At the request of f1master45 I have written an alternative ending where all the people Swift kidnapped are found and Equestria doesn't immediately dive head first into panic mode!

Bonus Chapter: Alternative Ending

The next day went surprisingly smoothly as Swift returned to the cave and, despite still having to wrestle the over-sized hindquarters of the two sisters, pulled each princess out in order to get them ready for the journey home... could he pull it off without being noticed?

No, no he couldn't. Kidnapping one or two people at a time was achievable if you were careful and even when Swift was doing that he'd still been caught out by Rainbow Dash! So kidnapping five princesses? There was no way he was gonna make that work realistically., he had managed to get them all to his house certainly but it wasn't long before at least five witnesses came forward with accounts that all pretty much lined up with each other and confirmed that the culprit was Swift Bow. The authorities busted down the door to his home and were immediately baffled to see every single person who had disappeared standing there, fully clothed and with big smiles on their faces, there was a short silence before Luna said "Is there a problem here officers?"

After being thoroughly questioned and having a full medical examination, the police determined that these were indeed the people who had gone missing and that no harm had come to them physically or mentally, in fact they insisted that they hadn't gone missing at all and were there of their own volition, Twilight's "missing people" announcement was just a misunderstanding. With their testimonies discrediting the previous witness accounts, all charges were dropped and the authorities apologized to Swift and left his home while all of the missing people went back to their lives... or so it seemed.

Swift went upstairs to his bed room where all of the women he had kidnapped were still there, tied up and ready to service him, he considered it lucky that he'd had the good sense to learn a spell that could make exact copies of other people.
