her face. "Every Pokemon has Aura within them, so this just cripples your Pokemon! Making it all too easy for us!"
"M-Mien!" Mienshao got on one knee, growling and feeling her huge pool of Aura breaking apart and diminishing. "Mienshao! Shao!" It was clear that the Pokemon was in pain, as the aura was slowly being drained from her body, and her power was being sapped away. The Martial Arts Pokemon was struggling to stay on her feet, and it was clear that it was in agony.
"O-Oh no!" Rainbow Dash gasped, looking to her Pokemon and seeing what the Unique Aura had done to Mienshao. "What did they do?!"
“Right now? All that Aura? It’s, like, being totally broken down and, like, dispersed,” Flawless smirked, her voice dripping with smug satisfaction. “Basically, it’s being made, like, completely useless, so your Pokémon? They’ll be, like, nothing but total shells of their former selves.” She stood proudly with her sisters, who were grinning maliciously beside her.
"It's, like, totally awesome! The way it works is so cool!" Violet squealed. “See, our Aura is so, like, totally amazing, it can overpower and neutralize the Aura of anyone and anything! Even the Aura of the Prisma guy, which is, like, why we can totally defeat him!”
"That's the basics. We've got more to show you but...we've got a mission to carry out, so let's finish this." Flawless flipped her mane as the BlueLight Sisters were ready to call it here. "Lucario! Aura Sphere!"
"Lu....!" Putting its paws together, Lucario would draw from all the Aura in the atmosphere, including the opposing three Pokemon who were currently feeling their Aura leaving them. Lucario's Aura was a deep purple color, not the usual blue. As Lucario charged its attack, the energy from the surrounding Aura began to gather in a massive sphere in front of its paws.
"Ngh! Gaaah!" Due to her being more receptive to Aura, Applejack would gasp, suddenly falling over and grunting from the sheer presence of this Aura Sphere. She fell to the ground, clutching her chest tightly. "Gah, ahh! Grr!" She growled, her eyes shut tight as she tried to endure it.
"Applejack!" Her friends exclaimed, looking at her with concern. They were shocked to see the effects the Unique Aura had on the Earth pony.
Applejack's eyes snapped open, and she could see the world around her in vivid detail, as though she could sense everything in the battlefield. The grass, the trees, the rocks, the wind - everything seemed to be alive with energy. She could even feel the emotions of the people in the battle, and the aura of the three sisters was so intense that it was almost overwhelming.
And very soon, her friends felt it too. The tiny bit of Aura inside of them would force them to almost fall over, grunting and twitching. This left them all vulnerable.
"Game over~" Flawless winked as the Aura Sphere was launched at the group. With the Flawless Aura active, it seemed to grow in size, becoming larger and deadlier.
"G-Golurk!" Attempting to stop it was Golurk, who found the strength to stand up to the Aura Sphere, using its hands to hold it back. It grunted as the Aura Sphere was proving to be much stronger than before, and it was only a matter of time before it was overpowered. Even as Golurk strained to keep the sphere at bay, it was clear that it wouldn't be long before it gave way, and the Aura Sphere would explode.
A great explosion of Aura enveloped Golurk and the others, blowing away large chunks of rocks in the surrounding area. The Three Sisters watched the scene with their eyes wide open. A smirk crept onto their faces, confident that their attack had finally defeated the defenders.
As the smoke cleared, the three sisters stepped forward to see the damage. The battlefield was in shambles. Rocks were scattered all over the place, and the ground was completely torn up. The sisters turned away, declaring this to be over, before moving on.
"Game, like, totally set and match," Violet declared, a smug smile on her face. "Now, like, let's finish the mission."
The sisters continued on their way, leaving the scene behind. However, they were unaware of the fact that the battle was far from over. Despite the destruction around them, there was one figure that remained standing, unharmed amidst the chaos. It was none other than Golurk, who had managed to withstand the explosion.
Golurk stood strong, but he eventually got on his knee, the Aura scorching his body. He let out a loud grunt as he struggled to keep himself together. The effects of the Aura attack were still taking a toll on him, and he knew that it wouldn't be long before he collapsed completely.
"Ngh...G-Golurk...!" A twitching Applejack looked up at her partner while still on the ground, a look of concern in her eyes. She was in a lot of pain, but she knew that Golurk was suffering even more.
