As they continued their journey, Arthur couldn't help but voice his curiosity. "So, any idea on what this town is like?" he asked, his tone tinged with anticipation.

John shook his head. "Don't know, Arthur. We'll both have to see for ourselves now, won't we?" he replied, his own curiosity piqued by the prospect of discovering a new place.

Their steps carried them onward until they reached the top of a hill, where Ponyville came into view. The sight took their breath away - a town of wonders nestled amidst the rolling hills and lush greenery. Arthur halted abruptly, causing John to pause and follow his gaze. "Okay, now I'm sick again," Arthur muttered, his unease evident as he reached for his binoculars, eager to get a closer look at the town below.

Arthur lowered the binoculars, his brow furrowed in confusion. "Well, I'll be damned," he muttered, his voice tinged with disbelief. "Talking horses... selling apples? I must've hit my head harder than I thought."

John shared in Arthur's bewilderment, his expression mirroring his friend's confusion. "I reckon we've wandered into some kind of dream, Arthur," he remarked, scratching his head in bemusement. "Or maybe we've finally lost our minds."

Arthur voiced the question that had been nagging at both of them. "Where are the people?" he asked, scanning the town once more with a puzzled expression. John shrugged, handing the binoculars back to Arthur. "I think I'm starting to get it," he replied cryptically, prompting Arthur to look at him expectantly. "These are not horses. They are ponies, since the town is called..."

"Ponyville," they both groaned simultaneously, realizing the significance of the town's name and the peculiar inhabitants they had encountered.

"Well, what the hell do we do?" Arthur demanded, his frustration evident in his voice as he turned to John for answers. John paused for a moment, deep in thought as he considered their options. Finally, he looked up at Arthur with a determined expression. "We walk into town. Get some help," he declared, his resolve firm as he rose to his feet, ready to face whatever strange circumstances awaited them in Ponyville.

Arthur's worry was palpable as they continued along the path, his unease growing with each step. "This ain't gonna work, Marston," he muttered, his voice tinged with apprehension.

John glanced back at him, catching the concern etched on Arthur's face. "You're sure about this?" Arthur pressed, seeking reassurance in the face of uncertainty.

John met Arthur's gaze squarely, his expression resolute. "This is not a robbery, Arthur. We left that behind," he reminded him, his tone firm. "But if you have second doubts, then I guess you should go live in the forest," he added, his words carrying a hint of frustration as they neared the outskirts of Ponyville.

Arthur fell silent, grappling with his inner doubts as they approached the town. Though his worries lingered, he knew that he had come too far to turn back now. With a deep breath, he steeled himself for whatever lay ahead, ready to face the unknown alongside his steadfast companion, John Marston.

John couldn't help but chuckle at Arthur's lack of faith in their plan, his amusement evident in the twinkle of his eyes. Memories of old friends flashed through his mind, momentarily distracting him from their current predicament.

His laughter subsided as he noticed a gray pony up ahead, their presence a stark reminder of the surreal reality they found themselves in. "Five bucks bet they're gonna run away," Arthur quipped, breaking the momentary silence and prompting John to roll his eyes in exasperation.

With a wry smile, John shook his head at Arthur's jest, his mind focused on the task at hand as they approached the pony. Whatever challenges lay ahead, they would face them together, their bond as strong as ever amidst the strangeness of Ponyville.

John nodded at Arthur's silent signal, taking the lead as they approached the grey pony. Clearing his throat, John addressed the pony politely, "Excuse me, sir?"

Before John could say another word, the pony vanished in a flash, leaving behind only a startled exclamation. "INTRUDERS, EVERYPONY RUN INSIDE!!!" echoed through the air before fading away. "Well, you owe me five bucks," Arthur remarked, a hint of amusement in his voice as he turned to John.

"Did he say 'everypony'?" John questioned, his brow furrowing in confusion at the peculiar choice of words. "The fact that horse just talked was surprising too," Arthur added with a chuckle, earning another eye roll from John as they ventured further into the now deserted town. Together, they braved the eerie silence, ready to confront whatever mysteries awaited them in Ponyville.

Arthur and John made their way through the town, they took in the surreal sights around them - shops, houses, and even a treehouse and a giant cupcake house. Approaching one of the houses, John knocked on the door, hoping to make contact with one of the residents.

"Hello?" he called out, waiting for a response.

"Woof woof!... Did it work?" came the unexpected reply from the other side of the door.

John sighed in frustration, shaking his head as he turned back to Arthur. "Well, they're dumb," he remarked, his irritation evident in his tone, though Arthur couldn't help but laugh lightly at the absurdity of the situation.

