"So, the inferior creature has improved itself as well? Too bad, I shall devour your power all the same." Tenebris stated, only this time there was a darker tone to his voice, reflecting his own hungry state and the dark power that had transformed him into a beast that seemed focused on devouring the World itself, something that caused Sombra to sigh for a few seconds as they stared at each other.

"Your hunger for power is all-consuming... you won't stop until everything is yours, meaning I must stand against you and stop you, here and now." Sombra commented, where she held her hand out and let the strange sword float off to the side, as she wanted to see how her body reacted when fighting someone like this, where she let out a breath before focusing on Tenebris with her full attention, "Come, brother. Let us end this."

In the next moment Tenebris rushed at Sombra and swung his clawed hands at her, where Sora and the others watched as Sombra simply moved out of the way, like her body was reacting on it's own somehow, while at the same time she used the sides of her arms to redirect incoming attacks. At the same time it was plainly obvious that Tenebris was more focused on being a very predictable fighter, his swings and kicks were easy for Sombra to see coming, were she translated that rapidly incoming information into action that her body did on it's own. The fascinating thing in Sombra's eyes was just how much power had been lingering in her heart collection, the vast power she had kept away from her brother, especially since he had the relic that was now part of his body, and she felt justified in her actions since he showed himself. So for the first couple of moments she really just spent her time getting used to the power that was now at her fingertips, finding how she was able to move her body, and just how easy it was for her to deflect her brother's attacks, even moving out of the way to avoid being punched in the face.

Of course she wasn't purely defensive, relying on the power that had awakened by her absorbing the power of the hearts in her collection and the power of Kingdom Hearts, rather she also lashed out with her newfound abilities once she was good on understanding her defensive powers.

Her first punch to her brother's chest knocked Tenebris back, causing him to stumble backwards for a moment as he looked down at himself in surprise, but he seemed to like what was going on, since this meant more power was in front of him than what he had been expecting. Such a thing caused Sombra to step forward for a few moments as she used her hands to just brush aside the incoming wild swings from her brother, pushing him backwards across the battlefield as the Dark Army just watched with disbelief on their faces. She, on the other hand, landed blow after blow on her foe as she struck him right in the sides of his chest, ensuring that each of her attacks landed where she intended for them to land while making sure not to touch the dark relic he had merged with. It was pretty obvious why Sombra was doing this, she didn't want to give her brother any additional power, even though there was no telling how things worked now that Tenebris was merged with the artifact, but that didn't stop her from ducking to the side as she punched her brother in the face.

The force of that blow sent him flying backwards and he thrust his hand out, causing Sombra to grab the dark thin rods that he had sent out, no doubt to catch her unaware so he could do some harm to her, before she broke them as Tenebris used his power to drop massive orbs of earth on the battlefield, her catching one and hurling it at her brother.

"Wow... how is she doing this?" Sora commented, as this was beyond what Sombra had shown in the past, she was moving like she was possessed by something else, and yet her movements seemed to be paving the way for her to do something very specific, like she was trying to remove the relic or sneakily destroy it.

"It's like Ultra Instinct, a power that allows one's body to move on it's own, be it defensive or offensive." a voice said, where Sora and the others found a newcomer standing among them, someone Fluttershy recognized, as it was an adult pony girl with a chest that was like Fluttershy's, only this one wore a dark set of clothing and carried a dark looking staff, though her eyes were on Sombra right now, "And yet it isn't... very interesting."

"Lady Twilight, what are you doing here?" Sairozormi asked, as she had been sure that this event could have been resolved with just her and the Time Wardens, without having to rely on the aid of the Prime Twilight, the one who ruled over each and every version of herself in the many timelines.

"You brought all of the Time Wardens, leaving none of them stationed in their domain. I figured it warranted my attention, even if it's just observation." Twilight replied, though at the same time she smiled and let Fluttershy hug her, as she was part of the reason she had come here, before they separated as they watched the fight that was going on right now, because it was getting heated as Sombra's brother made the next move.