"Gol...Gol..." The giant Golurk could only grunt in pain, the Aura burning his skin and his body as he felt every bit of his Aura being diminished. The others were in a rather staggered state as well, struggling to get back up and fight again. Leavanny was the closest to recovering, but the strain was taking a toll on her as well.
Meanwhile, Ash managed to gain distance, running with Twilight, Luna and Harmony. The three alicorns had to find a good enough spot to cast their spell without any interferences, and they had to find a spot quickly. The longer they stayed, the more likely they'd be found.
"We should stop here! We're far enough from the plateau!" Luna called, looking back at the others. It did look like a good enough spot to begin casting the spell. They were out of sight and due to all the chaos happening around here, it could be used to their advantage.
However, someone did find them regardless. A beam of magic came crashing down from above, intercepting their movements. They stopped, turning to see Twilight Moonlight, her face serious as always. "Where do you think you're going, Ash Ketchum?"
"Moonlight?!" Twilight Sparkle exclaimed.
"I won't waste this moment either. Not when you're right in front of me at last." Twilight Moonlight said to herself. She was not going to let this chance slip away. With her own horn glowing, she was ready to go to battle, her eyes locked onto the boy, and her expression unwavering.
"Princess Luna! Harmony! Go on ahead and complete the spell, please! I'll try and stop her!" Twilight Sparkle opted to take on her own counterpart, Just to give them enough time. "Just hurry!"
"Very well, then." Luna said as she and Harmony nodded. They continued to run, making a beeline for a more open area where they could have better control over the spell. It was going to take time, and Twilight was going to make sure that they would have it.
"No, you won't." But Moonlight refused to let them go on. That would mean Ash would escape from her sights once more. Luckily for her, she had tons and tons of support all around her from her fellow students. Right as Ash, Luna and Harmony ran for it, the BlueLight Sisters interfered.
From the ground itself, a trap was set in place. A cage of energy rose from the earth, trapping Ash, Luna and Harmony, making sure that they couldn't go on. "Not so fast~" Flawless BlueLight's voice called.
"Hey! What gives?!" Ash exclaimed, trying to get through the barrier but failing to do so. "Let me out of here!" He exclaimed.
"Not happening." Flawless scoffed, as she and her sisters approached them. "We already had to deal with your friends. They were a total pain, but we got through it." She smirked, knowing that the three were trapped and at their mercy.
"You're coming with us." Violet said.
"Too bad you won't have the opportunity to resist." Phantasia said, rubbing her hooves together.
"I wasted a golden moment in the previous universe. I could've doomed us all." Twilight Moonlight closed her eyes before reopning them. "All because I hesitated. That was a mistake on my part. Even if it's you, Twilight. Even if this world is as important as it is, I can hope to hesitate her as well.
"What are you saying...?" Twilight Sparkle blinked in confusion.
"Alright girls. Time for a split up~ Get those two alicorns away from him pronto." Flawless BlueLight said to her sisters. With a nod of understanding, they got to work. Both their horns lit up as they manipulated the ground beneath Luna and Harmony's feet and moved them to the opposite side of the cage, keeping Ash separated from them. This was an issue, because Luna and Harmony couldn't cast their spell now.
Not only that, but a flare of Aura suddenly emerged from the ground, affecting both Luna and Harmony as they were forced to fall over in pain.
"Agh!" Both alicorns cried out, feeling a sudden surge of pain coursing through them.
"Princess Luna! Harmony!" Twilight exclaimed in shock.
"Aura's in full effect." Phantasia commented. "It'll be even better once we use it on him."
"M-My strength!" Luna groaned, feeling her energy being sapped away. "What is this...?!"
"Our Flawless Aura." Flawless BlueLight explained. "It'll cripple any Pokemon that can use it. And even you ponies too. Plus, it just makes our magic better. Take a look at that."
It was demonstrated by how the Aura was ripping and moving the ground itself, playing a part in controlling the cage itself and keeping Ash locked inside. "See, we can do this all day. But that's just not fun." Flawless BlueLight then turned to her sisters.
"This is so different from the Aura I know...!" Even Harmony couldn't understand it whatsoever. Something like this didn't exist in her universe. The two alicorns struggled to move, but it seemed that they were completely immobilized by the Flawless Aura. This was a complete surprise, and they couldn't believe that they were being overpowered by this unique form of aura.
