Twilight Sparkle, Spike and Moondancer were heading to Team Apple Harmony's lair in their Duel Runners, Moondancer's Duel Runner was similar to Twilight's only it was black in color, due to the rush they were in, none of them bothered put on their biker suits.

“I can't believe it, I knew there would be consequences during that duel I had at school against Rover,” Spike said depressedly as he held on to Twilight's waist.

“Spike, don't blame yourself for that, from what they say about Team Royal Fist this was going to happen anyway,” Twilight tried to cheer him up by telling him that, but Spike wouldn't lift his head, “Don't worry, we're almost there.”

“We must be careful, from what I know, the strongest members have a higher level than us,” Moondancer told them.

Spike gulped at that while Twilight just gritted her teeth, but at that moment Heathspike spoke up, “But that doesn't mean they're stronger.”

"But," Spike said but Heathspike interrupted him, "You've defeated great duelists, don't forget that, just like Twilight, you're very strong, if you weren't, I wouldn't have woken up."

The Duel Spirit's words moved the young duelist, although he didn't say anything, he felt a little better, but he knew that their possible opponents were likely to surprise them.

After several minutes, the 3 duelists had arrived at the location, parked their Duel Runners, and headed cautiously.

“Its too quiet,” Spike said, advancing.

“Not a good sign,” Moondancer added.

"Where are everybody?" Twilight wondered.

“Look,” said Spike who pointed to the ground, there were many cards lying there, that was a bad sign, “I don't like this.”

Upon reaching the entrance, they saw that all the lights were off, something was definitely wrong, their suspicions were corroborated when they saw Braeburn lying unconscious on the floor.

“Braeburn,” shouted Spike as he approached him.

“Spike,” Braeburn said as he woke up, “Them, that damn ones.”

“Braeburn, are you okay? What happened?" Spike asked.

“Spike,” Twilight and Moondancer called to him at the same time, he realized that they were tending to Cheerilee and Zecora who were lying unconscious on the ground.

“It was that girl, Cozy Glow,” Braeburn told him, “But she's not alone.”

Looking around, Spike saw the other members of the team on the ground, almost all of them were there, but then he got worried when he noticed the absence of 3 of his closest friends.

“Where are Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo?” Spike asked.

“In the barn,” was all Braeburn could answer and at that moment Spike, heading towards the old barn at full speed, “Be careful.”

Upon arriving, Spike shouted for his friends, “Girls, where are you?”

“Wow, you're back so soon,” came a voice which Spike recognized, “Though I think that's good for our leader.”

Spike looked up and saw Cozy Glow, who showed an innocent face.

“Cozy,” Spike told him seriously.

“Your cold look tells me that you already found out, oh well,” said Cozy Glow who adopted an evil smile making her innocent face disappear.

“Cozy, how could you, I thought…”

“That I would join your poor team of Rogue Duelists,” Cozy interrupted, “Sorry, that's not my style.”

"Where are they?" Spike asked, frowning, and at that moment Twilight and Moondancer approached.

“So it's true, you are a member of Royal Fist,” Moondancer told her.

“And after what they did for you, this is how you thank them,” Twilight Sparkle told her.

“Oh golly, it seems like they already discovered us,” Cozy Glow replied mockingly, then she looked at Spike, “And about your friends, we thought they would be stronger, but I guess we overestimated the talent of a Rogue Duelist.”

At that moment Cozy Glow walked away and behind her, the girls, Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo, lay unconscious on the ground.

“Girls,” Spike shouted and then he ran to help them.

Seeing them, Spike saw something different from the others, who were just on the ground, they showed severe injuries, there were scratches and burns on their body, some parts of their clothes had been torn, but Spike was grateful that they were still breathing.

“What did you do to them?” Spike asked angrily, to which Cozy Glow just ignored him.

“Spike look, it's Rumble,” Heathspike pointed out and there was Rumble next to Scootaloo who was on his knees and had similar injuries, “Guys.”

“Rumble, what happened?” Spike asked, “I thought Duel Spirits couldn't be harmed.”

“Apparently,” Rumble said as he tried to get up, “Other Duel Spirits can harm us.”

After saying that, Rumble fainted and returned to his letter.

“Other Duel Spirits?” Spike and Heathspike said at the same time.

But at that moment...

“Well, well, look who we have here,” came a voice full of evil, “So this is the substitute leader of Apple Harmony, I didn't think that Big Macintosh moron would lose his mind by putting just a child in that position."

Spike turned around and that's when he saw him, behind him there was a blonde guy with long hair, he was very tall in stature and his skin was white, he was wearing a kind of white suit with blue boots, in his hand he had a blood red Duel Disk.

But the most important thing was that on his shoulder he had a badge, and upon seeing it, Spike recognized him.

“You, you are the leader of Royal Fist.”

The leader smiled evilly, “You are right, I introduce myself, my name is Prince Blueblood.”

"Prince?" Spike, Twilight and Moondancer asked themselves at the same time.