The attack happened to be Tenebris rushing right at Sombra once more, this time calling on the darkness to create a small blade that had a curved edge, in fact it looked like a dagger, while at the same time Sombra held her hand out and called her new weapon over to her. When she caused it Sombra swung it at the ground and the area around her shattered, before she and Tenebris clashed once more, the air rippling as their powers collided with each other again and lightning even flashed a few times, but it was clear that the older sibling was losing ground. That was due to the fact that Sombra found a way to use her magic to make tendrils to wrap her brother up in and deliver a punishing blow to Tenebris' face, sending him into one of the rock walls that was around the area and collapsed it on top of her foe. This, obviously, didn't sit well with Tenebris as he flashed into the air and rained fireballs down on the area that Sombra was in, ones that were almost small meteors based on their size, yet Sombra just remained in the air and used the edge of his weapon to redirect the attacks down into the Dark Army, blasting them while she fought her brother.

Sombra then rushed through the air and appeared behind Tenebris, where she spun around and kicked him in the back, an attack that sent him flying down over to where his dark palace was resting, but as she got ready to follow Tenebris howled for a moment as the palace was torn out of the ground, the entire dark area floating in the air with some of the ground right below it.

"I don't understand it. How did you get so strong?" Tenebris shouted, appearing nearby as he glanced at Sombra, though at the same time Sombra noticed that the dark void that was inside the relic was pulsing with life, though her focus was on her brother, since beating him was her focus right now.

"Kingdom Hearts, the hearts I've collected... does it honestly matter?" Sombra remarked, as Tenebris had seen the change in her body like everyone else, but she knew he was too focused on his hunger for power to pay attention to what was going on right now, which was why she shifted her stance and readied her new weapon, "I think it's time that we brought this to an end, brother... your power might be great, but it looks like my power up might have turned the tide."

"NO. I refuse to acknowledge that you've overcame me!" Tenebris stated, where this time Sombra found that his hands were shrouded in the dark void energy, almost like he was going to use a desperation play to make sure he won, before Tenebris rushed down to the surface of the Keyblade Graveyard and touched the earth, the dark void starting to stretch out.

Sombra called out for everyone to get to high ground and her forces did so without delay, though it allowed them to watch as the void stretched out from where her brother had stopped, and those unfortunate enough to be caught in the attack were pulled into the darkness, their power being turned into fuel for the relic.

"You've gone mad." Sombra commented, noticing that her forces and the Time Wardens were far above the ground, in fact the newcomer that Fluttershy was talking to, someone who made him nervous since she had been responsible for her loss at the battle for the Crystal Empire, had raised the earth into the air to make sure her forces weren't caught in the attack.

"What's wrong, coward?! Scared of newfound power?" Tenebris remarked, where Sombra found her brother's body bulking up, his limbs were larger and more muscular, in fact he was easily three times her size now, while his left hand was now a large pincer, his body was starting to be replaced with a chitin exoskeleton, a thick chitin tail replaced his, and it looked like dark void energy wings had grown out of his back, like he was a monster now, "Yes, with this power I will consume the very stars themselves! Nothing is beyond my grasp! This universe, and all it's timelines, are mine to devour!"

"Your hunger has really consumed you... brother. Now I just see a monster to take out." Sombra said, though this wasn't even remotely what she wanted, she had been hoping that there was a chance to pull her brother out of his madness, even if it was an unreasonable thing for her to think about, given the threat Tenebris had posed, before she sighed as she let go of the sword and let it float nearby.

In the next moment Sombra summoned the chest she had created and let the thirteen sealing stones float out of it, each of them chained with both Light and Darkness, before glancing down at her brother as she realized she had once shot to wipe out two threats at the same time. She sharpened the First through the Twelfth crystals before sending them flying down at her brother, where chains of interchanging light and dark energy wrapped around Tenebris' arms, legs, chest, tail, and even his wings before he had a chance to stop what was coming. While that happened Sombra made sure that he was chained to the center of his dark palace, she needed somewhere for the chains to latch onto and she felt that it was best to use his own residence against him, especially since he went through the effort to raise it into the air for whatever reason, even though she suspected it was to flex on her. In the next moment Sombra snatched the fallen curved dagger her brother had created, and then discarded, before rushing down to where Tenebris was standing, using the edge of the weapon against the edge of the relic that was in her brother's chest, forcefully prying it out of his chest as the Thirteenth crystal was shoved in it's place, all in the span of a few seconds.