Undeterred by their lack of success, John continued onward with Arthur by his side. However, when they reached the treehouse, a sense of determination washed over Arthur. With a glance exchanged between them, Arthur stepped forward and knocked on the door, eager to try their luck once more.

As they awaited a response, a male voice called out from inside the treehouse, signaling that someone was indeed home.

"Well, I guess it was just you," Arthur joked, earning a flat response from John.

"Shut up," John retorted tersely, his patience wearing thin. The door creaked open, revealing a tiny purple figure standing before them. Arthur and John exchanged a bemused glance before the purple figure spoke up.

"Oh, hello... uh, have you come here for help?" he asked, his voice tinged with curiosity as he observed the two men standing before him. Both Arthur and John nodded in affirmation, their expressions hopeful as they awaited assistance from this unexpected encounter in Ponyville.

"Well, Twilight is out right now, so uh, maybe come on in and I'll see what I can do," Spike offered, gesturing for John and Arthur to enter the treehouse. As he disappeared inside, he stuck his head out again. "By the way, names Spike," he added before fully retreating.

John and Arthur exchanged a glance before shrugging and following Spike inside. Crouching slightly to accommodate the cramped space filled with books and assorted objects, they found themselves in what appeared to be a library.

"Welcome to the library, mister...?" Spike prompted, his tone friendly as he awaited their introductions.

"Arthur," he replied, nodding in acknowledgment.

"John," John added, offering a brief nod of his own.

"Right, here, take a seat and let me send a letter," Spike instructed, pulling out a piece of parchment and a quill before starting to write. John and Arthur complied, finding seats in the crowded space and settling in, their curiosity piqued as they waited to see what would happen next.

"He seems friendly," John remarked, leaning back in his seat with a sense of relaxation. Arthur nodded in agreement, but couldn't shake his curiosity. "But... what the hell is he?" he wondered aloud.

John shrugged once more, equally puzzled by the creature they had encountered. Their questions were soon answered as Spike returned, clearing his throat nervously before addressing them. "So, uh, are you guys humans?" Spike asked, his voice tinged with uncertainty.

"Yeah. What are you?" Arthur inquired, his curiosity getting the better of him.

"Well, I am a dragon!" Spike declared proudly, causing John to sit up a bit, his interest instantly piqued. "A dragon? Hell, I remember Jack talking about stuff like that! Wait, you're really a dragon?" John exclaimed, unable to hide his surprise at the revelation.

Spike nodded, a small smirk playing on his lips as he puffed out a bit of fire from his mouth, confirming his identity as a dragon. John fell silent, his mind undoubtedly racing with thoughts of Jack and their past adventures together. He turned away, gazing out of the window with a distant expression.

Noticing John's distraction, Arthur spoke up. "Marston, you alive?" he asked, concern evident in his voice. John remained silent for a brief moment before finally speaking up. "We're in a different world?" he questioned, turning his attention back to Spike, seeking confirmation of their situation.

Spike nodded in response. "Yeah, the last human that showed up here was about a month ago," he confirmed, his words sinking in as John and Arthur grappled with the reality of their newfound predicament in this strange and fantastical world. Arthur's curiosity peaked as he listened to Spike's explanation. "There's another human here?" he queried, his interest piqued.

Spike nodded in affirmation. "Yes, he's a very busy guy. He loves collecting bounties and deals with crime a lot," Spike elaborated, offering insight into the other human's activities in Ponyville. John wasted no time in asking the next question. "Where is he now?" he inquired, eager to learn more about their fellow human resident in this mysterious world.

As Red reached the top of the hill and caught sight of Canterlot in the distance, a sense of familiarity washed over him. Another bounty awaited him, as it always did. He sighed, resigning himself to the cycle of his life as a bounty hunter.

The absence of horses in this world made travel slower, but Red found solace in the cool breeze that brushed against his skin. Twilight's promise of finding a solution for faster travel offered a glimmer of hope amidst the challenges of navigating this unfamiliar world.

With a determined stride, Red continued on his journey, ready to face whatever bounties awaited him in Canterlot, his resolve unwavering as he embraced the adventures that lay ahead.

As Red sighed, resigning himself to the interruption in his journey, a chariot flew down before him. A guard emerged, addressing him with urgency. "Mister Harlow! The princess wants to see you immediately!" the guard exclaimed.

Red groaned inwardly, but complied nonetheless, climbing into the chariot and settling in for the journey. As the chariot took off and soared through the sky towards Canterlot, Red couldn't help but wonder about the reason for Princess Celestia's summons. His thoughts raced with possibilities as he leaned back and allowed himself a moment of rest during the flight.

Upon landing, Red wasted no time in disembarking and making his way into the castle. With a sense of anticipation mingled with apprehension, he braced himself for whatever problem awaited him, ready to face it head-on as he entered the presence of Princess Celestia.

