"(yawn)....is it already 6 AM?" I say that quietly as I slowly get up.

Surely you are wondering who I am, well my name is Luke and I am a red unicorn with a black mane and tail but with red lines, plus my cutie mark is in the shape of a book with a pen next to it, I am 24 years old and I am a writing Newbie books, I am single and live alone in a manehatam room.

"Well I have to hurry up so I'm not late for work...again", I said lazily as I went to wash my face and teeth, while brushing my teeth with my magic I grabbed my comb wrapped in a red aura and So I started combing my hair.

As I was saying, I am a novice writer who until now I have not had the luck that none have been published but it does not matter, I know that I can write a book that dethrones all the books in the world, the question is how....

"Shit... I'm going to be late... I have to hurry to get ready but now" I said in a hurry as I went back to my room and using my magic I made my bed while I took a black suit with a tie from my closet, all clean and elegant which I put on quickly while putting on my shoes, "I'm done, I'm changed, now to work", I said while I grabbed my suitcase and left my apartment, I put the lock on it and I started to work.

Once I left the building I began to walk through the streets of Manehatam quickly, while I was doing it I could see the large number of ponies that there are at this early hour, "Gosh I still haven't gotten used to getting up so early, I don't know how all these ponies you can make it look so easy", I was saying in my head as I made my way through the streets.

That would be all you should know about me, I am a unicorn with the dream of being a great writer and that I am almost always late for my work, that is the story of my life.

(30 minutes later)

"Ugh... I... made it..." I gasped as I stood in front of a large building with a sign that read "The Swift Gallop", this is the place where I work and where the books They are reviewed and revised before being published en masse to all of Equestria.

"Good morning Luke, how are you? You're early haha", said a blue unicorn with a white mane, she was slim with double DD size breasts and a decent ass while dressed in a secretary outfit that fits well to her body, "Good morning Flaming, if I'm early haha, tell me how are you?", I asked her with a smile.

She is Flaming Moon but I call her Flaming to be more comfortable, she is a friend of mine and we have known each other for about 4 years, she is the receptionist and she is very kind to everyone, she is so beautiful....

"I'm fine Luke, I hope you're having a good day and that the boss over there gave your next book the go-ahead, see you on the way out, good luck," she said as she gave me an optimistic smile, "Sure, see you later, Flaming", I told her as I got into the elevator and pushed to the 30th floor to reach my destination.

As I went up each floor I was afraid that one of my books would be rejected again, this would be the 3rd one that I try to publish because they all fail in creativity or originality, I hope this time it will be different with this one which is a love story and that finally there is a book in my name.

Once I got to my floor, the elevator opened, revealing many offices, without further ado I got out of the elevator and went to my office which has nothing special, while I left my suitcase on the table I went to open my windows to let in fresh air , once I did this I sat in my place and opened my suitcase revealing many papers, "(sigh)....well let's start signing all these papers" I said to myself while I grab a pen and start to sign all the papers which were requests for new books to receive to be viewed and reviewed.

As I was signing all these papers, I am suddenly interrupted by a robotic voice coming from a speaker attached to the wall, "Luke the editor wants you to go to his office immediately," said that robotic voice, "(gulp)...it's the time, I know that this time I will be lucky", I said to myself with hope, so without further ado I left my office to walk towards where my boss is, which is at the end of the corridor.

"Come on Luke, I know you can, I know you did it, believe in yourself!!!", I said in my head as I then opened the doors to enter the room where my boss is, when I did this I almost fainted with just the Seeing my boss sitting in front of me, all that confidence went out the window.

"There are these Luke, sit down, I have to talk to you about your book", said a unicorn with fat yellow fur and bald but with a suit of thousands of bits, "Yes sir... what happened?, does he like me?", I asked I was super shy as I sat in front of him.

He is the Kingpin and he is the boss of this place, he decides which books come out and which ones not and despite his appearance as a super villain or a greedy pony, he really is good and does not abuse his power, something that would be hard to believe because of how it looks.

"You see luke this love story that you did is good I don't deny it, but there are many of these out there, believe me I would like to publish your book but it will be a no this time", the Kingpin said as he hands me my book, "Oh... .okay, thanks for taking the time to read it," I said as my heart broke once more inside.

"I'll give you some advice Luke, if you want your book to be different from the others do something that no one else has done, I look forward to seeing your next book, I know you can do it and I'll be proud to publish it when the time comes," Kingpin said honestly, "Sure sir, thank you very much," I said as I returned to my work.

(much later that day)

It was already night and I had finally done my shift for the day, while I was walking through the reception I saw how Flaming was waiting for me outside with a smile and I smiled when I saw her, "So, Luke, did it go well?", she asked, all optimistic as we walked through the night streets of Manehatam.

"The truth, Flaming, is that he didn't make it again", I said sadly as I carried my book in my suitcase, "Chhh, that fat bald man did it again, huh?" Flaming asked angrily, "No no, he was right, my book is one of the many, I must create something unique and that has never been seen before, but what could that be? I always ask myself that question" I said, all defeated while I walk next to her.

"Something unique huh? I don't know what it could be Luke, but you know that if you need my help with something I'll always cover you, just ask and I'll do it without hesitation as long as I don't know something wrong," she said feeling really nice, " Haha thanks Flaming, you're a great friend", I said hopefully, while I saw how she blushed.

"Now what do you think if we go to eat an ice cream? I'll treat you", I said all happy making Flaming's eyes widen, "Well then let's go for ice cream", she said as she dragged me towards the ice cream shop all happy .

After a long day and drinking that drink with Flaming, I finally got to my apartment, when I opened the door I left my suitcase on the kitchen table and sat on my sofa and then turned on the TV, "Something unique, huh? What could I do?" ser?", I asked myself while changing channels until stopping at one where you could see some kind of cartoon. "Do you like Chinpokomon? Then get them all!!!", said the voice of the commercial while some weirdos were seen on TV.

"Boring", I said before switching to the next channel where a porn scene of a pegasus and an earth pony was shown, while I watched them fuck I said to myself, "Mmm there are many girls in equestria of many races, now what did that commercial say? He said get them all, what would happen if I put that together but with girls?", I asked before my head had an idea.

"I KNOW!!!", I yelled as I stood up from my sofa, "MY NEXT BOOK WILL BE A REVIEW OF ALL THE BREEDS OF GIRL IN EQUESTRIA AND HOW TO CATCH THEM, YEAH FINALLY SOMETHING ORGINAL!!!!" I screamed out loud knowing what my next book will be.