“Fine, just Blueblood,” Blueblood responded, rolling his eyes, “Geez, why does everyone have to ask me about the prince thing? I think it sounds cool.”

“What did you come here to do?” Spike asked with fury in his eyes.

But Blueblood just laughed.

“Answer me,” Spike demanded.

“What audacity, you don't know that I am a Pro Duelist, Rogue Duelists like you should show me more respect,” said Blueblood.

“Respect is something that must be earned,” Twilight Sparkle interrupted, “And from what we know about you, none of us have any reason to respect you.”

“Grrr, thinking that Pro Duelists like them are on your side, and that they are so pretty, bothers me even more,” Blueblood said.

“Answer,” Moondancer asked, “What did you come here to do?”

“I think that's kind of obvious,” Blueblood replied as he pointed to the other unconscious members of Apple Harmony.

“So you do all this because you are in favor of the superiority of the Pro Duelist?” Spike asked.

“Indeed,” Blueblood responded, “It is a fact that we Pro are the ones who should lead in this game, our power defines us, but those Rogue, they are always there getting in the way, hopefully winning, we will not advance anywhere until we erradicate them, that is the ideology of my team, either you die or you join us.”

“And that led us to you,” Cozy Glow added.

“What do you want with Spike?” Twilight asked them.

“We want to give an example,” Blueblood responded, “We've been taking down Rogue Duelist teams for a while now, Apple Harmony was next, but then I found out that their leader was the Pro Duelist Big Macintosh, it really bothered me that someone so strong and skilled as he was, he stooped to this and everything got worse when you appeared.”

"Me?" Spike asked.

“Yes, it was the worst combination, you joining this team,” Blueblood replied with a sneer, “I have always set a good example, but since that day when you defeated the leader of Team Diamond Dogs, everything was ruined, You inspired several Rogue Duelists and now they think they can win.”

“That's because they can win,” Spike replied, “And you can't change that, no one would join a lunatic like you.”

“You're wrong about that, there are times when the desire for victory is something that any tempted duelist can accept,” Blueblood told him, “Isn't that right? “Sunset.”

And at that moment, from a dark corner of the barn, Sunset Shimmer emerged from the shadows, with a serious look.

“SUNSET SHIMMER,” Spike and Twilight shouted at the same time.

But it was more of a surprise that she was wearing the Team Royal Fist badge on her jacket.

“Isn't it charming, I found her very depressed in a bar having duels for money and what a story, defeated by a trash Rogue like you, I know she would want revenge and since she is a Pro, I decided to give her a high place on the team ,” Blueblood told them.

“Sunset, why?” Spike asked.

“This isn't out of revenge, I have nothing against Spike,” Sunset said coldly to Blueblood, then she turned to Spike, “I was just weak, I didn't know how it was going to end since this game is all I have in my life, Royal Fist gave me an opportunity, a chance to grow and I took it, they took care of the old me, that Sunset prevented my growth as a duelist, now I am more powerful and I don't plan to change that."

“But Sunset, this is ridiculous, you don't know what you're getting into, what did Flash say about this?” Spike asked.

At that moment, Flash materialized above Sunset, looking directly at Heathspike, the fiery pegasi and the armored dragon looked at each other for a few seconds until Flash looked down, and he spoke with a sad tone, "I will follow Sunset, no matter what path she takes.”

Spike and Heathspike looked at each other, remembering the day Spike went crazy, he remembered that Heathspike never abandoned him and now Sunset Shimmer was going through something similar.

They had to do something.

“Sunset, you don't have to do this, we are friends, we had that great duel in the finals of that tournament,” Twilight Sparkle implored her.

To which Sunset Shimmer approached her and at that moment, she activated her Duel Disk, "I know, but now I'm stronger and I'm going to show you, friend."

Twilight was surprised by Sunset's response, she looked at Spike and Moondancer hoping for some advice but the two were equally shocked.

With no other option and a bit of hesitation, Twilight turned on her Duel Disk, “Fine, I'm just doing it to stop you and make you see reason.”

“Twilight,” Spike tried to approach her, but was stopped by Blueblood.

“I don't think you want to interrupt their duel, besides,” said Blueblood who activated his Duel Disk, “You won't have time, since I'm going to pulverize you and when I'm done with you, you won't want to touch a single card in your life again.”

Far from being scared, Spike looked out of the corner of his eye at Apple Bloom, Sweetie Belle and Scootaloo who were still unconscious and injured, "Normally I would reject this but..."

Hearing Spike, Blueblood raised an eyebrow.

But at that moment, Spike activated his Duel Disk, placing his deck in the slot, “But whoever dares to hurt my friends will pay the consequences, and I don't care at all about your Pro Duelist status, I will finish you.”

“Why you,” Blueblood said furiously but was interrupted by Cozy Glow, “Now now, that means I fight the red haired one.”

“Bring it on,” Moondancer challenged as she activated her Duel Disk, while Spike and Twilight looked worried, “Don't worry about me, I'll take care of her.”

“DUEL,” all the duelists present shouted at the same time.