She then landed near Tenebris with the dark relic floating in front of her, the void's hunger a siren's call she realized, while at the same time her brother huffed as the last of the crystals ensured that he was chained in place, the corruption remaining on his body.

"And just what do you think you're doing?!" Tenebris growled, where Sombra just looked at him for a moment and verified that her brother was mostly gone, his insatiable hunger for power had devoured him, to the point that he was willing to go to any lengths for power, and after everything she had seen Sombra knew it was time to end this.

"Ending this. Goodbye... brother." Sombra replied, where she tapped into the relic's power for a moment and it started to expand as an orb of void energy started to spread out from where the item was floating, while Sombra moved out of the palace's reach and just watched from afar.

As she intended the orb continued to expand, in fact the crystal prisons were pulled in and broken up, the pieces devoured by the relic's power, and Sombra watched as Tenebris howled in pain as his arms and legs were broken up as the orb quickly consumed him, leaving nothing of him behind as the void ate him. Despite herself Sombra felt some tears run down the side of her face, as Tenebris had been her brother and even despite their differences, and his dislike towards her, offing her own brother had been like a knife to the heart, even if this was all because of her brother being unable to control himself. After she ensured that her brother was fully inside the orb, and that he hadn't escaped, she let the void orb grow some more as it started to eat away at the dark palace, pieces of it cracking and falling into the depths of the vast hungry void. Once she was sure that it was large enough Sombra sighed as she held a hand out and let the void orb collapse on itself as it detonated, blasting away the rocky ground that had been torn out of the ground while devouring the rest of the dark palace in the blast, leaving nothing of it behind.

Sombra wasn't too surprised to see that the relic was the only thing that survived the detonation, but she let it float there for a moment as she let out a breath and held her hands out, as it was time for her to do something else, something that would no doubt surprise everyone when they witnessed it.

"World, it is time. Release the hearts I have gathered, and return them to their proper owners." Sombra said, because now she understood why the World had given her this particular power, to capture the hearts of people and even Kingdom Hearts itself to prevent them from falling into the wrong hands, and now that her task was done it was time to let them go, to let all of that power go.

In the next moment Sombra let out a burst of light as she found dozens upon dozens of pink hearts leaving her, even ones she had absorbed at the start of her adventure with Fluttershy, Radiant, and the others, but she smiled as it happened, as it was time for them to return to their bodies and continue their lives. Some she knew would be reunited with their bodies, the Nobodies that had been slain, and would return to being a living person again, while others would no doubt linger until their other was taken out, and a few would no doubt pass onto the next life. She also knew it would drastically lower her power, back to what she started with, but but that's important to her anymore, as she had done her task, saving the World from all who threatened it, and she was happy to let go of the power she had gained. While she did that, however, Sombra found a phantom image of herself, a bipedal version of herself in her old male form, who seemed to smile as well as he embraced her, as if agreeing with her actions, before the phantom faded away, leaving her to her business.

Once the deed was done, and there were no more hearts to free, Sombra found that none of the power had left her, every drop of power she had gained from the hearts, and even Kingdom Hearts, was now etched into her body, like it was hers and nothing could change that, and Twilight floated nearby, the dark relic in her hand.

"It would seem that the World has acknowledged you, Sombra, and is letting you keep your newfound power." Twilight said, where she ran a finger over the edge of the dark relic, causing Sombra to notice that she wasn't at all bothered by the dark whispers that were coming from inside it, before the clearly powerful woman beckoned to the ground with her head, where Sombra noticed everyone cheering for their victory, and hers, "Go to them, celebrate your victory. You've earned it... and don't worry about the time damage, Sairozormi and the Time Wardens are repairing it as we speak."

Sombra nodded as she found that she could now revert to her 'base' form, what she had before she absorbed the power of Kingdom Hearts, and that she could transform into her 'ascended' form with a thought, causing her to smile as she warped down to the others, as it was time to celebrate their victory before they worried about what the future held in store for them, their allies, and the rest of the World.