Red entered the throne room, his gaze meeting Princess Celestia's welcoming smile as she stood to greet him. "Ah, Harlow, you made it. Good," she remarked, her tone warm as she descended the steps.

"What is it?" Red asked, his demeanor straightforward and businesslike.

Celestia paused, clearing her throat before motioning to a young student who approached with a nervous smile. "Uh, Mister Harlow?" she began tentatively.

"Just Harlow or Red," he corrected gently, his expression softening as he addressed the student.

Taking a deep breath, the student pulled out a letter and explained the problem. "My assistant Spike sent a letter explaining that... more humans have arrived in our world," she revealed, her voice tinged with concern.

Red's brow furrowed in disbelief as he processed Twilight's words. "More humans?" he repeated, his tone tinged with incredulity as he turned his gaze back to her, seeking confirmation.

Twilight nodded, her nervousness evident as she fumbled for words. "Uh... there are more humans here," she confirmed, her voice quivering slightly as she retrieved another letter and began to read its contents aloud.

Red listened attentively as Twilight relayed the contents of Spike's letter. His mind raced with thoughts of Arthur Morgan and John Marston, two names that resonated deeply with him. Despite his initial skepticism, Red couldn't deny the possibility that these newcomers might indeed be his fellow compatriots from his own world.

Red contemplated the situation, memories of his past encounters with humans flooded his mind. It had been nearly a year since he had last seen one, and the prospect of their sudden appearance in this world intrigued him. "How long ago did you receive this?" Red inquired, his voice tinged with concern.

"Hours ago," Celestia replied, her tone calm yet attentive.

"I hope nothing too bad has happened," Twilight added, her own worry evident in her voice.

Red nodded, his determination renewed. "I'll go see about it," he affirmed, turning to leave. "Then take Twilight with you. They are at her home, so she can be a companion on your way," Celestia suggested, her wisdom guiding her decision. "My student, I wish you the best of luck. And bring me the two humans back so I can see them myself," Celestia requested, her gaze unwavering as she bestowed her blessings upon Twilight.

Twilight nodded in acknowledgement, galloping to catch up with Red as he made his way back to Ponyville, their mission clear and their resolve unwavering as they set out to confront the mysteries that awaited them.

Red sits in chariot while Twilight writes some things down on a page, he looks at her asking “what’s that?” Twilight looked up from her writing as Red questioned the purpose of the list she was compiling. "It's a list of questions that Celestia wants me to ask the new humans," she explained, her tone carrying a sense of urgency as she continued jotting down notes.

Red nodded in understanding, his curiosity piqued. "What kind of questions?" he asked, leaning in slightly to catch a glimpse of the parchment.

Twilight paused, considering his question before responding. "Questions about where they're from, how they arrived here, and what they know about our world," she elaborated, her focus shifting back to her task at hand.

“Red… are you okay?” Twilight's voice broke through Red's introspection, her concern evident as she posed the question. Red met her gaze, grappling with the whirlwind of emotions that stirred within him. He had spent so long immersed in the life of a bounty hunter in this world, but the sudden appearance of more humans had left him feeling unsettled and uncertain.

For a moment, Red remained silent, searching for the right words to convey the complexity of his feelings. Finally, he sighed heavily, his resolve firming as he gathered his thoughts.

"The last time I saw humans was nearly a year ago," he began, his voice tinged with a mixture of apprehension and introspection. "I've been focused on my work as a bounty hunter, navigating the challenges of this world. But now, with more humans appearing out of the blue... I don't know how to respond to this," he admitted, his tone reflecting his inner turmoil.

Twilight listened intently, her expression sympathetic as she absorbed Red's words. She reached out a reassuring hoof, offering him support in this moment of uncertainty. "It's okay, Red. We'll figure this out together," she reassured him, her voice gentle yet steadfast.

Red nodded, grateful for her understanding. With Twilight by his side, he felt a glimmer of hope amidst the uncertainty, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead as they approached Ponyville and the mysteries that awaited them.

Red acknowledged Twilight's reassurance with a nod, grateful for her support in this moment of uncertainty. As she mentioned that Princess Celestia had provided additional resources to help them navigate the situation, Red felt a surge of gratitude towards their benevolent ruler.

Settling back into his seat, Red closed his eyes briefly, allowing himself a moment of respite. Fatigue weighed heavily on him, and he knew that he would need all of his energy when he finally met Arthur Morgan and John Marston.

'Arthur Morgan, John Marston,' he mused silently to himself, the names echoing in his mind as Twilight resumed reading her notes. In the quiet moments of rest, Red found solace, knowing that he would need to be fully prepared when the time came to confront the newcomers.
