Yes, he could. After navigating the best way to avoid all of the guards, Swift was able to transport every princess down to the train station and since it was early morning, almost nobody else was around, even when he got back to Ponyville he was able to get them all into his bedroom without anyone seeing him.

Once word got out that every single princess had gone missing, it was pandemonium, everyone in Ponyville, Canterlot and beyond started abandoning their homes to set up a new life somewhere far away in the hopes of escaping this mysterious force that was causing people to vanish without a trace. Guards didn't know how to respond because they didn't have orders to follow, Shining Armor went mad with grief as did the apple family, there was even rumors that some people were taking advantage of the hysteria by looting shops.

Swift was the only one who was unaffected, he was the one behind the missing people and yet nobody suspected him, assuming that he too had gone mad with grief after his wife went "missing" and was just wallowing in sorrow in his house. The only thing Swift was wallowing in was his elation at how he had managed to collect so many beautiful women and made them even more beautiful by tying them up, they had all learned long ago that any attempts to break free in any capacity was hopeless and they just had to accept that Swift had won. He'd conquered them, broken them and they barely felt any emotion at all, not even when Swift was making use of their holes. Their old lives didn't matter anymore, they served a new purpose.
