Chapter 21 - Fourth year living in Equestria

Cynder enjoyed her end of the third and start of the fourth year living in Equestria with family and friends watching as for once more Luna and Nightmare performed the Summer Solstice event with Celestia sitting that event out once more, despite being there to witness it.

Little Prince Solaris Blueblood and
Princess Mi Amore Cadenza absolutely loved the event.
Cynder always seem to be flabbergasted, until she snaps out if it and runs a few minutes wild around for some unknown reason.

Celestias actions made the civilian sectors become a lot more busy, when Celestia released all healed ponies from Tarterus that got cured.
Unexpectedly did many citizens in awe of this impossible to cure before sickness, seem to see Lunas and Nightmare Moon return as a significant point to this.

Celestia know about the story how Cynder as a egg meet her sisters. The parasitic infection cure was probably a combination out of Cynders vile manipulators and her sister helping what they could to undo it. One more reason to belive that eventually someone would come for Cynder. Experiments of that scale are bloody expensive after all...

Anyway...

Many ponies and non-ponies that are citizens of Equestria give freely funds to support the non-pony research to cure them, so their families could be reunited as well.
The royal Alicorn family was very proud of that fact.

The cutest donation was probably the one foal that had donated her freshly of her own pocket money bought cookie to princess Cadance, so she tell her family to help non-ponies to get their mommys back as well.

While Celestia had to fight her mind for it, did a few unsuccessful attempts of cure in general lead to a few cured non-ponies. That mutch Celestia could give for the foals heart felt donation to Cadance.

Meanwhile education was still rather light towards the younglings as to not overwhelming them as they showed more physical than mental development for the moment.

Cynder started to enjoy physical excercises more and more and showed her speed, agility and climbing on walls and ceilings more often.

Her siblings unfortunately could not keep up with her.

When at last Cadance started to slowly fly very close to the ground around, did Cynder was always there to cheer her on.
Cynder seem to be at awe at that aerial display, especially when Silver Tongue told her she have her wings one day as well.

When Cynder ask via telepathy when, did Silver Tongue told her in probably 20 to 30 years. Since she was a unknown dragon species, he simply did not know it yet.

Cynder almost got shining eyes when ever Cadance started to glide and fly low to the ground. Cynder told of her wish to kiss the sky on her own strength one day.
In the mean time did Luna, Nightmare Moon or Chrysalis Black Hooves occasionally let her experience flight on their backs.

One interesting thing they learned that the connection of the Alicorns and Changeling give her a few passive abilities:

• Cynder could touch, manipulate and stand on clouds like a Pegasus. Unfortunately was she lacking the Pegasus natural cold resistance so a cloud bed would not be to long enjoyed by the welp, until Cynder started to shiver from hypothermia.

• Cynder could adjust her tail, spikes and claws length.
  The Changelings guessed this partial body shift come from the connection to them.

Cynder had started to training with her Golems once her own body was to exhausted from running around and made some rather strange body excercises that are rather entertaining to watch. Many wonder where she get the ideas from... One does usually don't make climbing motions with its backlegs or training their tail like that as well.

But her muscles showed a surprisingly good increase in strength output.

Cynders training with the pony and griffon via living puppets even become more popular under the soldiers, when squads started training take downs. While Cynder tried to keep her puppets activ as long she could and coordinate them outside direct control.
Her success was slowly coming along.

Cynder added some additional difficulties, when she learned that the puppets borrowed her experience in things.
If Cynder know how the combat staff the constructs could used was actually used efficiently, did they become as good as Cynder was with it herself.

When Cynder got archer classes with long bows and crossbows, did the puppets had her proficiency in their use shortly after.

Unfortunately could the puppet not return the favor. Nothing others tried to teach the puppets, was learned by Cynder and once the out of dark mist puppets made Golems dissappeared, stuck around in form of learned lessons.

Still once Cynder realize that all she know how to do could be performed by the living puppets, did a lot of griffon and pony citizens of Ponyville got a helping hand from them.

Older ponies had puppets aiding them transporting shopping bags around.
During estrius did the puppets had showed surprisingly well gifted touch in deep tissue massages... yes exactly what one imagen it being what it sounded like.
Pear Butter Cup Apple was very miffed about who ever teached her that...

And so on... and on... and on.

Major Mare didn't returned for her ear nibbeling for some time to the Apple-Pear Family clans Orchard, since she was very busy for some time...
not because she had anything to do with it, at all.
So she had not keep her distance out of shame and hope to let Pear Butters anger fate over time.