Luna was managing to break through, however. Slowly, but surely, she was powering through as her eyes started flashing between yellow and blue, a sign that her magic was starting to manifest. "N-Ngh!" She groaned as she slowly got to her hooves, using her strength to overcome the Flawless Aura. Luna was the Princess of the Moon, and the Flawless Aura wouldn't stop her.
"Whoa. She's, like, totally able to withstand our Aura!" Violet exclaimed in surprise. This wasn't something that she had been expecting. "That's so cool! I'm totally impressed. Maybe she's a total, like, badass!"
"She's an alicorn. That's only natural, duh." Flawless commented, impressed. "That's not a common thing. Unfortunately for the princess here, even alicorns can't stop us. Crank it up, girls."
Together, the three of them would increase the intensity of the Flawless Aura, making it stronger than ever before. This was something that they had been practicing for a long time, and they were confident that they could handle the power of the princess.
Watching this from his universe, right in his office was the Professor. And he was rather pleased at the moment with all the progress being made. Especially from the BlueLight Sisters. He had expected great results, and that was what he was getting. He had a lot of faith in the girls, and he was glad to see that they were living up to his expectations.
"Ah, the BlueLight Sisters. Not exactly prodigies in the same league as Twilight Moonlight, but prodigies nonetheless." The Professor chuckled, looking at them. "Their training has paid off, I see. This is most impressive. They'll be able to bring the boy in, no problem." He was confident that they could get the job done, and he was excited to see what would happen next. He was looking forward to the future, and he knew that things were only going to get more interesting from here on out.
"Finding them on that fateful day was a blessing. Just as much as it was a blessing finding Twilight Moonlight." The Professor remembered it all clearly. The day he found these three sisters and how they came to their own. Compared to how they are now, they were very different in the past.
Universe 32.
It was in another Universe. One known as Universe 32. The Professor had traversed the multiverse to find strong individuals to help him in his quest to find and capture the other counterparts of Prisma. There were many people he had encountered, and a lot of people who joined his cause. Many of them were prodigies, students of the Arcane Institute and they had all joined to help with the mission of stopping Prisma from doing any more damage. They were a team, and they worked together to take down the threat that Prisma posed.
He was being carried by one of his soldiers via a circular device, still having no physical body of his own. He was currently in an extremely fancy and massive city. A Party City to be exact. A place where everyone was rich, and the parties and the lifestyle was extravagant. There were many skyscrapers in the distance, and the buildings and architecture were all impressive and modern. It was clear that this city had money, and a lot of it, too.
As the Professor's vessel carried him, he could see the people below him, and how they were living. Everyone was dressed in expensive clothes, and they were all living in luxury. It was clear that this city had a lot of wealth, and that it was a place where people could live in comfort and style. It was a far cry from the city that he had been in before, and it was clear that this was a place where people could have a good time and enjoy their lives.
It was practically one big festival or carnival always. A true joy to be in. However, by going further, he found less bombastic and cheery places. Not all of them were living in luxury and partying all the time. Some were living in the darker parts of the city, and they weren't having a good time at all. These people were living in poverty, and they didn't have the same privileges that the rest of the city had. They were struggling to survive, and it was clear that they were being left behind by the rest of the city.
However, he was brought to a large and extravagant building, one that was known as the BlueLight Mansion. Or rather, what used to be of it. The building had seen its fair share of destruction, being heavily run-down. It was also where he found the BlueLight Sisters.
Upon entering, he saw them. The three sisters as fillies were in the middle of the mansion, surrounded by a few broken Poke Balls.
"Well...Is this where the signature was coming from? These three little girls in a place like this?" He spoke through the device. He had his doubts. The readings of unique Aura was coming from these three fillies? "It seems that way. But...I don't know. They don't seem like much."
"W-Who are you...Mister?" Flawless spoke, looking up at him with fear in her eyes.
"Little girls. Where are your parents? I wish to speak to them about a rather...critical matter. One that is beyond many things." The Professor requested.
"Our parents? T-They're...well, they're..." Flawless was hesitant to say it. She didn't want to admit that their parents were gone. Completely absent.
"Hm..." The Professor thought for a moment. These three were exempt from all the joy and festival nature of the city, living in this old mansion that used to be lavish. And with a lack of parents, he had to wonder a few things about their upbringing. But, it also gave him a golden moment. These three were the ones that had the powerful Aura signature he sensed and he was not about to pass on it.
"You three. Care to share a bit with me?"
As the journey continues.