Luna and Nightmare learned rather fast that Cynders enchantment breaking tail attack was extreamly effective against training dummys, but her own puppets showed immunity to the enchantment damaging up to destroying effect of her tail blade.
The cause was probably that they are created by her own dark magic mana.
Noone got any better ideas that seem to be fitting, so it was accepted as the truth.

The Griffon Civil War was rather fast resolved when the population was after the few supposedly nobel griffons, which probably only lasted as long because as Celestia heard later, needed the knowledge where they horded their wealth.
It needed to be tortured out of them, before their public execution.

Corruption never got purged without the population of a nation going after it if the government had not something like the Alicorn sisters at their disposal.

The Black Hooves flinching slightly when they showed pictures how some of the corrupt griffons got... deposed.

Noone wanted ever to see these pictures again, yet Celestia insisted that they be preserved.
Let governments see what corruption could result in.

Air Griffons, Earth Griffons or Mage Griffons of Equestrias military partially returned to Griffonia to help it rebuild.
The Royal sisters wished them good luck and let them keep their armor and weapons. They are a gift to the new governments of democracy selected leaders of Griffonia.
How long that system was going to run truthful was beyond her.

All systems of governments had their strong and weak sides. With immortals being in very short access, did many mortals had to try their best running it.
Every Griffon was silently counting on
Princess Mi Amore Cadenza
to one day fill that place out for them.

Until she be a adult and be able to manage to make it as a leader, would the Griffons have to manage on their own.

Fortunately showed a experiment that Cynders living puppets had no limit how far they can be remote controlled. No matter if they are next door to Cynder or the Abesinian Queendom.
So Cynder made out of the best wood Equestria had to offer a few 'lasting living puppets'.

Nightmare, Luna and Chrysalis helped nations by having one puppet eatch in their royal Castle.

Even if the nation leaders could not initiate the meeting, it certainly was useful every time the Alicorns started a meeting once they had been ready.

When Cynder was going one night out of her house towards the village with Cadance, did the Black Hoove not been slacking in their diligence.

When the dragon and griffon hatchling tried to sneak into Sugar Cube conor through a open window for a midnight snack, did the Black Hoove let them. Cadance seem to really love this night time raid for sweets.

The day after the children unexpectedly get all sweets for breakfast, Cadance and Cynder didn't participated to mutch that morning and got grumpy because of the wasted opportunity...

Cadance get a bracelet set just like Cynder. Her claws started to leave some not so nice marks on the furniture... especially the one that got passed from one generation to the next.
Cadance got added on the standard hourly procedure to get pinged on.

During Cadance and Cynders next night raid, did the house of the fish meat shop got targeted.
Unfortunately was no open window allowing them access. That was when Cynder accidentally showed the Black Hoove Agents how she could turn into a dark mist and ended the speculation how she occasionally got into other houses for a nom-nom raid.

When later reported did Chrysalis was surprised how well Cynder found alternatives for spells intended use.

The Black Hooves spotted a known griffon head hunter stalking the house the hatchlings filled their stomach in.

Just in case the griffon was after the ones they watched after, did they uncloaked before him.
The mercenary didn't even try to deny the accusations, but he had actually not been here to foal or cub napping them, the new government of Griffonia had task him with making sure nothing happend to their future leader and her honorary siblings.

The mercenary become the first inoffical Black Beak Agent of Griffonia the same year, on the Alicorns recommendation later on.

Unexpectedly did Celestia found her foal in the hands of a Yeti when she, Silver Tongue and her foal with two platoons had been visiting Minatorian.

How a Yeti made it into Minatorian grounds, no less into their royal Castle was not important.
Because her 'True vision' just flashing before her eyes threatened to shatter her mind.

But before her 'True vision' could come true, did Discord teleported into the room and snapped the assassins neck with his tail, while pawing Celestia back her foal.

With the sentence:
"Noone hurts my family ever again... if i can help it."
Did he dissappeared with his killed Yeti in tail.

Celestia never doubt Discords love for her and everyone in her family ever again... what still didn't make him in general any less of a annoying prankster.

Discord had for a relatively long time wondered how he could Celestias string of bad dreams end, that he accidentally give her that one day, he returned.

With that Celestias mind was once at ease, he restored his trust between Celestia and himself.
All it had cost was the life and slight mind bending of a already ice cold mass murderer and cannibal of Yeti kind.

A clear win-win... seriously who would ever miss a one dimensional selfish homicidal maniac without any redeeming qualities?
Not - a - singel - being - anywhere.
